Charlie Sheen already has a venue if “Two and a Half Men” creator Chuck Lorre agrees to fight him in the octagon — because UFC boss Dana White has invited them to be the “co-main event” at this weekend’s big fight.

White tells TMZ, “BJ Penn is fighting Jon Fitch on Saturday … [Charlie and Chuck] are more than welcome to be the co-main event.”

In fact, Dana’s even made a prediction — saying, “I have Charlie Sheen by brutal knockout.”

How can you bet against a guy with “fire-breathing fists?”

Michael Moore to Harvey Weinstein: You Screwed Me!

Michael Moore claims movie mogul Harvey Weinstein and brother Robert cheated him out of millions of dollars in profits for the movie, “Fahrenheit 9/11,” by secretly diverting profits … even using Michael’s money to fly one of the Weinstein bros. to Europe by private jet.

In a lawsuit filed today in L.A. County Superior Court and obtained by TMZ, Moore’s company, Westside Productions, claims Moore had a deal with the Weinsteins’ company — The Fellowship Adventure Group — to split profits 50/50 for the flick.

In legal docs filed by Moore’s celebrity lawyer, Larry Stein, he alleges the Weinsteins used “bogus accounting methods to hide the true amounts due Westside.” Moore also claims the Weinsteins secretly diverted a fortune in profits to themselves.

“Fahrenheit 9/11″ is the top-grossing documentary of all time, pulling in $222 million worldwide.

The lawsuit seeks in excess of $2.7 million.

Carey Hart to Hard Rock: You Cooked the Books!

Carey Hart’s company is suing the Hard Rock Hotel, claiming he was robbed blind by the hotel over his investment in the Wasted Space Lounge.

Hart’s company, S&H Projects, invested in the Lounge, which opened in July, 2008. Hart claims the Hard Rock hid profits and inflated expenses, thus denying S&H its fair share.

Hart’s company claims the Hard Rock created the deception to mask some serious mismanagement problems with the hotel.

Wasted Space shut down last August. Hart’s company wants unspecified damages.

The Hard Rock denies the allegations, and claims Wasted Space never made a dime in profits.

Kate Gosselin Moves to Hold Jon in Contempt

Kate Gosselin is asking a judge to hold ex-hubby Jon Gosselin in contempt of court, TMZ has learned.

We’ve learned Kate’s lawyers filed a Petition for Contempt of Custody Order last Thursday.

Sources connected with the case tell TMZ … Kate believes Jon is squarely violating the judge’s custody order – prohibiting either of them from talking about the case — by allegedly selling information about the case and tweeting his displeasure of the judge’s various decisions.

We’re told Kate is claiming Jon is willfully disobeying the orders, mostly to make a buck, and she wants the judge to modify the custody agreement to protect the kids from their alleged money-grubbing dad.

We’re told a hearing is set for later this month.

‘Big Brother’ Star Pleads Guilty to Drug Ring Charge

“Big Brother 9” star Matthew McDonald just pled guilty to conspiracy to distribute Oxycodone in connection with the giant drug ring allegedly founded by his BB co-star … and now he faces 20 years in prison.

As we first reported, McDonald was arrested last April — and indicted for allegedly participating in a drug ring masterminded by Season 9 winner Adam Jasinski … who cops claim used his $500,000 winnings to finance the entire operation.

McDonald’s sentencing is scheduled for April. He will remain in custody until then.

But that’s not all — you may recall, McDonald has another case pending … in which the ex-reality star is accused of beating the crap out of his pregnant GF. No es bueno.

Camille Grammer to Bravo: I’m Now Ready to Walk

Camille Grammer has negotiated a settlement with Bravo, which gives her the ability to leave “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” immediately, TMZ has learned.

Sources connected with the show tell TMZ, Camille hired the famous Larry Stein, Esq., who has repped Rob Lowe, Eva Longoria, Timbaland and many other celebs, to sit at the bargaining table with Bravo.

