Hugh And Robbie Planning 4 Concerts
by Kavy on Jul.22, 2011, under Music
Hugh Jackman is planning to sing at a series of concerts in London later this year – and he wants Robbie Williams to join him
The Australian actor is set to put on the “fun” gigs when he takes a break from starring in the film version of musical ‘Les Miserables’ – which sees him play the central character of former convict Jean Valjean – and he has been taking inspiration from late American swing singer Frank Sinatra’s Los Angeles performances.
And Hugh is hoping the Take That singer – who previously released ‘Swing When You’re Winning’, which was comprised of tracks which are part of the Great American Songbook – will duet with him on stage.
He told the Daily Mail newspaper: “I loved that anything can happen, relaxed feel about Frank Sinatra – and viewing Peter Allen’s tapes also taught me a lot. We’re planning to do some Sunday night concerts when I’m in London in the spring.
“We’re looking for the right space, and the idea is to do the shows when I’ve got time off from ‘Les Miserables’. I just want them to be fun. I feel like I should have a whisky in my hand, like Dean Martin, and then get Robbie Williams to come on and join me.”
The 42-year-old actor – who is set to start shooting new movie ‘The Wolverine’ in October – recently performed his ‘In Concert’ show at the Princess of Wales Theatre in Toronto, which saw him sing classical tunes from musicals ‘Oklahoma!’, ‘Carousel’, ‘Dreamgirls’ and the Peter Allen catalogue.
He said: “I wanted to create a show where I can’t wait to do it.”

Guess Who Shares Bed With Robbie Williams?
by Kavy on Jul.15, 2011, under Artist
Robbie Williams shares his bed with his eight dogs
The Take That singer – who is married to US actress Ayda Field – has even splashed out on a set of “doggy steps” so his pooches Maggie, Wall-E, Rudy, Samantha, Sid, Duke, Poupette and Baby can reach the bed.
A source said: “The couple like sleeping with their pooches. Rob couldn’t stand having them sleep in another room – or, worse, outside.
“But some of the dogs are quite small – the bichon frise pup, particularly – and Robbie’s king-size bed is huge.
“It was too high up for them all to clamber up. So Rob bought a special, bespoke set of fake fur-lined doggy steps so they can make it up there safely. Now the whole family sleeps together.”
Although Robbie and Ayda live in Los Angeles, the singer brought his dogs over to the UK for his band’s recent tour because he couldn’t bear to be parted from them for too long.
However, the dogs may soon have to share Robbie and Ayda as the ‘Angels’ hitmaker recently revealed the couple hope to have kids in the near future.
Explaining why he returned to touring and became more sociable, he said: “I’m going to be a dad… maybe next year or the year after and I don’t want their dad to be emotionally inept, for my own well-being as well as theirs.
“At the start of the year, I got a feeling that ‘things’ can be different. It started as an ember and now because of the tour it’s a furnace.
“In fact it started when we – as a couple – were kindly invited on holiday that was a once in a lifetime thing but it involved going with people we didn’t know. My automatic reaction normally would have been, ‘No, be safe, don’t step out of your comfort zone’ but then I thought of the kids we’re yet to have and said, ‘No f**k it, I want their dad to be able to do this sort of thing.’ So I did. Things just snowballed from there.”

