Snooki — I’ve NEVER Written a Check Before in My Life

She’s made a TON of cash in the last few years — but Snooki claims she’s never written a real check before in her life … and now she’s gonna exploit the hell out of her bank ignorance on her upcoming spin-off.

It’s just another one of the jewels we discovered in the rundown of Snooks’ new show — “Snooki and Jwoww Vs. The World” … yes, that’s the actual working title.

According to the documents, obtained by TMZ, one of the big scenes takes place inside of a Jersey bank, when Papa Snooki tries to teach the 23-year-old how to fill out a check book.

When Snooki … who’s reportedly banking $30k per ep … finally opens her first checking account — she asks the banker, “Do you have any blinged out checks?”

The rundown explains, “She gets a crash course in balancing her checkbook … but adding and subtracting from the ledger proves too much for her.”

Shocker.

Snooki Concludes Community Service at Police Station

Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi will put the finishing touches on her community service requirements today by helping clean up crime in New Jersey … or, at least, by cleaning up after crime fighters.

We’re told Snooki will be at the Seaside Heights police station this morning to pay off her debt to society. Seaside PD tells us Snooki will be filing paperwork, cleaning, helping with clerical work, and vacuuming around the station and court house (which is next door).

Snooki was busted back on July 30 and pled guilty to disturbing the quiet enjoyment of the beach. She was sentenced to two days community service and a $533 fine.

Snooki’s Community Service — Scoopin’ Poop

TMZ now knows how Snooki spent day 1 of her community service last Sunday — turns out the “Jersey Shore” star didn’t just take care of neglected animals … she spent most of the day picking up their crap.

According to the general manager of Popcorn Park Zoo in New Jersey — the animal shelter where Snooks volunteered on Sunday — the world famous guidette spent her time cleaning out animal pens … a task that involved a whole lot of poop removal.

As we previously reported, Snooks was in court today — where she pled guilty to a crime following her sloppy arrest in Seaside Heights back in July — and the judge sentenced her to two days of community service … on top of a $533 fine.

She already got credit for her day at Popcorn Park — and according to the judge, she’ll spend her second day with animal control on the Shore.

Judge to Snooki: You’re a Lindsay Wannabe

“Jersey Shore’s” Snooki just got schooled by a New Jersey judge, who called her a “Lindsay Lohan wannabe” … after she pled guilty to a crime after a drunken escapade on a Seaside Heights beach.

As we first reported, Snooki was arrested in Seaside Heights, NJ on July 30 … after she was spotted using a beer bong and falling off a bicycle.

Judge Damian Murray scoffed at Snooki in court, saying he didn’t know if her antics were scripted, adding, if it was scripted Snooki needed to decide “if it was worth trading your dignity for a paycheck.”

But that wasn’t the end … The judge called Snooki’s actions “rude and self-indulgent.”

Snooki pled guilty to disturbing the quiet enjoyment of the beach but the disorderly conduct charge and another count were dismissed.

Snooki could have been thrown in the slammer for 90 days, but the judge let her skate with 2 days community service and a $533 fine.

Snooki addressed the court and said she was “very embarrassed” and says she was never in this kind of situation before.

Snooki’s Ex — I Should Have Made a Sex Tape!

Spencer Pratt’s guido protégé Emilio isn’t quite on his level yet … because he didn’t shoot a sex tape with Snooki like Spencer did with Heidi – but he wishes he had!

Emilio shot a dating show pilot for Spencer’s production company called “Fist Pumping 4 Love.” He tells us he thinks the Speidi sex tape is “an amazing idea” and he envies Spencer for it.

But rest easy — there is no sex tape with Emilio and ex-GF Snooki. Emilio says, “Wish I did that with Snooki. But I’m still learning and wasn’t as smart as him.”

It’s probably a good thing — the world isn’t ready for a Snooki sex tape.

Snooki’s Mug Shot — Her Mascara Runneth Over

TMZ has obtained Snooki’s mug shot — taken moments after the Seaside Heights PD arrested the “Jersey Shore” star for disorderly conduct.

Snooki — aka Nicole Polizzi — was in held in custody for several hours … before she was released on her own recognizance.

As we previously reported, Snooki had been partying on the boardwalk earlier in the day with a beer bong … and at one point, she fell off of a bicycle.

Sources tell us Snooki went out to dinner with one of her cast members after the incident last night.

TMZ has obtained footage — pretty painful footage — showing a wobbly Snooki trying to get on a bicycle right  before she was arrested earlier today … and as you can imagine … gravity wins.

Some time after the faceplant … Snooki did something to attract the attention of Seaside Heights police … who eventually arrested the “Jersey Shore” star for disorderly conduct.

Sources connected to the show tell TMZ Angelina will not be returning to “Jersey” … but The Situation, Snooks, Pauly D, Jwoww – even Ronnie, Sammi and Vinnie … will all be back.

‘Jersey Shore’ Crew — Ready and Waiting …

There are 150 crew members waiting patiently in Seaside Heights, NJ — now they just need the cast of “Jersey Shore” to show up.

