Spencer Pratt is persona non grata on set at Heidi Montag’s new show “Famous Food” … TMZ has learned — in fact, we’re told producers are so serious … they issued an all out ban on the reality star.

Sources connected with the restaurant-themed VH1 reality show tell TMZ, Spencer’s been banned from the set since day one — and Heidi herself AGREED to the injunction.

We’re told producers were adamant … Spencer wasn’t allowed on the set, near the set, or to be involved in any way whatsoever — and not wanting bad blood … Heidi agreed to keep her man at bay.

We’re told Spencer has behaved himself so far — but we’re not getting our hopes up.

Heidi Montag’s Relationship Redux: “Spencer And I Are Great!”

After a rocky 2010 Heidi Montag Pratt tells TooFab that she and husband Spencer Pratt, are looking forward to a drama-free 2011, and are as head-over-heels in love as ever.

“We’re good, and we’re just looking forward to the new year, and our new marriage,” Heidi tells TooFab. (Montag filed for divorce in July, but the couple reconciled in September, and renewed their wedding vows in a beachfront ceremony in November in Carpenteria, Calif.)

And the lovebirds, who are currently living in one of Spencer’s parents’ homes, are literally roaring into the new year: They were just photographed in Malibu buzzing around on a motorized skateboard. “That’s Spencer’s gift that I gave him for Christmas,” she tells TooFab.

While the duo have projects lined up in the new year, she says, “We’ve just been kind of having a vacation. We just need the time to relax. Everything is fantastic. Spencer and I are great.”

And even though Valentine’s Day is weeks away, Heidi is giddy about what to expect. “I’m looking forward to Valentine’s Day! Hopefully Spencer will surprise me! With Spencer, it’s always romantic. He’s a hopeless romantic, and he’s ‘Mr. Perfect,’ in every way.”

Heidi Montag will renew her marital vows with Spencer Pratt today (15.11.10)

The reality TV star – who recently reconciled with her spouse, months after filing for divorce in July – is planning an intimate ceremony “at a secret location on a beach” because her previous two weddings did not feel real.

Heidi – who first eloped to Las Vegas with Spencer in November 2008 before marrying again on their reality TV show ‘The Hills’ in April 2009 – said: “Last time I had Lauren Conrad telling me to leave, the producers telling Spencer to leave me at the altar and it was just really awful.

“I had my mum yelling at me telling I needed my step dad to walk me down the aisle not my real dad, it was just so awful and everyone was just so mean, and no one there wanted us to get married they just wanted a show, so now this is real.

“We had a lot of voodoo on the last one so I’m ready for a new marriage.”

Although the pair have already had two wedding ceremonies, Heidi said today’s nuptials feel like her first.

She explained to Kyle Sandilands and Sophie Monk on Sydney’s 2Day FM radio station: “This is like our first marriage. I feel like our first one was an elopement and we had so many margaritas and it was such a crazy time. And then the second one wasn’t our wedding. It was just a ‘Hills’ wedding and it was for all the people there and it was about everyone else.”

“We deserve a second chance at our marriage and really having this moment and not being robbed of this.”

Spencer also admitted he didn’t enjoy his last wedding, branding it “fake”.

He said: “It was a movie, it was a script and it didn’t feel right. No one in that building wanted us to get married. It was a nightmare.”

Heidi Montag says it’s “amazing” being back with Spencer Pratt

The blonde reality TV star recently rekindled her relationship with her on/off husband after splitting in April and is now enjoying spending lots of quality time with him.

Speaking at a Halloween party in Las Vegas over the weekend, Heidi said: “Fortunately, we are together. It’s been a long summer, and we are together, and I’m so excited to be in Vegas together.

“I’m enjoying our relationship. I had so much going on before, I didn’t have a chance to enjoy being a newlywed.”

Heidi and Spencer – who met on the set of reality TV show ‘The Hills’ – announced they were splitting in April and she filed for divorce two months later.

However, it was soon rumoured they had rekindled their romance and had been secretly living together in a $5.5 million mansion in Malibu throughout the summer before relocating to Costa Rica.

A source said at the time: “Heidi and Spencer made some very expensive upgrades to the house, without the owner’s permission. Wanting to keep prying eyes away, they planted 20 foot tall trees along the front of the house against the wall. They also took it upon themselves to change the pool from chlorine to salt water which was very, very expensive. Spencer really loved the house but all of a sudden the owner was notified that they were moving to Costa Rica.”

