Angelina Jolie is reportedly set to adopt a fourth child

The ‘Tourist’ actress wants to open up her and partner Brad Pitt’s home to a four-year-old girl called Leah who lost her entire family in the earthquake that devastated Haiti in 2010.

Angelina – who already has three adopted children, Maddox, nine, Pax, seven, and Zahara, six, and naturally conceived Shiloh, four, and two-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne – first met the child in February 2010, a month after the natural disaster, and the child is expected to go visit her and Brad and their other children before the adoption is authorised in the latter stages of this year.

A source told the Daily Mirror newspaper: “Angelina’s lawyers are in the process of getting an authorisation so Leah can spend some time with her in America. That’s standard procedure, basically they need to make sure Leah will adapt well.

“A lot of observers from groups such as the Red Cross are ensuring that Angelina is treated like anybody else and not fast tracked, which would be viewed insidiously.”

There are worries adoption authorities in the small Caribbean nation may not be able to cope with the massive interest in Angelina’s plans, but the 35-year-old screen star determined to get through the “final steps” to adopt Leah.

The source added: “There is also a concern about the Haitian authorities not being able to deal with such international pressure. But for now, Angelina is almost reaching the final steps of the gruelling adoption process.

“If Leah fits well within her family in the States, she will be able to adopt her.”

The singer-turned-fashion designer – who is pregnant with her fourth child with husband David Beckham – has developed a hunger for the sweet orange preserve, accompanied by cups of English breakfast tea.

A source told The Sun newspaper: “Victoria is having a lot of tea and toast with lashings of marmalade. She can’t get enough of the stuff.

“Mostly she’s been having it on toast, accompanied by lots of cups of tea.”

The 36-year-old star suffered from bad morning sickness whilst pregnant with her first three children, Brooklyn, 11, Romeo, eight, and Cruz, five, but this time round she is not feeling so ill.

The 30-year-old beauty admits she doesn’t understand why people view her as a sex symbol and says she sometimes struggles to like what she sees in the mirror.

She said: “Being a sex symbol is definitely powerful. I don’t find myself as sexy as everyone thinks. I’m a lot more insecure than people would assume, but with little stupid things. When I get dressed, I’m always so indecisive.

“It’s a process. You have to learn to accept it. You have to learn to like what you see in the mirror. There are definitely times when I don’t feel like myself, but you have to fake it until you make it.”

While Kim admits she can be insecure about her body, the reality TV star still treasures the pictures she posed for in Playboy magazine in 2007.

The ‘Slumdog Millionaire’ actress – who originally hails from the Indian city – visited the slums with a non-governmental organisation (NGO) recently, and was surprised to find no-one knew who she was.

She said: “People in the city recognise me as the girl from ‘Slumdog Millionaire’, and inevitably they stare. But when I visited the slums with an NGO, nobody recognised me at all. I didn’t mind.”

However, the 26-year-old star admitted people often become confused when they meet her co-star Dev Patel - whom she began dating after meeting on the set of the Oscar-winning movie in 2008 – as they think he really did win millions on a game show, as his alter-ego Jamal Malik did in the film.

Freida added: “As for Dev, they hounded him, calling him crorepati, which means millionaire. Everyone needs entertainment, so I’m very glad the film reached them.”

Despite her success, the actress confessed she has been known to stay in her pyjamas all day long when she is at her family home in Mumbai.

She told The Sunday Times magazine: “I generally used my time in Mumbai to unwind, so unless there’s anything important, I’ll be in my pyjamas the entire day, reading papers and watching movies.”

Freida Pinto is happy she had so many rejections before becoming famous

The Mumbai-born actress auditioned for hundreds of roles before achieving fame in the 2008 Oscar-winning movie `Slumdog Millionaire’ but insists her bad experiences made her the person she is today.

She said: “I’m glad things happened the way they happened. I needed to be rejected, and I needed to learn that it’s part of the game. I said, `It’s okay. I can have 100 rejections, but I’m sure there’s going to be one particular thing that is almost destined for me to have, and I am going to have it.’

As well as thinking her rejections led her down her current career path, Freida, 26, is relieved about some of the roles she missed out on because they would have left her filled with regret.

She told Interview magazine: “Some of those things I got rejected for, I look back and say, `Oh, my god, I’m so happy that happened. There would be a lot of things I would have regretted.

“I used to go for these crazy auditions and they’d have the most stupid, silly scripts. My heart was never in it. I would go and try to do what I could, and then a short list would come out. Every day I was on the short list I would have a bad day-I’d be very moody and on edge. At the same time, I thought, `What would happen if I made it to the final list? Maybe that would be my ticket.’ But deep down in my heart I always had doubts, and I think when you have doubts, you just say no.

Katy Perry is surprised her appearance on ‘Sesame Street’ has been axed

The pop star had filmed a segment for the children’s TV show in which she performed a modified version of her track ‘Hot N Cold’ with red puppet Elmo.