Emotional Robbie
by Kavy on Jul.06, 2011, under Artist
Robbie Williams is finding Take That’s tour “tough” after three of his friends recently died
The 37-year-old singer was emotional during the group’s ‘Progress Live’ show at London’s Wembley Stadium on Monday (04.07.11) as he nearly broke down in tears – and he dedicated his solo song ‘Angels’ to his trio of late pals.
He said: “Monday is the s*******t night of the week – it’s another week, it’s work again, it’s Monday, again, and ‘Jeremy Kyle’ is probably going to be s**t again.
“The last few weeks have been tough for me. Three people have passed away in the last few weeks. It’s been weird. If you need to say a prayer, sing this with me.”
A source added: “Rob lost a work colleague last month, and two other pals. It’s been tough. Performing ‘Angels’ has been incredibly moving for him.”
The band’s set was also experiencing problems on Monday as their 60ft metallic robot broke down halfway through their show due to technical issues, meaning the group were forced to abandon their usual act of climbing into its arms.
Robbie revealed further bad news recently when he announced one of the eight dogs he owns with wife Ayda Field was bitten by a rattlesnake.
Writing on his website following a fan’s questions about whether he prefers German Shepherd or Jack Russell pooches, he stated: “I’ve got both so can’t pick … seems wrong … our Jack Russell got bit by a rattlesnake last week … all good though she’s fine … tuff ting she is. (sic)”

Why Robbie Has Been Cheering Up Joss?
by Alice on Jun.18, 2011, under Entertainment
Robbie Williams has been cheering up Joss Stone following an alleged plot to kidnap her
The Take That star is close friends with the British singer – after they performed together at the 2005 BRIT Awards – and after he heard the news that two men were allegedly planning to take her, he phoned her up and invited her backstage at the group’s show in Cardiff, Wales.
A source told The Sun newspaper: “Robbie and Joss have been mates for years. He got straight on the phone to see if she was OK and invited her to Wales.
“She’s still in shock but Robbie did his best to put a smile back on her face. His cheeky chappy side was in overdrive when they met up after the gig.
“She was making light of it too, joking that it’s been like an episode of ‘Midsomer Murders’.”
Two men – Junior Bradshaw, 30, and Kevin Liverpool, 33 – were arrested earlier this week accused of conspiracy to rob and cause grievous bodily harm.
While the alleged plot must have been terrifying for Joss, she was keen to reassure fans she is fine following the ordeal.
She released a statement yesterday, saying: “I’d like to thank everyone for their concern but I’m absolutely fine and getting on with life as normal while the police continue with their inquiries.”

Robbie And Spiritualism
by Lisa on Jun.17, 2011, under Artist
Robbie Williams has been “found” by God
The Take That singer admits he now feels “silly” singing his hit ‘Bodies’ – which features the line “Jesus didn’t die for you” – because his views on religion and spiritualism have changed.
He said: “My truths are ever changing. If you’ve been following me closely I have said that ‘Bodies’ was ‘gibberish’. The gibberish I refer to is the Jesus bit. I mean, who the f**k am I?
“It made sense to me at the time… but it doesn’t now. Am I allowed a change of heart?
“I’m gutted though ‘cos singing that song now doesn’t seem right… I may have to change the lyric for the next tour.
“I haven’t found God or anything like that but she just might have found me.(sic)”
The 37-year-old singer – who has previously battled depression and addictions to alcohol and drugs – also revealed he has finally learned to be “happy” and not get upset by criticism.
He wrote on his blog: “I’ve nearly filled the whole (sic) where criticism used to be… feels mighty. Who knew that it was a choice to take it on board or not?
“I kind of did but didn’t believe in my own strength… As for service to others, I do bits and then retreat. I hope as I mature this changes.
“We do get ‘hard wired’ to believe certain things about our selfs (sic), negative, soul/life destroying stuff and when you believe your hard wiring that chasm seems impossible to get out of… It isn’t… It’s a choice.
“In the past year some sort of vail (sic) has dropped for me revealing a beautiful truth but it’s taken a lot of vigilance… catching old negative thoughts and batting them away minute after minute, day after day…
“A big one for me was the fact that being 40 isn’t too far away. I don’t have the time any more to treat myself the way I did… Things had to change. I can choose happy – What a gift.”

