Octomom’s Doc — Chased By the Bank

The man who pumped Octomom full of embryos – Dr. Michael Kamrava — is under fire for the way he handles his money … in fact, dude is being sued for allegedly stiffing his bank.

According to legal docs filed earlier this month in L.A. County Superior Court, Kamrava is playing hard to get over a significant debt with Chase Bank USA.

In the docs, Chase doesn’t specify the amount of Kamrava’s debt — except noting that it’s less than $25k. They also checked a box indicating the dispute is over “promissory note/Collections.”

So far, no word from either Kamrava nor Chase.

Octomom Delivers Miracle Payment, Saves Home

Octomom’s labor has finally paid off — TMZ has learned the part-time bartender, garage sale saleswoman, and human photo prop has raised enough money to stay in her home … for now!

Amer Haddadin — the guy who owns the note on Nadya Suleman’s L.A. area property — tells us he had a “very constructive meeting” with Octo’s attorneys yesterday … they finally handed over a check for two months of back payments.

As for the additional $450,000 balloon payment that Octo still owes — Haddadin tells us he’s agreed to grant Nadya an extension … and the two parties will establish a new deadline in the next couple of days.

Octomom — Accused of Hiding Tons of Cash

The guy who owns Octomom’s house claims the mother of 14 has plenty of cash lying around to pay off her debt … but for some reason, she’s purposely “hiding the money” from him.

Amer Haddadin — who’s given Nadya Suleman until Saturday to pay up — just showed up to Octo’s lawyer’s office in L.A. to collect some of the scratch … but was turned away after being told the lawyer was “busy” and “had no money today.”

Haddadin is ticked — telling TMZ his credit is taking a hit for Octo’s shortcomings … and that he’s ready to “sue all of them.”

Octomom Can Wash Foreclosure Right Outta Her Hair

Octomom’s in luck — she’s been offered another get-rich-quick opportunity that doesn’t involve nudity … just some bizarre hair washing and a little tickle, tickle … for a fetish website.

Clips4Sale.com (the same site that offered LiLo $50,000 to pop some balloons) just sent Nadya Suleman a letter — obtained by TMZ — offering her $20,000 … and all she has to do is wash her hair on camera and put up with a little tickle torture.

The $20,000 can easily cover Octo’s $7,500 in back mortgage payments – and we’re told that might just buy her extra time to come up with the $450,000 she owes on top of that.

Octomom Offered On the Job Porn Training

Octomom Nadya Suleman just got what could be a house-saving offer from a big porn company – one that does not directly involve sex.

Vivid Entertainment honcho Steve Hirsch has sent Octo a letter — obtained by TMZ — offering her a job as a production assistant on XXX films.

Hirsch says he feels Octo’s pain — what with a foreclosure looming — so he’s willing to pay her $1,000 a day to become a member of his production crew — a job where she would not have to perform sex or take her clothes off.

And there’s plenty of work. Hirsch says he has several shoots scheduled for October.

No word from Octo’s rep. Yes, she still has one.

Octomom Faces Public Shaming in Foreclosure Case

If it’s even humanly possible … the guy who owns the note to Octomom’s home is now threatening to publicly humiliate Nadya Suleman … if she doesn’t pay off her massive debt in three days.

Amer Haddadin tells TMZ, he’s sick of being jerked around by Octo and her lawyers … and if they don’t settle her gigantic debt by October 9 — dude says he’s going to hold a news conference to tell everyone about how terrible of a resident she has been.

Of course, Nadya has nothing to worry about if she meets Amer’s deadline — but as we previously reported, that’s one big if … because girl still owes over $450,000.

Octomom — Laboring for Foreclosure Miracle

The fate of Octomom’s home is coming down to the wire — just 4 days left ’til foreclosure — but TMZ has learned Nadya Suleman could have a $450,000 ace up her sleeve that might save her family.

The guy who owns the note to Octomom’s home — Amer Haddadin — tells us he’s giving Octo until October 9 to make her $450,000 balloon payment plus $7,500 in missed monthly payments.

