Amanda Seyfried is said to be dating sports entrepreneur Franck Raharinosy

The ‘Chloe’ actress – who recently split from Ryan Phillippe after five months together – was spotted enjoying the tennis at the US Open with the hunk earlier this week, and the pair have been putting on their fair share of public displays of affection (PDA).

An onlooker told E! News: “They were being cute together. It was clear something was going on. There was subtle PDA.”

However, it’s unlikely the new couple are being open with their feelings, as Amanda – who dated her ‘Mamma Mia!’ co-star Dominic Cooper for three years – recently admitted she likes to keep men guessing, and thinks “mystery is really sexy”.

She said: “I don’t think men find me irresistible at all. I’ve got a filthy side and a romantic side – I like to keep them guessing.”

“Mystery is really sexy. Bad guys also tend to be really self-centered and very fearless – I don’t know why but that is sexy. It shouldn’t be, it’s disgusting.”

The ‘Red Riding Hood’ actress – who is currently dating actor Ryan Phillippe – insists she doesn’t think she is “irresistible” to the opposite sex but thinks they find the different aspects to her personality appealing.

She said: “I don’t think men find me irresistible at all. I’ve got a filthy side and a romantic side – I like to keep them guessing.”

The 25-year-old beauty also admitted she never had much luck with men when she was younger, and can’t believe how that has changed in recent years.

She told more! magazine: “Growing up I didn’t have a lot of boyfriends. But I have great boyfriends now – I’ve had like 12 of them.”

Amanda recently admitted she is attracted to bad boys, even though she finds wayward men “disgusting.”

She said: “Mystery is really sexy. Bad guys also tend to be really self-centred and very fearless – I don’t know why but that is sexy. It shouldn’t be, it’s disgusting.”

Amanda Seyfried hopes her portrayal of Red Riding Hood is “respected and welcomed”

The 25-year-old beauty plays the Grimm Brothers’ classic fairytale heroine in a new movie of the same name and she hopes audiences enjoy watching the film as much as she enjoyed making it.

She said: “It feels really cool to bring to life that iconic character. I hope that it is respected and welcomed.

“This is such a big deal for me. I’ve always wanted to do a period piece, and this was way beyond my expectations. The vision was so full of romance and tension and mystery. There are so many things you can do with this story.”

The updated version of the movie features Amanda’s character caught up in a love triangle with two men – played by Shiloh Fernandez and Max Irons – when a wolf attacks their village, eating a number of family members, and the actress says the movie is filled with “sexual tension and terror”.

She added: “Our movie is geared for young adults and is more along the lines of the Grimms version with all the sexual tension, suspicion and terror.

“There’s a lot of sexual symbolism, and over the years it’s been extracted. And then we kind of put it back in.”

Amanda Seyfried finds bad boys “sexy”

The ‘Red Riding Hood’ actress – who has most recently been romantically linked with Ryan Phillippe – finds wayward men “disgusting” but can’t help but be attracted to them.

Amanda also confessed she felt more attracted to her former boyfriend Dominic Cooper – who she met on the set of ‘Mamma Mia!’ in 2008 – when he was portraying an Arabic character in a movie.

She said: “I generally like dark-skinned European looking men. Dominic played Uday Hussein in ‘The Devil’s Double’ and I was dating him when he was shooting it, and he was playing an Arab guy and I was just so attracted to him! He’s so dark and it’s great.”

Amanda Seyfried is an acting “chameleon”

The ‘Red Riding Hood’ actress – who has starred in a whole variety of films, from musical ‘Mamma Mia!’ to high school movie ‘Mean Girls’ to playing a lesbian in ‘Chloe’ – says it’s important to appear in lots of different genres as then audiences will believe in your character more.

She said: “I’m an actor. I’m not a socialite. I’m playing a character, I’m playing versions of myself. For me it’s important to be a chameleon.

“I like challenging people’s perceptions. That’s the trick. It’s like a game.”

Amanda also revealed how there would never be a ‘Mamma Mia!’ sequel, even though she really enjoyed filming the ABBA-inspired film, which also starred Meryl Streep, Colin Firth, Pierce Brosnan and Amanda’s ex, Dominic Cooper.

She told Britain’s Marie Claire magazine: “It was the best experience ever but a sequel is never going to happen. Like, what would they do? What would they write about? How would they get all the actors back?”

Amanda Seyfried used to think sex was “dirty and disgusting”.

The 24-year-old actress – who plays a manipulative temptress in ‘Chloe’, where she shares a number of lesbian sex scenes alongside actress Julianne Moore – claims she used to be terrified of any kind of intimacy because of the “narrow-minded” town she grew up in.

She told The Sunday Telegraph’s Stella magazine: “We have to be open-minded. I’m not saying American’s are narrow-minded – I’ve lived in New York and Los Angeles – but where I grew up in Allentown, Pennsylvania… there was a small-town mindset that made me feel that sex was wrong.

“When my sister lost her virginity, I thought that was dirty and disgusting, and I was scared of sex. I remember I had a fight with my friend when I touched a boy for the first time and I didn’t tell her. She got mad with me, not because I didn’t tell her, but because I’d done it in the first place. “

Amanda – who is currently dating the British actor Dominic Cooper – admits moving away from her home town meant her views on sex changed.

She said: “Intimacy is a wonderful thing. It’s frustrating that growing up I thought I was wrong. It isn’t. Exploring your sexuality is important when you’re growing up.”

The ‘Dear John’ star also revealed that she still has insecurities about her relationships, as she sometimes struggles being apart from Dominic, 31.

She said: “Actors are separated all the time… it almost feels like things are on hold, but we send little messages during the day. My friend was talking to me last night about being apart and he was like, ‘You’re not worried?’ And I thought, ‘What’s to be worried about?’ It’s fine, I guess it really is.”

Bisexual Megan – who has previously claimed she feels more comfortable kissing her female co-stars rather than her male ones – said: “I feel it’s so awkward and quiet, there is no score underneath it and it’s just… Could you watch yourself doing it? It’s awkward and it was really awkward to film it.

“I would say it’s easier kissing someone who you know doesn’t want to kiss you, that’s more comfortable than going into a scene with somebody that you think is anticipating it or is going to enjoy it. That’s worse in a working environment. But I knew clearly Amanda was not excited about it.”

Amanda has previously said she felt “uncomfortable” kissing Megan.

She said: “I was uncomfortable, because I normally kiss men. Even in front of people, to kiss someone for the first time, female or male, is still awkward.

“It’s also awkward when you’re being filmed doing it. And then, of course, there’s still the producers that get to watch that scene every day, and you’re like – it’s inevitable, men are going to get turned on. You know people are going to get turned on when they see this, because it’s, you know, taboo.”