Robbie Doing Yoga 2 Battle His Nerves
by Kavy on May.27, 2011, under Artist
Robbie Williams has been using yoga to battle his nerves ahead of Take That’s tour
The singer – who rejoined the band last year, 15 years after he first walked out on the group– famously suffers from crippling stage fright but has taken up some calming hobbies to help with his nerves ahead of the stadium shows, which begin in Sunderland, North East England, tonight (27.05.11).
A source close to the star told the Daily Mirror newspaper: “Rob suffers from crippling anxiety and has been worried about the lads’ forthcoming concerts. A pal suggested Bikram yoga to refocus his pent up energy and handle stress more effectively.”
Robbie has reportedly been attending Bikram yoga sessions for the last three months, which see him strike a number of meditative poses in a room heated to 40 degrees centigrade.
The source added: “After a couple of sessions he was hooked – and sweating like a wildebeest. While the others have stuck to the gym or pool, Robbie’s been using meditation and yoga to help his stage fright and to keep sane on tour.”
The ‘Rock DJ’ hitmaker – who is joined in the group by Howard Donald, Gary Barlow, Mark Owen and Jason Orange – previously admitted he started to get stage fright after touring for excessive amounts of time as a solo artist.
He said: “I’m not the kind of person who can do nine months. I can do two months solid, not a problem. But nine months – I’m not built for it. I go loopy.
“But mentally, all I’m projecting is very positive, all I can see is it being healthy and happy and an amazing show.”
Mark has also admitted he recently suffered a bout of stage fright ahead of the shows, in support of the band’s ‘Progress’ album.
He said: “A few weeks ago I had a pre-tour panic, a bit of a meltdown, which I went through for a couple of days. I wasn’t getting much sleep, but I came through the other end and I’ve been all right since.”
The group will play 36 stadium shows across Europe, ending on July 29 in Germany.

Robbie Williams’ Painting
by Lisa on Apr.11, 2011, under Artist
Robbie Williams has taken up painting
The singer has discovered his love of art since rejoining Take That last July, and has been spending his spare time when he’s not busy with his bandmates – Gary Barlow, Mark Owen, Howard Donald and Jason Orange – creating his own canvases.
He wrote on his blog: “Hi all, I know it’s been ages since you have heard anything from me. I have been flying round the world on promo with the TT (Take That) lads and loving it … amazing. In our down time … which hasn’t been much, i found I really liked painting – of course I then had to turn my whole garage into ‘art club’ and got all my la mates into it too. (sic)”
Robbie, 37, has big plans for his paintings, and is considering turning his creations into T-shirts.
The ‘Happy Now’ singer’s wife, actress Ayda Field, has even discovered her artistic side since her husband started splashing his brush around.
In the same post, Robbie added: “Here’s some of my stuff. my favourites I will put on t shirts in the name of my grandad Jack Farrell – what do you think? Ayda did one too, I’ll try and find that and show it to you as well. See you on tour – it’s going to be ace. (sic)”
Robbie and the rest of Take That start their ‘Progress Live’ tour kicks off on May 27 in Sunderland, North East England.

Children — Ayda Field & Robbie Williams
by Kavy on Dec.10, 2010, under Actress, Artist, Band, Singer
Ayda Field hopes she and her husband Robbie Williams don’t have ugly children
The American actress, who married the Take That singer in August, says the couple plan to start trying for a baby in the New Year but is paranoid about having “minging” – a British slang word for unattractive – kids.
She said: “I can’t wait to have kids. I hope they are not minging. But some people at my school had the ugliest parents, and they came out pretty.
“I hope ours gets all the best bits, but it’s pot luck who gets the minging ones. Hmmm, I’ll love them any way, I guess…”
She added to the Daily Mirror newspaper: “But even supermodels can have ugly parents, and they turn out great. So I’m excited.”
The blonde beauty has also revealed the couple’s plans for Christmas.
Ayda, 31, and 36-year-old Robbie will be eating their turkey at their sun-drenched Los Angeles home.
She said: “I’m really looking forward to Christmas in Los Angeles.
But we’ll have a British roast, just with the sunshine. Then we’re coming back to Britain for four months.”

