The 43-year-old singer – who has been dating Spanish model Andres Velencoso for three years – is sick of people asking her when she plans on having kids but is grateful her parents aren’t trying to force her to become a mother.

She told YOU magazine: “I hate the question, ‘So when are you going to have children?’ But amazingly I have never heard it from my mum or dad. They never put pressure on any of us. For a while it looked liked it would never happen for us all and then boom, boom, boom.

“The only answer I have is, ‘If it happens for me –beautiful.’ I’ll have to wait and see. I love children and I love the thought of having a family. And Andres is really good with kids.”

While Kylie hasn’t ruled out having children in the future, for now she is content to dote on her nephews.

She said: “Don’t get me started talking about my nephew. My brother Brendan’s son Charlie is five now and his little brother James is two and Dannii’s boy Ethan is one. They all came to see my show in Melbourne and I could see them from the stage. I kept looking over to see if they were still there.”

Although Kylie calls herself a “serial monogamist”, she admitted she is reluctant to settle down and tie the knot.

She explained: “I don’t like to be boxed in. Maybe that feeling has affected my attitude to marriage. But it isn’t about fearing a commitment – I am committed. I’m a serial monogamist and I have never run off. It’s just that I need to be able to breathe.”

Kylie Minogue considers retiring every time she finishes a tour

The 42-year-old singer – who is in a relationship with Spanish model Andres Velencoso – admits she thinks about turning her back on showbiz, but her resolve only lasts a few months because she is “addicted” to her music career.

She said: “Do I think of retiring? Absolutely. I say that at the end of every tour. And then something happens a few months down the line and I start thinking of songs and getting that itch… What can I say? I’m addicted.”

Kylie never expected her career to last as long as it has – but predicts she will still be performing in 20 years.

She added: “When I was 20 there was no way I could see myself touring at 43. I have a terrible feeling I’ll be saying the same in 20 years time.”

The ‘All the Lovers’ hitmaker also thinks her current ‘Aphrodite – Les Folies’ tour will be her best yet, though it has been very expensive.

She said: “There were a few coronaries over the cost but I’ve been touring for 20 years and I want this to be the most fantastic show ever.

“This is me completely pushing the boat out.”

Kylie Minogue loves washing dishes for her boyfriend

The 42-year-old singer – who has been dating Spanish model Andres Velencoso for over two years –loves the fact she can live an ordinary life with the hunk and then take to the stage in front of thousands of adoring fans.

She said: “I love washing dishes – that was a lovely, special family moment, but I also love being up there on stage, feeling that incredible energy from my fans.” The ‘All the Lovers’ hitmaker also admitted she lives a “boring” life when she is on tour so as to keep all her energy to put on the best show possible.

She said: “How do I cope with touring? By being completely and utterly boring. I go on stage and then I go back to my hotel room, put on my pyjamas and drink tea. I’m not rock ‘n’ roll. I never have been.” Though she insists she is boring, Kylie admits Andres has had to get used to seeing her be “manic” when she is touring.

She explained: “Andres loves the dresses – they’re fun and sexy. We’ve been together long enough now for him to know what I’m like when I’m working. “Part of the time he has me as the relaxed girlfriend, and then I go into manic work mode and it’s a whole new experience. He’s a special guy and totally gets me.”

Kylie Minogue wanted to work with Primal Scream

The Australian singer – who has previously collaborated with artists including Nick Cave and Manic Street Preachers – approached the ‘Loaded’ hitmakers to write a track for her, but the group were having too many problems to accept.

Frontman Bobby Gillespie revealed: “We met her twice – at a photoshoot and then she came to a gig in Australia. She was lovely. “I think she was looking for us to write a song for her and make a record with her. But we were having problems even writing songs for ourselves at that point. So it never happened.”

Primal Scream – who were previously famed for their drink and drug-fuelled partying – recently marked 25 years since the release of their first single ‘All Fall Down’ but the group are surprised their career has lasted so long.

Asked if he ever expected the group to be around 25 years, 48-year-old Bobby admitted to Q magazine: “I didn’t think I’d be alive then. I probably didn’t want to be alive. Seriously. “So the answer is no. But I always knew we were good. It was always a serious thing. It wasn’t like a part-time thing before you go back to doing a real job.”

