‘Jersey Shore’ — Surprising Living Arrangement

The hook to “Jersey Shore” in Italy is the place where the cast will be living … and it’s not the place being cited by numerous news reports.

Sources connected to the show and with direct knowledge tell TMZ … the TRUE location where the cast will be staying has not been revealed … but we’re told it won’t be an apartment … a house … a hotel … or a church.

TMZ has obtained photos of a new patio deck built off the back of the apartment complex where the gang in RUMORED to be staying — complete with studio lights — but we’re told the rumors are 100% false. However, the location MAY be used in the show, if producers like the way the set turns out.

We’re told NO ONE from the cast — including Snooki, Situation and Pauly D — have been informed where they will be staying … and producers plan to keep it a secret until the gang gets off the plane.

‘Jersey Shore’ Angelina — PREGNANT!

It was only a matter of time before one of the “Jersey Shore” gals got knocked up … and now TMZ has confirmed … Angelina Pivarnick is 100% preggo!!!!

TMZ spoke with Angelina who confirmed the pregnancy … but wouldn’t comment further.

Sources close to the reality star tell us the baby daddy is Angelina’s fiance Dave Kovacs. The couple has been engaged since February.

No word on when the baby is due.

‘Jersey Shore’ — Buongiorno FLORENCE!

The cast of “Jersey Shore” will be fist-pumping their brains out in Florence, Italy for Season 4 … TMZ has confirmed … because the capital of Tuscany is the youngest, coolest city in the Boot.

Sources intimately familiar with production tell TMZ, Florence was chosen because “it’s young, walkable, fashionable, and beautiful in springtime” … and, BTW, riddled with alcohol-guzzling clubgoers.

But we’re told the cast ain’t doing the city like your average tourists — according to sources, they won’t be living at a normal house … or a normal hotel … but our sources are mum on exactly where they will be staying.

The cast hasn’t been told yet they’re officially going to Florence. Well, consider them told now.

JERSEY SHORE: Angelina Says Engagement Isn’t Fake, Gets New Rings!

Former “Jersey Shore” star Angelina Pivarnick is slamming rumors that her engagement to David Kovacs was nothing more than a publicity stunt — and she’s got the new rings to prove it!

Pivarnick, who got engaged last week on the red carpet of a New York Fashion Week show, tells TooFab “The publicity stunt thing is bulls**t. Me and my fiancé are very happy together.”

Angelina also showed off the two new wedding bands David added to her engagement ring, telling us “Why would he spend the money if this was just a publicity stunt?”

We’re told the two new diamond bands cost about $4K and the couple is going shopping for wedding dresses and apartments in the Upper East Side next week.

EXCLUSIVE! DJ Pauly D Inks T-Shirt Deal!

“Jersey Shore” star Paul “DJ Pauly D” DelVelcchio has inked a deal to produce a line of T-shirts, TooFab has exclusively learned.

The T-shirt collection, called “Dirty Beats,” will be produced by the company Dirty Couture. But DJ Pauly D isn’t just lending his name to the collection: Sources tell TooFab that he’s signed a deal for 50 percent ownership in the clothing company with his childhood friend and business partner, Pasquale Dippo.

Sources add that DJ Pauly D has turned down other clothing endorsement deals, since they wouldn’t have allowed him to be in direct control of the product.

DJ Pauly D is involved with the day-to-day operations of the business, including design. He’s even had the company’s signature star logo tattooed on his elbow!

Ex “Jersey Shore” Star Angelina Releasing 2nd Single Jan. 29!

Former “Jersey Shore” cast member Angelina Pivarnick is taking another stab at a music career: She’s releasing a new song, “Going Out Tonight,” on January 29–and she’s planning to release an entire album, she tells TooFab exclusively.

The release of this new track follows the November release of her song “I’m Hot,” which was widely ridiculed by fans, as well as the show’s cast.

“The new song ‘Going Out Tonight’ is coming out January 29,” Pivarnick tells TooFab. “It was going to be January 11, but we had to push back the date because it wasn’t done yet.”

And Pivarnick wants to stop the haters in their tracks now, telling TooFab it’s better than her previous single.