A clip of the track was posted on YouTube sparking numerous complaints the low-cut yellow dress Katy was wearing revealed too much cleavage and was unsuitable for younger viewers resulting in bosses cutting the scenes.

On hearing the news, Katy tweeted: “Wow, looks like my play date with Elmo has been cut short!”

The sexy singer’s fiance Russell Brand also took to his twitter page to comment on the decision.

Parodying the famous announcement at the end of each ‘Sesame Street’ episode which reveals which letters and numbers featured in the day’s programme, Russell wrote: “Today’s ‘Sesame Street’ will NOT be brought to you by the number 34 or the letter D. (sic)”

He also made another post parodying the show’s theme tune, saying: “Can you tell me how to get, how to get to Sex-with-me Street? (sic)”

In response to complaints from parents, ‘Sesame Street’ producers released a statement clarifying the clip will not be included in the TV show.

It read: “‘Sesame Street’ has always been written on two levels, for the child and adult. We use parodies and celebrity segments to interest adults in the show

“In light of the feedback we’ve received on the Katy Perry music video which was released on YouTube only, we have decided we will not air the segment on the television broadcast of ‘Sesame Street’, which is aimed at pre-schoolers. Katy Perry fans will still be able to view the video on YouTube.”

Colin Firth is bringing Britain’s “extraordinary” history to life on stage

The ‘King’s Speech’ actor is to narrate a stage performance and documentary called ‘The People Speak’ – featuring a number of stars, including Sir Ben Kingsley, Sir Ian McKellen and Joss Stone – which will show through readings and music, times when ordinary British citizens spoke out for change.

Speaking about the project, Colin – who will co-direct – explained that one of the reasons he is participating is because he hated history when he was at school and he wants to make people aware of some of the lesser known pivotal moments of his country’s past.

He said: “To me ‘The People Speak’ is the perfect response to the abject misery of my history class as a school boy. Considering the immense riches that history offers us in terms of the best and worst of human behaviour – corruption, sexual deviation, rebellion, struggles for power – none of that made it into my history lessons. There is absolutely no reason why history should be dry.”

The British production was inspired by the 2009 American version which featured a star-studded cast including Matt Damon, Josh Brolin, Rosario Dawson, Bruce Springsteen, and Viggo Mortensen.

The live performance will take place on Sunday 19 September 2010 at the Prince of Wales Theatre in London’s West End.

Robert Pattinson could be set to star in the final episode of ‘Entourage’

The ‘Twilight’ actor is rumoured to be making an appearance in the series seven finale of the American comedy-drama show as a particularly difficult client of fictional film agent Ari Gold, who is played by Jeremy Piven.

The hunky star is believed to have filmed scenes for the final episode of the hit show, which is due to air in the US on Sunday (12.09.10).

However, the 24-year-old actor is not the only high profile name set to join the ‘Entourage’ cast.

Both Eminem and Christina Aguilera have already confirmed they will be making cameo appearances in the show’s final episode.

Robert – who was catapulted to fame after playing Edward Cullen in hit film franchise ‘Twilight’ – recently revealed he intends to continue his intense shooting schedule for the foreseeable future.

He explained: “I just want to work as much as I am now. I like working all the time because I spent so many years before ‘Twilight’ just doing stuff for two or three months of the year. The rest of the time I’d do nothing, or I’d just have tiny little jobs.”

Addressing her fans as her “little monsters”, the pop star – who appears in a makeshift crown with a twitter logo on it and waves a magic wand in the video – says: “Hello world, this is Lady Gaga, queen of twitter. I wanted to thank all my beautiful little monsters for following me. Thank you for beginning my reign as twitter queen. I vow to always tweet and tweet again.”

The piece was shot backstage at a concert in Tacoma, Washington. The 24-year-old singer is currently on the North American leg of her ‘Monster Ball Tour’

Gaga currently picks up new followers on twitter at an average of around 171,000 a week, according to website famecount.com which analysed the data.

Although she is the most followed star on twitter, she is not the fastest growing; that title goes to teen pop sensation Justin Bieber, who is amassing an average 800,000 new followers each month.

Other popular tweeters include actor Ashton Kutcher and musician Taylor Swift, who both have over 3 million followers each.

Spencer: The Heidi Sex Tape Asking Price Is …

Sources tell TMZ … Spencer Pratt has a price in mind for the Heidi Montag sex tape — $5,000,000!!!

As we first reported, Spencer is shopping the tape to porn powerhouse Steven Hirsch at Vivid Entertainment. Sources close to the deal tell TMZ they have heard Spencer’s asking price and that Vivid doesn’t think the figure is “an unreasonable price.”

For his part, Spencer tells TMZ that he has an “entire website’s” worth of footage, saying, “I will knock Club Jenna out of the water.”

Spencer went on to say he thinks releasing the tapes will be good for Heidi, saying, “When I realized how much Kim [Kardashian] was making, my logic is this is the best thing I can do for my ex-wife. Kim is on the cover of Allure right now. Heidi isn’t on the cover of Allure.”
