T.I.’s wife Tameka “Tiny” Cottle just scored a major victory — the drug possession case against her has been dismissed … TMZ has learned.

The L.A. County District Attorney’s office tells TMZ the case was dropped because Tiny completed 24 sessions of a certified drug diversion program in Georgia.

Victoria Beckham thinks fake tan looks “a bit footballer’s wife”

The 36-year-old former Spice Girls singer – who is married to soccer star David Beckham – admits she has previously experimented with giving herself a bronzed glow but has now realised it is not a good look for her.

She said: “I don’t wear fake tan anymore. Sometimes I’ve been turned orange but that’s definitely a look from my past.

“Being overly tanned is very ageing and, dare I say it, a bit footballer’s wife. I’m a little tanned from being in Los Angeles but I don’t use self-tan. Embrace your natural colour!”

Though she hates fake tan, Victoria has a lot of beauty products she uses regularly and she admits one of the reasons she joined twitter was to share her tips with her fans.

She said: “I love sharing my favourite beauty finds, I’m not one to keep beauty secrets.

“I love Chanel, Stila and Armani. I’m obsessed with the new Burberry Lip Gloss Nos. 9 and 10. I tweeted about it – everyone has to get one.”

Former Food Network Host To Cop a Plea

Juan-Carlos Cruz – the former Food Network host accused of putting a hit out on his wife — will cop a plea today that will land him in jail for years … TMZ has learned.

Cruz — who allegedly hired three homeless guys to kill wife Jennifer Campbell – is scheduled to appear this morning for his preliminary hearing. But our sources say that hearing will not happen. Instead, lawyers for both sides will announce the plea deal.

We’re told Cruz will plead guilty to solicitation of murder. He will agree to substantial jail time, less time served. Cruz has been in jail since May.

The backstory is pretty incredible. TMZ broke the story … Campbell was suicidal because she couldn’t have kids, but could not take her own life because of her religious beliefs. Authorities believe Cruz was going to have his wife killed as an act of mercy and then take his own life.

The plea should go down at 8:30 AM PT.

Victoria Hopper: I Won’t Live Around Horse Crap

Dennis Hopper’s widow claims the actor’s trust is trying to force her out of the family homestead and into a hovel near a manure-filled horse stable.

Victoria Hopper is currently living on Dennis’ $6 million Venice compound but his trust — which includes Dennis’ eldest daughter Marin — wants to sell the property, so they’ve offered to move Victoria into the fancy schmancy Brentwood neighborhood.

But Victoria says there are big problems with the Brentwood home:

– The house is 1,176 square feet on a parcel that’s only 1,423 square feet — tiny for Brentwood

– It’s right next to a stable with 15 horses that produce piles of manure

– It’s on a hairpin curve on Sunset Blvd. where a car recently crashed into the house — Buzz kill!

So the standoff continues.

Slash’s Wife Gets No Credit at Toys’R'Us

Slash’s wife didn’t get credit where credit is due — at least that’s what she says … but we’ve learned Slash ain’t to blame.

Perla Ferrar went to Toys”R”Us Monday to buy school supplies for the two boys. But there was a deal-breaking problem at checkout — her credit card was twice rejected.

We’re told Ferrar claims her estranged husband — who filed for divorce last week — deactivated her credit card, but our sources say she’s just plain wrong.

Slash, we’re told, has not touched her 5 credit cards and is footing all the bills while their nasty divorce is pending.

T.I. and Tiny — His and Hers Mug Shots

TMZ has obtained the mug shots taken by T.I. and his wife Tameka “Tiny” Cottle — right after they were arrested on the Sunset Strip in Hollywood late Wednesday night.

As we first reported, the newlyweds were arrested around 10:18 PM yesterday after cops say they were in possession of a controlled substance. We’re told the substance in question is ecstasy.

Jay-Z plans to get fat

The 40-year-old rapper – who ‘retired’ from music in 2003 to take up the position of CEO of Def Jam records before making a comeback –already has a “Marlon Brando retirement plan” in mind for himself and wife Beyonce Knowles in the future.