Taylor Momsen likes watching sex tapes

The 17-year-old wild child – who has been criticized in the past for her provocative outfits and outrageous behavior – admitted while she has a couple of personal favorites, she doesn’t think the Pamela Anderson and Tommy Lee effort is very good.

She said: “If it’s a good sex tape, I’ll watch it. I like some adult stars. I have a couple of favourites. But I will say this, that Tommy Lee and Pamela Anderson video wasn’t very good. I wouldn’t f**k Tommy Lee.”

Heidi Montag Pulls the Plug on Divorce

TMZ has learned ... Heidi Montag has officially called off her divorce from Spencer Pratt.

The two had been seen out in public together recently — but yesterday, Montag made the reconciliation official, filing a motion for dismissal at L.A. County Superior Court.

As we previously reported, Montag filed for divorce back in July — citing irreconcilable differences.

But now, after the two reunited in Costa Rica to deal with a sex tape scandal — it seems Heidi is once again on board with the whole “til death do us part” thing.

Breast Cancer Charity Has Issues with Speidi

The people behind the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer are distancing themselves from Heidi and Spencer … claiming the reality duo did not “officially” participate in Sunday’s event — even though Heidi posed for several photos in official Avon gear.

A rep for the organization tells us, “While Heidi and Spencer did not officially participate in the Avon Walk and were not there in any official capacity, we do appreciate their support of the cause and the event.”

Sources at the race tell us Heidi and Spencer did not walk the course … but merely showed up for a short while, took photos — and then left.

As for the couple — Spencer’s rep tells us, “Having lost a mutual friend to Breast Cancer, neither Heidi or Spencer would’ve missed the event. It’s a cause they both care deeply about.”

So far, it’s unclear if Speidi donated or raised money for the cause.

Spencer Pratt has apologised to Heidi Montag for his “outrageous and infantile behaviour”

The reality TV star had threatened to release three raunchy films of Heidi - who he separated from in April after a year of marriage- if she refused his pleas to rekindle their romance and make a new television programme, but claims he is now repentant over his actions.

He said: “I horribly embarrassed the one person that meant the world to me. For my outrageous and infantile behaviour, I offer Heidi my most sincere apologies.”

Spencer’s divorce from the blonde beauty will be finalised on Valentine’s Day next year (14.02.11) and he admitted he lashed out because he found the process so upsetting.

He explained: “Divorce can be a trying, draining, and emotionally devastating experience for all involved. Despite these hardships, most individuals manage to conduct themselves with dignity and maturity. I did not – I failed spectacularly.”

The 26-year-old former Hills’ star also took to twitter to beg the 23-year-old beauty for forgiveness.

He wrote: “Over the years, her love, support, and friendship were always given, but never properly cherished. I let her down. She never deserved the pain and anguish I put her through, and although I don’t expect it, I hope in time she’ll be able to forgive me.

“Even though our relationship has changed, I will always count her among my best friends.”

Heidi and Spencer — Bored With the USA

Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag are each separately talking about permanently moving to Costa Rica. Do we smell a rat yet?

Sources directly connected with Spencer tell TMZ … he wants to move to Costa Rica for two reasons — it’s a lot cheaper than L.A., and he would be closer to Heidi and possibly salvage his marriage.

Of course, reason #2 assumes Heidi is also moving to Costa Rica. So we checked with sources in direct contact with her, and they’re now telling us Heidi is indeed noodling on the idea of living in the Republica de Costa Rica.

So the question — Is this whole divorce thing a pile? Heidi’s friends are kinda hedging, saying she loves Spencer but doesn’t know how to deal with all the problems.

No word on how Costa Rica feels about this.

Heidi Montag is terrified her breasts will harden

The former ‘Hills‘ star –  who famously underwent 10 cosmetic procedures in one day, including having her chest increased to a huge G-cup – gives her breasts regular massages to keep the implants soft and has urged other surgically-enhanced women to follow her lead.

She tweeted: “Giving myself a soft tissue breast massage. Ladies we have to keep those implants soft.”

The 23-year-old beauty also revealed that out of all of the cosmetic surgery she had, having her ears pinned back was the most painful.

She tweeted: “Warning: to anyone who is thinking about getting their ears pinned. I learned after the fact it is the most painful surgery a person can get.”

