Tiger’s Manager Wants Extortion Investigation

The guy who owns the company that manages Tiger Woods, Roger Federer and scores of other athletes will go to the LAPD and demand an extortion investigation over a shocking lawsuit alleging a laundry list of misdeeds – most involving gambling.

TMZ broke the story … Agate Printing, Inc. filed a lawsuit against IMG and its owner, Ted Forstmann, claiming Forstmann left Agate holding the bag for a fortune in tax liabilities over gambling losses.

Among other things, the suit alleges Forstmann quadrupled a bet on Roger Federer after Federer allegedly gave him inside info about a match. And, the suit claims, Forstmann bet against his own client, Tiger Woods.

We’ve now obtained an internal memo sent to IMG employees, addressing the lawsuit and proclaiming, “We intend to hand over all of the relevant information to the appropriate criminal authorities and to ask them to prosecute this individual [Agate] to the fullest extent of the law.”

Sources close to IMG tell TMZ … Forstmann’s lawyer will present evidence that Agate is trying to extort him.

Tiger Woods Mistresses in Mega-Bitch Fight

Tiger Woods is well rid of two skanky ex-mistresses who are now going to the police and filing death threat complaints … TMZ has learned.

Joslyn James – mistress #237 — went to the LAPD Tuesday and filed a report, claiming Devon James — mistress #424 – threatened her life.

TMZ has obtained the email in question, which Devon sent to Joslyn’s manager. As for the death threat, Devon wrote, “Trust me I will swear to u kill over this. Oh yeah and wait to u c wat ur prize has comming! Joslyn should b scared.”

But here’s the best part. Devon also writes — referring to the Tiger porn spoof in which both woman starred — “God if u saw her face when te cameraman said how f*ing hot I looked, and I quote ‘Devons made the money shot.’”

And Devon’s parting shot, “No wonder Tiger dummpppped her ass.”

The LAPD is investigating.

Rachel Uchitel — I Got Jacked at Recovery Center

Rachel Uchitel claims she went to a sober living house to get cleaned up … and instead got cleaned out … as in, someone inside the place allegedly stole her $11,000 Cartier watch.

The upcoming “Celebrity Rehab” star just filed a lawsuit against the director of Oceanside Transitional Living in Malibu — claiming she was forced to hand over her Cartier Santos watch when she checked into the place back in August … but when she checked out, they “refused” to give it back.

According to the lawsuit, filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Rachel wants her case tried in small claims court — where she’s demanding a $7,500 payout … the most one can get in small claims.

Uchitel is due in court in November — almost one year from the time Elin and the world found out about her affair with Tiger Woods.

Calls to Oceanside have not been returned.

Reverend Rachel Uchitel is on the hunt for a rich man (or woman) who’s down for a two-year commitment … because she’s trying to rent out her brand new $2 million bachelorette pad in NYC.

Even though Uchitel just bought the swanky 3-bedroom, 3-bath pad on Park Ave. last month … she has since enrolled in a master’s degree program in California — and will be moving to the West Coast ASAP.

But since she doesn’t want to sell her New York abode — Rachel wants to find a renter who’s willing to shell out a modest $12,000 a month.

Tiger Woods Mistress Sued Over ‘Whore’ Allegations

Once again, Devon James‘ dirty mouth has landed her in some controversy — after she allegedly accused a woman of being a “whore bag,” “slut” and a “thief.”

James — aka Tiger Woods mistress 12³ – is being sued by her former manager Gina Rodriguez — aka David Boreanez’s alleged mistress #1 — after the two had a major falling out over commissions Gina said she earned after locking down deals for a porn movie and a website.

In the suit, filed a few days ago in L.A. County Superior Court, Rodriguez claims James got pissed over the 20% that Gina was making from the deals — and posted some nasty stuff on the Internet such as:

– “[Gina] doesn’t pay her people and fck her”
– “She is a fcking whore bag slut”
– “Gina Rodriguez is a liar and her atty is a nut, see you in court ladies”
– “[Gina] smokes crack”

Now, Gina claims James’ cyber-attack has damaged her business – and she wants a cool $10k to make things right. She also wants a judge to force Devon to stop harassing her on the Internet.

It’s a sad day when two alleged homewreckers can’t get along …

Tiger Woods Mistress — Fired from Hooker Gig

TMZ has learned … one of Tiger Woods’ mistresses was fired from her job as a “working girl” at Nevada’s most famous brothel … all because she opened her big fat mouth.

Devon James — mistress number 20ish — is still featured on the website for the world famous Bunny Ranch in Carson City, where owner Dennis Hoff confirmed Devon was employed as a sex worker for “a while.”

But Hoff tells us he recently fired Devon’s ass after she injected herself into the Tiger Woods media circus because she “broke the code — which is privacy and discretion with all clients.”

Hoff continues, “She is a disgusting excuse for a working girl … she’s a scumbag and a snitch.”

As for Devon’s rate during her stint at the ranch — Hoff explains, “It’s negotiable depending on what you want … but it could get into the thousands.”

Hoff ended with this parting shot — “Now that she doesn’t work here anymore … I wish nothing but the worst for her.”