Robbie Williams’ Funeral Requiem…?
by Alice on Oct.09, 2010, under Artist, Entertainment, Singer
Robbie Williams has written a song for his own funeral
The pop star doesn’t want his biggest hit ‘Angels’ played when he is buried and has instead penned a requiem, a classical piece of music known as a ‘Mass for the Dead‘, to be played to mark his passing.
When quizzed on which of his tracks he wants played at his funeral, he said: “None. For that occasion I’ve written a requiem. All on my own, without any help.”
A Requiem Mass is used to celebrate the repose of the soul or souls of one or more deceased persons at funerals, while Robbie’s hit ‘Angels’ was previously named one of the most popular songs to be played at funerals in the UK.
The Take That star has joined a list of musical geniuses by writing a requiem. Other composers to have created pieces include Mozart, Verdi and Faure.
The 36-year-old singer – who is married to American actress Ayda Field – knows people will find it hard to believe he could pen a classical piece of music and admits he finds it frustrating that people don’t give him any credit as a songwriter.
He moaned to German publication ZEITmagazin: “People often assume I am only marginally involved in the making of my music, which makes me very sad. I feel underestimated because too many people think I only sing songs which have been written by much more talented songwriters.
“Maybe that’s because I never play an instrument on stage, which people interpret as a lack of knowledge about music or the technique behind writing a song. What can I do? Should I install a camera in the studio next time I make a record so the world can watch in amazement how I write a song? Luckily my bank knows how valuable I am. For a lot of people I will still always be the clown from that boy band.”

What Justin Bieber Thinks Of Cheryl Cole?
by Kavy on Aug.12, 2010, under Artist, Singer
Justin Bieber thinks Cheryl Cole is one of the “hottest girls” in the world
The 16-year-old pop star has a crush on the ‘Fight for This Love’ singer and also has a soft spot for Katy Perry – who is engaged to Russell Brand.
He said: “Cheryl and Katy are two of the hottest girls in the world – and so normal and funny with it.
“If I was a few years older they are the kind of girls I’d like to date. I want a younger version of Cheryl and Katy – a mixture of the two would be hot.”
Although Justin accepts he has little chance of romancing either Cheryl, 27, or Katy, 25, he is keen to invite them both out so they can give him some tips on how to bag a girlfriend as beautiful as both of them.
He added to The Sun newspaper: “Maybe they could coach me and tell me how to work out which ones are the good ones. That would be pretty awesome. I would like to invite the two of them out for dinner so they can tell me the best way to win a woman like them.”
Justin would also like to work with Cheryl and Katy in the future and he would love to record a duet with Robbie Williams.
He said: “I want to meet Katy and Cheryl in a professional capacity too, not just because they are hot, but because they are super-talented.
“I also think Robbie Williams is really cool. He owns the stage when he is out there and is a great all-round entertainer.”

Robbie Williams (13 February 1974) is a British singer-songwriter and occasional actor. Robbie is a member of pop group Take That. He rose to fame in the band’s first run in the early 1990s. After many disagreements with the management and certain group members, Robbie left the group in 1995 to launch his solo career. On 15 July 2010, it was announced he had rejoined Take That and that the group intended to release a new album in November 2010.
Robbie debut album, Life thru a Lens, was released on 29 September 1997, on EMI Records. The album produced a string of successful singles, including “Angels”, which has become one of his well known songs to date.
Robbie followed up the success of his first album with his second album I’ve Been Expecting You, released on EMI Records on 26 October 1998. Like his debut, the album charted at number one on the UK Album Charts and was successful on other worldwide album charts. The album produced Williams’s first UK number one single to that point, “Millennium”. His third and fourth albums, Sing When You’re Winning released on 28 August 2000 and Swing When You’re Winning released on 19 November 2001 were well received by music critics, and like his previous albums, debuted at number one in the United Kingdom.