As we reported … Camille wanted off the show because she feels she was portrayed as a hateable woman … not representative of who she really is.

According to Camille’s deal, Bravo had the right to either pick up her option for season 2 or cut her, but the contract didn’t give Camille the right to walk. Stein went to Bravo and argued the network misrepresented to Camille the way she would be portrayed and therefore she was fraudulently induced into signing on.

TMZ has learned … a few days ago Stein got Bravo to give Camille an out in her deal, allowing her to walk right now.

We’re told Camille’s intention is to leave the show, but she won’t formally exercise her option until the reunion show airs later this month. The subtext — if Bravo has any hope of keeping Camille they better be nice in the editing bay.

Stein could not be reached for comment.

Lindsay Lohan is having her stuff hauled from the apartment that served as the backdrop for the drugs and alcohol that sent her into a tailspin.

TMZ got this pic of a moving truck transporting her belongings from the West Hollywood condo to Venice Beach, where she’s moving — at least temporarily — when she leaves the Betty Ford Center.

Prince William has reportedly asked Earl Charles Spencer to make a speech at his wedding

The 28-year-old future British king – who is due to wed Kate Middleton on April 29 at Westminster Abbey – is said to have asked the brother of his late mother Princess Diana to make the speech in a bid to repair the rift between the royals and the Spencer family.

A friend of the earl’s eldest daughter, Lady Kitty Spencer, explained: “Kitty said Charles Spencer and William have a good, solid relationship and it’s very important for William that his mother is at his wedding, so to speak. He made the point by giving his mother’s ring to his future bride.”

While it is believed royal aides will be meeting with the Spencer family in London before Christmas to discuss their involvement in the impending nuptials, a palace insider said William and Kate are yet to make a decision on the details of the wedding.

A St. James’s Palace aide added to the Daily Mail newspaper: “The Spencers will inevitably have a prominent role at the wedding as guests – they are blood family after all. At the moment anything else is speculation, as Prince William and Miss Middleton have yet to make these sorts of decisions.”

Among the details to be decided are whether the speech will come during the wedding ceremony or at one of the two receptions.

This comes after Earl Spencer launched a thinly-veiled attack on the royal family during his eulogy at Diana’s funeral in 1997.

He said: “A very British girl … who proved in the last year that she needed no royal title to continue to generate her particular brand of magic.”

Oksana Grigorieva will not consider Playboy’s offer to pose in the magazine … not now, not ever.

Steve Jaffe, Oksana’s PR guy, tells TMZ … “Not now, not ever, nor for any amount of money, would our client, Oksana Grigorieva, even consider any offer to pose for Playboy. Someone might have sent an email to one of her representatives but that’s not news.”

TMZ first reported … Playboy offered O.G. the cover, writing to one of Oksana’s reps in an email dated October 15 and obtained by TMZ, “It would be $75k with cover try.”

Mel to Oksana’s Dentist — I’ll See YOU Now!

Not many people actively seek out a dentist — but TMZ has learned Mel Gibson’s legal team is doing just that when it comes to the dentist Oksana Grigorieva visited the day after Mel and Oksana’s altercation.

As we first reported, a key witness in the case against Mel will be Oksana’s dentist, Dr. Ross Shelden. Dr. Shelden took photos of Oksana’s face the day after the alleged January 6 blowout, although the pics do no show injury or bruising. And as we reported, Dr. Shelden has flip-flopped on his medical evaluation — claiming, then disclaiming and then re-claiming Oksana was struck in the mouth.

Sources tell us Mel’s legal team submitted a request last week to depose Dr. Shelden.

After the deposition, Dr. Shelden should not expect a lollipop.

Laura Dern to Ben Harper: Why So Heartless?

A process server went to Laura Dern’s home on Saturday with divorce papers and demanded that she come to the door … or else — sources tell TMZ.

