Although the 32-year-old model has just filed for divorce from the cage fighter she has been pictured spending time with him at a posh hotel in Sussex, South East England – but claims the pair aren’t back together and are simply being “grown up” about their split.

After being photographed eating dinner together at the £375-a-night Alexander House Hotel yesterday (12.02.11) the blonde beauty, who is also known as Jordan, wrote on her twitter page: “Me and Alex are not back together but are still good friends its called being grown up and adult. (sic)”

The couple are said to be on better terms since Alex agreed to leave Katie’s mansion in Surrey, South East England – which she shares with her children Harvey, eight, Junior, five, and three-year-old Princess Tiaamii - and destroyed intimate pictures that were taken during their 11-month marriage.

Her spokesperson told The People: “They met up together and thrashed out a lot of problems before enjoying relaxing spa treatments. Jordan thought his gesture to destroy the pictures was a big step forward and they can remain as friends in the future.”

A pal of the pair added: “For once they didn’t end up shouting at each other and agreed to behave amicably from now on.

“They laughed and joked about the old times they had enjoyed together.”

Katie Price has announced she has split from her husband Alex Reid

Following weeks of reports the couple were to separate, the British TV star has released a no-holds barred statement confirming the end of her relationship with the cage fighter.

Katie blames the break-up on Alex becoming “fascinated by life in the media eye” and insists the pair tied the knot “too quickly” after dating for just seven months.

In the statement, she said: “Alex and I have had a number of difficulties over the past few months. I accept that these were in part caused by my marrying too quickly – we all make mistakes and this was one. However, Alex changed from the man I fell in love with and some of his behaviour became difficult for me to understand and caused issues. I have tried to help him with these issues but they have put a considerable strain on our relationship.

“Our difficulties were also not helped by Alex becoming more fascinated by life in the media eye. Obviously I cannot be critical of someone wanting to do this and originally I tried to help him with his career by getting him contracts with my production company. If Alex wants to honour those contracts the production company is more than happy to do so. However, Alex’s desire to promote himself caused a change in the dynamic of our relationship and contributed to our alienation.”

The 32-year-old beauty also revealed she is furious with Alex, 35, for posing for photographs with her five-year-old son Junior – whose father is her ex-husband Peter Andre – in a martial arts gym and says she feels “let down” by his actions because he knows she wants to keep her kids out of the public eye.

Katie – who also has a three-year-old daughter Princess Tiaamii with Peter and an eight-year-old son Harvey from an earlier relationship – added in the statement: “I had hoped that Alex and I could remain friends but I am not sure if that is possible given events since last Sunday (16.01.11) when we were on the verge of releasing a statement. Alex asked that we did not release any statement because he wanted more time to think. The intervening period has, however, seen a number of false stories appear and photographs of Alex with my son Junior in the gym which it is absolutely clear were posed for. Alex is fully aware that I have sought to remove my children from the public eye now they are of an age to understand and be affected by media coverage of them. I feel incredibly let down that he did this while asking me for more time to discuss our relationship.”

Katie – who wed Alex in a private ceremony in Las Vegas in February 2010 – insists she is now determined to focus on her children but is disappointed the marriage failed.

She said: “I am deeply upset that my relationship with Alex has failed but I know it is the right thing for my children and I that we separate. My children are my absolute priority in this and they are being shielded from what is happening.”

Alex has now moved out of the mansion he shared with Katie in Surrey, Southern England, and is believed to be moving back into his parents Carol and Bob’s house in Aldershot, Hampshire.

The former glamour model and cage-fighter – who tied the knot last February – are keen to stay together and are currently enjoying a luxurious break in the Indian Ocean, where they are working through their problems.

A friend told the News of the World newspaper: “It is no exaggeration to say that the marriage is in crisis. They needed some time on their own without any distractions to talk and see if they have something worth saving. They love each other very much and are doing everything they can to make it work.”

The couple flew out together on Christmas Day (25.12.10) and won’t return until later this month as they are determined to make the marriage work.

The pal added: “The fact that they have jetted away shows their commitment to making it work. They haven’t done it to get some glitzy deal. They have done it because they both need to do some hard talking.”

Katie – who has three children, Harvey, Junior and Princess Tiaamii from previous relationships – first started dating Alex in July 2009, just weeks after splitting from husband Peter Andre.

They tied the knot in Las Vegas seven months later and had the marriage blessed in a lavish ceremony in July.

The former glamour model says her eldest son, eight-year-old Harvey – who is partially blind and has learning difficulties – loves taking pictures and throws tantrums if people don’t comply with his requests.

Katie said: “I get ordered about, Harvey is the bossiest because he gets obsessed with things.

“At the moment it’s cameras on the phone, he likes the click and the flash, so to everyone that comes in the house he’s like, ‘smile at the camera’.