Explaining he wants to live on a private island, employ a “genius chef”, smoke cigars, drink fine wines and get fat, the ‘99 Problems‘ star said:  “That’s what I enjoy. That’s the payback for all the hard work.

“Beyonce will be on the island too. But I don’t think she plan to get as fat as me. I’m gonna be fat.”

The music mogul – real name Shawn Carter – also revealed one of the high points of his career was when U2 frontman Bono invited him and Beyonce to holiday at the ‘One’ hitmaker’s home in St. Tropez, France.

Jay-Z added to Q magazine: “That’s an invite everyone cherishes. Bono is an ambassador for the game. He’s not, ‘I’m Bono. F**k off’. He’s still a musician trying to make the ultimate album.”

L.A. Dodgers Owner: Jamie Never Wanted the Team

Los Angeles Dodgers owner Frank McCourt claims his wife, Jamie McCourt, diabolically tried to strong-arm him into showing his love by giving her a piece of the team — at the same time she was secretly consulting divorce lawyers.

In Frank’s legal brief, obtained by TMZ, the Dodgers owner maintains his wife signed over her interest in the team, in return for getting sole ownership of more than $100 million in homes.

Frank claims in legal papers Jamie never wanted to buy the Dodgers in the first place.  According to Frank, Jamie felt buying the team in 2004 was a “risky business venture,” because the Dodgers had been losing millions and the deal was insanely leveraged.

Frank says Jamie — a lawyer who has drafted marital agreements herself — was more than happy to sign the marital property agreement that gave Frank the team and gave her all the homes.

But fast forward to 2008 … the Dodgers became profitable while the value of real estate began plummeting.  According to the docs, Jamie came to Frank with a proposal:  “If we’re going to be life partners, we’re going to be business partners.”  Frank says Jamie wanted him to give her half interest in the Dodgers but she would keep most of the homes herself.  Frank smelled a rat and said no.

Frank claims Jamie was stricken with celebrity-itus and wanted a piece of the team, calling it “her ticket to become the mayor of Los Angeles, the Governor of California, and maybe even the President of the United States.  To create the fairytale of ‘Brand Jamie,’ she recognized she had to rewrite history.”

Keith Urban feels “blessed” to have Nicole Kidman as his wife

The country singer – who has a two-year-old daughter, Sunday Rose, with the Oscar-winning actress – says Nicole is his ideal partner because they both have the same values in life.

He said: “I’m fortunate to have a wife who understands about career as well. We’re very blessed to have each other, and you recognise the importance of all the facets of our lives. But family is very, very strong in our lives.”

While Keith enjoys his music career, he says his family will always be his priority.

Talking about maintaining a balance between work and family, Keith told Parade.com: “I don’t know if there’s any secret to it. Everybody sort of finds their own way to keep their life balanced. I know for me, family is first and I just make sure that I spread my time amongst the things that I love to do as well. Balance is never achieved, it’s just maintained. And so far I’ve been able to maintain it.”

As well as being dedicated parents to little Sunday, Keith and Nicole also take it turns to cook.

He said: “At home, I do a little bit of cooking. My wife and I share the cooking duties a little bit.”

L.A. Dodgers Wife: Frank McCourt Committed Fraud

Fired Los Angeles Dodgers CEO Jamie McCourt claims Frank McCourt and his lawyer, Lawrence Silverstein, fraudulently altered documents in an effort to strip her of the ownership of the team … this according to new court documents obtained by TMZ.

Frank claims in 2004, when they bought the Dodgers, Jamie signed over complete ownership of the team to him.  In their bitter divorce case, Frank has submitted an agreement signed by Jamie, which includes an “Exhibit” that gives him complete ownership of the Dodgers.

But in new legal papers filed today by Dennis Wasser, Jamie’s lawyer … Wasser claims there was another “Exhibit” that was the final word on ownership of the Dodgers, which preserved Jamie’s rights to the team.

Wasser now says, after the document was signed, Frank and his lawyer pulled a switcheroo, by substituting the old “Exhibit” for the new one — thereby cutting Jamie out.

Wasser says in his new legal docs … Jamie is the victim of a “fraudulently altered document.”