“It actually is a really good club song,” she says. “To be honest with you, it’s really good. ‘I’m Hot’ was not even nearly as good as this song. This song is definitely something you can hear in the club. And it’s me singing, not just rapping. As a matter of fact, I’m singing in it all the way. I’m not even rapping in it all.”

And is she really planning to release an album? “Um, yeah! 100 per cent!”

But the Pivarnick is setting her sights beyond the music world. “I have my music career which I’m really focusing on heavily. But I have TNA [Wrestling] that I’m going to be doing. I have another show I’m going to be doing. I have some commercials that are coming up, and I actually got cast for a movie role!”

As for details about the film gig, she tells TooFab, “I can’t say the title yet because I’m not allowed, but there’s definitely celebrities in the movie.”

As for her detractors? “The haters make me smile. The haters are just motivation for me to keep going.”

‘Jersey’s’ Angelina: I Was Attacked at The Mall

Angelina Pivarnick — the sometimes cast member on “Jersey Shore” — has told police she was attacked at a mall in Staten Island today … TMZ has learned.

Sources close to Angelina tell us the reality star was inside Hot Topic at the Staten Island Mall when she was approached by a “rowdy group” of young people.

Angelina claims somebody attacked her from behind — striking her in the back of the head. We’re told she immediately called police for help.

But mall security paints a slightly less dramatic tale — they tell us a few people were filming Angelina and her friend when the crowd got chaotic and somebody accidentally smacked her in the face.

Security quickly arrived to the Hot Topic and ordered the kids to leave the store.

But sources close to Angelina tell us the reality star has a welt on the back of the head proves her story. We’re told Angelina is still talking to police to figure out her next move.

Mike ‘The Situation’ Sorrentino became the fourth person to be voted off ‘Dancing with the Stars’ last night (12.10.10)

After a series of low scores in the competition since it started a month ago, Mike’s Argentine tango with professional partner Karina Smirnoff – which scored a dismal 12 out of 30 points from the judges – landed him in the bottom two acts with Bristol ‘The Pistol’ Palin.

Mike, who had opened his dance with an impressive flip, declared his score “a situation” before he was sent home due to his low score and low votes from the public.

Speaking about his time on the show, ‘Jersey Shore’ star Mike said: “I was like, ‘You know what, if I got eliminated today, I put it all on the floor last night, so I bow out gracefully.’

“It is what it is, I tried my best. At the end of the day, somebody’s gotta go home.”

Mike also felt he didn’t get enough encouragement from the judging panel, adding: “They were so unpositive and didn’t even see the work I put in, didn’t even see the progress I made this week and you know what, you know what? I’m done with this. (sic)”

The highest score of the night went to Jennifer Grey and Derek Hough, who scored a combined total of 56 points, including the only judge’s perfect 10 of the evening. The performance, also an Argentine tango, means the pair hold their position at the top of the leader board.

JWoww Down for a Little TNA … Wrestling

If JWoww is looking for a fight … JWoww is gonna get a fight — TMZ has learned the “Jersey Shore” starlet has just signed a deal with Total Nonstop Action Wrestling.

Sources close to the deal tell us JWoww — real name Jenni Farley – just signed a one-night deal to appear on Spike TV’s “TNA impact!” on Thursday.

We’re told JWoww doesn’t have a match scheduled … but she’ll “probably be mixing it up” with a couple of Jersey Shore-alike wrestlers named Robbie E. and Cookie.

But JWoww ain’t doin’ the wrestling thing for free — we’re told she’s pulling in a cool $15 grand for the night … and the two sides are working out a deal to get her to come back to the show.

… and to think, Snooki didn’t get a dime when she got hit on television.

The Situation — Cops Involved After ‘Dancing’

The Situation came face-to-face with the LAPD last night … just hours after leaving “Dancing with the Stars” … and TMZ got the whole thing on tape.

It all went down in Hollywood … right after Sitch left Playhouse nightclub with a few members of his crew. The “Jersey Shore” star rolled into a waiting SUV and took off … but moments later, the car was stopped on the side of the road … next to an LAPD squad car with flashing lights.

It’s unclear why the police got involved — but both The Situation and his friends got out of their SUV and had a friendly exchange with the officers … who never got out of their squad car.

Law enforcement sources tell us Sitch and his boys were not cited for anything — and were allowed to go on their merry way.

‘Jersey’ Vinny: My Ride Got Jacked!