Dannii Minogue is hoping Santa Claus visits her baby son Ethan

The Australian beauty – who gave birth to the tot in July – is enjoying her first Christmas as a mother and can’t wait to see what Ethan gets in his stocking.

She tweeted: “One more sleep…Santa please don’t forget little Ethan…he has been a very good boy….night tweet peeps! (sic)”

While Dannii – whose sister is pop superstar Kylie Minogue – is wishing Santa brings Ethan lots of gifts, she recently revealed she is hoping to give her son a sibling in the near future.

The 39-year-old beauty – who is in a committed relationship with rugby player Kris Smith – said: “Kris wants a massive family! He’s bought the people carrier, it’s got seven seats and he keeps looking at me going, ‘OK, when are we going to fill that?’

“I think I need a bit more time to think about it! We’ll see what happens, but look, if we had more kids and they were all as calm and easy as Ethan, it would be magic. He’s such as good baby, I lucked out.”

Spanish model Andres Velencoso has been dating the 42-year-old singer for the past two years and while he says they want to be together forever, they are yet to set a wedding date or start trying for a bay.

He said: “Kylie is so generous and positive and she gets the best out of people, including her family and friends. She’s an amazing human being with a huge heart. It’s just wonderful being around her.

“But right now, we’re fine just the way we are. We have, of course, discussed marriage and having a family but we’re in no rush. We’ll let our future take its own course and go step by step.”

Andres also revealed how he was taken with the ‘All The Lovers’ hitmaker as soon as they met on a photo shoot.

The ‘Better Than Today’ singer wasn’t surprised when her sibling Dannii Minogue was asked to be a judge on UK TV pop star search show ‘The X Factor’ in 2007 because she has always been willing to give people an honest opinion.

She said: “Dannii is so honest, she’s perfect for ‘X Factor’. Before she was a judge on the show, she would come to my concerts and I always knew I was going to get a real opinion. Like she’d say, ‘Dancers two and five were off.’ She’d give me a list of things.”

Despite being willing to take criticism from her sister, Kylie admitted she can be a diva.

Kylie Minogue admits she often cries over her ongoing cancer treatment

The pop superstar is still taking medication for breast cancer and has confessed there have been times when the side-effects, which include extreme sickness and headaches, have left her distraught and despondent.

Kylie – who was first diagnosed with the disease in 2005 – said: “Trust me, ‘I have been in floods of tears at my oncologist, saying, ‘I can’t stand it, get me off this stuff,’ and he will become very stern and say, ‘We have to cure you,’ so you have to carry on with it because it works.

“I will finish early next year and that will be amazing, but I’ve also heard that you can feel quite insecure when you first come off it because you have relied on this medication for so long. It’s going to be a big adjustment.”

Just as Kylie is looking forward to finally completing her treatment for the illness she is also looking forward to performing for years to come.

The 42-year-old singer wants to continue making music into old age and admits her career gave her something to focus on during her initial cancer treatment.

She explained to You magazine: “Work was a big part of my recovery. Even when I was going through treatment I was fantasising about the ‘Showgirl Homecoming’ tour. I had to do it – I don’t know what else I would have done. As I went through the treatment, I would try and concentrate on the future… But I’ll be the one in the old people’s home doing high-kicks in the corner. There is an inherent part of me that says, ‘This is what I do, this is who I am.’ I just can’t stop – it’s difficult to subdue a performer’s instinct.”

Kylie Minogue’s boyfriend is “part of the family”.

The ‘All the Lovers’ singer – who has been dating Spanish model Andres Valencoso since October 2008 – loves being around the 32-year-old hunk and thinks he has fit in well with her loved ones.

She said: “He’s a very stable, honest, fun guy. He’s part of the family.”

The 42-year-old star is currently in Australia and has been spending time with sister Dannii’s new baby Ethan – who was born earlier this month – which she admits has made her broody.

She said: “I have cuddled him and gazed at him adoringly, he’s a little marvel. I am just a little bit clucky.”

However the 42-year-old star – who was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2005- admitted that her only dream was to be happy and “not to dream impossible dreams.”

She also said: “I really don’t know if that’s going to happen for me. All I can say is, we’ll see.”

If Kylie does go on to raise a family, the singer – who currently lives in London, England – would consider following in Dannii’s footsteps and returning to her home land.

