Junior Seau Domestic Violence Police Report

Junior Seau’s girlfriend told cops the former NFL linebacker grabbed her by the arm and shoved her into a wall … this according to the police report just obtained by TMZ.

The girlfriend told police the force was so violent it caused her to knock over their fish bowl. The fish survived.

One of the cops said he saw a small red abrasion on her right forearm and felt a raised bump on the right side of her head. She also complained of back pain. Cops say the front of her shirt was ripped open.

The woman rejected the cops’ offer to get her an emergency protective order.

Seau — a former San Diego Charger — had left the scene but called the woman’s cell phone while cops were still at the home. Seau spoke with police and denied striking his GF.

Seau returned to the house and was arrested. Cops say they smelled alcohol and his eyes were bloodshot.

Floyd Mayweather, Jr. Suspect in Domestic Violence

TMZ has learned … Floyd Mayweather, Jr. is a suspect in a battery domestic violence case.

Multiple cop cars from the Las Vegas Metro Police Department showed up at Mayweather’s home early this morning.  We’re told cops received a call at 5:03 AM from Floyd’s baby mama, Josie Harris, who claimed the boxer attacked her.

Law enforcement sources say police were unable to find Floyd and are now looking to interview him.

Cops want to speak to Floyd before determining if they will arrest him.

We’re told Harris is going to court today to get a restraining order against Mayweather.

In 2003 Harris accused Mayweather of punching and kicking her inside a Bentley in Vegas.  Charges were filed but dismissed in 2005 after Harris testified she lied to cops because she was angry that Floyd had left her for another woman.

Oksana’s Dentist Sticks With Original Story

Oksana Grigorieva’s dentist is talking on camera for the first time — sticking with his first version of events on January 6 between Mel Gibson and Oksana  — that she was struck in the mouth AND the head.

As we first reported, Oksana went to Dr. Ross Shelden the day after the blowup. Dr. Shelden signed a written declaration stating Oksana was struck in the mouth and the temple. But as we reported, he has also told another, conflicting story — that Oksana was NOT struck in the mouth — and there was no evidence of bruising consistent with a strike to the mouth. Dr. Sheldon theorized Oksana was struck in the temple, which caused her to bite down hard which led to two veneers coming out.

In this video shot Thursday, Dr. Shelden — who at first says he shouldn’t comment — says, “I think [Oksana's injuries] were definitely caused by a blow to the mouth and a blow to the head.”

If Mel Gibson is charged with domestic violence, Dr. Shelden’s inconsistent stories could damage his credibility as a witness.

Oksana’s Smoking Gun in Brutality Allegation

Sources connected to Oksana Grigorieva tell TMZ that there are “third party witnesses” who will tell L.A. County Sheriff’s investigators they saw Mel Gibson punch Oksana on January 6 during the blowout at her home.

The sources say the witnesses have not yet spoken to Sheriff’s investigators, but they will come forward soon.

Although the sources would not be specific, it appears at least one of the witnesses is someone who works with Oksana on her music. The sources also say at least one of the third party witnesses saw Mel pull a gun on Oksana on January 6, after he allegedly punched her.

We’re told these witnesses do not include Oksana’s 12-year old son Alexander, who has already spoken with Sheriff’s investigators. Sources say during the mediation in May, Oksana said Alexander was hiding under the bed during the January 6 argument.

Sheriff’s Dept. Hones in on Oksana’s Deal

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ the L.A. County Sheriff’s Department is inquiring about the $15 million deal Oksana Grigorieva struck with Mel Gibson during their mediation — and the mediation is relevant both for Oksana’s domestic violence claim and Mel’s extortion claim.

Sources say Sheriff’s investigators are interested in both the evidence presented during the mediation and the evidence that is notably absent.

For example, there are now reports that Oksana claims to have photographic evidence of a black eye following the Jan. 6 fight. Sources involved in the mediation tell TMZ Oksana never mentioned a black eye nor did she present photos to anyone connected to the mediation. The black eye issue was never raised in any form whatsoever, sources tell TMZ.

Furthermore, we’re told, the tapes were the 800-pound elephant in the room that led to the $15 million agreement — which Oksana later disavowed.