Dwyane Wade’s actress GF Gabrielle Union just won big in her legal battle against Dwyane’s ex-wife — as of last week, she’s officially in the clear over charges that she got too sexy in front of Dwyane’s kids.

It’s all over a lawsuit the basketball star’s ex-wife Siohvaughn Wade (right) filed a few months ago — claiming her and Dwyane’s kids were left scarred when Gabrielle and the Miami Heat guard engaged in “sexual foreplay” in front of them.

Both Dwyane and Gabrielle denied the allegations — calling them “erroneous claims” — and last week, a judge in Illinois officially dismissed Siohvaughn’s lawsuit, citing improper jurisdiction.

Gabrielle’s lawyer — who called the lawsuit a “shame” and a “waste of time” — tells TMZ, “The allegations against Ms. Union are completely false and do not belong in the Illinois Court System.”

NBA Player Accuses Wife of Vicious Attack

NBA veteran Earl Watson has filed for divorce from his wife Jennifer Freeman — claiming the “My Wife and Kids” actress attacked him in a late night rage … and savagely bit him on the chest until he bled.

According to legal papers filed last week in L.A. County Superior Court, Watson claims things got bad on August 1st … when Jennifer received a suspicious text message at 11PM and Earl decided to check her phone.

Watson — who played with the Indiana Pacers last season — claims his wife was furious that he took the phone and reacted by hitting him “forcefully twice in the face with her right open hand.”

Watson claims Jennifer then “grabbed my right wrist and bit … breaking the skin, leaving teeth marks and drawing blood.”  Once she let go of the wrist, Watson claims she then chomped down on his chest … again drawing blood.

Earl claims Jennifer then tried to attack him with an iron — but he was able to knock it out of her hand.

Now, Earl wants a divorce ASAP — along with full custody of their 10-month-old daughter.

Calls to Freeman have not been returned.

Gary Coleman’s ex-wife Shannon Price is furious that Gary’s estate is trying to sell the house they lived in together — and according to Price’s rep, they’ll “do everything possible to fight this in court.”

As we first reported, Robert Jeffs — the Special Administrator of Gary’s estate — filed a motion yesterday asking a judge to allow him to sell Gary’s Utah home and an adjacent lot for $324,000.

That’s not sitting well with Price’s rep, Sheilia Erickson, who tells TMZ that 24 hours before Gary died, he told her he “wanted [Shannon] to be taken care of” and that “everything goes to her.”

Erickson says, “Gary would want Shannon in that house. It was their house together.”

Shannon did live in the house with Gary, but the estate kicked her out in June. She is not named in Gary’s currently recognized will.

The reality TV star – who is currently in the process of splitting from the blonde beauty – believes they are not compatible as a couple as he loves being in the spotlight and she wants to lead a “calmer” life.

He said: “We love each other but I’m a famew***e and I’ll never grow out of it. Heidi knows that and doesn’t want that.

“I want every kind of press. She believes in bad press. There’s no way my love for fame and her love for puppies will every work out successfully. She just wants to hike and hang out and be calmer.

The 26-year-old media personality also admitted he and Heidi had clashed constantly since they married in April 2009.

Despite being known for his confrontational ways, Spencer does enjoy quiet time and has taken up painting.

Law Enforcement Questions Oksana’s M.O.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ … they have “serious concerns” over Oksana Grigorieva’s credibility in connection with her domestic violence claim against Mel Gibson … because, we’re told, she had money on the brain before making her claim.

Our sources say Gibson has emails and other evidence Oksana “tried to extract money from Mel in return for the [explosive] tapes.” As TMZ has already reported, Oksana secretly recorded Gibson during several heated arguments back in February.

We’re told Sheriff’s investigators are concerned that Oksana had contact with civil lawyers and judges while she negotiated a visitation agreement with Mel over a 6-month period but never once contacted police.  Oksana was represented by attorney Eric George, the son of California Supreme Court Justice Ronald George, to handle the visitation case.  She went through 2 full days of mediation in May, conducted by two former judges, one of whom was a former federal prosecutor and negotiated a visitation agreement.

We’ve learned the agreement — signed by both Oksana and Mel — gave Mel full visitation rights and future joint legal custody of their daughter.

