Bree Olson — a member of Charlie Sheen’s Las Vegas foursome — has already tasted scandal once this week … when she made out with famed Jesse James’ mistress Bombshell McGee.

The girl-on-girl action went down at The Palms Hotel on Sunday … where the next day, Sheen was spotted taking a shot of Grey Goose at a hotel bar.

We’re told the vodka session was the tail end of an epic “bender” — and Bree, along with 2 mystery porn stars, was with Charlie for some of the action.

But, as TMZ previously reported, Sheen’s people are very concerned about the actor’s health — and members of his inner circle have been urging him to check into a rehab program. We’re told Charlie doesn’t think he has a problem.

The Council has attacked Miley Cyrus for a sexy music video she recently shot. Papa Cyrus — who we’re told was not consulted before Winter issued his statement — is getting “fed up with the Council.”

Audrina Patridge — The ‘DWTS’ Curse Strikes Again!

It was only a matter of time until someone got injured on “Dancing with the Stars” — but luckily for Audrina Patridge, she got off easy.

Sources close to the show tell TMZ Audrina tweaked her ankle during rehearsals yesterday and paramedics were called. Not to worry though … we’re told it’s just a minor sprain and Audrina is “pushing through.”

‘DC Housewife’ — They’re Still Party Crashers to Me!

Threatening emails be damned — one of the stars of “The Real Housewives of Washington D.C.” says she has no plans to stop calling Tareq and Michaele Salahi the “White House party crashers.”

As we first reported, a lawyer for the Salahis emailed the cast of “Real Housewives” … threatening to sue if any of them use the “defamatory” phrase — because, according to their lawyer, they technically never crashed the dinner.

Mark Lane, a lawyer for cast member Lynda Erkiletian, tells TMZ the Salahis could clear this whole thing up by just showing off the invitation. Lane says, “After eight months of exhausting the taxpayer’s money investigating this issue, she could save everyone’s time and money by just producing the invitation.”

Lane says Erkiletian plans on using the phrase just the same, but with one concession — she’ll throw the term “alleged” in front of it … complete with air quotes.

Everyone knows air quotes are an airtight legal defense — right up there with crossing your fingers or calling “no backsies.”

TMZ has learned Lindsay Lohan just rolled down to the Santa Monica Department of Motor Vehicles … in an effort to get her life back on the road.

Lohan’s license had been suspended — and the actress rolled in today so she could apply to get it back.

Sources inside the DMV — (yeah , we got those) — tell us LiLo was “in and out within ten minutes.”

Even when the DMV is nice .. it takes longer than 10 mins to get your license … so we’re guessing she was sent home to get more documentation.

Lady Gaga has become the “queen of twitter” – with more followers than anyone else

The ‘Alejandro’ singer has overtaken Britney Spears by 34,000 followers after attracting a staggering 5,735,554 people to her page compared to 5,701,236.

Gaga has now posted a video link on her twitter account thanking fans for making her the most popular person on the micro-blogging site.

Addressing her fans as her “little monsters”, the pop star – who appears in a makeshift crown with a twitter logo on it and waves a magic wand in the video – says: “Hello world, this is Lady Gaga, queen of twitter. I wanted to thank all my beautiful little monsters for following me. Thank you for beginning my reign as twitter queen. I vow to always tweet and tweet again.”

The piece was shot backstage at a concert in Tacoma, Washington. The 24-year-old singer is currently on the North American leg of her ‘Monster Ball Tour’

Gaga currently picks up new followers on twitter at an average of around 171,000 a week, according to website famecount.com which analysed the data.

Although she is the most followed star on twitter, she is not the fastest growing; that title goes to teen pop sensation Justin Bieber, who is amassing an average 800,000 new followers each month.

Other popular tweeters include actor Ashton Kutcher and musician Taylor Swift, who both have over 3 million followers each.

Angelina Jolie’s children treat her like “a waitress”

The ‘Salt’ actress – who raises children Maddox, nine, Pax, six, Zahara, five, Shiloh, four, and two-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne with partner Brad Pitt – enjoys preparing meals for her large family but admits juggling the requests of so many people can be tricky.

Asked if she makes packed lunches for her children like other mothers she said: “Oh yeah, I love doing that. The problem with my packed lunches though is everybody is very, very outspoken about what they want, so it becomes – I often say, ‘I’m not a waitress.’

!We go through so much food, and they’re still little, so I can imagine it’s going to get worse.”

Despite taking a large amount of time to organise her large family, the brunette beauty insists she thrives on the “chaos” of her home life.

She added in an interview on UK TV show ‘GMTV’: “I feel like I was kind of looking for purpose when I was younger and I always wanted something wild and something just full of – I just wanted my life to be very full. And now my life is so full and so loud and so full of chaos in my house – and the most beautiful chaos with these lovely little people.”

The 35-year-old star also spoke about the way she and Brad seek out “special time” with one another if they feel their schedules have grown too overwhelming.

She said: “If anything, we only go through periods where we’re working too much and we kind of say, ‘Honey one of us is working too much and we haven’t seen each other, we haven’t spent enough special time’. And we just, as soon as we identify it we just know we have to find some special time and then we reconnect.”

The ‘Twilight Saga’ dominated the Teen Choice Awards last night (08.08.10) picking up an incredible haul of 11 prizes.

The vampire romance franchise won a total of 11 prizes at the ceremony, which was held at Los Angeles’ Gibson Amphitheater, including Choice Movie: Liplock for Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart’s kiss in ‘The Twilight Saga: New Moon’ and Choice Movie: Chemistry.

Taylor Lautner – who plays werewolf Jacob Black in the films – picked up the Choice Fantasy: Movie Actor and Choice Male: Hottie gongs, while co-stars Robert and Kristen won the Choice Summer Movie Star: Male and Choice Summer Movie Star: Female accolades respectively.

‘Twilight’ was not the only vampire drama to dominate the event, which was hosted by ‘California Gurls’ singer Katy Perry – who underwent several costume changes throughout the night appearing at one point as a prom queen.

Hit series ‘The Vampire Diaries’ scooped seven awards in the television category, including Choice TV Show: Fantasy/Sci-Fi, while the show’s leading couple Paul Wesley and Nina Dobrev won the Choice Actor and Choice Actress statuettes in the TV Fantasy/Sci-Fi category.

Sandra Bullock won the Choice Movie Actress: Drama award for her performance in ‘The Blind Side’, the role which also won her the Best Actress Oscar.

Kourtney, Khloe and Kim Kardashian were also on hand to accept the Choice TV: Reality Show accolade for their series ‘Keeping Up With the Kardashians’.

Kim tweeted after the event: “So much fun at the Teen Choice Awards tonight! I told Megan Fox she is the most gorgeous woman alive. (sic)”
