“Melrose Place” star Grant Show may soon be a single man — TMZ has learned his wife has filed for divorce.

Actress Pollyanna McIntosh filed the papers in L.A. County Superior court last week.

The couple met back in 2004 during a commercial shoot for Lane Bryant. They have no children.

Arnold’s Divorce Response — Conflict Over Support

TMZ has learned … Arnold Schwarzenegger has filed his response to Maria Shriver’s divorce petition, and the former couple is at odds over whether Maria should get spousal support.

Arnold’s lawyer, Bob Kaufman, checked the box on the legal docs asking the judge to terminate any right on Maria’s part to get spousal support. Maria asked for spousal support in her petition.

Arnold — like Maria — is asking for joint custody of the couple’s two minor children.

And there’s another conflict. Maria is asking Arnold to pay for her attorney’s fees. Arnold’s response asks that the judge make each party foot the bill for their respective lawyers.

TMZ broke the story … there is no prenup, so under California law both Arnold and Maria are entitled to a 50/50 split of all earnings and property accumulated during their 25-year marriage. The two are estimated to be worth around $400 million.

Fact is … since — as we first reported — Arnold will get the very expensive family home — Maria will probably end up with at least as much if not more cash than Arnold, so spousal support may become a non-issue … especially since Arnold isn’t earning any real money right now.

Maria Shriver is set to divorce Arnold Schwarzenegger

The 55-year-old writer – who split from her husband of 25 years after he confessed he had fathered a 14-year-old son with their former housekeeper Mildred ‘Patty’ Baena – has reportedly told friends she will file papers to legally end their union after deciding she cannot forgive him.

A close friend of Maria’s told RadarOnline.com: “Maria absolutely will be filing for divorce.

“It’s not a matter of if Maria will file for divorce, but when.”

Although she had hired celebrity divorce lawyer Laura Wasser to represent her in her split from the ‘Terminator’ actor, friends were unsure if she would go ahead with it plans because of strong Catholic beliefs.

However, it has since emerged Maria – who has four children Katherine, 21, Christina, 19, Patrick, 17, and 13-year-old Christopher, with the former Governor of California – suspected Arnold of having affairs with numerous members of their household staff.

Although she “didn’t suspect for one second” that the 63-year-old star had fathered a child with Patty, she reportedly had her suspicions about other workers.

A former employee said: “Maria didn’t suspect for one second that Patty was messing about with her husband. But there were others who she wasn’t quite so sure about.

“It’s perhaps little surprise that after suspicions were aroused, they subsequently didn’t last long in employment.”

Faith Evans Pulls Trigger on Marriage

Faith Evans has filed for divorce … TMZ has learned … but it was a long time coming.

Faith — who is married to record company exec Todd Russaw — filed legal docs in L.A. County Superior Court, citing irreconcilable differences. Todd is also Faith’s manager.

The couple married in 1997 and has two minor children. But according to the divorce petition, the couple separated in December, 2005. The 2005 date is curious, because one of their children was born in 2007.

Faith is asking for joint legal and sole physical custody. She wants Todd to have visitation rights.

Faith also wants the judge to reject any claim of spousal support.

Faith was married to Biggie Smalls when he was shot and killed in 1997.

Maria — Contemplated Divorce for Nearly 2 Years

Maria Shriver has been deciding whether to DIVORCE Arnold Schwarzenegger since 2009 … but sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ, she’s been “extremely conflicted.”

We’re told Maria has been unhappy with Arnold for years … and first planned to split with him back in 2009 … but her mother passed away and Maria decided to hold off.

Then, we’re told, Maria wanted to try to break it off again in January 2011 … but her father died … once again putting the split on hold.

Our source tells us Maria is fed up with Arnold’s infidelities … coupled with the fact he’s been “impossible” to live with. We’re told Maria’s kids acknowledge the issues — and have pushed their mother to call of the marriage.

People who have spoken with Maria tell us … despite her STRONG public persona, Maria has become a “shell of the woman” she appears to be because she is “terrified” of Arnold … but in an emotional, not a physical way.

However, once Maria finally decided to separate from Arnold — and moved into a fancy Beverly Hills hotel — we’re told Arnold pulled a 180 … and he’s been “working extremely hard” to win her back. As one source says, “He could not be sweeter now that she’s left him.”

To make things even more complicated, Arnold and Maria have been spending LOTS of time together lately … hanging out during Easter, Mother’s Day and even their 25th anniversary … which they celebrated together at an expensive hotel.

A source close to the couple tells us … despite their differences, Arnold and Maria have “serious chemistry between them” … which is why she has such ambivalence about the break-up.

But ambivalence aside, Maria has been “miserable” in the marriage and has taken a big step to end the relationship.

