Madonna’s boyfriend feels “like a married man”.

Brazilian model Jesus Luz – who has been in a relationship with the ‘4 Minutes’ singer for around 15 months – feels like he has a complete family of his own since he started dating the 51-year-old star, who has four children, Lourdes, 13, Rocco, nine, Mercy, five, and four-year-old David.

The 23-year-old hunk told Brazil’s RG Vogue magazine: “I consider myself a married man. I have a family. At my age, my father was also married. My mother gave birth to me when she was 15.”

While Jesus also admitted in the interview that he can’t help but get jealous of the attention Madonna receives, it seems he is not the only one.

It has been claimed the ‘Celebration’ singer banned her boyfriend from partying with Lindsay Lohan at the VIP Room nightspot in Paris, France recently.

A source told the Daily Mirror newspaper: “Lindsay got her people to phone the club to try and hang out with him. She knew he was hosting a night there with Alicia Keys and Swizz Beatz.

“But when Madonna’s people heard, they put a block on it. Jesus wasn’t one to argue, he didn’t want to upset Madonna and was just there to work. Lindsay had to make to with a night in her hotel.”

The ‘Celebration’ singer is working with both rap producer A-Trak and rock producer Brendan O’Brien – who has previously worked with Pearl Jam – and attempting to merge the two genres on the follow up to her hip-hop influenced 2008 LP, ‘Hard Candy’.

A-Trak, real name Alain Macklovitch, told the Daily Star newspaper: “It’s my production, turned into song structure – halfway between rap and electronic and whatever else I listen to.”

Madonna, 51, is said to be set on making a track to match the success of Run DMC’s groundbreaking 80s hit ‘Walk This Way’, which defined the rap/rock genre – and went on to spawn acts such as Korn, Limp Bizkit and Kid Rock in the 90s.

Madonna has a long history of working with hip-hop producers, including Pharrell Williams and Timbaland on ‘Hard Candy’, but she is also keen to play up a more guitar-heavy sound after spending time mastering the instrument and insiders say she’s working on perfecting a balance between the two.

The resulting album could be released this year.

Renowned designer Jimmy Choo says the ‘Celebration’ hitmaker – who was previously married to director Guy Ritchie and actor Sean Penn – admitted she loves his creations far more than getting intimate with the men in her life.

He said: “Madonna told me that buying a pair of my shoes is more satisfying than having sex with a man.

“At least you know they are going to last for ever!”

It seems 51-year-old Madonna – who is currently dating model Jesus Luz, 23 – has had a change of attitude to sex since her marriage to Guy ended.

Before their split, she boasted about their “amazing” love life.

She said: “I don’t know who told you that having children and getting married means there is no erotica in your life.

“Our sex life is amazing. But I had to marry someone as tough as me. Guy’s definitely tough. I had to marry a challenge, otherwise I would just get bored. Whatever else Guy is, he’s never boring. He can be intolerant.”

Madonna has four children, daughters Lourdes, 13, and Mercy, four, and sons Rocco, nine, and David, four.

The ‘Sherlock Holmes’ director – who has nine-year-old son Rocco and adopted Malawian son David Banda with ‘Celebration’ singer Madonna – is going all out to make the day “traditional” and special for the youngsters after his ex-wife gave permission for them to spend the day at his home.

A source said: “Guy is really pleased, and cannot quite believe he and Madonna came to such an amicable arrangement. He is a huge fan of Christmas and wants to do everything by the book, very traditionally.”

The British filmmaker is so determined to make the day memorable, he has promised to rustle up a delicious roast turkey lunch with all the trimmings and “spoilt them rotten”.

The source explained to the Daily Mirror newspaper: “This means stockings hanging from under the kids’ beds, presents under the tree and a massive turkey, Brussels sprouts, chestnuts, the works.

“When Guy and Madonna were together they didn’t really celebrate Christmas Day due to Madonna’s staunch Kabbalah beliefs. Now that he’s a single man, Guy is determined to spoil them rotten and give the youngsters a Christmas they’ll never forget.”

Madonna – who also has daughter Lourdes, 13, and four-year-old adopted daughter Mercy – and Guy announced they were to divorce in October 2008 after almost eight years of marriage.

It is not clear whether the girls will also be invited to Guy’s Christmas bash.

Guy’s attitude to Christmas is very different to when he was married to the ‘Holiday’ hitmaker.

In 2007 he revealed that the family didn’t give each other gifts.

He said at the time: “We cancelled Christmas a few years ago. Stopped all the presents. And ever since we stopped the presents, we’re actually enjoying it.”

The ‘4 Minutes’ singer says her adopted tot David, four, is her biggest fan and is fascinated by the outfits she wears in her pop promos and on stage.

She said: “He knows every song, every word, every step, and he wants to wear all the costumes. He likes my dress that I wear in ‘La Isla Bonita’.”

Madonna, 51, also revealed her other children are showing signs of following in her footsteps and she was particularly impressed with her eight-year-old son Rocco – whose father is her ex-husband Guy Ritchie – joining her on stage at her ‘Sticky and Sweet’ world tour because he is usually so introverted.

She added: “When he jumped on stage to dance in my last show I was shocked actually and secretly, unbeknownst to me, they’re all studying privately with my dancers.

“Rocco comes out and busts out like a moonwalk or, you know, some kind of break dancing move and I’ll ask him, ‘Where did you get that?’ He’s always been quite shy so I was shocked when he wanted to be in the show.”

The singer’s 13-year-old daughter Lourdes also joined her mother on stage and astonished the ‘Celebration’ star with her professionalism.

She told ‘GMTV’: “I really thought of her in a very professional way, and I didn’t want to distract her.