As one source connected with the mediation said, “Oksana and her lawyer pulled out all the ammo they had that would embarrass Mel, and now things are surfacing after the fact that call her credibility into question.”

We’re told Sheriff’s investigators are looking at the mediation both to evaluate Oksana’s credibility and to determine if there is evidence of extortion

Oksana Had Lawsuit Ready Against Mel Gibson

TMZ has learned … Oksana Grigorieva had a civil lawsuit prepared and ready to file against Mel Gibson back in May, in the event Gibson failed to negotiate a custody and financial deal she considered fair.

We’ve learned during the two day mediation in mid-May,  Eric George, who was Oksana’s lawyer at the time, drafted and threatened to file the lawsuit, alleging assault, battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

As we first reported, the parties agreed to a $15 million package for Oksana.  When the outline of the agreement was signed, George abandoned the idea of suing.

Sources say although lawyers on both sides were well aware of the secretly-recorded tapes — which one source called “the 800 pound elephant in the room” — the lawsuit George drafted made no specific mention of tapes, nor of Gibson’s racially-charged comments.

As a result, the tapes could have been used as leverage to settle the lawsuit after it was filed.  Now that the tapes are out, Oksana has lost a lot of that leverage.

The suit George drafted sought unspecified damages.

Oksana ultimately refused to sign the mediation agreement in its full form … she says because she didn’t want to give Mel unsupervised visitation.  Gibson’s lawyers scoffed at the notion that Oksana had a problem with visitation, claiming that after January 6, he had regularly spent time alone with Lucia and she encouraged him to have even more visitation.

Michael Lohan: Kate Major Was Drunk

Michael Lohan says he “never physically abused” his fiancee Kate Major … telling TMZ Kate was “heavily intoxicated” at the time.

Here’s the statement in full, from Michael’s lawyer, Lisa Bloom:

“Michael Lohan 100% denies each and every one of Kate Major’s allegations.  He has never threatened to harm her, never assaulted her, and never physically abused her in any way.

Kate was heavily intoxicated during the verbal argument between Michael and Kate in the early afternoon on Monday early.  Michael Lohan has been clean and sober for six years.

Michael Lohan is fully cooperating with the police investigation.  No charges have been filed.  He expects to be fully vindicated.”

Michael Lohan Officially Charged

TMZ has learned Michael Lohan has been charged with 2nd degree harassment for allegedly attacking his fiancee Kate Major earlier this week.

Lohan was charged by the Southampton Police Department — that’s the way it works in N.Y. — but he will be formally arraigned on August 18.

If Lohan fails to appear — a judge can issue a bench warrant for his arrest.

Judge Issues Protection Order Against Michael Lohan

TMZ has obtained a “Temporary Order of Protection” against Michael Lohan, in connection with the claim of his fiancee, Kate Major, that he kicked her in the face and threatened to kill her.

The Order prohibits Michael from communicating with Major in any way.  He’s also prohibited from having a “third party” contact or threaten her.

In the Order, signed by a judge at the Southampton Justice Court, Michael cannot engage in “any acts or threats of physical violence.”

Michael has also been ordered to “immediately surrender all handguns, pistols, rifles, shotguns and other firearms owned or possessed” by him.

Kate Major: Michael Lohan Threatened to Kill Me

Kate Major told police Michael Lohan threatened to kill her, calling her a “c**t” and kicking her in the face … this according to a police report and formal complaint obtained by TMZ.

According to Kate’s complaint she says, “My fiance Michael Lohan came home while I was sleeping in a sofa chair.  He woke me up, yelling, ‘Why didn’t you pick up your cell phone, you stupid c**t.’”

Kate continues, “He then turned over the chair while I was still in it, tossing me to the floor.  I crawled to the other side of the room to get away from him.  He walked over to me, took his shoe off and kicked me in my face while I was still on the ground.  He stood over me and said, ‘I’m going to go back to jail cause of you, cause I will kill you.’”

Kate says, “He said all of this to me cause he is afraid I’m going to leave him.  I am very afraid of him.”

According to the police report, which parrots Kate’s handwritten complaint, cops say,  “Minor swelling observed on [her] lip.”

