Kelsey Grammer is planning to go on a road trip for his honeymoon

The former ‘Frasier’ star – who is currently in the process of divorcing third wife Camille Grammer – is set to marry fiancee Kayte Walsh next month and wants to celebrate their union with a tour of America.

Speaking on US TV talk show ‘Live! with Regis and Kelly’ about his post-wedding plans, Kelsey said: “It’s a road trip across the country. Kayte’s from England and she has a great love for America and she wants to see some of the things that actually I haven’t seen.

“We’re going to go to Mount Rushmore, Yosemite, Santa Fe, and take in Las Vegas, ‘cause, you know, of my gambling addiction. We’re really looking forward to it.”

However, Kelsey, 55, says there won’t be any arguments about the entertainment for when they’re behind the wheel as he’s leaving that all up to 29-year-old Kayte.

He said: “Kate’s actually in charge of the music.”

Before he can marry the former flight attendant, Kelsey needs to get his divorce from Camille finalised, which is set to happen on February 7.

Last month, Camille – mother of two of his children, Mason, nine, and six-year-old Jude – reportedly rejected a $30 million divorce settlement as it didn’t include alimony or child support for their two kids.

Following his split from Camille last July after 14 years of marriage, Kelsey started dating Kayte but in October, tragedy struck as she miscarried their first child together.

Kelsey Grammer’s estranged wife thinks it’s “crazy” the actor is planning to get married next month

Camille Grammer – the mother of two of the former ‘Frasier’ star’s children, Mason, nine, and six-year-old Jude – is shocked at his decision to tie the knot with fiancee Kayte Walsh in February as she is not ready to move on.

She told US TV talk show host George Lopez: “It’s crazy, crazy. I don’t want to get married again, I need time. And no I’m not dating anybody.”

Kelsey – who has already been divorced twice – recently revealed he plans to marry former air hostess Kayte next month even though his divorce from Camille is yet to be finalised.

Speaking about his relationship with Kayte, Kelsey said: “The kids seem to be doing OK. We’ve been spending quite a bit of time with them, Kayte and I. Kayte’s my new girl, and we’re planning to get married soon. Sometime in February.”

However, Kelsey’s plans were put in jeopardy as Camille had asked a judge to deny the 55-year-old star’s motion to dissolve their marital status while they continue to fight over their $120 million estate.

The former Playboy model claimed Kelsey is only requesting the quick divorce “solely for the reason that he intends to remarry as soon as possible”.