“If you don’t give him a camera he goes mad. He’ll throw himself on the floor. He’s quite hard to deal with.”

The brunette beauty – who has two other children Junior, five, and three-year-old Princess Tiaamii from previous relationship – said despite the fact being a mother wears her out, she hopes to have more in future with husband Alex Reid.

She added: “I definitely want more kids. The best thing about being a mother is their unconditional love. You can have a s**t day, go home and they will smile.”

Alex Reid wants an “army” of children.

The cage fighter – who is step-father to wife Katie Price’s three kids Harvey, eight, Junior, four, and two-year-old Princess Tiaammi – can’t wait to be a dad to his own kids and wants to have as many as possible with the glamour model.

He said: “When Kate launched her baby range, KP Baby, she said she would love to have eight children. I know that sounds like a handful, but let’s have an army and take over the world. I’d love to have a child with Kate, full stop. And I love her three kids dearly, I really do. We have so much fun together and they are the light of my life.”

Katie recently turned 32 and Alex bombarded her with presents and cakes for her birthday.

Katie Price has given up Botox after learning it is bad for pregnant women.

The model is trying for a baby with husband Alex Reid and has ditched the wrinkle-smoothing injections after a doctor advised her the treatment could be harmful to expectant ladies.

A source said: “Katie was gutted but she didn’t want to take any chances. She was the one who asked whether it was safe to have the injections when pregnant. When the doctor said it wasn’t advisable Katie said, ‘No way.’ ”

The 31-year-old star visited a beauty parlour in Surrey, South East England, on Friday (30.04.10) in preparation for her birthday party on May 22.

But instead of her normal skin-smoothing regime, the brunette beauty – who already has three children, Harvey, seven, Junior, four, and two-year-old Princess Tiaamii from previous relationships – opted for more natural procedures.

The source added to The Sun newspaper: “Instead she had a massage and a normal facial for an hour and a half. She is desperate for a baby after coming off the pill at Christmas. She keeps saying she is worried she will have loads of wrinkles at her birthday party. But deep down all she wants is to get pregnant so vanity has to be put to one side.”

Last month, Katie sparked speculation she was expecting after pulling out of the Virgin London Marathon – a 26 mile charity run – after being advised by doctors.

Alex Reid feels “very protective” of Katie Price’s children.

The cage-fighter – who wed the glamour model Katie Price in a quickie Las Vegas wedding ceremony in February – was furious to hear that her two-year-old daughter Princess Tiaamii, was covered in bruises and a black eye when she arrived at her father Peter Andre’s home.

Alex said: “Princess left out care in perfect, happy health, so we were extremely concerned to be told she had bruises and two black eyes. As anyone in their right mind would do, I immediately contacted the police. Although the kids are not of my blood, I love and adore them and am very protective – and that goes doubly for Kate who is an excellent mum.”

Peter had asked his legal team to contact Katie – who also has four-year-old son Junior with the singer and seven-year-old Harvey from her relationship with soccer star Dwight Yorke – after he noticed the marks on his daughter’s skin.

At the time, reports suggested that the matter was a misunderstanding and that Princess was merely covered in smudged mascara.
However, Peter later denied that explanation, writing in his column for New! magazine: “Princess arrived at my house with some bruises on her face and body a couple of weeks ago, and I contacted my lawyers so they could find out from Kate what had happened. I wasn’t accusing Kate of anything at all but as her father I just wanted to find out if there was anything I should know.”

Alex has since defended Katie’s parenting skills, and confirmed that there were definitely no worrying bruises on the child.  He added in his column for Star magazine: “After examining Princess, the police sergeant told us there was no bruising on Princess that a two year old wouldn’t have from simply being a toddler, and she definitely didn’t have a black eyes.”

Peter Andre is releasing a book of photography.

The ‘Behind Closed Doors’ singer ‘ who has four-year-old son Junior, daughter Princess Tiaamii, two, and step-son Harvey, seven, with ex-wife Katie Price – has turned down an offer to write down a second instalment of his life story but is instead planning a pictorial compilation of intimate moments in his life.

He said: “I was offered a lot of money to write an autobiography but I turned it down because it isn’t the right time for me to write a book, and besides, I did write one just a few years ago! Instead I am releasing a picture book which is more positive and shows all the happy times in my life, and, of course, my gorgeous kids.”

Peter ‘ who is of Greek-Cypriot decent ‘ is delighted that his children are already learning to speak a second language and says they are doing well with their verbal skills.

He said: “Princess and Junior have been having more Greek lessons. My cousin Miranda has been teaching them for a while now and I must say they are pretty good.

“They can say, ‘I love you, daddy’, which is so sweet. Princess can count up to ten in Greek, which is pretty impressive for a two-and-a-half year old. Harvey has also been learning some words and has the best pronunciation. I would love them to learn more languages when they are older. They obviously have a talent for it.”