Michael Lohan’s Fiancee Claims Domestic Violence

Sources tell TMZ  Michael Lohan’s fiancee filed a report with the Southampton Town Police claiming Michael physically attacked her during an argument.

We’re told Kate Major claims … on Monday at around 2 PM, just before Michael flew to L.A. for Lindsay Lohan’s hearing, they began arguing and Michael allegedly shoved her over a chair, injuring her shoulder.

Sources say Major claims while she was on the ground Michael kicked her in the face.

Major claims she went to the hospital and has pictures of her injuries.

We contacted Michael, who told TMZ he got in an argument with Kate on Monday over their upcoming TV show, but he didn’t touch her and she’s making it all up.

Mel Gibson’s Lawyer Presents Case to Sheriff

TMZ has learned … Mel Gibson’s lawyer is meeting with Sheriff’s investigators right now, presenting evidence she believes proves Oksana Grigorieva has fabricated the case against her client.

The meeting is being held at a courthouse in Los Angeles, in a conference room.

In addition to presenting evidence that Mel did not strike Oksana, we’re told attorney Blair Berk will ask Sheriff’s deputies to go after Oksana for extortion and falsifying evidence.

Berk’s track record may be just what Mel needs.  Last year she convinced New York  prosecutors not to file felony assault charges against her client, Kiefer Sutherland, after he broke a dude’s nose at a party.  Berk also convinced an L.A. judge last fall to dismiss battery charges against Kanye West, who was caught on video breaking a camera.

Oksana’s Dentist: She Was Struck In the Mouth

The dentist who examined Oksana Grigorieva the day after the January 6 showdown with Mel Gibson now says she was indeed struck in the mouth.

A representative for Dr. Ross Shelden tells TMZ, “Based on Dr. Shelden’s observations and his experience, Oksana sustained injuries from being struck twice, once in the side of the head and once in the mouth.”

TMZ broke the story … the dentist privately said last week there was no swelling or bruising on Oksana’s mouth and believed the damage to her veneers was caused by a “chain reaction” caused by a blow to the left temple.  The doctor had said there was no evidence of a strike to the mouth.

But the rep now says the doctor will go on record saying there was indeed a blow to Oksana’s mouth.

Oksana’s Rep: Don’t Blame the Victim

Oksana Grigorieva’s spokesperson is lashing out at Mel Gibson’s camp, claiming his client is the victim of a smear campaign.

Spokesperson Stephen Jaffe tells TMZ, “While Mr. Gibson’s camp has floated a variety of false claims in the press to try to distract the public from the true facts at hand, it is telling that his camp has not once denied that it is Mr. Gibson’s voice on the published recordings.”

Jaffe adds, “It is common in such cases for those who perpetrate domestic violence to vilify the victim of that domestic violence.  One would hope that those who are close to Mr. Gibson would take a more constructive approach.”

Jaffe is partly reacting to a TMZ story which cited an expert who claimed there was evidence Oksana’s injuries were self-inflicted.

Another expert familiar with the case tells TMZ, “It is obvious not only from the photograph of Ms. Grigorieva, but from other evidence, including Mr. Gibson’s own admission, that he struck her in the mouth and temple, that she sustained injuries as a result of his blows.  The notion that her wounds were ‘self-inflicted’ is ridiculous and not credible. No legitimate, independent expert photo analyst could reasonably draw such a conclusion.  Her injuries are consistent with her account.”

Mel Gibson’s Church — Security on ‘High Alert’

Mel Gibson’s church has been on total lockdown ever since the whole alleged abuse scandal broke — and according to a source inside Mel’s haven, security’s been cranked up more than ever before.

A member of Mel’s congregation tells TMZ, security at the chapel is on “high alert” — checking IDs and “making sure there aren’t extra people in approved cars.” According to the source, guards have been stationed outside every weekend … as well as at Mel’s house around the clock.

We’re told new, would-be parishioners are persona non grata, for security reasons.

Our source adds Oksana stopped attending the church in February — approximately a month after the alleged tooth/veneer-breaking argument with Mel.

Mel Gibson Won Big In Court

The judge in the Oksana Grigorieva/Mel Gibson custody war does not believe that Mel poses any danger to his daughter … sources tell TMZ.