We’re told the couple’s nanny came to the door and told the process server she would accept the divorce papers Ben Harper filed late Friday afternoon … but sources say the process server fired back that if Laura didn’t come to the door he’d find her out in public and embarrass her.

A source connected with Ben claims the allegation that the process server issued such an ultimatum is “absolutely false.”

The divorce — a story TMZ broke Sunday — shocked Laura, who didn’t see it coming.

We’re told Ben has not called Laura to discuss how to tell their two children about the sudden turn of events … he just disappeared.

And, as we reported, although Ben claims he and Laura have been separated since January, the couple showed up together at Eddie Vedder’s wedding late last month. And, sources connected with the couple tell us Laura and Ben have been intimate as recently as last week.

Mark Wahlberg chooses tough guy roles to impress his friends

The 39-year-old actor – whose troubled youth included drug use, antisocial behaviour and a stint in jail as a teenager for assault -admitted he never wants to appear “vulnerable” in front of his friends.

He said: “I am a bit self-conscious. I grew up in a tough neighbourhood and it’s cool if you’re playing a tough guy, but playing the vulnerable guy, the guy who doesn’t win and who doesn’t get the girl, that is always in the back of my minds as a potential concern.

“Too often I have wanted approval from my peers back home and respect from guys in general but as an actor you’ve got to be able to do different things.”

Mark admitted he agonised over his breakout role as porn star Dirk Diggler in ‘Boogie Nights’ before deciding he had to take it for the sake of his career.

He told Empire magazine: “That’s why ‘Boogie Nights’ was such a pivotal role for me. He was a great part in a great movie, doing something that no-one expected of me, because I’d never played a naïve, innocent young kid and it was like, ‘What would people think of me?’

“It is no problem playing a bad a*s or a hard guy – I love doing that – but I decided I wanted to be an actor and I gave it a shot. I had to do different roles and different films, otherwise I could have just settled for a TV show and been done with it.”

Ralphie May — ‘Stupid’ to Pet Drug-Sniffing Dogs

Ralphie May is an “idiot” – his word, not ours — because he got caught carrying pot through customs in Guam … after he approached a drug-sniffing dog because he thought it was cute.

May was busted for weed last week, but only had to pay a small fine because he was carrying less than an ounce. The comedian tells us he didn’t realize the pot was in his bag when, on his way through customs, he went up to the dog and started petting it.

May, who has a medical marijuana card, explains: “When I got to baggage claim, I actually walked up to the dog. I love dogs and petted Nickey, the beautiful shepherd mix, and she sat down. That indicates to the handler that I had marijuana on me. I didn’t know that, I just thought that dog loved me. Then another dog came over and it sat down as well and I petted that dog too. I was thinking these dogs love me they can tell I’m a dog person.”

May dealt with some very nice customs agents and he explained the mix-up. May says, “The customs agents said they knew I didn’t mean to smuggle drugs into Guam cause no drug smuggler would be stupid enough to walk up to the dogs and pet them.”

Salahis Threaten to Sue Real Housewives of D.C.

The couple known as the White House party crashers have threatened to sue the girls on “The Real Housewives of D.C.” if they dare to call them “White House party crashers.”

Tareq and Michaele Salahi have lawyered up with Lisa Bloom, who fired off an email to the cast of the show, telling them there has been an exhaustive investigative study of the famous White House dinner. The conclusion: “The Salahis did not ‘crash’ the White House dinner, nor the Black Caucus dinner.”

Bloom goes on to say, “It is simply a false statement of fact, and defamatory, to call the Salahis ‘party crashers,’ as it suggests they have committed crimes.”

Bloom then threatens legal actions if the girls dare use the words.

The Salahis are turning into White House party poopers. Is that actionable?

Oksana to Mel: I Don’t Want Your Money

Oksana Grigorieva signed an agreement with Mel Gibson a month before their January 6 blowout, stating she would not make any claim on Mel’s money in the event they broke up — but boy did that change.