She said: “We’re going to have a big blessing later this year as the ceremony in Vegas was so small so we want all our friends and family to celebrate with us. Princess is going to be a bridesmaid so I’m really looking forward to that.”

Although she didn’t have a huge wedding, Katie – also known as Jordan – was thrilled with her nuptials at the exclusive Wynn hotel and insisted it was a classy affair and also gave her the closure she needed following her split from Peter.

She added in an interview with British TV show ‘GMTV’: “It wasn’t tacky, it was gorgeous. Vegas was the only place we could get married because other places like the Caribbean want you to be divorced for a certain amount of time before they let you marry.

The recently-divorced couple put their differences behind them to hold vigil for seven-year-old Harvey – the glamour model’s son from a previous relationship – who was rushed to the hospital with breathing difficulties on Wednesday (04.11.09) and pals believe their meeting could trigger the end of tensions between the pair.

Katie is quoted by Britain’s Daily Star newspaper as saying: “This has brought everything back to reality and put all the petty fighting into perspective.”

Friends of Peter also believe relations will now improve between him and his former spouse, with who he has son Junior, four, and daughter Princess Tiaamii, two.

A source said: “When it comes to his children nothing would stop him and although Harvey is not biologically his son, he is in every other way. This meeting certainly thawed the ice.”

Doctors have ruled out potentially-fatal swine flu in the youngster, but there are fears over his condition because of his other medical problems, including septo-optic dysplasia and autism and Harvey is expected to stay in hospital for at least 48 hours.

A spokesperson for Katie said: “Harvey woke up on Wednesday with a very high temperature and flu-like symptoms so he was taken to hospital, as he always would be with such symptoms because of his disabilities.

“Doctors decided to keep him in hospital overnight for observation as a precautionary measure because of his underlying health problems.

“Katie was in touch with Peter from the moment it was decided to take Harvey to hospital and Peter visited Harvey in hospital.

“Katie also informed Harvey’s biological father Dwight Yorke of the situation.”

The Australian singer dashed to East Surrey Hospital in Redhill, England, to be with seven-year-old Harvey – who suffers from septo-optic dysplasia and autism – after learning he had contracted suspected swine flu.

A source said: “Harvey had a massive temperature and couldn’t keep any food down. More worryingly, his breathing was also a huge concern and there was no option but to urgently seek medical advice.

“The doctors weren’t taking any chances. If he doesn’t get any better, he might be there for a while. It could be complications from potential swine flu. He’s a very poorly young man.”

Katie is said to be “frantic” with worry that Harvey may not show any immediate improvement and broke down in tears after speaking to doctors.

She reportedly told a friend: “I have to be there for Harvey. He’s my little angel and he needs his mummy.”

Harvey’s hospitalisation marks the first time the couple – whose divorce was finalised last month – have been together since they split up in May this year, but friends insist Peter would never have missed the chance to stay with Harvey, whose father is soccer player Dwight Yorke, despite his fraught relationship with the glamour model.

A pal said: “He is very worried and has gone to hospital because he wanted to be with Harvey as well.”

Katie and Peter also have a son Junior, four, and daughter Princess Tiaamii, two.

The glamour model – whose divorce from the ‘Behind Closed Doors’ singer was finalised last month – says it’s obvious Peter is not over her and advised he seek professional help after he revealed he suffered a panic attack when he saw she had introduced their children to her new boyfriend.

She said: “Pete’s been blaming me for his panic attacks and nose bleeds, so I hear. What next? I expect it will be my fault next time he stubs his toe or spills soup down his shirt. I’m sick of it. Get a life, Pete. We got divorced, now move on. Pete’s obviously not over me. He keeps starting things and I have to defend myself. Just stop saying stuff about me, and we can both get on with our lives.

“I have panic attacks, they are horrible, but you don’t go on about it. Panic attacks can be caused by the stress of not dealing with your true feelings. I think Pete should maybe get some help from a counsellor and look at getting medication for the problem.”

Katie – who has Junior, four, and two-year-old Princess Tiaamii with Peter, as well as her seven-year-old son Harvey from a previous relationship – also hit out at Pete and his manager Claire for taking legal action about comments she had made about him.

She added to Britain’s OK! magazine: “They have taken me to court after I said in a magazine that Pete only sees Harvey every two weeks for two nights and for my comments on ‘The Graham Norton Show’. I think it’s disgusting that he’s taking the mother of his kids to court. If that song of his ‘You Ain’t Worth S**t’ isn’t defamation of character, I don’t know what it.”

On British TV talk show ‘The Graham Norton’ show, Katie – also known as Jordan – claimed Pete had been sleeping with Claire while they were still married, although her comments weren’t aired.
