Dr. Who Gave MJ Propofol Forced to Testify for Murray
A doctor who repeatedly administered Propofol to Michael Jackson has been ordered against his will to testify on behalf of Dr. Conrad Murray … TMZ has learned.
Dr. David Adams — a Las Vegas anesthesiologist — put Michael under with Propofol on 4 separate occasions in 2008.
Dr. Murray’s lawyers want him to testify in the manslaughter case about MJs “behavior and reactions while under the drug and also how he responded to the administration of the drug.”
Dr. Adams vehemently objected to being subpoenaed, claiming he’s a “low-key individual” and he’s already lost business because of getting dragged into the case.
Nonetheless, TMZ has obtained a court order from a Las Vegas judge that forces Adams to testify.

MJ’s Alleged Gay Lover — I Stand By My Story!
The man who claims he was Michael Jackson’s gay lover says Dr. Arnie Klein is trying to sabotage his credibility because Klein is afraid the man will incriminate him during the Conrad Murray trial.
Jason Pfeiffer — who once worked as Klein’s office manager — tells TMZ he’s sticking to his story — that he had a sexual relationship with the King of Pop — despite Dr. Klein’s recent Facebook post, calling MJ’s gay affair a lie.
Jason insists, “The story is true. We had a relationship with sexual aspects, but I’m not going to make it into some grand love affair.”
As we previously reported — Klein himself had told TMZ that Michael Jackson had a gay relationship with Jason … even calling Jason “the love of [Michael's] life.”
But the good doc has since changed his story, writing on Facebook recently, “Allegations about … Jason being Michael Jackson’s lover are ridiculous. That story was made up … “
Now, Jason claims Dr. Klein has a secret agenda to publicly discredit him — in case Jason’s possible testimony could paint Klein in an unflattering light.
Jason adds, “Klein was the one that pushed for me to release the story in the first place.”

MJ Pushed Dr. To Improperly Give Son Anesthesia
TMZ has learned … Michael Jackson subjected one of his children to the same risky medical treatment that eventually killed him.
Sources tell TMZ … Michael cajoled a Las Vegas dentist into performing a procedure on Blanket in July, 2008, that involved putting the boy under anesthesia for 2 hours in a dental office that did not have the necessary permit for anesthesia.
TMZ has obtained internal documents from the Nevada Board of Dental Examiners, which detail Michael Jackson’s interactions with Dr. Mark Tadrissi. According to the documents, Tadrissi told Michael he couldn’t perform the procedure on Blanket because he lacked the permit.
According to the Board’s investigator, Michael didn’t want to hear about permits and told the doctor, “Have an anesthesiologist do whatever type of sedation required.”
Tadrissi capitulated and performed the 2 hour procedure on Blanket … who was 6 years old at the time. An anesthesiologist had Blanket sedated the entire time.
Now here’s where it gets mysterious. The Board — which learned of Tadrissi’s actions after Michael died — initiated a disciplinary action against Tadrissi for allowing Blanket to be anesthetized in his office. The Board also went after Dr. Tadrissi for allowing Michael to receive Propofol in his office, without the proper permit.
Dr. Tadrissi struck a deal with the Board in 2010 in which he was sanctioned. In a draft of the report, the Board based the sanctions on his treatment of both Blanket and Michael. But in the final version of the report Blanket was taken completely out — there is no mention of the boy or his treatment.
One source connected with the investigation tells TMZ … pressure was put on the Board to omit Blanket from the report, and when the final version was issued, the discipline was based solely on Michael’s treatment.

Katherine: MJ Feared People ‘Wanted Him Dead’
Katherine Jackson says her son, Michael Jackson, told her “several times” that he felt like people “wanted him dead” … and she believes his paranoia was a product of the molestation allegations.
In an interview for Michael Jackson Secret Vault, Katherine said, “One of the reasons I think that [Michael] knew people didn’t want him around any longer” was due to the “vicious rumors about him molesting children.”
Katherine goes on to say that “mean, evil, vicious people didn’t want him around for some reason” … then adamantly states she believes those people were “greedy.”

MJ Cemetery Charging 3 Bucks to Leave Gifts
It’s gonna cost Michael Jackson fans if they want to continue leaving gifts inside the King of Pop’s mausoleum – because TMZ has learned the cemetery is now charging a special $3 MJ delivery fee.
According to sources at the infamous burial space, Forest Lawn Cemetery in Glendale, CA has decided to take down the stage where fans were previously allowed to place gifts — and are now enacting a new gifting policy … so long as fans pay the price and abide by the rules.
Effective immediately, cemetery staff will take gifts for MJ inside the mausoleum — where fans are still forbidden from setting foot — for a $3 fee … oh yeah, as long as those gifts are flowers.
Anything else — teddy bears, posters, picture frames, candles — will get dumped … and if they run out of space inside, we’re told excess gifts will have to brave the elements outside.