Kelsey Grammer — Officially Divorced

This is usually the time when we say “Kelsey Grammer … “officially single” — but since he’s planning on marrying his new girlfriend by the end of the month … it’s just a quick time-out.

TMZ has learned Kelsey and Camille Grammer’s divorce was finalized moments ago — after a judge in L.A. County Superior Court signed the divorce decree.

As we previously reported, Kelsey wanted a quickie divorce so he could marry his girlfriend Kayte Walsh. We’re told Kelsey and Camille will work out their property settlement issues at a later date.

In order to get the divorce, Kelsey had to post $2.3 million, which protects Camille’s pension rights against any new spouse.

Ashlee Simpson-Wentz has filed for divorce from Pete Wentz

The ‘Outta My Head’ singer – who has a two-year-old son Bronx Mowgli with the former Fall Out Boy rocker – cited “irreconcilable differences” in a filing to Los Angeles County Superior Court, but the pair insist they are still friends.

In a joint statement, they said: “After careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to file for divorce.
“We remain friends and deeply committed and loving parents to our son Bronx, whose happiness and well-being remains our number one priority. We ask that everyone honour our privacy as we navigate this next phase of our lives.”

In her petition to the court, Ashlee, 26, is asking for joint legal custody and primary physical custody of Bronx

The couple married in May 2008 after around a year of dating.

It is not believed they had a prenuptial agreement.

Just last month Pete, 31, spoke about how much he was looking forward to going on the road with his new band Black Cards and taking his family with him.

He said: “The great thing right now is that my family is very mobile and are able to tour with me. And I think that’s the only thing that would’ve been a hurdle. But the fact they’re kind of able to go, I want to be back out there.

“And it’s really cool to be able to see the world and to do it on a record company’s dime, so I’d like to kind of do that and I’d like to show my son the world as well.”

Kelsey Grammer’s motion to have his divorce finalised has been granted

The former ‘Frasier’ actor and estranged wife Camille were not in court in Los Angeles this morning (07.02.11) when a judge told their legal representatives their 14-year marriage can be dissolved once they have agreed a settlement.

The divorce could not be completed today as neither Kelsey, 55, nor Camille, 42, have signed the settlement paperwork.

The pair’s lawyers told the court the completed documents will be submitted by Thursday (10.02.11), with the divorce then expected to be finalised within the next two weeks.

The judge also heard that Kelsey will post a $2 million bond for the next 18 months to protect Camille’s interest in the actor’s pension.

At a hearing last month, Camille – who has argued Kelsey only wanted to divorce so he can marry current partner Kayte Walsh – asked for proceedings to be delayed and though Judge Maren E. Nelson agreed to postpone her decision until today, she said at the time she would be inclined to grant the actor’s request.

In December, Camille – mother of two of Kelsey’s children, Mason, nine, and six-year-old Jude – reportedly rejected a $30 million divorce settlement as it didn’t include alimony or child support for their kids.

Following his split from Camille last July, Kelsey – whose marriage to the ‘Real Housewives’ star was his third – started dating 29-year-old Kayte but in October tragedy struck as she miscarried their first child together.

The actor has repeatedly stated his desire to marry his new partner this month and the pair are even believed to have sent out wedding invitations.

Christina Aguilera is “looking forward to the next chapter” in her life following her split from husband Jordan Bratman

The 29-year-old pop star – who filed for divorce from her spouse in October – is determined not to be weighed down by regrets and is now focused on ensuring that she and her two-year-old son Max are happy.

She said: “I’m looking forward to the next chapter. I’m a smart girl. There are decisions that I make for reasons, and the most important thing is that my son is happy and he always will be. He’s surrounded by love.”

The singer-and-actress is planning on using the heartache she has felt because of her marriage breakdown to inspire a new collection of songs.

Christina – who released her sixth studio album ‘Bionic’ this year – explained: “Now, I’m in a place where I’m very much in an introspective state of mind, have a lot to say, and have grown leaps and bounds. Miley Cyrus is “not taking sides” in her parents’ divorce

The ‘Can’t Be Tamed’ hitmaker is said to be “upset” at her parents – 49-year-old singer Billy Ray Cyrus and 43-year-old mother Tish – getting a divorce after 17 years of marriage and hopes to keep her feelings on the matter private.

A source told People.com: “Miley is not taking any sides on this. She has been upset recently. She’s trying to keep everything private while her family works through this.”

Billy Ray filed divorce papers on October 26, and announced the pair were hoping for people to pray for them to get through the emotional time.

In a statement, he said: “As you can imagine, this is a very difficult time for our family. We are trying to work through some personal matters. We appreciate your thoughts and prayers.”

The pair are expected to file for joint custody of their three youngest children Miley, 17 Noah, 10 and Braison, 16.

