Jake Gyllenhaal refuses to wear underwear when filming sex scenes

The 29-year-old actor – who is currently dating 21-year-old country singer Taylor Swift – was happy to get naked for his role in movie ‘Love & Other Drugs’ because he believes the audience needed to see him without clothes to believe his relationship with co-star Anne Hathaway’s character was real.

He said: “If we were going to be as open and intimate in a love story as we could be we have to do the same thing with sex.

“When you see two people in a movie like that, particularly as an actor, and they are portraying two people in love, it’s like, how do you even unconsciously believe people are in love if they don’t want to be naked around each other.

“I don’t know about you guys but I’ve never had sex with underwear on and it’s an odd thing to watch an actor do. You can try but I wouldn’t recommend it! So that was really important. We knew that if we did we would get somewhere in the audiences’ unconscious that these were people who were actually in love and not just actors telling a love story.”

The Hollywood hunk wasn’t scared about getting nude and didn’t consider working out any harder at the gym for the role of pharmaceutical rep’ Jamie Randall.

He added to BANG Showbiz: “We really didn’t think about getting in shape. I wanted him to be a little skinny and sinewy and slimy.”

David Beckham is planning to launch his own range of underwear

The soccer heartthrob – who has modelled briefs for Emporio Armani - wants to follow his wife Victoria into the fashion world once he has retired from the sport.

A source said: “David is 35 and knows he won’t be playing soccer forever. But he’s an icon for men all over the world and he wears pants like no one can – so it makes sense for him to launch his own.”

David – who is currently playing for Los Angeles Galaxy – is being backed in his plans by his manager Simon Fuller and fashion designer Stella McCartney’s husband Alasdhair Willis.

He also wants Victoria – who launched her debut collection in 2008 and is now a well-respected member of the fashion world – to be heavily involved in the project.

The source added to the News of the World newspaper: “Alasdhair and Simon are focused on turning David into a major fashion presence. Victoria’s also very excited. She obviously thinks David is the sexiest man in the world and perfect to front the range.”

Gabriella Cilmi Felt Embarrassed When Her Underwear Fell Off

The ‘Hearts Don’t Lie’ hitmaker found singing at a party in the Russian capital a daunting task, and was concerned about what was going to happen went she went through strict security checks to get into the venue.

She said: “I did a show in Moscow, which was really crazy. We played in this massive palace, and they searched us – we weren’t allowed to take anything in with us.
“It was pretty scary; I thought we were going to be kidnapped!”

Gabriella, 18, also explained how the show took a turn for the worse after she made a mishap with her etiquette.
She explained to BANG Showbiz: “It was a private show and inside there was an American artist belly dancing and there was blue caviar on all the tables.

“And so during ‘Sweet About Me’ I went up to one of the waiters, and to see if he wanted to sing along with me and everyone at the show was looking at me, horrified, like that’s a big no-no – and he was really scared too.”

However, this isn’t Gabriella’s most embarrassing moment onstage as she was once left red-faced when her underwear fell off during a dance routine.

She said: “I have done a few inappropriate things in different countries. In Portugal I was performing onstage and because I was wearing a dress was conscious about my underwear showing, so I wore these really big knickers.

“They fell off under the dress, as I was performing. It looked like a stage act, but it wasn’t on purpose I was mortified.”

The supermodel – who raises four children with her husband, Leni, five, Henry, four, Johan, three and Lou, four months – will not be spending the romantic occasion with her spouse as she is away filming TV show ‘Project Runway’ but is planning a special package to show she is thinking of him.

She said: “I’m making a very fun box of heart things. Kind of like an explosion of things; confetti hearts with cute underwear and chocolates. It’s a fun surprise box for him.”

Heidi – who modelled for Victoria’s Secret just five weeks after giving birth to Lou last October – also said she doesn’t understand the preoccupation with women losing weight after pregnancy because it isn’t very difficult.

She told Us magazine: “Everything gets made into so much drama about how a woman has her weight like before. If you’re living your life, not sitting on the couch… a woman will go back to how she looked before she was pregnant.”

Although she shed her pregnancy weight quickly, Heidi insists the benefit for her body is not the reason why she has continued to breastfeed Lou.

She added: “I never looked at breastfeeding in terms of, ‘This is something that helps me.’ Breastfeeding helps my child. The after-effect, yes, you lose your weight in a normal manner. I think people blow it out of proportion.”

The Barbados-born singer says girls should always make an effort when selecting their lingerie, because you don’t know who you may be disrobing in front of.

She said: “This winter I am loving houndstooth, lace, silk. I would say always wear some sexy lingerie under your clothes. Even though you have to be all bundled up, you’ll look cute when you take it off.”

The ‘Russian Roulette’ hitmaker – who is currently single – also revealed she struggles to maintain her super-sexy figure, and has to limit her intake of certain foods.

She added to more! magazine: “I should be on a low-carb diet. My genetics say that I shouldn’t have carbs at all, but ‘m not a disciplined eater unless I have something big coming up like a photo shoot or video. I’m still having a hard time being a healthy eater.”