MJ’s Alleged Love Child Shot Down in Court
The latest woman claiming to be Michael Jackson’s illegitimate child will never be able to prove it … because a judge has shut her down.
As we first reported, Mocienne Petit Jackson filed documents back in July — claiming she’s the love child created by Michael and Diana Ross’ sister, Dr. Barbara Ross-Lee — asking for a court-ordered DNA test.
An L.A. County Superior Court judge just ruled … a DNA test is not in the cards.
Mocienne also wanted custody of MJ’s kids and a cut of the inheritance – but those claims also went down in flames.
So MPJ’s claims involving murder and abduction will never reach a jury … damn.

Michael Jackson could live again on the big screen — TMZ has learned a former Jackson associate is trying to shop around a full-length movie featuring unseen rehearsal footage from MJ’s 1981 concert series.
The man behind the deal is Ron Newt – who claims he was so close with Michael, that the singer gave him special behind-the-scenes footage from Jackson’s 1981 Triumph Tour.
Now, after seeing the success of “This Is It “ — Newt tells TMZ he’s put together a 64-minute feature film from his footage … which includes several candid moments involving MJ and his brothers. Michael can also be seen dancing, singing and directing the stage production.
Newt tells us he’s already getting offers from several interested parties — with proposals reaching into seven figures.

TMZ has learned the Holmby Hills mansion where Michael Jackson died is getting a serious boost in security — so nobody messes with the super-expensive property while it’s on the market.
Sources connected to the home tell us … now that people know the home is “vacated and for sale, the property owners have increased security to keep it safe.”

MJ Death Mansion for Sale — Fans Already Calling
The Holmby Hills mansion where Michael Jackson overdosed on Propofol and died is back on the market for a cool $28 mil — but the owners are asking for roughly $10 million less than they did before MJ kicked the bucket.
The 17,171 square foot home on Carolwood Drive — which includes 7 bedrooms, a 7-car garage, and 13 toilets — was officially put up for sale on Monday … with an asking price of $28,995,000.
Sources close to the estate tell TMZ that several MJ fans have already expressed interest — possibly in an attempt to get a sneak peek inside — but the owners have required all potential buyers to go through an “extensive pre-qualifying check” before they can even walk in the door.
Back in 2008, the property owner — Ed Hardy CEO Hubert Guez — tried selling the place for $38 million … but when that didn’t work out, he agreed to let MJ live in the home while he rehearsed for the “This Is It” tour.
According to RealEstalker.com, Guez had recently tried to rent out the property for $300,000 per month … but ultimately decided he would try and get rid of it all together, with the discounted price tag.
So far, it’s unclear if Guez is entertaining any serious offers.

MJ Mausoleum — Who’s Ready for Yoga?!
MJ’s mausoleum is about to be penetrated by a busload of hardcore Yoga enthusiasts … and TMZ has learned Forest Lawn is welcoming them with open arms.
According to sources at the cemetery, the followers of Paramahansa Yogananda — a famous Indian guru and yogi who died 50 years ago — plan to visit their master’s crypt today for a prayer ritual … and his crypt happens to be inside the same mausoleum where MJ resides.
The problem — the Great Mausoleum has been on lockdown mode for months — thanks to some overzealous MJ fans — with the cemetery threatening to remove Jacko-holics by force if they’re caught anywhere near the building.
But we’re told since Yogananda’s followers have been doing their prayer thing in the mausoleum for years — and have never caused a problem — they’re cool to enter the area.
However, according to our sources, MJ’s tomb will be covered with a screen during the spiritual visit — and get this … it’s all because security is afraid a few crazed MJ fans could pose as yoga enthusiasts … just to sneak into the mausoleum.
Namaste.

Katherine Jackson — The Buck Stops Here
Katherine Jackson has a problem she may not realize — while she’s raking money in from various Michael Jackson businesses, the judge in the MJ estate case could shut her out of a huge monthly allowance the MJ estate has been providing.
TMZ first reported … Katherine and Joe Jackson sponsored a ritzy Michael Jackson event at the Beverly Hilton Hotel Saturday night — with tickets going as high as $500 a pop — and if there are profits, we’re told some of that will line her pocket.
And then there’s the book she hawking — “Never Can Say Goodbye” — co-authored by Howard Mann, who made a fortune off of nude, online gambling.
Mann tells us he’s going into other businesses with Katherine as well. Roger Friedman from Showbiz411.com says he’s seen a contract between Mann and Katherine which guarantees her $10,000 a month for promoting a book in the works, “The Katherine Jackson Story.” Mann claims Katherine will net $10 mil from the book.
Now here’s the problem. When the judge in the Michael Jackson estate case signed off on Katherine getting more than $26,000 a month, it was based on need. If she’s making money on the side — especially making money off her late son — it’s likely the judge will no longer see the need to fill Katherine’s wallet.
So it’s coming down to a “Let’s Make a Deal” decision. Katherine, do you want door #1 or door #2?