News of the divorce comes at a difficult time for Miley – she is thought to have split up with her boyfriend, Australian hunk Liam Hemsworth, for the second time recently.

Charlie Sheen: I’m Not Into Reality TV Divorce

Charlie Sheen filed for divorce Monday because he didn’t want Brooke Mueller yakking about it on her upcoming reality TV show … TMZ has learned.

Sources connected with the couple have told TMZ for months … they would file for divorce as a united front. As we have told you for a long time, Charlie and Brooke signed divorce and property settlement papers back in May and held on to them … waiting for the right moment.

But apparently Brooke’s reality show didn’t sit well with Charlie and he wanted to control the situation and get “a fresh start.” Charlie’s people insist he told Brooke in advance he was filing, but it was not the united front they agreed to last May.

Billy Ray Cyrus wants joint custody of Miley Cyrus and her siblings

The ‘Achy Breaky Heart’ singer – who is separating from his wife Tish after 17 years of marriage – filed for divorce on Tuesday (26.10.10) and legal documents state he wants to share parental responsibilities for their three youngest children, Noah, 10, Braison, 16 and 17-year-old Miley.

In the papers, he asks to “share the care, custody and control” of the trio.

The documents also state he “has no information of any custody proceedings” and the reasons behind the marriage’s breakdown were listed as “irreconcilable differences”.

After filing the papers in the Chancery Court of Williamson County, Tennessee, the 49-year-old country star started getting spiritual on his twitter account – and posted extracts from Psalm 91 from the Bible.

He wrote: “He will cover you with his feathers and under his wings you shall take refuge. Truth will be your shield and buckler.”

Billy Rae also asked his fans to pray for others during his difficult time.

He added: “Can I ask for your prayers this morning for my children…our troops…the hungry…the sick…the homeless. AMEN. (sic)”

Billy Rae married Tish in December 1992 and as well as having three children together he adopted Tish’s two children, Brandi and Trace, from her previous marriage.

He also has a son, Christopher, from his relationship with Kristen Luckey.

Miley Cyrus’ parents are to divorce

Singer Billy Ray Cyrus and wife Tish Cyrus announced they have separated after 17 years of marriage and filed divorce papers this week citing “irreconcilable differences”.

In a statement, they said: “As you can imagine, this is a very difficult time for our family. We are trying to work through some personal matters. We appreciate your thoughts and prayers.”

Friends say it was inevitable the couple – who have three children, 17-year-old Miley, Braison, 16, and 10-year-old Noah – would split but insist nobody else is involved.

One pal said: “It was a long time coming. It is the best thing for both of them.”

Country singer Billy married Tish in December 1992 and as well as having three children together he adopted Tish’s two children, Brandi and Trace, from her previous marriage.

He also has a son, Christopher, from his relationship with Kristen Luckey.

The family initially lived on a 500-acre farm near Nashville, Tennessee, before moving to Los Angeles following the success of Miley’s TV show ‘Hannah Montana’, which Billy also appears in.

Courteney Cox Arquette and David Arquette didn’t have a pre-nuptial agreement

The couple announced earlier this month they were separating after 11 years of marriage and now the actor has revealed they didn’t sign a contract to divide up their assets before they tied the knot.

After telling radio DJ Howard Stern they didn’t have an official pre-wedding agreement, the shock jock said to him: “Can you count to 50?”

While it seems the couple are to divorce, David said he “loves Courteney with all his heart” and his “wedding ring” is his most “valuable” possession.

This is not the first time David has spoken about the split and recently said he had “shared too much” information about the break-up.

The 39-year-old actor has apologised for being too honest on Howard’s radio show, in which he revealed Courteney had tired of being a “mother” to him.

He wrote on his twitter page: “Thank you all for your love and support at this time. I’m trying figuring out how to be the best person I can be, but it’s been a process of trial and error.

“I went on Howard Stern to provide clarity and honesty about what I’m experiencing but while doing that I shared too much … it’s alright for me to be honest about my own feelings but in retrospect some of the information I provided involved others and for that I am sorry and humbled . Christina Aguilera filed for divorce a little more than a week ago, but already there’s a little conflict.

We’ve learned Christina’s lawyer, disso-queen Laura Wasser, filed legal docs disqualifying the assigned judge from hearing the case.

L.A. County Superior Court Judge Elia Weinbach … fairly new on the divorce circuit … won’t be hearing the case, but we’re guessing it’s nothing personal.

Wasser’s firm has a pretty ironclad rule to handle high-profile divorces with private judges. Translation — they’re usually handled behind closed doors.