Is Gary Barlow Planning A Hike…….?
by Abbey on Jul.22, 2010, under Artist, Band, Singer
Gary Barlow is planning a hike to the North Pole.
The Take That singer – who let a celebrity charity expedition up Mount Kilimanjaro last year – is hoping to convince a group of showbiz pals to join him on the gruelling arctic trip in spring 2012 to raise money for BBC Sport Relief.
His latest challenge is likely to take a week to complete.
A source told Britain‘s The Sun newspaper: “Gary loves a challenge, so as soon as he finished the Kilimanjaro trip he was working out what to do next. There was talk of climbing Everest but that’s a seriously tough exercise.
“Getting to the North Pole is not exactly easier but it is more do-able and takes less time.”
Gary already seems to be shaping up for the challenge – after the singer and his Take That bandmates agreed to ban alcohol at their concerts next year.
The group – who have been rejoined by Robbie Williams – will only serve soft drinks backstage during their proposed epic 54-date tour for the sake of the ‘Angels’ singer and bandmate Mark Owen, who have battled alcohol problems in the past.
A source said: “It’s a sensitive subject but alcohol will be off limits for the band and crew. Their last tour was one giant party and for Mark and Robbie’s sake, that just won’t work this time around.”

Robbie Williams Uses Sex To Keep Himself Trim

Robbie Williams uses sex to keep himself trim.
The 36-year-old singer – who has famously battled with his weight throughout his career – insists his new toned physique is all down to bedroom antics with fiancee
.
When questioned about his new buff body, Robbie said: “You’re talking abut sex now. Yes we do it, we do it, we really do it!”
However, it isn’t just sex that keeps him slim – the ‘Bodies’ singer also finds the time to run every day – and has used his celebrity-filled Soccer Aid charity event, which takes place on Sunday (06.06.10) as a target for getting fitter.
He told the Daily Star newspaper: “I’ve been running six or seven miles a day, playing a couple of 90 minute games a week, so I am knackered.
“I don’t think I’ve lost weight but I have toned up. It’s been a good process and it’s been great to have something to aim for.”
Robbie isn’t the only celebrity who uses to sex to look good – ‘Shrek Forever After’ star Cameron Diaz also credits it as keeping her youthful.
The 37-year-old beauty said: “I don’t want to look 25 again. The fountain of youth for me, let’s see. I guess it’s exercise, healthy diet, lots of water, lots of laughter, lots of sex – yes, sex, we need that as human beings. It’s healthy, it’s natural, it’s what we are here to do!“

Robbie Williams – Raising Funds For Haiti Victims
by Alice on Apr.14, 2010, under Charity, Singer
Robbie Williams was humbled by the plight of “vulnerable” child victims of the Haiti earthquakes.
The ‘Angels’ hitmaker – who is visiting the disaster-stricken country in his position as an ambassador for UNICEF, (United Nations International Children’s Fund) – met children affected by January’s natural disasters and was visibly moved by the squalid conditions in which they have to live.
He said: “I met children who were injured, who had been separated from their parents and were living in temporary shelters or on the streets. This earthquake hit children the hardest. The children are so vulnerable.”
The 36-year-old singer admitted he was outraged by the “risk of violence” which child refugees now face everyday.
He said: “They’re living day-to-day without the basic things they need and at risk of violence and abuse. I don’t know about you, but I think this is wrong and we need to put it right.”
The emotional star is also launching a special challenge for Soccer Aid – a star-studded sports event which takes place on June 6 and raises money for UNICEF – on his return from the trip, called ‘Keep It Up For Soccer Aid’.
The ‘You Know Me’ singer is asking people to be sponsored for the number of ‘keepy-uppys’ – juggling a football with various parts of the body without letting it fall on the floor – they can do in aid of the organisation.
Speaking of the challenge, Robbie added: “It’s really simple, do as many sponsored keepy-uppys as you can to make a real difference to the lives of children.”
Other stars who have visited Haiti include Susan Sarandon, Sean Penn, Demi Moore and Gerard Butler.