Heidi recently admitted that she wishes she could reverse her numerous surgeries but fears she will never be able to undo the effects of her operations after her surgeon, Dr. Frank Ryan, died in a car accident in August.

She said: “I feel trapped in my own body. There’s just no fixing it. Dr. Ryan knows the work he did, he knows everything.”

The blonde star – who wears nose tape every day because she is terrified it will cave in – claims to feel “crushed” by her breast implants and is desperate to have them reduced.

She recently admitted: “My boobs are crushing me. My body’s still getting used to them and I have major anxiety about it. I was taking painkillers but they weren’t working so I stopped. It hurt either way.

“I’m desperate to go back to normal. I’m downgrading and going a little smaller, to a D or a double D.

“I’m obsessed with fitness but it’s impossible to work out with these boobs. It’s heartbreaking. I can’t live an everyday life.”

Vivid to Spencer — Show Me the Sex Tape!

The Heidi Montag sex tape has thus far been all talk from Spencer Pratt — and now the president of Vivid Entertainment wants Spencer to show his hand.

Steven Hirsch tells TMZ he isn’t going to down to Costa Rica to meet with Spencer about the sex tape — until Spencer coughs up a preview. Specifically, Hirsch says he wants to see at least 30 seconds of whatever it is Pratt’s got.

As we first reported, Pratt is asking for at least $5,000,000 for his library of footage. Hirsch says he asked Pratt to send him some kind of preview because he doesn’t want to be part of any publicity stunt. So far, he hasn’t seen a frame.

Looks like we’ll find out soon if Spencer is bluffing … or if he really has Heidi’s pair.

Heidi Montag Sends Mixed Messages on Sex Tape

Heidi Montag says there’s no sex tape featuring her and Spencer Pratt … but she still wants to have a sit-down with the Prez of the biggest porn company in the world.

TMZ has obtained an email Heidi sent to Vivid Entertainment honcho Steve Hirsch, in which she says, “I don’t think Spencer has any footage of the two of us.  I think hes (sic) making it up for publicity for a new reality show he wants me to do but I really can’t tell.  He can be sneaky.”

But then Heidi writes to Hirsch, “I wanted to drop you a line and let you know where Im (sic) at with all of this.  If you decide to come to Costa Rica I look forward to hearing your thoughts.”

Spencer insists he has a catalog of XXX videos featuring him and Heidi.

It certainly has the smell of an upcoming release.

Spencer to Heidi — We Need Couples Counseling!

TMZ has learned … Spencer Pratt still believes there’s a chance to save his marriage to Heidi Montag as long as they get some “relationship counseling” — and sources close to the couple tell us Heidi is totally on board.

Heidi Montag is privately acknowledging the existence of her sex tape … TMZ has learned — and sources close to the former “Hills” star tell us she’s finally willing to talk business.

We’re told Heidi has agreed to listen to Vivid Entertainment honcho Steve Hirsch when he arrives in Costa Rica to make an offer on the footage … some of which is said to contain girl-on-girl action with Playboy Playmate Karissa Shannon.

Sources close to the Heidi sex tape deal tell TMZ … Vivid Entertainment is only slightly interested in the rumored video with Montag and the Shannon Playmates. They are, we’re told, way more interested in the Speidi videos.

We’re told Vivid honcho Steven Hirsch is very clear … the money tape is the one featuring Heidi and Spencer Pratt — a tape he believes could surpass Kim Kardashian’s sex tape in sales.

Snooki’s Ex — I Should Have Made a Sex Tape!

Spencer Pratt’s guido protégé Emilio isn’t quite on his level yet … because he didn’t shoot a sex tape with Snooki like Spencer did with Heidi – but he wishes he had!

Emilio shot a dating show pilot for Spencer’s production company called “Fist Pumping 4 Love.” He tells us he thinks the Speidi sex tape is “an amazing idea” and he envies Spencer for it.

But rest easy — there is no sex tape with Emilio and ex-GF Snooki. Emilio says, “Wish I did that with Snooki. But I’m still learning and wasn’t as smart as him.”

It’s probably a good thing — the world isn’t ready for a Snooki sex tape.

Spencer Pratt has unearthed a girl-on-girl tape featuring Heidi Montag and Playboy Playmate Karissa Shannon …. sources tell TMZ.

We’re told not too long ago Spencer was at the Malibu house he once shared with Heidi … moving out some of his stuff. Sources tell us Spencer came upon a camera with XXX video of Heidi and Karissa — and the light bulb went off.