A rep for Devon tells us, “She worked there one time before the Tiger thing.”

The rep also insists that management at the Bunny Ranch continues to call Devon because they want her to work there.

Tiger Woods — Armed and Dangerous

It takes some serious arm muscles to play mediocre golf — and Tiger Woods sure has them.

Tiger struck the sleeveless version of the $100 million pose on Thursday in a hotel in Providence, RI — he’s in town for the Deutsche Bank Championship.

Tiger was tied for 87th place after the first round, but is seven shots back going in to Sunday.

TMZ has obtained this photo of Tiger Woods … taken moments after the hearing in which his divorce from Elin Nordegren was finalized at Bay County Circuit Court in Panama City, Florida last month.

Tiger — who didn’t say one word to Elin that day — smiled and posed for a photo with the bailiff from the hearing right after they left the courtroom.

One source tells us Tiger was “nice” — even after signing away roughly $100 million to Elin.

It’s the first time — in a reeeeealy long time — that Tiger has been seen out without the Nike swoosh.

Tiger Woods — The $54 Million Mortgage

With the real estate market still in the crapper … Tiger Woods recently took out a $54.5 million mortgage for the mega-mansion he’s building on Florida’s exclusive Jupiter Island.

TMZ has obtained legal documents filed in Martin County on August 27 — four days after Tiger finalized his divorce from Elin Nordegren – in which he lists himself as a “single man” … possibly for the first time since his marriage ended.

Tiger also agrees to pay back the gargantuan loan by January 15, 2016. So, it seems there’s one group of people counting on Tiger to make a comeback — his lenders.

According to the docs, Tiger’s property spans across three parcels of land … and as we’ve previously reported, the estate will include a tennis court, oxygen therapy room, multiple pools and a state-of-the-art fitness center.

Rachel Uchitel has just told a very close friend … now that Tiger Woods is single, she wants him back and would “give up everything” to get him.

The friend — someone we know spoke to Rachel yesterday — tells TMZ Rachel said … “I feel horrible for him. He loved her. But he was in love with me. I hope he remembers that was real, and reaches out to me.”

Rachel added, “I’d give up everything to be with him again.”

Does that include the $10 million?

Tiger and Elin — The Silent Treatment

TMZ has learned that although Tiger Woods and Elin Nordegren came together to finalize their divorce this morning there wasn’t so much as a “hello” uttered between them.

Sources at the courthouse in Panama City, FL tell us Tiger and Elin were definitely in the same room at the same time, but they did not speak to each other at all.

We’re told they kept their distance, choosing instead to stand with their lawyers — meaning Elin was not lonely … she had 8 attorneys present.

Thing Two — The only reason she agreed to do the message in the first place is because the point of it all was to save animals, especially animals in shelters as well as endangered species.

Rachel Uchitel has finally met a tiger she can’t squeeze $10 million out of … and TMZ has obtained the footage of the exotic encounter.

Tiger Woods’ mistress numero uno recently shot a series of Facebook videos for Cameo Stars — a la Lindsay Lohan — in which she canoodles with an adorable (and equally deadly) tiger cub.

During the shoot for the video messages — which are launching this fall — Rachel handles the growling, hungry tiger like a pro … and at one point feeds it milk out of a baby bottle like she’s got a B.S. in zoology.

Tiger Woods Mistress Shut Down in Court

Devon James — Tiger Woods mistress #428 – was shown no mercy by a judge this morning, who threw out her paternity case against the golfer.

James claimed Tiger is the baby daddy of her 9-year-old son, and wanted the judge to force Tiger to submit to a DNA test. But the judge in Manatee County, Florida dismissed the case … partly because Devon was a no-show.

Fact is … Devon doesn’t even have current custody of the boy — her mom does.

Lawyers to Rachel: Keep Tiger Out of Your Mouth

Tiger Woods‘ mistress #1 Rachel Uchitel is not becoming his wife #2 — but TMZ has learned Tiger’s camp did reach out to her recently.

Despite recent reports, sources close to Rachel tell us she and Tiger are not getting married, and Rachel is not pregnant with a little Tiger cub. We’re told they haven’t spoken to each other in months.

But according to our sources, Rachel recently heard from Tiger’s attorneys because they were concerned about her doing “Celebrity Rehab.” We’re told they called to make sure Tiger was not on the tip of Rachel’s tongue — she’s not allowed to mention him publicly under the terms of that $10 million deal she got.

Production sources connected with “Celebrity Rehab” tell us Rachel never uttered a certain golfing great’s name.

Why Rachel Uchitel Ran From Rehab — Dad’s Death

The issue that drove Rachel Uchitel to run away from rehab had nothing to do with Tiger Woods – instead it was an intense talk about her father’s death.

Sources closely connected to the production of “Celebrity Rehab” tell TMZ that Rachel’s breaking point came during a recent one-on-one therapy session where the main topic was her dad.

We’re told Rachel’s father died of a cocaine overdose in his 40s, and Rachel was 15 at the time.

Rachel split from Dr. Drew Pinsky’s facility in Pasadena and stayed at a Beverly Hills hotel for one night — and, according to our sources, she only came back the next day because her ‘Rehab’ castmates called and urged her to rejoin them.