Robbie Williams Joked On Stage
by Alice on Mar.19, 2010, under Artist, Band, Music, Singer

Robbie Williams poked fun at his former Take That bandmate Mark Owen on stage last night (18.03.10).
Mark, who recently confessed to cheating on his wife Emma Ferguson with 10 women, was the butt of a number of jokes made by Robbie, who was performing in London.
He said: “This is going to be one of the best nights of my life, do you know, it’s so nice to be the only member of Take That not in trouble this week. That’s a surprise isn’t it?”
Later on, the 36-year-old singer said his song ‘Rock DJ’ reminded him of Mark – who has since gone into rehab for an alcohol problem.
He said: “Me with the floorshow, kicking with your torso. I’ll be like Mark Owen by the time I come off after singing that. I shouldn’t have said that, should I?”
Robbie also admitted he was afraid to let go on stage at the concert for UK radio station Heart because he had put on weight.
He said: “I’m a little porky and have to do sexy tonight and what did I put on? A cardigan. You wouldn’t want to see my body without it. I’ve got a real complex now about dancing – I used to be really good.”
Despite his jokes, Robbie – who has overcome his own battles with addiction – has been supporting close friend Mark through this difficult time, along with the other members of Take That, Gary Barlow, Howard Donald and Jason Orange.
A source said: “Mark has confessed to having issues with alcohol and with his own substance abuse past, Robbie is the perfect person to offer him support.”

Robbie Williams & His “Overwhelming” Fears
by Alice on Mar.13, 2010, under Artist, Music, Singer
Robbie Williams says his stage fright is like “thinking you’re going to throw yourself off” a balcony.
The ‘Morning Sun’ singer was amazed at how much his nerves spiralled out of control on his 2006 ‘Close Encounters’ world tour and never knows how they will affect him.
He said: “I never know what I’m gonna get until the day of the show itself.
“I did a tour and on that tour an awful lot of people came to see me, and I bit off a bit more than I could chew and I buckled.
“The stage fright went from being something necessary to prepare yourself for the big show to an overwhelming fear of, ‘I can’t go on, I can’t go on.’
“It’s a bit like that feeling when you’re standing on the balcony and you think you’re going to throw yourself off. That kind of fear.”
Robbie is still keeping tight-lipped about speculation he is to reunite with his former group Take That, despite reports revealing he joined his ex-bandmates – Gary Barlow, Howard Donald and Jason Orange – in the studio this week to record some tracks.
Robbie – whose best friend in the band Mark Owen missed the sessions as he battles to save his marriage to Emma Ferguson following his cheating confession – said: “I’ve got something very exciting planned for the end of the year, too. Separate to me… and that’s very, very, very exciting.”

Amy Winehouse Turned Down A duet With Robbie Williams
by Alice on Feb.25, 2010, under Singer

The ‘Rehab’ singer’s father Mitch has revealed his daughter was approached by the ‘Angels’ singer to duet with him, but she told Robbie she thought his idea was a “f***ing joking”.
Speaking on his online show ‘Mitch Winehouse’s Showbiz Rant’, he said: “I’m a bit worried about Robbie, next thing he’ll be wanting to make a record with Amy. That’s preposterous.”
The 58-year-old taxi driver added: “Actually he said that once… he wanted to do a record with Amy. Amy said, ‘Are you f***ing joking.’ ”
Amy is currently working on her long-awaited third album which she has recorded in London and Jamaica.
Mitch recently spoke about his concerns for his daughter now she has seemingly reconciled with her ex-husband Blake Fielder-Civil.
He said: “I’d be devastated, I’m worried about the situation and I’m going to discourage her in every way I can. Their relationship was a disaster, it was destructive and they’re lucky that one of them didn’t die. Two addicts can’t be in a relationship.”

Accepting her first award, Gaga said: “Thank you so much, I love my
fans, thank you so much for everything,” before reeling off a list of
people who she wanted to thank.
By the time she accepted her third award, for Best International

She said: “I was really excited about winning the first two awards,

Gaga also performed a song at the event – which she dedicated to
recently deceased fashion designer Alexander McQueen.

