The ‘Dear John’ actor admits his actress spouse, Jenna Dewan, is obsessed by romantic film ‘The Notebook’ – in which the two lead characters eventually pass away in old age while cuddling each other – and has made him promise that’s how they’ll leave this planet.
He said: “My wife makes me watch ‘The Notebook’ all the time – it’s one of her favourite movies. It makes me cry and it makes her cry. But every time we put it on she makes me promise that we’ll die in bed together, which is a little weird!”

I then gave it to her as a present at Christmas. But I would like to write more letters, I think it’s a lost art form.”

Amanda Seyfried doesn’t see herself getting married for at least another 10 years.

The ‘Dear John’ actress – who is currently dating her ‘Mamma Mia!’ co-star Dominic Cooper – would like to settle down at some point but is in no hurry, especially as society no longer places such a huge importance on marriage.

The 24-year-old beauty told BANG Showbiz: “I may get married in about 10 years – I definitely see myself getting married. But it’s not as important as it once was so I don’t see the point of rushing down the aisle.”

Although she has no intention of tying the knot in the immediate future, Amanda admits she’s in awe of her ‘Dear John’ co-star Channing’s marriage to actress Jenna Dewan and how much they love each other.

When asked if she was attracted to the hunky Hollywood actor, Amanda replied: “Not at all. When you meet a married man or someone’s heart is totally gone, there’s no way you’d think like that. They have something unreal together and it’s totally inspiring to everyone around them.”

Channing Tatum’s manhood has returned to full working order.

The 29-year-old actor says his penis – which he burnt the skin off while trying to keep warm when shooting ‘The Eagle of the Ninth’ in the Scottish Highlands last October – has made a full recovery from the agonising injury and suffered no permanent damage.

Speaking at the UK gala premiere of his new film ‘Dear John’, Channing told BANG Showbiz: “My penis is doing well. I burned it very badly but thankfully there was no scarring and is working well. I’m back on top – literally!”

As a former stripper, Channing – who previously described the injury as “the most painful thing” he had ever experienced – places great importance on his manhood, especially as he wants to strip off on camera.

He said: “I’d love to go back to stripping, but only for a film. I want to make a movie highlighting my experiences as a stripper.”

Thanks to his good looks and hunky body, Channing – who is married to his ‘Step Up’ co-star Jenna Dewan – has become a Hollywood pin-up but says he doesn’t feel the pressure of being a sex symbol.

The ‘Step Up’ actor enjoyed his time as an exotic dancer when he was 18 and says his spouse Jenna Dewan – who he married last July – was delighted when he revealed his secret to her, but insisted he showed off his skills straight away.

He said: “I did it for almost a year. I’ve lived a crazy life, for sure.

“It seemed like a fun thing to do at the time and I got out unscathed. It’s nothing I’m ashamed of and I’m not proud of it either. I wanted to talk about it in the beginning of my career but my publicist wouldn’t let me.

“When Jenna found out about it, one of the first things she did was make me give her a dance.”

The 28-year-old star is now planning to draw on his experiences to make a film about a male stripper – and will even bare all for the part.

He told the Sydney Morning Herald newspaper: “I’ve already got the director picked out. I’d like Nicolas Refn, who did the movie ‘Bronson’, to do it because he’s insane for it. It needs to be a crazy film and I think it’s also possible to do a cute, romantic movie.”

“Will I strip for it? Oh yeah. I’m going to be getting back in my thong again. Jenna will laugh her a*s off.”
