Justin Bieber’s original moppy haircut will live on FOREVER — because despite the singer’s recent earth-shattering hair makeover … his 28-year-old female look-alike has no plans to chop her locks.

Katie Cormier from Ocean City — who was targeted by police in a Bieber-boozing mix-up last year – tells TMZ, “I plan on keeping the same image that I’ve rocked for the past few years … Sorry Bieber, I was here before you on the hair style!”

But the best part … no more cases of mistaken identity — she adds, “It’ll be nice to not hear the tourists refer to me as Bieber.”

Bieber BUYS OUT Flower Shop for Selena Gomez

Justin Bieber scored major points with his GF Selena Gomez last week — when the 16-year-old phoned in a GARGANTUAN flower order … and it wasn’t even Valentine’s Day!!!!

Sources close to Bieber tell us Justin called up a local florist on Wednesday hoping to “fill Selena’s house with flowers” … just because he felt like it.

We’re told the florist needed EVERY SINGLE FLOWER in the shop to complete the order … and had to use “multiple trucks” to pull off the love stunt.

One source close to the couple tells us Selena LOVED the surprise.

Bieber in the Middle of Dream/Milian Divorce Battle

The Dream and Christina Milian are battling each other over their divorce settlement — and the wrench in the works is apparently none other than Justin Bieber … TMZ has learned.

According to docs filed in Georgia, The Dream previously agreed to pay Milian a hefty settlement — including 10% of his publishing interest in Bieber’s mega hit, “Baby,” which The Dream co-wrote.

The Dream is pissed because Milian is trying to re-negotiate the settlement by demanding more support, including a greater percentage of the Bieber gold mine.

Since Christina tried to renegotiate … The Dream is trying to pull the plug on any payments to her. Obviously, Christina is fighting that.

Usher then arranged an audition with Antonio L.A. Reid of Island Def Jam Music Group, who signed Bieber to Island Records in October 2008. At that point, Bieber and his mother moved to Atlanta, also the home of Usher and Braun, to base his career. Braun became Bieber’s manager.

Bieber and Jaden Smith — The Epic Dance Battle

Justin Bieber and Jaden Smith aren’t usually rivals — but TMZ has learned the two young superstars went toe-to-toe a few nights ago … in the form of a dance-battle at a NY bowling alley.

TMZ has obtained pictures of Biebs, 16, and Smith, 12, in action at the Lucky Strike Lanes & Lounge on Tuesday night … following their concert at Madison Square Garden.

We’re told the dynamic duo got down to Kevin Rudolf’s song “You Make the Rain Fall” – and the whole thing was captured on tape by Bieber’s documentary crew.

Our sources say both guys “killed it” on the dance floor … but we’re told Bieber was the clear winner … when he busted out a moonwalk!