Sources say it was then that Spencer decided he could make a fortune selling his “library” to Vivid Entertainment — much of it featuring naked, fornicating Speidi.

We could not reach Heidi and her reps were mum.

As for Karissa Shannon — she tells us such a tape does indeed exist, but she’s not convinced Spencer really has it. Karissa says if the tape ever sees the light of day, she’ll sue the pants off him.

Then again, he might enjoy that.

Spencer: The Heidi Sex Tape Asking Price Is …

Sources tell TMZ … Spencer Pratt has a price in mind for the Heidi Montag sex tape — $5,000,000!!!

As we first reported, Spencer is shopping the tape to porn powerhouse Steven Hirsch at Vivid Entertainment. Sources close to the deal tell TMZ they have heard Spencer’s asking price and that Vivid doesn’t think the figure is “an unreasonable price.”

For his part, Spencer tells TMZ that he has an “entire website’s” worth of footage, saying, “I will knock Club Jenna out of the water.”

Spencer went on to say he thinks releasing the tapes will be good for Heidi, saying, “When I realized how much Kim [Kardashian] was making, my logic is this is the best thing I can do for my ex-wife. Kim is on the cover of Allure right now. Heidi isn’t on the cover of Allure.”

Heidi and Spencer’s Sex Tape Summit

TMZ has learned Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag are at the same hotel in Costa Rica … where Spencer is giving his estranged wife a very clear ultimatum: “Either do another reality show with me or I’m going to release amazing sexual content.”

Spencer tells TMZ he and Heidi arranged last Sunday to meet at the hotel under the pretext that he would turn over two of their dogs. Spencer brought the dogs to the hotel, turned them over to Heidi, and then made it clear to her that he was not leaving until they settled their issues.

Spencer tells us Heidi knew since they met four years ago that all he wanted was to become famous … and nothing will stand in his way now. According to Spencer, Heidi is “freaking out because she doesn’t want to do reality TV anymore.”

Pratt says they have been saying in separate hotel rooms and they have been having ongoing, semi-hysterical discussions — in which Spencer has demanded that Heidi tear up the divorce papers and do a revealing reality show on why she needs to get away from him.

As Spencer puts it, “You cannot turn off the Speidi machine.”

Spencer is very clear … he will release a flurry of sex tapes if she does not agree. Spencer added, “I am a wild sexual freak and I love sex.”

As TMZ first reported, Spencer has been in touch with Vivid Entertainment prez Steven Hirsch, who is salivating to release the tapes. Spencer believes he and Heidi can make more money off of these tapes than Kim Kardashian made off hers.

Dr. Frank Ryan’s Final Journey

TMZ has learned Dr. Frank Ryan — plastic surgeon to the stars — will be laid to rest in Toledo, Ohio … where he was born and raised.

Sources close to the family tell us the doctor’s remains will stay in Malibu for the next couple of days for a private memorial service for the doc’s closest friends. Sometime after the service, Dr. Ryan’s remains will be transported back to Ohio, where he will be laid to rest.

As we previously reported, Dr. Ryan — the guy who worked on Heidi Montag — was killed this past Monday when his Jeep veered off of Pacific Coast Highway and rolled down an embankment.

TMZ has learned Spencer Pratt is currently shopping what he claims is a sex tape featuring himself and his soon-to-be ex-wife Heidi Montag.

We’re told Spencer has contacted the Rolls-Royce of porn — Vivid Entertainment — and is asking for a meeting.

As we first reported, Heidi has threatened to sue Spencer over a tell-all book — but she has not made any mention of a sex tape.  Unclear if the alleged sex tape with Heidi is pre or post-op.

Vivid honcho Steven Hirsch tells us, “I just got off the phone with Spencer Pratt about a sex tape with Heidi Montag.”

He continues, “We are in early negotiations to possibly come to terms for a deal.”

Spencer has told a friend that the alleged tape “makes Kim Kardashian look like an amateur.”

Heidi Threatens Legal Action Over Spencer’s Tell-All

TMZ has learned … Heidi Montag is downright furious with Spencer Pratt’s new claim that he plans to write a tell-all book about her private life — and is now threatening legal action to stop him.

We just spoke to Montag who tells us, “This is exactly why I left him … Right now I’m looking into my legal options to stop it.”

As we previously reported, Montag filed for divorce back in July — and plans on making their split official on Valentine’s Day.
