James Corden Has Become A Father
by Abbey on Mar.23, 2011, under Actor
James Corden has become a father for the first time
The ‘Gavin and Stacey’ star and his fiancee Julia Carey – who he popped the question to on Christmas Day last year (25.12.10) – welcomed a baby boy into the world at London’s Portland Hospital on Tuesday morning (22.03.11).
According to The Sun newspaper, no further details of the early arrival have been revealed and the couple are yet to decide on a name for the tot.
When announcing the pregnancy, the 32-year-old actor-and-comedian admitted he and Julia – who he began dating in September 2009 after being introduced to the blonde beauty by James’ former flatmate, actor Dominic Cooper – were “absolutely over the moon” to be expecting a baby.
He said: “It’s true. We’re both absolutely over the moon. We really couldn’t be any happier.”
Meanwhile, friends of James – who previously dated ‘Two Pints of Lager and a Packet of Crisps’ star Sheridan Smith – recently claimed the baby news couldn’t have come at a better time for the TV star, who is finally ready to settle down.
A source revealed: “He was a bit of a ladies’ man in the past but those days are well behind him. He’s at the right age to settle down – and has met the girl of his dreams. He can’t wait to be a dad. Having a baby is a proud moment for James.”

Noel Gallagher admitted Gorillaz deserved a prize at the GQ Men of the Year awards last night (07.09.10)
The former Oasis rocker praised the animated group – masterminded by his former bitter chart rival Damon Albarn – as they collected the Band of the Year accolade at the star-studded ceremony at London’s Royal Opera House.
Noel told The Sun newspaper: “Gorillaz definitely deserve some kind of award – if only for having 104 people on stage at Glastonbury. What a f***ing rider that must’ve been to organise.”
Noel was at the ceremony to hand veteran Kinks frontman Ray Davies an Outstanding Achievement award.
Controversial US rocker Alice Cooper, who was sitting next to him at the awards spoke of the influence Ray had on his career.
He said: “It was British bands like The Beatles, The Rolling Stones and The Kinks that got me into music. Ray is the man who made me want to write songs. I learned everything I know from analysing his songs.”

Though the ceremony honours high-profile men, actress Gemma Arterton also picked up a gong at the bash, taking home the International Woman of the Year trophy.

Kate Moss Led A Conga Line Through A Take That Concert
by Alice on Nov.27, 2009, under Artist, Band, Model
The supermodel laughed and giggled as she directed a line of dancing partygoers around the Tabernacle venue, in London’s Notting Hill, to the ‘Dirty Dancing’ track ‘(I’ve Had) The Time of My Life’ while her celebrity friends – including model Pixie Geldof – watched on in amusement.
Once the 35-year-old beauty reached the dancefloor she began dancing the Macarena with her pals.
The celebrity revellers were joined at the PlayStation3 SingStar Take That Extravaganza by hundreds of other guests who turned out to support the band as they launched their karaoke computer game and promote the HIV charity Body and Soul.
Take That – Gary Barlow, Mark Owen, Jason Orange and Howard Donald – teamed-up with British comic James Corden for a rendition of their 2007 hit ‘Rule The World’.
The band got a little emotional as they told the crowd the evening reminded them of the intimate concerts they used to perform when they first started out.
In celebration of Take That’s 19-year long career, some of Britain’s newest stars – including Paloma Faith, Taio Cruz and Speech Debelle – also took to the stage to entertain the audience with their versions of the band’s hit records.