According to the “Cohabitation Agreement” — obtained by TMZ — Oksana and Mel both acknowledge “…they have no right to the property of the other…. ” The agreement states, “Neither party has promised the other to assist in funding any support for each other or the other party’s children from other relationships.”

The 22 page agreement, signed on December 8, 2009, lists Mel’s net worth “in excess of $150 million” and “his annual gross income averaged in excess of $5 million during the past three years.”

The agreement states in multiple ways that Mel owes Oksana nothing if they break up. They’re earnings and assets remain separate. All Oksana got under the agreement was the right to live in Mel’s Sherman Oaks home, but he had the right to throw her out at any time with 12 months written notice.

The agreement did give Oksana the right to keep a Dodge Charger that Mel bought for her … but that’s pretty much it.

But law enforcement sources tell TMZ … a little more than a month after signing the Cohabitation Agreement — and after the January 6 argument — Oksana had buyer’s remorse and began demanding money from Mel.

Sources say there were numerous emails and conversations between Oksana and Mel in which she demanded money, and her demands went into high gear after she secretly recorded Mel on Feburary 18.

We broke the story … during their mediation in May, Oksana demanded and got Mel to agree to pay her and Lucia a total of $15 million … in return, Oksana agreed to turn over the audiotapes and other “evidence” to Mel.

As TMZ first reported … there is a “serious” extortion investigation underway, to determine if Oksana used the tapes to squeeze money out of Mel — and our law enforcement sources say the Cohabitation Agreement is something that investigators are looking at closely.

We asked Oksana’s lawyer, Daniel Horowitz, why Lindsay went from not wanting any money in December to asking for millions in May. Horowitz told TMZ, “When she signed the agreement in December she had no idea Mel would be treating her like a punching bag in January. She gave up her career for a man who started beating her.”

Oksana to Mel: I’ll Destroy The Tapes … for a Price

There is no question … when Oksana Grigorieva signed an agreement with Mel Gibson last May … she got millions out of him and only gave one thing in return — a promise to destroy “evidence,” including the secret tapes.

The document obtained by TMZ — and now at the heart of the L.A. County Sheriff’s Department investigation into Mel’s extortion claims — was signed by both Mel and Oksana on May 16, after a 2-day mediation.

According to the document, Mel agrees to pay Oksana and Lucia approximately $15 million. In return Oksana agrees to “turn over all ‘evidence’, and represent and warrant that all evidence has been turned over and all evidence will be destroyed in a manner agreed upon by both parties.”

Now get this … “evidence” is defined in a related document as “recordings, audio tapes, emails, text messages, videotapes and photographs … of Gibson.”

A source involved in the mediation tells TMZ there’s no question, “It was all about the audiotapes and everyone in the room knew it.”

The signed document gives Oksana, among other things:

– $1 million when Oksana turns over of all of the “evidence”
– $10,000 per month for 18 additional years payable beginning on January 1, 2011.
– A $1 million life insurance policy on Mel
– The rights to their Getty picture deal
– All profits from Oksana’s album, totaling $17,112

Oksana to Mel: Here’s Why I Played the Tape

Oksana Grigorieva sent Mel Gibson a long email on March 30, 2010 about the tapes she secretly recorded – and one of her lawyers tells TMZ the email proves Oksana did not try and extort the actor.

In the email Oksana tells Mel she played one of the secretly-recorded messages from February 18 to her lawyer.

Oksana says, “As far as the tapes go, I only played one to my lawyer, becouse on march 15 Michelle [who works for her then-lawyer, Eric George] proposed on ur behalf not a very generous gift for our daughter and there was nothing for me.”

Although that sounds like Oksana is trying to use the tape to squeeze money out of Mel, one of her current lawyers, Daniel Horowitz, tells TMZ Oksana was extremely reluctant to play her lawyer the tape but felt threatened by Mel’s legal team.