The former glamour model – who recently renewed her wedding vows with cage fighter Alex Reid in a televised ceremony, just over a year after separating from first husband Peter Andre – was named by 51 per cent of participants in the Great Male survey as being the female public figure people were most tired of hearing about, beating eccentric singer Lady Gaga and Malaria-stricken Cheryl Cole into second and third place respectively.

Andrew Lubega, editor of AskMen UK who commissioned the survey, told BANG Showbiz: “For many British guys, Katie Price represents everything they’d want to avoid in a partner. For a number of men, her apparently harsh treatment of ex-husband Peter Andre makes her bad relationship material, and her constant craving for attention would seem to be a huge personality turn off.”

Trump to Rachel Uchitel — Beat It!

Rachel Uchitel has been fired by Donald Trump before she was officially hired, because Trump tells TMZ he’s pulling his offer for her to do “Celebrity Apprentice.”

TMZ broke the story … Trump offered her a spot on the next “Celebrity Apprentice.”  A few minutes ago we told Trump that Rachel agreed over the weekend to go on “Celebrity Rehab.”  Trump’s reaction:  “It’s a terrible decision.  We have zero interest in her now.”

Trump thinks Rachel will regret her decision.  “Look at what ‘Celebrity Apprentice’ did for Piers Morgan.  He’s getting Larry King’s job. She made a bad mistake.”

Trump’s final shot:  “Celebrity Apprentice is a huge show and ‘Celebrity Rehab’ is not.  I have 10 people who want to be on the show for every slot that’s available.  I’m moving on.”

Rachel Uchitel Goes to ‘Rehab’ … for a Price

Tiger Woods‘ mistress numero uno Rachel Uchitel is heading to “Celebrity Rehab” — but TMZ has learned the show resorted to drastic measures before she agreed to check in.

Sources connected to the production tell us Uchitel had originally turned down the show — but after  producers DOUBLED their offer and Dr. Drew personally paid Uchitel a visit, Rachel changed her mind.

We’re told Uchitel will make around $500,000 for her stint on the show.

A rep from VH1 claims Uchitel is hoping to kick an addiction to pills.

We’re told it’s unclear if this will affect Uchitel’s offer to join Donald Trump on “Celebrity Apprentice.”

The network claims Uchitel will be joined on the show by supermodel Janice Dickinson, actor Jeremy London, musician Leif Garrett, oil heir Jason Davis, ex-reality star Jason Wahler and singer Keyshia Cole’s mother.

John Daly — Finally Crashes After Killer Round

John Daly literally put every ounce of energy into his unbelievably dominant first round performance at the British Open today … cause right when he got home, dude immediately passed the hell out.

TMZ spoke with Daly’s girlfriend who told us after the round … she ran out to pick up some dinner … and returned to find Daly racked out on the couch … catching some well deserved shut eye.

We’re told Daly — who’s battled drug and alcohol abuse throughout his career — did have a Bloody Mary before he played this morning … but it was of the virgin variety. He went on to play one of the best rounds of his life … tied for third place … one stroke ahead of Tiger Woods.

Daly will be up in just a few hours to play round two — we’ll see if the power nap will help out his game.

Tiger Woods Mistress — More DNA, Please!

The porn star who claims Tiger Woods is her baby daddy has filed court documents — obtained by TMZ — practically begging for a judge to force Tiger to submit to a DNA test.

Devon James — mistress # 20ish — claims there was a “misunderstanding” when a prior paternity test showed that a man named Pele Watkins was most likely the father to her 9-year-old son.

In the docs, Devon states that she believes Tiger is the real father — and she’s willing to provide information on the time, place and hotel location where the child was conceived to help prove her point.

She’s also willing to name “his golf buddies who were there at the time in Pebble Beach.”

As we first reported, Tiger denies the whole thing … and recently filed papers of his own asking a judge to throw out the entire paternity case.

Devon James’ Alleged Baby Daddy — I Didn’t Give DNA

Tiger Woods says Devon James’ paternity claim against him should be dropped because another guy was already determined to be the father — but that other guy says he never even took a DNA test.

As we previously reported, documents filed back in 2002 show there is a 99.9% chance that Pele Watkins is the father of James’ 9-year-old son.

But in a letter dated August 1, 2009 — and obtained by TMZ — Watkins, writing from prison, tells James he never took a DNA test. At one point he wrote, “They will never get DNA from me.”

He closes the letter, “I never took a DNA test but tell your mom I will fight her for messing wit [sic] me in jail.”

We’re told Devon will file the letter with the court in response to Tiger’s motion to dismiss.

Tiger Woods Files Daddy Dismissal Papers

Tiger Woods has fired back at porn star Devon James and her paternity claims — asking the court to throw the case out for one simple reason … the kid ain’t his.

As we first reported, James filed papers back in June alleging Woods was the father of her 9-year-old son – even though DNA tests proved the daddy was someone else.

We’ve learned attorneys for Woods have now filed legal docs declaring that Woods is not the daddy of James’ son and, therefore, the paternity case should be history.

Sounds like reality will be setting in for Miss James any second now …