“I checked her out a few times in the show and she looked so chilled out and laid back and nonplussed by the whole thing, that I was like, ‘OK. I’m not worried about her!’ ”

Despite her worldwide fame, Madonna – who also has an adopted daughter, Mercy, four – insists the children cope well with the attention surrounding her and them and manage to stay grounded.

She added: “They get great bonuses and perks out of being my children and they know it, and they’re very grateful and appreciative for it.

“I think they are pretty balanced in terms of how they view fame or celebrity or things like that. I think it took them a while to adjust, but I think they’re OK about it.”

Youngsters Rocco Ritchie, nine, and Cruz Beckham, four, are tipped to have the most earning power in a new report which assessed the estimated worth of today’s celebrity children in 20 years time.

Rocco, son of the ‘Celebration’ singer and film director Guy Ritchie, topped the four categories in the report – star quality, likely inheritance, talent and love of the camera – getting ratings of ten out of ten for each.

The report also estimated Rocco to be worth £376 million before he reaches 30.

Celebrity expert Mark Frith said: “Rocco will earn a fortune from his mother and a fair bit from dad. But it’s the other three rankings that power him to the number one place.”

Cruz – whose mother is former Spice Girl turned fashion designer Victoria Beckham – beat siblings Romeo, seven, and Brooklyn, ten, to second place in the list.

Both Rocco and Cruz scored highly because they have been spotted dancing at their mother’s concerts.

None of Rocco’s other siblings – sister Lourdes and adopted brother and sister David and Mercy – featured on the list.

British royals, Princes William and Harry, came ninth and tenth on the list – compiled by Cartoon Network – with estimated fortunes of just under £200 million each, but were both embarrassingly awarded zero out of ten for showbiz talent.

The ‘Celebration’ singer met with wealthy business people and politicians during her recent five-day trip to the South American country and managed to secure a $7 million donation for Success for Kids from Brazil’s richest man, Eike Batista.

Madonna was invited to the father-of-two’s estate on the island of Angra Dos Reis on Saturday (14.11.09) to discuss the project after Batista agreed to fund a large proportion of her latest charitable venture.

During dinner, Batista – who has an estimated $7.5 billion fortune – offered to give Madonna $7 million after asking how much more she needed to set up her charity’s initial projects, leaving the pop superstar in tears.

At the meal, Madonna declared her love for the country, saying: “I worship Brazil.”

During her trip to Brazil, Madonna was accompanied by her rabbi.

Despite speculation her visit to Rio de Janeiro was to meet her Brazilian boyfriend Jesus Luz’s family, she insisted she was there to carry out humanitarian work.

Speaking ahead of her visit, she said: “I am going there strictly for fundraising and humanitarian purposes.”

The ‘4 Minutes’ singer flew into South America on a private jet on Monday (09.11.09) and despite speculation her visit to Rio de Janeiro is to meet boyfriend Jesus Luz’s family, she insists she is there to carry out charity work.

Speaking ahead of her visit, she said: “I am going there strictly for fundraising and humanitarian purposes.”

The 51-year-old star  – who was casually dressed in a tracksuit as she disembarked her aircraft – has not disclosed her agenda for the visit, but she arrived with the Kabbalah Centre’s Rabbi Michael Berg, her partner in the Raising Malawi project, and is expected to meet with Rio Governor Sergio Cabral and Mayor Eduardo Paes today (11.11.09).

Sergio said: “She will visit several projects here. She is delighted by the city and wants to be engaged and help.”

Despite her insistence the jaunt is for charitable reasons, it is expected Madonna will meet the family of 23-year-old Jesus during her trip.

The ‘Celebration’ singer is said to be “on edge” at the prospect of meeting Cristiane Regina da Silva and Luis Heitor Pinto da Luz.

A friend of model Jesus said: “She is slightly on edge. But an engagement could be on the cards.”

Jesus – who has been dating the pop star since late last year – is desperate to be “taken seriously”, get married and secure their relationship.

The meetings proves the pair have put their recent disagreement behind them.

The couple reportedly rowed after Madonna – who has children Lourdes, 12, Rocco, nine, David Banda and Mercy, both four – said she would rather be “run over by a train” than marry again following her split from movie director Guy Ritchie, with the model begging his 51-year-old love to rethink her vow.

According to the singer’s biographer Randy Taraborrelli, she has already had a change of heart.

He said: “Madonna is telling close friends and family that ‘I definitely see myself marrying him. It’s on the table’.”

If the nuptials go ahead, this will be Madonna’s third wedding. She was also wed to actor Sean Penn between 1985 and 1989.

The ‘Celebration’ singer – who adopted the boy, now four, from the African country in October 2006 when he was 13 months old – visited the centre where he used to live this week and the children couldn’t hold back their praise for her.

One child said to her: “You are our God. Where could we have been without you?”

Workers at the Home Child Care Centre in Mchinji, Malawi, also spoke highly of the 51-year-old star about the way she has been raising David.

The centre’s director, Lucy Chipeta, said: “David is too young to understand… but for us who remember the sickly tiny little baby of 2006, it was hard to hold back tears, including Madonna.”

Orphanage founder Thomson Chipeta added to Us Weekly magazine: “He is so boisterous! I can’t believe he is the same chap of 2006.”

Madonna – who also adopted four-year-old daughter Mercy from the country earlier this year – recently admitted she has been “taught a lot” by Malawi.

She said: “People always ask me, ‘Why did you choose Malawi?’ But I have always said, ‘Malawi chose me.’ Growing up in a privileged life, I took education for granted. Coming to Malawi has taught me a lot.”

The star is currently in the country with the two youngsters and their older siblings, Lourdes, 13, and Rocco, nine.