‘Gossip Girl’ Dad’s New Love

“Gossip Girl” star Matthew Settle’s divorce from actress-model Naama Nativ took an emotional toll on the actor—“It’s tough,” he said in April, of the February split — but those feelings are a thing of the past, as he now settles into a new relationship, with fashionista Leyla Vassighy, and TooFab’s got the exclusive details about their lovey-dovey courtship!

“He’s been so happy, since he’s been with her,” the source tells TooFab of the couple, who’ve managed to fly under the radar of gossip hounds, despite stepping out together since July. “They met through a friend a while ago, but they were friends first. They’re super cute together, and are very lovey-dovey.” And even though Settle turned 41 last month, and Vassighy is in her twenties, the age difference means nothing to them, adds the source.

David Arquette has “shared too much” information about his split from Courteney Cox Arquette this week

The 39-year-old actor – who announced his separation from the ‘Cougar Town’ star after 11 years of marriage earlier this week – has apologised for being too honest on Howard Stern’s radio show in which he revealed Courteney had gotten tired of being a “mother” to him.

Jennifer Aniston hopes close friend Courteney Cox-Arquette doesn’t rush into divorce

The 41-year-old actress – who was previously married to Brad Pitt – has been supporting her pal throughout her separation from David Arquette but is said to have been urging the couple to work through their difficulties rather than split for good.

An insider explained to gossip website PopEater: “Jen has known for some time that the couple were in trouble but hoped and prayed they would be able to work it out. No one knows how painful divorce is more than Jen and she hopes they don’t rush into it without exhausting every possibility to say together.

“Goodness knows Courteney supported Jen during her break-up with Brad. Now it’s Jen’s turn to be supportive. After all, isn’t that what a friend is for.”

TMZ has obtained a copy of the divorce documents Ben Harper filed Friday, asking for a divorce from Laura Dern.

As we first reported, Ben claims he’s been separated from Laura since January. Now we know the specific date — Harper claims the date of separation is New Year’s Day.

What’s weird — the couple has been living and traveling together all this year.

The significance of the date of separation is all about $$$. When a couple is legally separated, their earnings become separate. We’re told Harper out-earns Dern by a lot.

Laura Dern to Ben Harper: Why So Heartless?

A process server went to Laura Dern’s home on Saturday with divorce papers and demanded that she come to the door … or else — sources tell TMZ.

We’re told the couple’s nanny came to the door and told the process server she would accept the divorce papers Ben Harper filed late Friday afternoon … but sources say the process server fired back that if Laura didn’t come to the door he’d find her out in public and embarrass her.

A source connected with Ben claims the allegation that the process server issued such an ultimatum is “absolutely false.”

The divorce — a story TMZ broke Sunday — shocked Laura, who didn’t see it coming.

We’re told Ben has not called Laura to discuss how to tell their two children about the sudden turn of events … he just disappeared.

Ben Harper Blindsides Laura Dern with Divorce

Ben Harper stunned Laura Dern by filing for divorce late Friday afternoon … TMZ has learned.

Harper, a two-time Grammy winner, filed legal docs citing irreconcilable differences and is asking the judge to deny Dern spousal support.

And here’s what’s interesting … according to the papers, Harper claims he and Dern separated back in January. But people connected with the couple, who married back in 2005, tell TMZ they have been living and traveling together throughout the year and were even intimate as recently as last week.

Mel Gibson Divorce: He Could Pay for His Screwups

Mel Gibson’s 2006 anti-Semitic rant and his 2010 tirades against Blacks, women and others have become an issue in his divorce with Robyn, and it could end up costing Mel big bucks.

As we just reported, Mel’s lawyers have submitted a settlement proposal to Robyn… and her lawyers are “optimistic” they can reach a settlement.

But we’re told there are still outstanding issues, including something called “good will.” It sounds strange, but the good will of a famous person is considered an asset in a marriage — something that has commercial value. In the past Mel had a lot of good will that translated into being able to make movies that people would pay to see.

But after Mel’s 2006 and 2010 rants, the good will has evaporated if not disappeared. As a result … the asset has been greatly devalued.

We’re told one of the issues is whether Mel should have to pay Robyn for squandering his good will.

And the same principle applies to paying spousal support. Mel has an argument that he’s not really making much money anymore so he shouldn’t have to pay support. But there’s a counter-argument — Robyn shouldn’t suffer because Mel screwed up.

Heidi Montag Pulls the Plug on Divorce

TMZ has learned ... Heidi Montag has officially called off her divorce from Spencer Pratt.

The two had been seen out in public together recently — but yesterday, Montag made the reconciliation official, filing a motion for dismissal at L.A. County Superior Court.

As we previously reported, Montag filed for divorce back in July — citing irreconcilable differences.

But now, after the two reunited in Costa Rica to deal with a sex tape scandal — it seems Heidi is once again on board with the whole “til death do us part” thing.