SallyAnn Salsano, executive producer of the show, tells TMZ they are ready to shoot. Salsano says they are “committed to the show” and “ready to go.”

As we first reported, the cast has refused to shoot scenes for season three until a new deal is in place.

Snooki — Out of Touch with Reality During Strike

Snooki made contract negotiations practically impossible yesterday during the “Jersey Shore” strike — as soon as the crap hit the fan, she accidentally tweeted her BlackBerry Messenger PIN and had to trash her phone.

Snooks accidentally posted her BBM to her Twitter account — which has over 310,000 followers — and we’re told her phone exploded nearly instantly with the torrential wave of messages she received from fans.

According to sources close to the reality star, Snooks had to ditch her phone and get a new one — making her completely unreachable for hours.

Note to MTV: GET SNOOKI’S NEW NUMBER.

‘Jersey Shore’ Producers — They’re All Expendable

The producers of “Jersey Shore” don’t want to cave to the cast’s demand for more money, and are ready to cut the cord, TMZ has learned.

TMZ broke the story … members of the cast went on strike yesterday, refusing to shoot over the weekend for Season 3.

Sources connected with 495 Productions tell TMZ the cast is ultimately hurting the show.  As one source put it, “The show is not about famous rich people with managers coming to the Shore.”

495 would like to keep a few of the cast members — notably The Situation, Snooki and Pauly D — but they think the strike by the cast is the last straw.

We’re told the cast feels like they’ve been tricked, because they felt their contract — which gives each of them $10,000 an episode — was only supposed to cover Season 2 in Miami.  They feel they’re being screwed now that producers want them to go to the Shore and shoot another installment under the existing deal.

As we first reported, The Situation is being tempted with a sweet new contract and we’re told it’s pissed off some of the other cast as well as the crew.

Here’s the rub … Sources say MTV thinks they have “magic in a bottle” with this group and wants to keep the cast intact.

‘Jersey Shore’ Cast Goes on Strike

The cast of “Jersey Shore” is so dissatisfied over their contract situation that they refused to shoot scenes for the upcoming third season until they get a better deal … this according to sources connected with the show.

The cast was supposed to begin shooting “at home” scenes today for season three, but we’re told JWoww, Ronnie, Sammi, Pauly D and Vinny – who are spread out between New York and Rhode Island — told the crews they weren’t shooting without new contracts.

The Situation and Snooki are supposed to shoot tomorrow, and we’re told Snooki plans to do the same. No word yet on The Situation, but as we first reported … he’s having contract issues of his own.

Sources close to the show tells TMZ the cast feels they can make more money doing appearances for two months, rather than filming the show.

A rep for MTV had no comment.

Snooki Being Sued Is News to Snooki

Snooki and her legal team are confident they can win any lawsuit the “Jersey Shore” star might face– they just haven’t actually seen any lawsuit yet.

As we previously reported … Snooki, JWoww, MTV and Viacom are being sued by a Chicago woman who claims the guidettes beat her up in a Miami club back in May.

A rep for Snooki tells TMZ they haven’t been served with any papers, saying, “Not having had the opportunity to review and assess any rumored complaint, it is impossible at this time to ascertain the veracity of any such allegations.”

The rep adds, “However, we are confident that any such allegations are baseless and without merit and that Nicole will be absolved of all liability.”

The oil-soaked handwriting is on the wall … TMZ has learned “Jersey Shore” is about lose 4 familiar, overly-tanned faces in Season 3 … to make room for 4 fresh overly-tanned faces.

Our spies tell us …  the footage that was already shot of Sammi, Ronnie, Vinny and Angelina has  “underwhelmed” MTV honchos. As for replacing them for Season 3, one source said, “They should be very worried.”

As for The Situation, Snooki, Pauly D and Jwoww … they’re sold for next season.

Vince Vaughn Survived ‘Jersey Shore’ House

It’s gonna take more than a little sex, gel and vomit to scare Vince Vaughn — TMZ has learned the actor recently stayed a night in the “Jersey Shore” house … and made it out alive!

Multiple sources tell us Vaughn spent one night in the infamous Seaside Heights pad last month, along with a small group of personal friends.  We’re told the night ran the group a cool $2,500.

No word if Vince dared to use the same hot tub where Snooki and The Situation got busy.

Snooki — My BF Wasn’t Living in the Real World

TMZ has learned the reason Snooki kicked her BF to the curb — and it all has to do with his desire to be on another MTV reality show.

Sources close to the Snookster tell us the “Jersey Shore” star decided to drop her BF Emilio after he auditioned for “The Real World.”

We’re told Snooki was madly in love with the dude — but was bothered by rumblings that he was using her for the fame. One source tells us when Emilio tried out for “RW” — that was the final straw for the Snook.

We reached out to Emilio for comment — he responded with the following email that will make your English teacher’s head explode:

“All i kno is she was upset i tried out fornreal world nd left me a message sayin im single. Next i kno i wake up [Monday] morning and facebook says im single.”

And if Facebook says it, then it must be so.