Sources connected with the case say Robyn Gibson’s declaration was “powerful evidence” in yesterday’s hearing. TMZ broke the story … Robyn swore under oath Mel never physically abused her or their kids in the 28 years she was married to him … and we’re told it had an impact on Judge Scott Gordon.

Before becoming a judge, Gordon was a prosecutor in the L.A. County D.A.’s Office, specializing in domestic violence. The D.V. Unit has a mantra … a man who commits domestic violence against one woman does it to everyone he’s involved with. We’re told Robyn’s declaration resonated in the courtroom.

Sources say in the end, Judge Gordon felt Mel Gibson posed no danger to his daughter and allowed the status quo to stand.  So Gibson continues to have visitation rights with baby Lucia as well as one overnight a week.

There is a report out that Judge Gordon issued an order yesterday, requiring Gibson to surrender all firearms. That is not true. Last month, when the court issued a restraining order against Mel to stay away from Oksana, the judge followed standard procedure — ordering the surrender of firearms. That automatically happens when the court issues a temporary domestic violence restraining order.  We’re told Gibson’s firearms were turned over immediately.

Mel Gibson Not Stripped of Custody

Sources tell TMZ the judge in the Mel Gibson/Oksana Grigorieva custody battle is keeping the status quo, meaning Mel still has vistiation rights with his daughter, Lucia — at least for now.

Mel’s visitation agreement — signed off on by both parties early this year — provides for daytime visits and one overnight a week.

Robyn Gibson Supports Mel in Court

Mel Gibson’s soon-to-be ex-wife, Robyn, has written a sworn declaration on behalf of Mel, saying he has never physically abused her or any of their children in the 28 years they were married … TMZ has learned.

We’ve learned in the declaration, Robyn writes, “Mel never engaged in any physical abuse of any kind toward me before, during or after our marriage.”  Robyn also says there was never any domestic violence perpetrated by Mel against any of their children.

Yesterday, Robyn was spotted out running errands in Malibu.

We’ve learned the declaration was filed with the court this morning.  We’re told Robyn’s declaration will also be submitted to the L.A. County Sheriff’s Department when Mel’s lawyers present their evidence to deputies next week.

In the 1-page declaration, Robyn acknowledges that she is divorcing Mel but says,  “Mel was a wonderful and loving father.”

Robyn — who is widely respected in Hollywood — could ultimately be very powerful ammo for Mel.

Mel Gibson CDs Turned Over to Sheriff

TMZ has learned a detective from the L.A. County Sheriff’s Department now has CDs of the conversations Oksana Grigorieva recorded.

We’ve learned the detective is assigned to the domestic violence part of the investigation. There are other detectives — also present in court — who are investigating allegations of child endangerment.

Sheriff’s spokesperson Steve Whitmore tells TMZ, “The court released the audio tapes to our detective handling the domestic violence investigation.  Those tapes will now be reviewed and analyzed by our detectives as well as forensic detectives.”

Children’s Services Show Up for Mel Hearing

TMZ has learned … a rep from the L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services just showed up at the Mel Gibson/Oksana Grigorieva hearing.

Oksana claims Mel hit her while she was holding their baby.

Mel/Oksana Tapes — Evidence of Editing

Sources tell TMZ … Mel Gibson’s lawyers claim to have hard evidence the tapes Oksana Grigorieva secretly recorded have been tampered with and edited, which, if true, would make them inadmissible in a court of law.

The L.A. County Sheriff’s Department will have to authenticate the tapes before sending the case to the D.A.’s Office, and that could take time.

As we first reported, Mel’s lawyers will be presenting evidence to the Sheriff’s Department and we’re told among the evidence they will present — that the tapes have been altered.  We’re told Mel’s lawyers will present “concrete forensic evidence” of tampering with the tapes, including editing.

Oksana’s attorneys tell TMZ, “We are not aware of any presentation Gibson’s lawyers are making, but we are not surprised they would make such unfounded claims.”

TMZ broke the story … Oksana’s lawyers will be in court this morning asking a family law judge to strip Mel of custody of their daughter, using the tapes as evidence Mel is a danger to the child. The authenticity of the tapes will almost certainly be raised by Mel’s attorneys.