Last month, Oksana refused to give Mel his visitation rights and it was then that she made allegations of abuse for the first time.

TMZ has previously reported … Mel denies knocking Oksana’s teeth out.

No ‘Oprah’ for Elin

Tiger Woods‘ soon-to-be ex-wife is about to become an independently wealthy woman, but we’ve learned she’s legally prohibited from blabbing about it.

Sources tell TMZ Elin Nordegren and Tiger have agreed to a confidentiality clause as part of their divorce settlement. So Elin can’t go on “Oprah,” she can’t do interviews, she can’t write a book.

But what she gets in return is nothing to sneeze at.  TMZ broke the story, Elin will snag about $100 million in the settlement … way more than she was entitled to under the prenup.

Why, you ask, would Tiger give her more than she’d get under the prenup?  Other than guilt, Tiger wanted to avoid a trial at all costs … the testimony would have been beyond messy.

Kelsey Grammer’s Wife Files for Divorce

TMZ has learned … Kelsey Grammer’s wife, Camille Grammer has filed for divorce.

The divorce petition was just filed by her lawyer, Neal Hersh. She is seeking joint legal custody and primary physical custody of their children.

Camille is citing “irreconcilable differences.”

She is seeking spousal and child support.

The couple was married in August, 1997.  They have two kids.

Camille is a member of the cast of “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.”

Oksana Grigorieva’s lawyers are lashing out at Mel Gibson’s lawyer for claiming Mel has been more than generous in supporting her and their baby.

Oksana’s lawyer, Marci Levine, tells TMZ, “The statement released to TMZ on behalf of Mel Gibson is based upon complete distortions of the truth regarding Mr. Gibson’s financial contributions toward the parties’ child and conveniently ignores his obligations to the parties’ child under California law.”

Mel’s lawyer, Stephen Kolodny had stated that Mel has opened up his wallet for Oksana, putting her up in a multi-million dollar house, buying her a car, providing health insurance and giving her “tens of thousands of dollars to support her and Lucia over the past months.”

Levine would not specifically say how Mel has fallen short, but sources connected with Oksana claim the actor has not paid child support since the couple split.

Levine says, “Mr. Gibson persists in attempting to ‘litigate’ this matter in the media, and continues to launch false accusations against the mother of his child.”

And Levine says, “Unlike Mr. Gibson, Ms. Grigorieva has not, and will not engage in this type of undignified banter in the press.”

Mel Gibson: I’ve Paid Oksana a Fortune

Mel Gibson’s lawyer claims the actor has opened his wallet to Oksana Grigorieva since their baby was born, but now that she’s allegedly breached their custody agreement Mel’s gonna get a little stingier.

Mel’s lawyer, Stephen Kolodny, tells TMZ Mel has opened the bank vault for Oksana … putting her up in a multi-million dollar house, buying her a car, providing health insurance and “giving Oksana tens of thousands of dollars to support her and Lucia over the past months.”

Kolodny says Mel has gone far above and beyond what’s required of him under a support and custody agreement the former couple reached in mediation.

But now, Kolodny claims Oksana has violated the agreement by refusing to let Mel see their daughter on Father’s Day, Mel is only going to pay Oksana what they agreed to in mediation and not a penny more.

Kolodny wouldn’t say how much Oksana is legally entitled to under mediation, but sources tell us it’s “well over $10,000 a month.”

Sources connected to Oksana tell a radically different story … claiming Mel hasn’t paid any support since they split.

Oksana Went Dental, Did Mel Go Mental?

Oksana Grigorieva did indeed go to the dentist for teeth repairs after her confrontation with Mel Gibson on January 6, TMZ has learned.  The question … was the damage done at the hands of one Mel Gibson?

TMZ broke the story … Oksana claims Mel struck her in the face twice during a heated argument, knocking out teeth and giving her a concussion.

Now we’ve learned there are photos of the damage to Oksana’s teeth and, we’re told, medical records showing she went to a dentist the following day.

Sources connected with Oksana tell TMZ one tooth was completely knocked out and another was chipped.