Vinny from “Jersey Shore” once again put something where it didn’t belong — and this time it cost him.

Vinny’s 2011 Mercedes-Benz was towed early Thursday morning in New York City … so our tow sources say.

Vinny parked his ride in a no-no zone on Wednesday night outside of his buddy’s place — and awoke to discover he was Mercedes-less.

Vinny had to cough up $185 bucks to get the Benz back.

The Sitch’s Pad — Zero-Tolerance Loudmouth Policy

The Situation can forget about throwing “Jersey Shore”-style ragers at the swanky L.A. bachelor pad he’s got his eye on — TMZ has learned … the apartment complex has a zero-tolerance noise policy.

According to sources at The Palazzo, residents are required to sign a no-noise agreement before they move in — and if they get even one complaint after that … it’s eviction time, no excuses.

Strict noise policy aside, the joint is pretty sweet — we’re told they have a Saturday brunch by the pool and also boast a fully functioning spa.

The place costs $5,300 a month — but as we previously reported, “DWTS” would foot the bill if Sitch decides to chisel in.

Snooki’s Community Service — Scoopin’ Poop

TMZ now knows how Snooki spent day 1 of her community service last Sunday — turns out the “Jersey Shore” star didn’t just take care of neglected animals … she spent most of the day picking up their crap.

According to the general manager of Popcorn Park Zoo in New Jersey — the animal shelter where Snooks volunteered on Sunday — the world famous guidette spent her time cleaning out animal pens … a task that involved a whole lot of poop removal.

As we previously reported, Snooks was in court today — where she pled guilty to a crime following her sloppy arrest in Seaside Heights back in July — and the judge sentenced her to two days of community service … on top of a $533 fine.

She already got credit for her day at Popcorn Park — and according to the judge, she’ll spend her second day with animal control on the Shore.

Judge to Snooki: You’re a Lindsay Wannabe

“Jersey Shore’s” Snooki just got schooled by a New Jersey judge, who called her a “Lindsay Lohan wannabe” … after she pled guilty to a crime after a drunken escapade on a Seaside Heights beach.

As we first reported, Snooki was arrested in Seaside Heights, NJ on July 30 … after she was spotted using a beer bong and falling off a bicycle.

Judge Damian Murray scoffed at Snooki in court, saying he didn’t know if her antics were scripted, adding, if it was scripted Snooki needed to decide “if it was worth trading your dignity for a paycheck.”

But that wasn’t the end … The judge called Snooki’s actions “rude and self-indulgent.”

Snooki pled guilty to disturbing the quiet enjoyment of the beach but the disorderly conduct charge and another count were dismissed.

Snooki could have been thrown in the slammer for 90 days, but the judge let her skate with 2 days community service and a $533 fine.

Snooki addressed the court and said she was “very embarrassed” and says she was never in this kind of situation before.

‘New Jersey Housewife’ — Double My Pay or I’ll Quit!

TMZ has learned “Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Teresa Giudice is “ready to walk away” from the show unless producers cough up “‘Jersey Shore‘ money” … and fast!!!

Sources connected to the show tell us “several of the women are no longer satisfied with their deals” and will not show up to begin shooting Season 3 on September 3rd — unless they get new contracts worth significantly more moolah.

We’re told Teresa — who’s financial issues have been a major plot point on the show — is the most adamant about the contract situation … asking for a cut of the DVD and merchandise sales … freedom to make more paid appearances … and her salary DOUBLED.

A source extremely close to Teresa tells us, “She would like to be paid more equivalent to what the ‘Jersey Shore’ kids are getting” …. adding, “If she’s not treated better by Bravo, she’s ready to walk away.”

FYI — the “Jersey Shore” kids are reportedly pulling in around $30k per episode.

A rep for Bravo tells us they don’t comment on contract negotiations.

The Situation’s Gonna Be Late to the ‘Dance’

The Situation’s “Dancing with the Stars” career has already hit a major setback — TMZ has learned dude will get significantly less time to practice for the show … all thanks to “Jersey Shore.”

Sources connected to The Situation tell us the “stars” are scheduled to begin rehearsing on Monday — but since Sitch still has serious “Jersey Shore” obligations (taping, appearances, etc) that dude won’t be able to slip on his Capezios until at least September 8.