Horowitz cites this portion of the email, “My lawyers warned me that ur lawyers are cabaple of false fabrication about me in the press, i.e., an unfit mother, a prostitute etc so u can have the baby and I get to go to my ‘f…ing moth hole’ as u told me. I had no choice, after all of this I had to play one message to them.”

And Oksana continues in her email to Mel, “The messages we r talking about I kept on my phone purely for u, to c how scared we were and for u to understand what this have done to us, how painful these words were, but hopeffuly, eventualy to help us. That was the only reason.”

Daniel Horowitz tells TMZ, “Oksana was legally entitled to play all of the tapes for her lawyers and most clients would have done so. She was being supremely careful of Mel’s privacy because she knew that even lawyers in Hollywood might lose track of the tapes and she didn’t want to hurt him.”

Mel to Oksana — ‘I Could Commit a Crime’

Mel Gibson wrote a frantic, rambling letter to Oksana Grigorieva a year before their infamous, January blowout — in which he describes feeling so out of control that he “could drink or commit a crime.”

TMZ has obtained a copy of the letter – handwritten by Mel — and in it he says, “I’m so ragged I could drink or commit a crime. The anger seems to be out of my control -- I need to do something about it something lasting — not just a band aid.”

In the undated letter — which sources connected to the case tell TMZ was written in December 2008 — he says, “I don’t know why I’m so whacky and depressed but I need to get well and re-enter life. Please don’t be upset I’ve gone — I’m just not myself and feel bad when I am so f**ked up and sick around you.”

Mel goes on: “I don’t want to inflict this unhealthy version of myself on you.”

Mel theorizes, “Maybe it’s some kind of male menopause — or Brian’s s**t.” We’re told Brian is Mel’s holistic doctor.

In the letter, Mel repeatedly tells Oksana, “I love you” and says, “…this isn’t who I was meant to be — I know it! I’m scared I can’t get back.”

Oksana to Mel: ‘U Dint Do Anything’

Oksana Grigorieva sent Mel Gibson an email on March 1, 2010 … telling him he had no reason to be hard on himself and professing her love for him … at the very time she now claims she was in fear for her life.

Oksana’s email was sent less than 2 hours after she received an email from Mel in which he called himself a “f**king failure.” TMZ has obtained copies of both Mel’s email and Oksana’s response.

Oksana emails on her iPhone, “Please don’t torcher urself like that, please!!!! U dint do anything to be so hard on urself. U r amazing man and always will be in my eyes and I will make sure Lucy knows it.”

Oksana’s email was sent nearly 2 months after their blowout argument on January 6, in which she claims Mel knocked two of her teeth out. Sources say Oksana told Sheriff’s investigators in March she was in mortal fear of Mel and felt he was a danger to Lucia.

But Oksana’s email goes on: “U r an anusually extraordinary person. Ur versitile talent speaks louder than the words! U r capable to make a masterpiece about jesus and to build the church for him! U r just one person, but u did this! In itself it’s a lifetime wearthy atchivements, but for only chosen one.”

Oksana ends her email by writing, “I love u, that doesn’t change. Even if u don’t want it anymore.”

Mel Gibson to Oksana: ‘I’m a F**king Failure’

Mel Gibson blasted out an email to Oksana Grigorieva on March 1, 2010 — in which he told his baby mama that he is a “f**king failure.”

In the email — sent from Mel’s iPhone nearly two months after their domestic incident — Mel writes, “I really am losing my grip. I desperately need a solution. Sorry it has to affect you. I can’t stand anything any more … I’m stuck.”

Mel continues, “I try to be ok but it overpowers me & i’m (sic) something I don’t want to be. It’s a primal scream thing. The pain is too great & everywhere I turn is making it heavier. Oh to have peace! Oh to have joy. Oh to be able to provide it for another. I’m a f**king failure.”