The ‘Wow’ hitmaker also revealed her first awkward encounter with her nephew at the home Dannii shares with her British boyfriend Kris Smith.

Speaking on Australian TV show ‘A Current Affair’, she said: “He had just woken up and was getting ready to have a bath, Dan said, ‘Go on, have a nudie cuddle’ because he’s just so tiny and precious and beautiful.

“I did that and then she said, ’Take him to the bathroom’, and I did. Carried him through there and Kris had his towel, just a towel wrapped around him.

“And I thought, ‘That’s OK, because he’s just got up’. So we have a chat in the bathroom and I’m thinking, ‘The bath’s right there. That’s an awful lot of water for a little baby’.

“Jetlag, no common sense, then I suddenly realised, ‘Oh, you’re going in the bath with Ethan. Sorry, that’s why you’ve got a towel wrapped around you. I’ll just get out of the bathroom’.”

The X Factor judge – who is currently in Australia preparing for the birth of her first child with British boyfriend Kris Smith – claims she never saw a baby in her future until she became pregnant.

She said: “I just never thought it was something I would do. I had never been broody. No clock was ticking. And I would never have wanted to do it unless I was in the right relationship. He felt like the one.

“Kris loves me pregnant and that’s a big, big help. You do have hormonal days and I think if anything was said that left me thinking, ‘What did he mean by that?’ it might have got to me. But he is loving every minute of it.”

The 38-year-old singer also admits her older sister Kylie Minogue is not jealous of her having a baby and is simply glad to be alive following her recovery from breast cancer.

She said: “Someone asked me recently, ‘Is your sister jealous?’ I said, ‘My sister is alive.’ ”

Discussing her place on the judging panel on British TV talent show The X Factor, Dannii admits she finds comparisons with Cheryl Cole tough, but is hardened to it.

Kylie Minogue has promised to keep showing off her famous butt.

The 42-year-old singer insists she has no intention of hiding her petite rear – which was first made famous by a pair of gold hotpants in her ‘Spinning Around’ video – as she gets older.

Kylie – who is seen in tiny black pants in the promo for new single ‘All the Lovers’ – said: “I won’t be covering up my bum as I get older. Every time I put on a pair of hotpants I think, ‘This is the last time.’ But it’s not. It makes me laugh that my bum has become such an obsession!”

The Australian pop star also revealed she has a little help to make sure her bottom always looks its best in videos.

She confessed: “When it came to the video and I knew I was going to be in tiny hotpants again, I was like, ‘Cover my legs and bum with body make-up.’ It’s definitely the way forward and my secret to having a great bottom.”

The Australian pop star intends to keep on touring for years like her idol Madonna – who is still flashing the flesh on stage at 51 – but admits she doesn’t have the same commitment to fitness as the ‘Hung Up’ singer.

Cheryl Cole has been voted the Most Inspirational Woman of the Decade.

The ‘Fight for This Love’ singer – who has been focusing on her solo career since she separated from her soccer star spouse Ashley Cole last month following claims he cheated on her several times – was named as the celebrity female who has made the biggest impression on other women.

The 26-year-old pop star was given the honour for both her “beauty” and “success” – with 29 per cent of her fans praising her looks and 51 per cent in awe of her career.

A survey taken out on the cosmetic treatment review website, www.goodsurgeonguide.co.uk asked over 1,100 British women their views on a number of the world’s biggest celebrities.

Actress Dame Helen Mirren polled second, chat show host Oprah Winfrey was placed third and Jennifer Aniston came fourth while Britain’s Queen Elizabeth was surprisingly named the sixth most inspirational woman.

Katie Piper, the model who survived a horrifying acid attack, was named fifth in the list.

Author J. K. Rowling, TV personality Sharon Osbourne, singer Kylie Minogue and sportswoman Amy Williams – who took gold in the skeleton competition at the Winter Olympics – completed the top 10.

Christiana Clogg, owner of The Good Surgeon Guide, said: “It is great that the results show these women as inspirational for a variety of reasons. Success is something that most women aspire to have, not necessarily success in the public eye, but success on a personal level.”

The survey also asked the same group of females about who has made the least impression on them over the past 10 years.