As we first reported, the unauthorized “Forever Michael” memorial — scheduled to go down at the Beverly Hilton – was never approved by the Jackson estate … yet for some strange reason, Katherine Jackson has given promoters her blessing.
Also set to perform — one of Joe Jackson’s business partners … and you can guess who probably made that deal.

Showdown Between Katherine and MJ Estate
TMZ has learned Katherine Jackson has gone into multiple businesses with a man who promotes online nude gambling — and the stage is now set for a showdown between Katherine and the Michael Jackson estate.
Katherine met Howard Mann five months ago. We’re told she instantly liked him, began inviting him to her grandson’s basketball games and other events, and then they started talking about publishing a book.
The book — “Never Can Say Goodbye: The Katherine Jackson Archives” — is being published this week and sold online at www.jacksonsecretvault.com.
But there’s more. Mann tells us he and Katherine are producing a biopic on Katherine Jackson’s life. And he says they’re going into business to sell 273 unreleased MJ tracks. Mann bought a storage locker owned by the Jackson family after they didn’t pay the storage bill. There was a treasure trove of stuff in the locker, including the 273 tracks, along with 19,800 photos.
But we’ve learned the Michael Jackson estate is drawing a line in the sand. Estate lawyer Howard Weitzman tells TMZ, “Mr. Mann can listen to the tracks in his living room or play them at cocktail parties, but he has absolutely no right to the intellectual property and has no claim to the music.”

Michael Jackson’s Fans Are To Be Allowed Into His Burial Site
by Kavy on Jun.10, 2010, under Artist, Dancer, Singer
Michael Jackson’s fans are to be allowed into his burial site to pay tribute to him on the anniversary of his death.
Plans are expected to be finalised this week to allow admirers of the ‘Thriller’ star – who died of acute Propofol intoxication on June 25 2009 – into Forest Lawn Memorial Park, in Glendale, Los Angeles, following pleas from the late singer’s family.
Glendale Police Sergeant Tom Lorenz said: “We understand that Forest Lawn is working with the Jackson family for some kind of commemoration. We will be working closely with Forest Lawn to ensure the safety of those who want to pay their respects to Michael Jackson while ensuring the safety of others who are coming to the cemetery to pay respects to their loved ones.”
However, fans will not be given access to the Great Mausoleum, where the singer was interred last September and is also the final resting place of other showbiz legends including Clark Gable and Jean Harlow.
Sgt. Lorenz added: “Basically, they will be viewing it from a distance.”
Michael’s brother Randy revealed last month he was hoping fans would be allowed to pay their respects at the cemetery.
He tweeted: “I’m meeting with Forest Lawn and the City of Glendale. Although they have strict rules, I’ll do my best 2 see if fans can visit and pay their respects beyond the gates of Forest Lawn, on the 25th. I will inform you all soon. (sic)”
The area where Michael is buried is normally off limits to non-family members and Randy’s intentions have infuriated the families of other people laid to rest there.
Clark Gable III – the grandson of the legendary actor – said the mausoleum “wouldn’t be as sacred” if just anyone could go inside.

Forever Michael Memorial — Not MJ Approved
For $150 a ticket, you can pay tribute to Michael Jackson on the one year anniversary of his death … at the swanky Beverly Hilton Hotel. Problem is … the event is not sanctioned by the people who control all things MJ.
Michael Jackson — The Eyes Have It
“Forever Michael” is being thrown by The Jackson Family Foundation and VoicePlate.com. Joseph Fahmy, the guy who runs VoicePlate, tells TMZ Joe and Katherine Jackson, along with Michael’s 3 kids are expected to attend. But sources connected with the family tell us … Katherine and the kids won’t even be in town on June 26 — the day of the event.
According to the VoicePlate website, “A portion of the proceeds for this event will be presented to some of Michael Jackson’s favorite charities at the event.” As for what portion goes to charity and where the rest of the money goes … Fahmy wouldn’t say, although he did tell us he just hopes to break even.
And there’s this … Fahmy says Jackson songs will be sung the entire evening. It’s all news to the Michael Jackson estate. Howard Weitzman, lawyer for the estate, tells TMZ, “No one ever contacted the Estate to see whether or not they would approve, participate in, or allow the use of Michael’s name, likeness, image or intellectual property for this event.”
Caveat emptor.

