Jesse James and Kat Von D have split up – again.

The couple – who separated in July before reuniting a month later – have called off their engagement, the tattoo artist has revealed.

Kat wrote on her Facebook page: “I am not in a relationship. And I apologise for all the ‘back and forth’ if it’s caused any confusion.” Kat says she split from Jesse – who was previously married to Oscar-winning actress Sandra Bullock – because they were on “different paths in life”, but she insists she has no hard feelings toward the motorcycle entrepreneur.

She told People: “It was clear to me that we were just on two different paths in life. My friend put it best when he said I could never be more deserving of total, noble love. And as a woman, I think it’s important to know your value and never lose sight of that.

“I wish Jesse nothing but the best in life and in love.”

Jesse is currently based in Austin, Texas, and it seems that may have been a factor in the couple’s split.

Kat wrote on Facebook: “I am not in any way moving to Texas. And I am not leaving my shop here in Los Angeles, High Voltage Tattoo.”

The ‘Glee’ star and Broadway actor Theo Stockman have decided to call time on their 17-month relationship but are adamant the break-up is amicable.

A representative for Lea confirmed to E! News: “This is not a dramatic break-up, the relationship just ran its course. They are still friends and will always be friends.”

One contributing factor is believed to be the amount of time Lea and Theo got to spend together as their busy careers kept them apart, with the 25-year-old actress shooting ‘Glee’ in Los Angeles, while Theo lives in New York City.

Lea recently revealed she loved being in a relationship because it made her feel settled.

She said: “I’m a relationship girl. I would rather be in a long distance relationship with him than not have a relationship at all.”

She also revealed Theo reminded her of her father Marc as they had similar qualities such as a good sense of humour and caring nature.

She said: “My father makes me laugh – my sense of humour comes from him – but at the same time, I know he’s going to take care of everything. I see some of that in my boyfriend.”

The Disney actress – who has been dating the ‘Baby’ hitmaker since early this year – is said to have split from the 17-year-old singing sensation over concerns about his new-found bad boy pals.

In recent weeks, Justin has been hanging around with former child burglar turned rapper Sean Kingston, ex-convict Lil Wayne, and has collaborated on a new track with Chris Brown, who put his ex-girlfriend Rihanna in hospital after attacking her in 2009.

However, the final straw allegedly came when Justin brought Sean to one of the19-year-old singer’s concerts in Florida last week.

A friend of Selena said: “Selena told him to stop hanging with these bad people. She didn’t want him to crash her gig.

“They had a huge row and said it was good they were having time apart while she was on tour.”

However, Justin is said to have taken the split badly, and was spotted in tears after one of their arguments.

The ‘Revolutionary Road’ actress – who separated from her film director husband Sam Mendes in March – has reportedly called time on her romance with male model Louis Dowler after just four months of dating.

Despite being “very grateful” to the 35-year-old hunk for allowing her to get over the breakdown of her marriage, Kate is said to have ended the relationship to “concentrate on her career and children”.

Rachel Weisz and Darren Aronofsky have split up

The couple – who have a four-year-old son, Henry Chance, together -called time on their nine-year relationship several months ago, their representatives have confirmed.

A spokesperson told gossip website TMZ: “Rachel Weisz and Darren Aronofsky have been separated for some months. They remain close friends and are committed to raising their son together in New York City.”

It is believed the couple will seek joint custody of their son.

No reasons for their split have been given.

Rachel and director Darren, 41, previously worked together on 2006’s ‘The Fountain’ and were also planning to team up for ‘Jackie’, a biopic of former American First Lady Jackie Kennedy.

The 40-year-old actress has previously spoken about how much she enjoyed leading a “normal” life with her partner and son.

She said: “Of course, it’s not ordinary to get dressed in frocks to walk down red carpets and travel all over the world and stay in five-star hotels.

“I’m not working in a factory. But I drop Henry off at school, I pick him up. I try my hardest to keep everyone together.

He’s really been using it to keep him busy.”

Arquette is also letting his creativity run wild—something the source says he couldn’t do while with Cox. “He’s also using it to show his talent, and to be his own man,” says the source. “Being with Courteney wasn’t good for him. She had him on a leash. He was a robot. He couldn’t be as wild. He’s starting to realize that now. The former couple went their separate ways in April this year – almost five years after they started dating – and the blonde beauty admits the paid analysed their feelings for a long time before ending their romance.

Asked by US TV talk show host Oprah Winfrey when she knew it was over, Jenny said: “You know, the simple word I can give – and there’s a few, so let me say a few. The first thing is, when it’s not fun anymore, you need to start investigating and do an inquiry into the relationship.”

