Michael JacksonMichael Jackson’s Son Will Not Be Witness at Prelim
The prosecutor in the Michael Jackson manslaughter preliminary hearing — which begins tomorrow — will not call Michael’s eldest son, Prince Michael, to testify about what he saw the day his dad died … sources tell TMZ.
Dr. Conrad Murray has said after administering CPR he ran downstairs and asked the chef to send up Prince Michael, who saw his dad’s lifeless body laying in the bed.
In fact, we’re told no one from MJ’s family will be called to the stand during the prelim.
As TMZ first reported, prosecutors plan to call 30 witnesses during the 2-week prelim … many of whom will be medical professionals offering opinions about the standard of care administered by Dr. Murray.
There will be no “star witness” in the prelim. Sources tell us the various witnesses will form building blocks, making the case that Dr. Murray acted recklessly by administering Propofol and other drugs to Jackson the day he died.

Michael Jackson’s Children Prayed For His Survival On The Morning Of His Death
by cyan on Jun.24, 2010, under Children, Father
Family chef Kai Chase has revealed she took the children – Prince Michael, 13, Paris, 12, and Prince Michael II, eight – away from their father’s room as resuscitation attempts were made and formed a prayer circle to ask God to let him live.
She told The Sun newspaper: “It was as if a hammer had smashed the sun in and everything turned black.
“All three children ran to me, crying hysterically. Prince was shouting, ‘Dad, dad, what’s wrong with dad?’ While Paris screamed, ‘Daddy, daddy, daddy,’ over and over.
“I clutched them to my chest and got them to hold hands with me in a circle. Then I said, ‘Pray with me, all pray with me,’ and we prayed aloud, asking God for a miracle.
“We said, ‘Dear God, keep daddy safe, make this OK.’ But I knew – and I think they knew – that he was dead.”
Kai, 40, who has no children of her own, also claims Michael was a very fun and doting dad, and she remembers on Paris’ 11th birthday he threw her a party with a performance by acrobatic troupe Cirque du Soleil.
Referring to the eccentric character from ‘Charlie and the Chocolate Factory’, she said: “Mr. Jackson was an almost Willy Wonka-style father, with his crazy sense of fun.
“He had paid for members of the circus troupe Cirque du Soleil to perform throughout the house and garden. It was magical and one of the security team filmed the whole day.
“I know Paris keeps that tape close to her heart and watches it to remind her of her daddy.”
Meanwhile, Michael’s brother Jermaine claims the ‘Thriller’ star – who died on June 25, 2009, from acute Propofol intoxication – would have lived had he converted to Islam.
He said: “I felt that if Michael would have embraced Islam he would still be here today and I say that for many reasons.
“Why? Because when you are 100 per cent clear in your mind as to who you are and what you are and why you are and everybody around you, then things change in a way that’s better for you. It’s just having that strength. God is so powerful.”

Michael Jackson’s Children Will Start School In September
by cyan on Jun.21, 2010, under Children
Michael Jackson’s children will start school in September – so they can make friends.
The late King of Pop’s mother Katherine Jackson – who is the legal guardian of his three kids, Prince Michael, 13, Paris, 12, and eight-year-old Prince Michael II, known as Blanket – has revealed the trio are due to enrol at a new education centre later in the year, to help them befriend youngsters their own ages.
Katherine said: “They don’t have any friends. They don’t go to school, they have private lessons at home – but that will change in September, when they are due to enrol at private college. But they have their cousins and aunts and uncles around them constantly, and that’s helped them immensely.
“To them, it’s normal, it’s the life they have known. They have a certain time to go to bed, then they get up and get dressed for lessons. They practise karate and swim, which they love.”
Michael died on June 25 2009 from acute Propofol intoxication, aged 50.
However, his children provide the Jackson family with continuous memories of the pop star, because they all has personality traits similar to his.
Katherine explained to the Sunday Mirror newspaper: “Paris has that lovely way, just like him, and I see his talent in her. Whatever she does, she is very good at it. She’s a good artist, she plays the piano and she wants to be an actress. Prince is serious about a lot of things. He wants to be a cameraman or produce movies. He is dedicated to that, like Michael was. And Blanket is very playful, like Michael was.”
Katherine, 80, has also revealed her son was so protective of his young children – who he raised alone – he deliberately kept his fame from them for as long as possible – so they wouldn’t get “egos”.
She added: “He said, ‘I never told them what I do’. He didn’t want them to know… He didn’t want them walking around with egos! So when they went to the 30th show, the two little ones were in the audience. Michael got backstage and they said, ‘You’re a big star! When I grow up, I want to be like you!’ Michael said that gave him the biggest chuckle.”

Michael Jackson’s Family Would Encourage His Children To Become ‘Performers’
by cyan on Jun.17, 2010, under Artist, Children, Singer
Michael Jackson’s family would encourage his children to become “performers”.
The late ‘Thriller’ star’s three kids – Prince Michael, 13, Paris, 12, and eight-year-old Prince Michael II, known as Blanket – are under the care of his mother Katherine Jackson and are already showing strong signs of the same musical talents of their famous father and his brothers, who formed the Jackson 5 when they were children.
Michael’s brother Marlon Jackson revealed: “I truly believe that God blessed this family with the gift of music to make people happy all over the world.
“If the children want to become performers, that’s fine with me and my mom, but they also have to get an education.”
Although the children are primarily looked after by Katherine, the rest of the Jackson family are also heavily involved in their care, with Michael’s sister Janet Jackson taking a particular interest in their welfare.
Michael’s brother Tito Jackson added to In Touch magazine: “Janet will do anything that she feels is necessary for her niece and nephews.”
The two elder children’s mother, the ‘Billie Jean’ hitmaker’s second wife Debbie Rowe has virtually no contact with them, while Blanket’s mother is unknown.