MJ Fans — Cemetery Ban Won’t Stop Us
TMZ has learned tons of Michael Jackson fans are descending upon MJ’s tomb on the 1-year anniversary of his death — even though they’ve been banned from the mausoleum.
As we previously reported, Forest Lawn Cemetery — where Jackson is entombed — claims they’ve adopted a new policy in which security is instructed to remove anyone hanging out in front of the King of Pop’s mausoleum.
But a rep for Justice4MJ – the fan group organizing the mass pilgrimage — tells TMZ they are “absolutely” still going to visit the singer’s burial place on the big day .. June 25th.
A rep for Forest Lawn tells us they have not yet figured out how they plan to handle the MJ anniversary … but they will work with the Jackson family and abide by their wishes.

According to sources at Forest Lawn Cemetery in Glendale, security has been informed that MJ fans are no longer permitted to gather on the patio of MJ’s mausoleum. Those who loiter will be asked to leave.
It’s unclear why Forest Lawn is making the move — especially because fans have been visiting the burial site regularly since MJ moved in last year.
And now — with the one-year anniversary of Michael’s death fast approaching — the Justice4MJ fan group is concerned about their plans to gather at the mausoleum on June 25.

Michael Jackson’s estate has fired back against the company that sued the singer for $300 million over the derailed Jackson family reunion concert.
You’ll recall AllGood Entertainment claimed MJ promised through his rep … the family concert would take place before any other live performance. The AllGood suit alleges Michael breached the agreement by subsequently signing to do the London concerts before the scheduled reunion concert.

Michael Jackson Estate — MJ Belts Are Bogus!

Michael Jackson Estate — MJ Belts Are Bogus!
An extremely fancy belt commemorating Michael Jackson — and allegedly “sanctioned” by Joe Jackson and Katherine Jackson — can be yours for the bargain basement price of $1,500 — problem is … the whole thing may be illegal.
Here’s the problem. The belts feature several images trademarked by Michael Jackson – including dancing feet, MJ’s silhouette and the MJ crest – and MJ’s estate must authorize any commercial use of those trademarks, as well as MJ’s name or image.
So of course we called MJ estate lawyer Howard Weitzman, who said the belts were news to him and that the executors never authorized the sale. Weitzman says, “The Trustees of the Estate of Michael Jackson did not authorize the making or the sale of the Michael Jackson Tribute Belts.“ Weitzman continues, “We would never condone the use of Michael’s children’s signatures to promote the sale of merchandise.”
We haven’t found out who’s behind the website … but Jerry Olivarez, a PR guy and friend of the Jackson family, has been touting the sale of the belts. We’re told the site goes live today and 7,000 belts will go up for sale. And, there will be an auction for the belt signed by Joe, Katherine, and the kids — opening bid is $5 grand.
Attempts to speak with Olivarez were unsuccessful.

Janet Jackson Stayed Away From TV After MJ’s Death
by Abbey on May.22, 2010, under Artist, Singer
Janet Jackson stayed away from televisions following the death of her brother Michael Jackson last June.
The 44-year-old singer and actress confesses she had a tough time when shooting her latest movie ‘Why Did I Get Married Too?‘ because of Michael’s death of an Propofol overdose last year, but channelled her energy into the film and stayed in touch with her family to check up on details.
Speaking at a special screening of the film at the Brixton Ritzy Cinema, London, Janet told BANG Showbiz: “It was very tough at times. It was very, very difficult. I just tried to do my best. It was very therapeutic and very draining in other ways. You know, it never left my mind what was going on.
“I stayed away from watching any television whatsoever, but I stayed in touch with my family on a daily basis. It was difficult at times but it helped me to heal. The tears in the film, those were real tears.”
Recently her ex-boyfriend Jermaine Dupri claimed the ‘All For You‘ singer no longer wanted to make music as her albums do not sell as well as they used to.
He said: “Last time I heard she really didn’t want to do an album. She wanted to just do singles every once in a while. She’s looked at the marketplace -albums are not really doing what they usually do when you put all this budget out there. Janet is just trying to figure out her landscape.”

Michael Jackson Appearance Triggers Suit
Even in death, Michael Jackson generates lawsuits … this time it involves a douchey clothing designer, a car museum and a phantom gun.
Photographer Stephen Winick claims he was brutally attacked by security guards hired by Christian Audigier of Ed Hardy fame during his 50th birthday party. Michael Jackson attended the bash, which was thrown at the Petersen Automotive Museum in L.A.
In Winick’s lawsuit, filed today in L.A. County Superior Court, he claims he innocently snapped a pic of Jackson, but Audigier was upset and wanted to delete the photo. So Winick claims Audigier unleashed his guards, who then allegedly beat the crap out of Winick.
Winick says one of the guards yelled “gun, gun” to amp up the attack.
In addition to Audigier, Winick is suing Ed Hardy, the museum and the guards. He wants unspecified damages.