The 37-year-old star – who has an eight-year-old son Evan with ex-husband John Asher – also insisted she had never even considered a reconciliation with the 48-year-old actor.

Kelly Osbourne has reportedly split from her fiance.

According to gossip blogger Perez Hilton, the TV star called time on her romance with model Luke Worrall after discovering he had cheated on her.

Heartbroken Kelly is said to have taken to her Facebook account to attack Luke, with one angry message stating: “Luke Worall makes me sick!”

Responding to the break-up rumours, Kelly posted on her twitter page this afternoon (14.07.10): “Thank you all so much for your support but the matter is private and will not be commenting enough damage has already be done! (sic)”

The former couple were together for just over two years and got engaged in March 2009.

The Canadian model told how the breakup of his four and a half year relationship was amicable, and denied the nine-year age gap between him and 43-year-old Halle was a factor, as had previously been reported.

Since the couple split, which happened a few months ago, Gabriel, 34, and Oscar winning actress Halle have been working to resolve their finances and make arrangements for their two-year-old daughter, Nahla – whom they are said to be planning to equally share custody of.

Halle Berry, Gabriel Split — Custody in Limbo

Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry have split, TMZ has confirmed, and she went to a divorce lawyer 3 weeks ago to find out about a custody arrangement … but nothing long-term was agreed upon and no financial settlement has been struck.

Halle and Gabriel worked out a “very short-term custody arrangement,” a very connected source tells TMZ.  But when they worked out the arrangement they had not split, though they were clearly having problems.  Neither Halle nor Gabriel have tried to make the arrangement permanent for 2-year-old Nahla.

Neither of them have gone to a lawyer to formalize any type of long-term agreement, so despite the fact they have split, there is no custody arrangement or property settlement agreement.

We are told, however, by sources close to the situation, that Halle and Gabriel are “working well together” and are handling parental duties without conflict.

We are told the long-term plan is to share custody but nothing has been formalized in writing.

UPDATE:  We’re told Halle and Gabriel have agreed to several short-term custody arrangements while they sort things out.  They have renewed them each time they have expired and are still working under a short-term agreement but no permanent agreement has been struck.

The actress and the French-Canadian model – who have a two-year-old daughter Nahla Ariela Aubry together but are not married – have ended their romance and are currently working out financial and custody arrangements, according to RadarOnline.com.

It was Gabriel, 34, who allegedly decided to call time on his five-year relationship with 43-year-old Halle and their nine-year age gap is believed to have been a factor in his decision.

A source said: “Gabriel just felt it wasn’t working anymore. When they were first together the nine-year age difference between them didn’t faze him, she was the most beautiful woman he had ever dated and he was totally in love. But as time went on he started feeling it more and more. He felt he needed to break it off with Halle.”

The relationship ended a couple of months ago and Halle has been using the services of Judy Bogen, a family law attorney from Beverly Hills law firm Hersch Mannis and Bogen, to sort out custody conditions for Nahla and various financial matters.

The source added: “Gabriel’s main concern was custody of Nahla, he loves that little girl more than anything, and wanted 50/50 joint physical custody of her, which Halle agreed to.

“Financially, Gabriel earns a decent amount from his modeling career, in the region of $700,000 per year, so he’s comfortable and he didn’t want a dime from Halle.

“All Gabriel has asked for is the house they own together in Canada. Halle put the full deposit down on the house but Gabriel has made every one of the payments since. Halle agreed right away.

“As much as it can be it’s been an amicable split.”

Unlucky-in-love Halle is no stranger to break-ups.

The Oscar winner’s first marriage to David Justice, a former baseball player, ended after four years in 1997.

Her second union to musician Eric Benet imploded after four years when the ‘Monster’s Ball’ star discovered he had cheated on her.

After two failed marriages Halle vowed not to wed Gabriel because she didn’t need to be a wife to be happy.

TMZ has learned Sandra Bullock filed for divorce in Travis County Court in Austin, Texas … and the reason it didn’t surface until now is because Sandra turned it into a puzzle.

The case was filed under Sandra’s initials — backwards … B.A.S.

Jesse James was also identified by his initials — J.J.G.  Jesse’s middle name is Gregory.

The document was filed April 23.

As for grounds of divorce, the petition says “The marriage between Petitioner and Respondent has become insupportable because of discord or conflict of personalities that destroys the legitimate ends of the marriage relationship and prevents any reasonable expectations of reconciliation.”

According to the docs, obtained by TMZ “There is no child under eighteen years of age or otherwise entitled to support who was born or adopted of this marriage and none is expected.”