Elsewhere, Florence and the Machine picked up the accolade for British

BRITs Album of 30 Years – ‘What’s The Story (Morning Glory) – Oasis
Outstanding Contribution to Music – Robbie Williams
Liam Gallagher outraged the BRIT Awards tonight (16.02.10), throwing
his trophy in the crowd and snubbing his brother.
The former Oasis singer appeared to collect the award for BRITS Album
of 30 Years, a publicly voted accolade for the best album since the
event started.
Liam appeared onstage briefly to collect the trophy, and thanked the
band’s line up – apart from his brother Noel, the band’s main
songwriter and second vocalist.
Referring to one of the group’s hits, Liam said: “I’d like to thank
Bonehead, Guigsy, Alan White…. the best bands in the f**king world
live forever.”
He then threw his microphone and the award into the audience and
walked offstage.
Oasis split last year after a fallout between the volatile Gallagher
brothers, and while Noel is recording a new solo album, Liam has
formed a new band with the rest of the group’s members.
Backstage at the event, he said: “I don’t know if we deserved it
because there has been loads of great albums over the last 30 years.
“But if they’re gonna give it to us then I’ll play the game and turn
up and get it.
“Now can we go and take loads of Class A drugs?”
The missing microphone caused panic among the award organisers, and
while the show was at an advert break, one of the stage team pleaded
for its safe return.
He announced: “We need this mic back. Please, if you have the mic will
you return it, as one of our artists will not be able to perform
without it.”
The microphone thrown by Liam was given back and the show went on.
Other performances at the event included rock band Kasabian, who
performed their single ‘Fire’ on a stage which was partially engulfed
in flames. They later won the award for British Group.
Cheryl Cole – who is currently undergoing troubles in her marriage to
footballer Ashley Cole, after he was caught sending lewd messages to
other women – also performed her single ‘Fight For This Love’ singing
through what appeared to be gritted teeth as she did a dance routine
reminiscent of Michael Jackson.

The ‘Bodies’ singer only got engaged last week but is desperate to make Ayda Field – who he has been dating for around three years – his wife, and has earmarked the romantic day as a possible wedding date.

Robbie Williams: It is “about time” I Became A Father
by Alice on Dec.30, 2009, under Singer
The 35-year-old singer admits he and girlfriend Ayda Field have discussed starting a family and expect it to happen in the near future as they are ready to settle down.
He said: “That’s definitely on the agenda – little monkeys running around. It’s about time. I’ve had a good innings.”
Despite proposing to 30-year-old Ayda live on Australian radio last month, Robbie insists it was just a joke and he and the actress have no plans to marry.
He told Closer magazine: “I’ve been going out with her for nearly three years and solidly for a year and a half. But I want us to play around and have more fun and not be grown-ups yet.”
The ‘Bodies’ star is content with his relationship with Ayda and believes they would still be together even if he wasn’t famous.
He added: “She digs me and I dig her, she knows who I am and I know who she is.
“I trust her 100 per cent and there isn’t even a glimmer of worry of her only liking me for all this singing thing.
“I’m a pretty cool guy without all of that anyway!”
When asked the secret to their long relationship, Robbie says it is “the little things like cuddles and tickles” and insists they never fight.
He said: “We never fall out, we just get on and make each other laugh. We’re a good team.”