In another iPhone email dated March 7, 2010, an apologetic Mel wrote to Oksana, “I felt a high degree of agitation in you when u left tonight. I’m sorry. I guess I’m in a process of being torn down so I can rebuild.”

The email goes on … “I love you … I was terrified of where we were going & my outbursts & the potential for damage.”

And the morning after the January 6 blowout fight … Mel sent Oksana an email asking, “How’s your tooth?” That email was followed an hour later by another from Mel to Oksana, which read, “I want to tell you how uspeakably (sic) sorry I am.”

Oksana claims Mel struck her and knocked out two teeth, although TMZ broke the story her teeth were intact but two veneers were damaged.

Oksana to Mel — It’s PR War!

Oksana Grigorieva is meeting Tuesday with her new dream team of lawyers … and we’re told the first order of business is resurrecting her image.

We’re told Oksana believes she is losing the public relations war to Mel Gibson and wants her lawyers to turn it around … stat.

Oksana has multiple lawyers working on child custody, support, a civil suit against Mel, the domestic violence investigation and the extortion probe. But, we’re told, Oksana is fixated on her bad PR.

And there’s yet another member of Oksana’s legal team. TMZ has learned Oksana has retained Robin Sax, a former L.A. County Deputy District Attorney who specialized in prosecuting sex crimes against children. She’s also a legal media maven … who will almost certainly weigh in on the PR front.

The big meeting is Tuesday.

Playboy Model to Vivid: Hand Over My Sex Tape!

Playboy model Karissa Shannon doesn’t want her sex tape to see the light of day … and she’s unleashing her lawyers on Vivid Entertainment to help her out.

We’re told attorneys for Karissa and “Smallville” actor Sam Jones III — her boyfriend/sex tape partner — have fired off a cease and desist letter to Vivid head honcho Steve Hirsch … which basically says Hirsch is screwed if he releases the tape.

As we first reported, Hirsch said he acquired the “extremely erotic” tape through a “reputable third party” ... and would “love to be able to release it.”

Hirsch told us over the weekend that the Karissa tape is the most “extreme” celebrity sex tape he has has ever seen.

But the public may never get to see it — TMZ spoke to Sam, who said, “Karissa and I are very upset to find out that Vivid had acquired any footage of us … our legal team will take every legal action to stop this.”

Oksana to Mel: Our Baby Needs More $$$$$

Oksana Grigorieva is asking the judge to make  Mel Gibson buck up — WAAY up — by increasing her monthly child support from $5,000 a month to more than $40,000 … sources tell TMZ.

As we’ve reported, Mel currently pays Oksana the tidy sum of $5,000 a month in child support for baby Lucia, and also pays for the Sherman Oaks house where they live.  But we’re told Oksana  now wants nearly 10 times what she currently gets.

Here’s what’s interesting.  Our sources say Oksana gets $2,500 a month in child support from Timothy Dalton — the father of her 13-year-old son Alexander.

It’s a tough sell convincing Judge Scott Gordon that a 9 month old baby needs nearly 20 times more money than a 13 year old boy.

One source scoffed, “Lifestyle is not an issue for a 9-month-old. Think she knows the difference between a Ford and a Bentley?”

We’re told Judge Gordon has not ruled on Oksana’s petition for more dough.  Holding breath — not advisable.

Maury to Mike Lohan — I’ll Settle Your Daddy Drama!

Michael Lohan is trying to put an end to allegations he fathered an illegitimate daughter 15 years ago … and to clear his name, he’s turning to the expert in daddy DNA drama — Maury Povich.

Sources tell TMZ … Lohan is currently talking to “Maury” producers about going on the show and taking a paternity test to prove he never impregnated Kristi Kaufmann … who claims she had an affair with Mike in the ’90s.

Lohan tells TMZ Kaufmann has demanded child support in the past … and even changed the child’s birth certificate to bear Michael’s last name … which would make the kid Lindsay adjacent.