But Amer ain’t getting the movers ready just yet — because dude says Octo’s lawyers contacted him last week … insinuating that there’s a realistic chance that Octo will muster up the cash to pay off the home.

Octo has been working her ass off lately in a desperate attempt to raise the money — with a recent garage sale and a guest bartending gig — but it would be tough to rake in 6-figs unless she had a Picasso in her basement.

Then again, she does have one other way to raise the money … if she’s had a change of heart about the porn industry.

Octomom better pack a large bag — and 14 small ones — because TMZ has learned the owner of her home is at a foreclosure attorney’s office right now, preparing to file foreclosure papers against her.

As TMZ first reported, Octomom is behind about $7,500 on her mortgage payments — plus she owes a whopping $450,000 balloon payment which is due October 9.

The owner, Amer Haddadin, tells TMZ he’s at a foreclosure attorney’s office right now and plans on having the papers completed by day’s end.

That $500,000 Vivid porn offer is sounding better and better by the minute.

Octomom Gets 2nd Porn Offer for $500k

In the wake of her new financial crisis, Octomom has a new opportunity to earn enough cash to save her house and feed her 14 kids … if she’ll do a little porn.

TMZ has learned Vivid Entertainment has fired off a letter to Nadya Suleman … offering $500,000 — if she agrees to shoot “one scene for one hour.”

As we previously reported, Octo will get booted from her L.A. area home if she doesn’t come up with enough cash to cover thousands of dollars of back payments … and a $450,000 balloon payment due on October 9.

But Vivid claims if Nadya agrees to the XXX offer, it can “arrange for [payment] to happen quickly so that you will get paid in advance of your October 9th deadline.”

Vivid offered Octo a million bucks for a porno deal back in 2009 — but you know what they say, time is money … shot.

Octomom — On the Brink of Losing Her House

TMZ has learned … Octomom is accused of falling way behind on her mortgage payments again … and the man who holds the note to her L.A. area home tells us he’s finally “ready to evict.”

We just spoke with Amer Haddadin — the man who sold the house to Octomom’s dad and still holds the note — who tells us Nadya Suleman has yet to fork over this month’s $4,060 payment … and still owes an additional $3,500 for previous months.

As we previously reported, Amer tried to foreclose on the house a few months ago because Octo failed to pay a $450k balloon payment when it was originally due back in March. But Octo’s lawyer talked Amer into giving her an extension until October 9 … provided she made her monthly payments on time.

Amer tells us he called Octo’s lawyer about her new debt — but was told she didn’t have the money to pay him … and will consequently begin the foreclosure process … “right now.”

Calls to Octo’s attorney have not been returned.

Octomom: I Was Born to Dance

Octomom Nadya Suleman may have been a stranger to the rhythm method in the past, but now she’s embracing it for a shot at “Dancing with the Stars.”

Octomom’s legal eagle, Jeff Czech, tells TMZ, “Nadya is in top physical shape.  She has been working out for months.  She has had a strong interest in dance and ‘Dancing with the Stars’ is one of the few shows that she takes time to watch.”

Czech adds, “She’d love to do it.”

Our spies at “Dancing” tell us Nadya is not on their short list.  We’re thinkin’ she should be … because at the very least she’s got a built-in audience at home.

Octomom laid waste to an unsuspecting victim with human baby rockets — that’s correct, Nadya Suleman actually launched flying newborns … from between her legs … at some guy’s face.

Octomom to Dogs and Cats: Don’t Go Where I Went

Octomom Nadya Suleman — aka the pot — wants dogs and cats — aka the kettles — to refrain from having litters.

Octo has agreed to display a banner around her La Habra home for PETA, with the warning:  “Don’t Let Your Dog or Cat Become an Octomom.”

In return, Octo gets $5 grand and a month’s supply of veggie dogs and burgers.

Nadya Suleman and one of her spawn were spotted at Disney’s California Adventure Park on Tuesday in Anaheim.

We’re told Octo and her kid had VIP passes and were able to bypass the lines. For the kid’s sake …. let’s hope they were comped.