A judge will admit tapes into evidence only if someone can authenticate that the tapes are true and correct copies of what was actually recorded

Oksana Wants to Strip Mel Gibson of Custody

Oksana Grigorieva’s lawyers are going to court tomorrow morning … asking a judge to strip Mel Gibson of all rights to their child … TMZ has learned.

Sources connected with the custody case tell TMZ … Oksana’s lawyers will tell the judge the secret tapes show Mel is a danger to the little girl and he should not have any contact with her.

Oksana claims in the tapes Mel struck her on January 6 while she was holding the baby.  The L.A. County Sheriff’s Department is investigating Mel for child endangerment, among other things.

Sources connected with Mel tell us the actor denies striking Oksana.

Oksana’s Son — Eyewitness to Explosive Argument

Oksana Grigorieva’s son saw much of the nuclear argument between his mom and Mel Gibson, making him a crucial witness if Gibson is prosecuted for domestic violence.

TMZ broke the story … Alexander Dalton is a key witness who Sheriff’s investigators want to interview.  As we reported, the 12-year-old boy has seen and heard various blowups between Mel and Oksana.

Now law enforcement tells TMZ they’re told Alexander has “relevant information” about the January 6 fight, in which Oksana claims Mel punched her in the face twice.

Sources say Alexander did not see the alleged punches, but witnessed much of the altercation.

As we reported, Oksana’s dentist is on record — through a sworn declaration — saying when he saw Oksana the day after the incident, a veneer on one of her teeth was completely knocked off and another was broken in half.  The dentist says Oksana’s teeth were not damaged.

As TMZ first reported, Mel is being investigated for domestic violence, assault with a deadly weapon (allegedly threatening Oksana with a handgun) and child endangerment.

Sheriff’s Dept. Wants Interview with Oksana’s Son

TMZ has learned the L.A. County Sheriff’s Department wants to interview the 12-year-old son of Oksana Grigorieva in connection with the Mel Gibson investigation, and they believe the boy has critical information about his mom’s volatile relationship with Mel.

Sources tell us Alexander Dalton saw many of the blowups between Mel and his mom, both before and after the explosive January 6 showdown.  Alexander — whose dad is Timothy Dalton — lived with Mel and Oksana while they were together, and is considered “a very important percipient witness” to Sheriff’s investigators.

Based on the information we know, Alexander did not witness when Mel allegedly struck Oksana, but he may have been in the vicinity, heard the argument and saw the aftermath.

And we’re told Alexander — who is sometimes called Sasha (Russian for Alexander) — is also a critical witness in the couple’s custody battle.

Sources tell us Oksana will not try and prevent Sheriff’s investigators from interviewing her son.

Star Witness in Mel Gibson Case — Oksana’s Dentist

Dr. Ross Shelden will be a star witness in the Mel Gibson investigation, TMZ has learned … and we’re told he has powerful evidence that Mel Gibson hurt Oksana Grigorieva.

Sources familiar with the treatment tell TMZ Dr. Shelden, who practices in the San Fernando Valley, took photos of Oksana’s mouth the day after the January 6 blowout, in which Mel allegedly knocked out Oksana’s teeth.

We’re told Dr. Shelden took photos of Oksana’s mouth and turned them over to her lawyers.  We’re also told Dr. Shelden has made it clear … it was not a case where Oksana lost her veneers, which Gibson’s people have claimed.  We’re told Dr. Shelden’s analysis is that Oksana lost a tooth and another was chipped.

TMZ broke the story … Oksana told her dentist — whom we now know is Dr. Shelden — that Mel knocked her teeth out, yet he did not report the incident to authorities which he is required to do by law.   We now know why Dr. Shelden didn’t report the incident  — before telling him about Mel, Oksana insisted on confidentiality and Dr. Shelden felt he was duty-bound to honor it.

We’ve also learned Dr. Shelden has not been interviewed by L.A. County Sheriff’s investigators yet but he will indeed be interviewed as part of the investigation.  We’ve also learned Oksana’s lawyers have given Dr. Shelden written authorization to share all of his medical records related to Oksana with the Sheriff’s Department.
