Ex “Jersey Shore” Star Angelina Releasing 2nd Single Jan. 29!

Former “Jersey Shore” cast member Angelina Pivarnick is taking another stab at a music career: She’s releasing a new song, “Going Out Tonight,” on January 29–and she’s planning to release an entire album, she tells TooFab exclusively.

The release of this new track follows the November release of her song “I’m Hot,” which was widely ridiculed by fans, as well as the show’s cast.

“The new song ‘Going Out Tonight’ is coming out January 29,” Pivarnick tells TooFab. “It was going to be January 11, but we had to push back the date because it wasn’t done yet.”

And Pivarnick wants to stop the haters in their tracks now, telling TooFab it’s better than her previous single.

“It actually is a really good club song,” she says. “To be honest with you, it’s really good. ‘I’m Hot’ was not even nearly as good as this song. This song is definitely something you can hear in the club. And it’s me singing, not just rapping. As a matter of fact, I’m singing in it all the way. I’m not even rapping in it all.”

And is she really planning to release an album? “Um, yeah! 100 per cent!”

But the Pivarnick is setting her sights beyond the music world. “I have my music career which I’m really focusing on heavily. But I have TNA [Wrestling] that I’m going to be doing. I have another show I’m going to be doing. I have some commercials that are coming up, and I actually got cast for a movie role!”

As for details about the film gig, she tells TooFab, “I can’t say the title yet because I’m not allowed, but there’s definitely celebrities in the movie.”

As for her detractors? “The haters make me smile. The haters are just motivation for me to keep going.”

Jodie Sweetin’s Ex — I’m No Video Game Junkie

Ex-child star Jodie Sweetin’s tell-all memoir just got her hit with a lawsuit from her ex-husband — who wants to make this clear … he’s not a bad father and he does more than play video games.

Cody Herpin filed the suit claiming the former “Full House” star’s book “UnSweetined” depicts him in a “false light” – as “lazy, unwilling to provide and support his family, uncaring, vindictive, unsupportive and disinterested” in Jodie’s pregnancy.

In the papers — filed in L.A. County Superior Court — Herpin includes a book passage where Jodie says, “During the day, the baby was 100 percent my responsibility. Cody, meanwhile, played video games.”

And there’s this excerpt where Jodie talks about recovering from C-section surgery — and claims Cody “would try to make me laugh because he knew it hurt when I laughed. That and video games were his two forms of entertainment.”

Herpin is also suing the book’s publisher Simon & Schuster. Jodie’s rep had no comment.

Danielle Staub — Settlement Reached in War with Ex

TMZ has learned … Danielle Staub has reached a settlement with her ex-husband Kevin Maher – thus ending a ferocious legal war over allegations that he once raped her with a gun and murdered her dog.

The terms of the settlement are confidential — but one source close to the case tells us … “cash was involved in the deal.”

As we previously reported, Maher had sued the former “Real Housewives of New Jersey” star for $5 million — claiming she defamed him by allegedly spreading horrible lies about him to several people and various news outlets.

TMZ spoke with Maher who told us, “The matter was resolved to the satisfaction of both parties.” Maher also told us, “It’s interesting that the case gets settled the day before Danielle was supposed to be deposed … it was going to be the worst day of her life.”

Ex Jack in the Box Star Critical after Motorbike Crash

Rodney Allen Rippy – the chubby cheeked kid in those ’70s Jack in the Box ads — is in critical condition after a motorcycle crash … TMZ has learned.

According to his publicist, Rodney was thrown 10 feet in the air when he wrecked his dirt bike in North Carolina on Monday — but he didn’t go to the hospital until today when he had trouble breathing. Rodney — who’s now 42 — suffered broken ribs and a punctured lung. We’re told he’s recovering in the trauma unit.

Besides Jack in the Box, Rodney had a small role in one of the greatest movies of all time … “Blazing Saddles.”

All growed up, Rodney belted out a “Jack” jingle when we spotted him earlier this year. Smaller cheeks, but still super cool.

Ex-Bad Boy Exec: Diddy Fired Me Because I’m Old!

A woman who claims she launched Puff Daddy’s career is suing the hip-hop mogul for $12 million — claiming he fired her from his Bad Boy record label because she was old and disabled.

Francesca Spero just filed a lawsuit in federal court in NY — in which she describes herself as a “51-year-old white woman” who served as a high ranking exec for Diddy since 1998.

In the docs, Spero claims she and Diddy — aka Sean Combs — butted heads after she informed him that she needed major hip surgery in 2008 … and then later “suffered a relapse” to an addiction to prescription medication and alcohol.

According to the docs, Spero claims Diddy was “unsympathetic to her condition” — and ultimately tried to freeze her out of the company.

Spero says she continued to do her work — signing new artists — but was eventually fired in March 2010 … and replaced by a woman 10-15 years younger who “lacked the skill set and experience Spero brought to the position.”

Spero now claims Diddy — along with his publishing and management companies — owe her $12 mil in damages for age and disability discrimination.

Snooki’s Ex — I Should Have Made a Sex Tape!

Spencer Pratt’s guido protégé Emilio isn’t quite on his level yet … because he didn’t shoot a sex tape with Snooki like Spencer did with Heidi – but he wishes he had!

Emilio shot a dating show pilot for Spencer’s production company called “Fist Pumping 4 Love.” He tells us he thinks the Speidi sex tape is “an amazing idea” and he envies Spencer for it.

But rest easy — there is no sex tape with Emilio and ex-GF Snooki. Emilio says, “Wish I did that with Snooki. But I’m still learning and wasn’t as smart as him.”

It’s probably a good thing — the world isn’t ready for a Snooki sex tape.
