Lindsay Lohan — No Tricks, Yes Treats

Lindsay Lohan won’t be going door-to-door asking for treats this year — instead she’s having the candy come to her.

Sources close to LiLo tell TMZ she’s been receiving care packages of candy at Betty Ford from some of her closest friends. We’re also told Dina Lohan, her sainted mother, is scheduled to visit today and plans to bring a few things to satisfy Lindsay’s sweet tooth.

As for Halloween in Betty Ford, we’re told patients aren’t permitted to trick or treat from unit to unit and they don’t dress up — unless they just happened to pack a costume for their rehab stint.

That’s a shame … Lindsay would have made a great Snooki for Halloween.

Dina Lohan — In the Land of Lindsay

Dina Lohan was spotted out near Lindsay’s rehab facility Monday night — which means Michael Lohan was at least 100 or so yards away from where this photo was taken.

Dina is currently holed up at a hotel in Palm Springs, CA — which is a taxi cab ride away from the Betty Ford clinic in Rancho Mirage.

As we first reported, Michael tried to visit Lindsay yesterday — but claims he wasn’t allowed in the joint because Dina was armed with a protective order against him.

Ex-Bodyguard Wants Dina Lohan’s ‘Milk’ Money

Dina Lohan’s about to get tagged for a $500,000 debt, and Lindsay Lohan’s “milkaholic” lawsuit is partly to blame … according to the guy who’s trying to collect the cash.

Tony Almeida, one of Lindsay’s ex-bodyguards during her Disney days, won a judgement for $300,000 against Dina in 2008 after she stiffed him during a business deal. Tony tells us he’s only seen 100k.

But here’s the rub — Tony believes Dina’s been “making a lot of money off of interviews” lately. He’s also noticed Lindsay got a chunk of change in that “milkaholic” settlement with E*Trade — so Tony wants his cut.

Tony — who’s transitioned from bodyguard to life coach — says he’s hiring a lawyer to help him collect DiLo’s tab … which he now puts at more than $500,000.

Stephanie Ovadia — Dina’s lawyer — could not be reached for comment.

Michael Lohan — Jesus Is Lindsay’s Homeboy

TMZ has learned … Michael Lohan is showing up to Lindsay’s court hearing on Friday — but according to the actress’ father non grata, he ain’t going alone … he’s bringing some divine help.

Michael tells TMZ, he’s rolling deep with some guy named Jay Koopman — an evangelical preacher who currently helps run youth ministries all over the world.

Michael tells us he wants Jay to lend Lindsay some heavenly advice in her time of need — and hopefully get his derailed daughter back on track.

But here’s the rub … Dina Lohan also plans to show up in court … and there’s a restraining order requiring Michael to stay 100 yards away from her at all times.

Dina Lohan: Don’t Get Close Michael, Or Else

Lindsay may not be the only Lohan that gets cuffed and taken away this morning.  If Michael Lohan gets too close to Dina, he could end up behind bars.

Dina told TMZ last week … she didn’t attend the last hearing because she didn’t want to make things worse by having Michael arrested for violating a restraining order.

Michael has been ordered by the court to stay clear of Dina.  They’re both going to court today for Lindsay, and Michael has made sounds about confronting Dina.  If he gets too close, it could get ugly quick.

Lindsay Lohan Goes in the Closet — for Pay

Lindsay Lohan is back in NY to have an intimate girls weekend with her sister Ali and her loving matriarch Dina — but, of course, the whole thing will be on camera.

TMZ just spoke with Dina Lohan, who confirmed that Lindsay and Ali are at her NY home to shoot a Mother’s Day special for E!, in which the girls will help Dina rearrange … of all things … her closet.

Dina — who was in hair and makeup during our conversation — told us there was one family member who wasn’t welcome at the shoot … Michael Lohan. And as for Mike’s ultimatum, Dina tells us she will not speak with her ex-husband and reminded us that she still has a criminal stay away order against the guy.

Dina also told us she has a plan to help with Lindsay’s personal issues, telling us “We’re on it.”

As for Ali, Dina says she was only in L.A. for a week and now she’s back in New York to stay. The L.A. County Sheriff’s Department can rest easy.

Michael Lohan: Dina Has 2 Weeks To Talk

Michael Lohan’s issuing a deadline to his ex-wife Dina Lohan — giving her just over two weeks to sit down and talk about Lindsay and Ali — before he drags New York State into the war of the Lohans.

Michael tells TMZ he and Dina will meet face-to-face on May 13th for a deposition in their child support battle. That’s when he wants to talk about 16-year-old Ali’s welfare — specifically, the fact that she’s living in L.A. with Lindsay … who’s appeared less than stable lately.

Michael says if Dina dodges the convo on the 13th, he will get Child Protective Services of New York State involved in the situation.  Presumably the agency has jurisdiction since Ali’s permanent address is still in New York.

Michael claims he’ll be quiet until the ‘deadline.’  We’ll believe it when we see it.

Dina Lohan – who has already expressed her fears her daughter may take her own life and has been cutting herself – told ex-husband Michael Lohan how the ‘Mean Girls’ had started drinking again and was concerned at what the alcohol would do to her.

She said in a leaked phone call posted on website Radar Online: “Time is running out with this kid. I know I’m her mother and I feel it and I’m scared.

“She’ll open up to you but it’s nothing compared to what’s going on with this kid. And don’t tell her I told you anything or try to weasel s**t out of her… she’ll tell you when she’s ready to talk about s**t. Right now all I know is she’s starting to drink and that’s bad.”

The phone call was made in 2008 and the tape, along with many others, have been leaked by Michael, much to Dina’s fury.

In other tapes, Dina told Michael – who is estranged from Lindsay – how the 23-year-old actress had been cutting herself as her life spirals more and more out of control.

She said: “Her cutting herself and hurting herself? Yeah, it’s bad Michael, it’s bad.”

Michael recently spoke of his fears for his daughter, saying she has an addiction to prescription drugs which he fears will kill her.

He said: “I want my daughter off prescription medication. She never needed it in her life… I’m not going to watch my daughter die. Hate me now, but you love me more later because I’m gonna turn her life around.”

The ‘Mean Girls’ actress – who is seeking a restraining order from dad Michael Lohan – is furious with him for leaking old phone calls between herself and him to the press and has hit back with some new claims.

She wrote on her Twitter page: “He’s a deadbeat dad. He’s disgusting to do this, he needs help.”

Speaking about his relationship with ex-wife Dina Lohan, Lindsay claims she didn’t leave him, despite an abusive relationship, because she was terrified he would take her life.

She said: “She blames herself for staying w/him for so long. She didn’t leave because he always threatened to kill her if she did. (sic)”

In one of the phone call tapes released by Michael, his eldest daughter can be heard sobbing: “No one cares about me . . . It’s about how they feel, not how I feel. It’s not about me. It’s never been about me, unless I fight for it.”

Although she is furious about the leaked calls, Lindsay has vowed to move on with her life and doesn’t want Michael to be a part of it.

She wrote: “that I even have to share this w/everyone, but I haven’t had a real relationship w/Michael Sr. In years . . . I just hope I can show others how to be strong through times and to be able to stand up for yourself and loved ones no matter what! (sic)”

Michael has previously claimed he is only speaking out about his daughter because he is concerned she is addicted to prescription drugs and wants her to go to rehab.