Robbie Williams Helping ‘X Factor’ Singer Olly Murs
by cyan on Dec.17, 2009, under Artist, Shows, Singer
The ‘Angels’ hitmaker – who performed with the eventual runner-up of the talent contest on UK TV last Saturday (12.12.09) – told Olly he doesn’t need show boss Simon Cowell to make him a star and has offered to help him get signed.
Speaking at the launch of ‘The Gatwick Factor’, a karaoke competition being held at Britain’s Gatwick airport this week, Olly told BANG Showbiz: “I’m just a normal guy who has come from nowhere, but ever since I finished the show, Robbie’s phoned me every other day and said, ‘How are you, how are you getting on?’
“He’s really concerned about how I go on now, about my future and he wants to help me out.
“Let’s be fair, this guy’s been around for nearly 20 years, he’s got a lot of experience, and yeah, he’s had his highs and his lows like everybody else; but he’s got so much advice to give me and I really do genuinely see him as a friend now.”
Former call centre worker Olly – whose dancing and singing talents have been compared to Robbie’s – has also been offered the chance to go to the US to launch his career Stateside with the ‘Bodies’ singer’s help.
The 25-year-old singer added: “He did offer for me to go to Los Angeles with him. He said, ‘Come over and meet my friends,’ and I think he really sees a good future for me and that’s great.”

Robbie Williams’ Mother Wants Grandkids
by Alice on Dec.14, 2009, under Artist, Mother, Music, Singer

The ‘Bodies’ singer – who is dating actress Ayda Field – has revealed his mother Janet is so desperate for him to settle down and start a family, she told people he was already engaged to try and hurry him along.
He said: “I’m probably going to get married but I didn’t get engaged on the radio the other week. It was just part of the interview. Then my mum went, ‘Oh yes, oh yes. I’ve bought the hat, I’ve bought a card.’ She just wants grandkids. She just wants to speed up the process.”
Last month, Robbie jokingly proposed to his lover of three-years during a live interview with an Australian radio station.
He said to Ayda: “Will you marry me, baby? Ayda Field, I love you so much, would you mind being my betrothed until the end of time?”
The 30-year-old beauty replied: “Yes, I’ll marry you.”
The next day, Janet claimed the engagement was real and admitted she was “excited” about seeing her son getting wed.
She said: “It’s a lovely match. She’s a lovely girl.
“We don’t always have to have the ring, but there is one. I’m very excited.”

Leona Lewis Believes In – Extra-Terrestrial “life forms”
by Alice on Dec.14, 2009, under Artist, Music, Singer

The ‘Bleeding Love’ singer is concerned for the future of the planet and believes it will only be saved when occupied by other “life forms”.
She told The Sun newspaper: “We’ve done so much damage I worry the world will have to end and start again.
“It will be the next people who occupy the planet who will learn from our mistakes. People are too selfish to stop the things that have caused global warming now.
“But the universe is too big for us to be the only life forms.”
The vegetarian singer – who performs ‘I See You’, the theme song from new blockbuster science fiction movie ‘Avatar’ – hopes to meet an extra-terrestrial, especially if they are like the otherworldly Na’vi who appear in James Cameron’s movie.
She added: “I hope aliens are like the Na’vi. I really like them.
“They care about the things I’m passionate about – nature, the planet, the environment.
“This song required a powerful performance so I had to find an emotional connection. I found one to them.”
Leona is not the only star who believes in aliens.
Robbie Williams is fanatical about extra-terrestrials and regularly takes late night trips in the hope of spotting UFOs.
The ‘Angels’ hitmaker claims to have had three close encounters of the third kind over the years and believes in ghosts.
He said: “People will think I’m mental – which I am!”

by Kavy on Dec.11, 2009, under Artist, Music, Singer

The ‘Bodies’ singer – who released new album ‘Reality Killed the Video Star’ in November – wants to hit the road in Britain in the next two years.
He said: “I will be going on tour. That will be happening. When, where, I don’t know. But it will be happening. Definitely before 2012.”
The 35-year-old star – who rose to fame aged 16 when he joined boy band Take That – also hinted again he is to rejoin his former bandmates, Gary Barlow, Mark Owen, Jason Orange and Howard Donald, for a new project.
He said: “Am I going to rejoin Take That? I don’t know what’s happening. Something is in the offing. We have been spending a lot of time together. I’m a big fan of them and the band.
“I want to be involved someway, somehow. But I don’t know how that’s going to work.”