Model-turned-body builder Jodie Marsh has topped this list, followed by a number of British stars, including Tara Palmer Tomkinson, reality TV stars Chantelle Houghton and Kerry Katona, Rebecca Loos – who claimed to have had an affair with soccer star David Beckham – and actress Helen Flanagan.

Kylie Minogue has confessed she is attracted to girls.

The ‘Wow’ singer admits she is a “natural flirt” and can’t help but admire beautiful women, but is adamant she has never been involved in a same-sex relationship.

Kylie, 41, told Max Mexico magazine: “I have been attracted to some women. I am a sexual exhibitionist and part of me is a natural flirt.

“But although I am attracted to women, I have never done anything with them.”

Kylie – who is currently dating Spanish male model Andres Velencoso, 31 – was spotted at the 7th Heaven pole dancing club in the French ski resort of Chamonix three weeks ago.

Dancers Faye O’Neil and Katrina Redfern said the singer was “transfixed” as she watched them perform a sexy routine.

Kylie has also previously joked about becoming a lesbian because of her huge gay fan base, and admitted to being attracted to late US actress Tallulah Bankhead.

She said: “I’d go gay for her. She was a fascinating and exotic woman. There was so much to admire about her.

“She lived life to the full, maybe a little too fully. I want to release the inner Tallulah in me.”

The rapper issued a come and get me plea to Simon last week to be a judge on UK TV talent show ‘The X Factor’ and now the music mogul says he would be delighted to welcome Eminem onto the panel.

Simon said: “It would be great to have him on as a guest judge.

“Em – I can call him that because we are on first name terms – the job is yours.”

However, Simon insisted he won’t alter the line-up and drop any of the current judges – Girls Aloud star Cheryl Cole, Australian singer Dannii Minogue, the sister of Kylie Minogue, and music manager Louis Walsh – to make room for the ‘We Made You’ star.

He added: “I’m not getting rid of anyone.”

Eminem, 37, said last week he doesn’t think the current panellists have been successful enough to help the acts.

He said: “No disrespect to the current judges but you need people who are global, platinum-selling stars. You need to prepare contestants for what it’s really like out there, and what sort of pressure you are going to be under.

“So much average talent comes out of these reality shows. A hip-hop star will never win a show like the ‘X Factor’ without somebody like me on the panel. It needs somebody in power to open a door for them.”

The 37-year-old hip-hop star guarantees he would find a platinum-selling star if he and his producer friend Dr. Dre had a guest slot as judges.

He added to Britain’s The Sun newspaper: “So much average talent comes out of these reality shows. A hip-hop star will never win a show like the ‘X Factor’ without somebody like me on the panel. It needs somebody in power to open a door for them.

The Australian singer says she was forced to strip off for the men’s magazine because she owed £150,000 and was too proud to ask her pop star sister Kylie to help her financially.

She said: “Kylie knew why I was doing it. I could have asked her for the money, but it wasn’t in my nature.

“I never wanted to admit the trouble I was in. I should have been looking at my finances.”

Dannii appeared on the cover of Playboy in October 1995. The magazine sold out in less than four days and became one of the best-selling Australian editions.

However, the 38-year-old beauty admits it was difficult for her to go against her father Ron and mother Carol’s wishes.

She explained: “My parents didn’t want me to do it. My dad was saying, ‘Doing this is forever – you can never, ever change it.’

“I would never disclose how much I was paid – but it had to be a lot to look at my parents’ faces and see the anguish in my dad’s eyes.”

Despite the upset it caused her father, Dannii – who had divorced husband Julian McMahon earlier that year – felt “liberated” by the experience.

She said: “I don’t regret it, but I feel relieved that people know why I did it – it’s a huge weight off my shoulders.

“It was actually fun and I did feel liberated. I looked at the pictures and thought, ‘I look all right!’ “

Dannii broke down in tears as she spoke with TV talk show host Piers Morgan about her financial problems and also 41-year-old Kylie’s battle with breast cancer.

Speaking about supporting the ‘Wow’ hitmaker – who was diagnosed with the disease in 2005 – Dannii added: “You just go to another depth. You find strength within yourself that you never knew you had because you never needed it before.

“The proper one is the five-year all-clear and we’re not there yet. She’s been so strong. In my head it’s not going to come back, that’s just not going to happen.”