… and since it’ll probably take a couple more days to shake that nasty “Jersey Shore” hangover … who knows when Sitch could be ready to begin practicing for the September 20 premiere.

Bottom line — Sitch will get almost half the prep time as Bristol Palin, Kurt Warner, David Hasselhoff and Audrina Patridge … then again, he’s the only one with a job.

So will Situation be hoisted by his own unitard?

‘Jersey Shore’s Ronnie Busted Over Parking Tickets

“Jersey Shore” cast member Ronnie Ortiz-Magro was taken custody by Seaside Heights PD this morning … and we’re told it’s all over unpaid parking tickets.

A source close to production tells TMZ … Ronnie went in to the police station this morning, paid the tickets, and is already home.

Compared to other “Shore” police activity, this one was pretty minor.

She hasn’t even appeared on the show yet — but the new chick on “Jersey Shore” is already up to her spray-tanned neck in controversy … after a video surfaced in which she drops the N-bomb.

The foul-mouthed female is Deena Nicole — the same chick who sucked down a beer bong with Snooki in Seaside Heights this weekend.

Turns out Deena recorded a video blog on her MySpace page back in 2008 — in which she rants about the way she’s been treated by some dudes … swears revenge … and then says to the camera, “we’re gonna play you out, n**ga.”

Sources close to production confirm Deena will be appearing in a number of episodes during the third season of “Jersey” … but she isn’t considered a “permanent” cast member.

MTV had no comment on the N-bomb situation.

‘Jersey Shore’ Crew — Ready and Waiting …

There are 150 crew members waiting patiently in Seaside Heights, NJ — now they just need the cast of “Jersey Shore” to show up.

SallyAnn Salsano, executive producer of the show, tells TMZ they are ready to shoot. Salsano says they are “committed to the show” and “ready to go.”

As we first reported, the cast has refused to shoot scenes for season three until a new deal is in place.

Snooki — Out of Touch with Reality During Strike

Snooki made contract negotiations practically impossible yesterday during the “Jersey Shore” strike — as soon as the crap hit the fan, she accidentally tweeted her BlackBerry Messenger PIN and had to trash her phone.

Snooks accidentally posted her BBM to her Twitter account — which has over 310,000 followers — and we’re told her phone exploded nearly instantly with the torrential wave of messages she received from fans.

According to sources close to the reality star, Snooks had to ditch her phone and get a new one — making her completely unreachable for hours.

‘Jersey Shore’ Producers — They’re All Expendable

The producers of “Jersey Shore” don’t want to cave to the cast’s demand for more money, and are ready to cut the cord, TMZ has learned.

TMZ broke the story … members of the cast went on strike yesterday, refusing to shoot over the weekend for Season 3.

Sources connected with 495 Productions tell TMZ the cast is ultimately hurting the show.  As one source put it, “The show is not about famous rich people with managers coming to the Shore.”

495 would like to keep a few of the cast members — notably The Situation, Snooki and Pauly D — but they think the strike by the cast is the last straw.

We’re told the cast feels like they’ve been tricked, because they felt their contract — which gives each of them $10,000 an episode — was only supposed to cover Season 2 in Miami.  They feel they’re being screwed now that producers want them to go to the Shore and shoot another installment under the existing deal.

As we first reported, The Situation is being tempted with a sweet new contract and we’re told it’s pissed off some of the other cast as well as the crew.

Here’s the rub … Sources say MTV thinks they have “magic in a bottle” with this group and wants to keep the cast intact.

‘Jersey Shore’ Cast Goes on Strike

The cast of “Jersey Shore” is so dissatisfied over their contract situation that they refused to shoot scenes for the upcoming third season until they get a better deal … this according to sources connected with the show.

The cast was supposed to begin shooting “at home” scenes today for season three, but we’re told JWoww, Ronnie, Sammi, Pauly D and Vinny – who are spread out between New York and Rhode Island — told the crews they weren’t shooting without new contracts.

The Situation and Snooki are supposed to shoot tomorrow, and we’re told Snooki plans to do the same. No word yet on The Situation, but as we first reported … he’s having contract issues of his own.

Sources close to the show tells TMZ the cast feels they can make more money doing appearances for two months, rather than filming the show.

A rep for MTV had no comment.