The ‘Braveheart’ actor and the Russian singer reportedly “drifted apart” but have pledged to remain friends for the sake of their five-month-old daughter Lucia.

Shania Twain wanted to “go away and disappear” following her marriage split.

The country singer – whose 14-year union with Robert ‘Mutt’ Lange ended in May 2008 when he embarked on a relationship with Shania’s friend Marie-Anne Thiebaud – is delighted to be the focus of a new reality TV show, ‘Why Not? With Shania Twain’, as it is helping her “recover” from her personal problems.

She said: “I feel like in a way I’m starting over, with everything. This is a very personal experience that I think is important to share. This is an experience of recovery. I was in a very deep, dark slump, and I needed to find a way to get myself out of it. I had to force myself back out into life, back out into experiencing things.

“There were moments when I really just thought, ‘I don’t need anything and I don’t need anyone. I just want to go away and disappear.’ So, that was a bad slump.”

Explaining the title of her TV show, the 44-year-old star – who is now dating Marie-Anne’s ex-husband Frederic – says it is a reference to her recovery.

She explained at a presentation for OWN: The Oprah Winfrey Network, which will broadcast the series: “One day, someone said to me, ‘Do you want to go jump out of an airplane?’ I felt like I had nothing to lose anymore, so I said, ‘Why not?’ And every day since then, I ask myself that question.”

Shania – who has an eight-year-old son Eja with Mutt – is still recovering from her relationship woes and admits she is unsure if she will ever fully be able to put the separation behind her.

She said: “There’s a lot of recovery to accomplish. I’m not there yet. I’m on my way there. I’m not sure I’ll ever be there.”

Sandra Bullock is reportedly reluctant to divorce Jesse James over fears he will sell a story on her.

The Oscar-winning actress – who has been left devastated by allegations the motorcycle enthusiast cheated on her with at least four other women – has allegedly told friends their almost five-year marriage is over but is scared to call in the lawyers as she’s worried he will get his revenge.

A source said: “The main reason Sandra has not filed divorce papers yet is because she doesn’t want to trigger Jesse into attacking her publicly and revealing her secrets.

“Sandra is one of the most private actresses in Hollywood. And the last thing she wants is Jesse out there talking about her and talking about her marriage. She’s been worried that if she drops divorce papers on him now he’ll want revenge and will try to harm her reputation.

“His behaviour is so erratic that she doesn’t want to send him over the edge.”

Jesse – who has publicly apologised to his wife and admitted he deserves “everything bad” which may come from his “bad judgement” – is currently in rehab receiving treatment for sex addiction but is keen to save their marriage.

However, Sandra, 45, has ignored his pleas although she wants to avoid a nasty public divorce.

The source added to RadarOnline.com: “Sandra is a very private person and always has been. She keeps a close group of friends that keep her secrets. She doesn’t want an angry ex-husband revealing things she wants to keep private.

“During the past several weeks she’s had several phone calls with Jesse and he’s pleaded with her to stay married. But he’s also grown angry when she wouldn’t agree. And that’s what has her worried and has frozen her into inaction.

“She believes that Jesse would be so angry by divorce papers that he would destroy the privacy she’s fought so hard to maintain.”

Kim Kardashian was dumped by Reggie Bush because of her sex tape.

The American footballer but he was uneasy about settling down with the socialite because the 2007 video – which features raunchy footage of the brunette and her then-boyfriend Ray J – made his mother uncomfortable.

A source told X17 online: “Reggie’s mom just could not get over the fact that Kim had a sex tape. Reggie and his family are very conservative, and he told Kim that a marriage is never going to happen between them because of the tape.”

Kim is said to regret the video more than ever now as she believes she would still be with Reggie, 25, if it had never been made public.

The source added: “She’s still crazy about him. If she didn’t have the sex tape, she could have been Mrs. Bush.”

While the ‘Keeping Up With The Kardashians’ star is struggling to cope with the split, the sportsman is throwing himself into the single life.

A friend said: “Reggie is surrounded by a bunch of his single friends. He wants to be a party guy, hang with the boys and date other people.”

Kim is currently in Miami, Florida, with her sisters Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian but plans to attempt to build a friendship with her former lover when she returns to Los Angeles in the coming weeks.

One insider told E!: “There hasn’t been any communication as of late. But that will change once she gets back to Los Angeles.

“They have a dog together and stuff at each other’s homes. It’s not like they’re enemies. They will work on their friendship, but it will happen very slowly.”

News of Reggie and Kim’s separation came less than a month after the couple – who had been dating for almost three years – reportedly bought a $4.8 million love nest together in Beverly Hills.