Sources connected with Mel, however, tell TMZ Oksana’s teeth were not damaged … just the veneers, and the source says Mel didn’t cause the damage.  The source adds, “Mel has no idea what she did after he left the house.”

TMZ broke the story … Oksana has several recordings of arguments with Mel she secretly taped.  Sources connected with Oksana say the tapes incriminate Mel in the January 6 incident.  Sources connected with Mel beg to differ.

Mel Gibson: She’s Lying and She Secretly Taped Me

Mel Gibson’s baby mama Oksana Grigorieva was bitter over a custody agreement she signed, and that’s why she made up the story that Mel beat her up … this according to sources connected with the actor.

TMZ broke the story … Oksana’s lawyers went to court last Monday and got a domestic violence restraining order against Mel after telling the judge Mel beat Oksana up last January.

According to sources connected with Mel, on January 6, 2010, Mel and Oksana were arguing at home when Oksana took baby Lucia, ran around the backyard, threw herself on the ground, came back inside the house and began shaking Lucia like a ragdoll. Mel followed and the sources acknowledge there was physical contact, but insist Mel did not punch her and was just trying to protect the baby.

The sources say Oksana began traveling the world with Mel and made no mention to anyone about being the victim of brutality at the hands of M.G.

In May, after the couple split, there was a mediation in which Mel and Oksana got joint legal custody of Lucia – Oksana got primary physical custody and Mel got visitation, which included overnights. The deal was … the arrangement was eventually supposed to turn into 50/50 custody.

On one occasion, while Oksana was touring Russia for her singing career, Mel went to her house to see Lucia. Oksana’s mother was there and told him to stay overnight with the child, which he did. Oksana’s mother even let the bodyguard go for the night. Oksana had no problem with this, sources say.

Sources connected with the couple tell TMZ Oksana regretted agreeing to the mediated custody settlement and wanted to limit or even exclude Mel’s contact with Lucia.

A week ago Friday, Mel’s representatives got a call from Oksana’s lawyer, saying Oksana would not allow Mel to spend time with Lucia on Father’s Day … something to which she had already agreed.

According to sources, at noon on Monday, Oksana’s lawyer called Mel’s rep and said she got a restraining order against him to stay 100 yards from her and couldn’t even see Lucia until a hearing in July.

The next day, Mel’s lawyer went to the judge and got the restraining order modified, allowing him to see Lucia — just like it was agreed before.

During the hearing, it came out that Oksana had secretly taped arguments she had with Mel. The judge ordered the tapes sealed and also ordered Oksana not to talk publicly about the recordings.

And, we’re told, the judge was extremely unhappy with Oksana’s lawyer for not revealing that there had been a mediated custody agreement in place.

Mel Gibson’s Baby Mama: He Beat Me Bad

Oksana Grigorieva — the mother of Mel Gibson’s eighth child — claims the actor “beat her up badly” in January … this according to sources familiar with the case.

TMZ broke the story … Oksana went to court on Monday and got a domestic violence restraining order against Gibson, requiring him to stay clear of her.

Sources connected with Gibson tell TMZ Oksana’s claim is bogus, and they point to the fact that Oksana stayed with Mel after the alleged incident.

But sources connected with Oksana say after the alleged beating, Mel promised to get help and she still loved him … but only stayed with him a short period of time before ending the relationship.

We’re told Oksana fears for the safety of her daughter, and that is why she would not let Mel spend time with the baby on Father’s Day. Sources say she thinks her baby is at risk if she spends time alone with Mel, although the sources would not elaborate on specifics.

As we first reported, sources tell us Oksana claims after January, Mel continued threatening her.  We’re told Oksana believes Mel is so violent, her life is in danger.

Sources connected with Mel tell TMZ Oksana is making it up and money is at the root the allegations.

Zack Morris’ Marriage Comes to Screeching Halt

Mark-Paul Gosselaar — the guy who played Zack Morris on “Saved by the Bell” — has officially filed for divorce from his wife of 13 years, Lisa Ann Russell.

According to documents filed in L.A. County Superior Court, and obtained by TMZ, 36-year-old Gosselaar filed for dissolution of marriage on June 18.

Mark and Lisa have two children together.
