Taylor Lautner loves his “goofy” ‘Abduction’ co-star Lily Collins

The 19-year-old actor – who has been romantically linked to the 22-year-old actress, the daughter of musician Phil Collins – gets on really well with Lily and really enjoyed her openness and honesty on set.

He said: “The amazing thing about Lily is that she was super-open and funny and goofy to begin with. And she definitely did not change at all from the first time I met her. That’s probably the most impressive thing about her – that she’s not afraid to be herself.”

The ‘Twilight’ hunk – who has previously dated singer Taylor Swift and Justin Bieber’s current girlfriend Selena Gomez – also admits it is a “good thing” his female friends do not ask him for advice about men because his guidance would be “confusing”. He told Seventeen magazine: “I would totally be there for a girlfriend, to give her a guy’s perspective [on relationships], which I’m sure would be completely different from a girl’s perspective.

“So it would probably end up confusing for her anyway. Maybe it’s a good thing that my girl friends haven’t asked me for too much advice.”

Jessica Alba got caught in a “sandstorm” while hiking off her baby weight

The ‘Spy Kids 4′ actress only gave birth to second daughter, Haven Garner, on August 13, but by the end of the month was back working out, and started this week off by going for a walk with her friend Jacqui Lang Khastoo.

Jessica tweeted yesterday (05.09.11): “Supposed to wrk out 2day- let’s c if @jacqui_lang comes to pick me up (sic)!”

However, the weather wasn’t quite what they expected, as she later added: “Thx @jacqui_lang 4 the hike. Although a bit dirty and smelly it was a nice way to start the wk off. (sic).”

Jacqui tweeted back: “Consider the sandstorm a free exfoliating treatment! (sic)”

It is not known where the pair went for their hike, but they are thought to have set out from Jessica’s Los Angeles home.

Jessica – who also has three-year-old daughter Honor, with husband Cash Warren – tweeted on August 30 to say she was starting to work out again to lose her baby weight, but had sought advice from her doctor beforehand.

She wrote: “I did my first day of workout since I had the baby. Just cardio for 40 minutes. My doc told me I could start after 2 wks – I’m going light, stationary bike and elliptical. (sic)”

Before her birth, Jessica, admitted she was having trouble curbing her urges to eat, saying: “I have a hard time with portion control, so I have 1,200 calorie meals delivered.

“But I also work out, so basically I’m starving. It sucks. I drink a lot of water.”

Kim Kardashian has branded her brother Rob a “loser”

The 30-year-old socialite – who recently tied the knot with basketball ace Kris Humphries – hit out at her 24-year-old brother for not having a job, pointing out that even their younger sister Kendall, 15, earned more than him thanks to her career as a model.

In a new episode of the family’s reality show ‘Keeping Up with the Kardashians’, she said: “You’re a loser, Rob. Even Kendall earns more than you.”

After blasting Kim as a “w***e”, Rob – who is set to appear in the upcoming series of ‘Dancing with the Stars’ – calmed down and admitted he had to think about his future career path, and was even considering following in the footsteps of his late father, Robert Kardashian Sr, who represented OJ Simpson in his 1994 trial for murder.

Rob told his mother, Kris Jenner: “I need to think about what I’m going to do. All my friends are graduating from law school, that’s what I wanted to do, that’s what my dad did, but it’s too late for me now.”

Taylor Lautner would be “crushed” if a woman turned him down

The 19-year-old actor – who portrays werewolf heartthrob Jacob Black in the ‘Twilight’ franchise – explained his alter-ego is rejected by his love interest Bella Swan, portrayed by Kristen Stewart, in the latest movie ‘Breaking Dawn’, which is something he would find difficult to cope with.

He told Seventeen magazine: “I can relate to Jacob’s feelings in ‘Breaking Dawn’. When he gets the invitation to the wedding, he doesn’t handle it very well.

“I don’t think I would either. If I were in love with a girl and she told me she was marrying somebody else, would crush me. That’s what it does. It destroys Jacob.”

Taylor – who has previously dated the likes of Selena Gomez and Taylor Swift in the past – recently admitted he would be happy to romance a fan, as he is looking for a girlfriend who will just “be herself”.

He said: “Would I date a fan? Well I don’t exclude anyone, so sure, why not?

“I don’t have a type physically, but loyalty and honesty are important, and also someone who can also just be herself and just let loose and have fun.”

Justin Timberlake is “frugal”

The 30-year-old star admits he does not like to be careless with his cash and rarely shops, and doesn’t think money can buy happiness.

He said: “I will say that I’m pretty frugal. I’ll probably shop for clothes for myself once a year, and that will last me for the rest of the year.

“What was it that Prince said, ‘Money can’t buy you happiness, but it can help pay for the pursuit.

“It’s nice to have places in Los Angeles and New York. I spend enough time in both that’s it’s nice to have a home. But I don’t need them.”

Colin Farrell thinks kissing scenes are “great”

The ‘Fright Night’ actor loves getting the chance to lock lips with his female co-stars, though he admits the experience can be “strange”. He said: “It’s always strange to kiss someone when you know they’re getting paid to kiss you back. That’s the most simple, mathematical way to put it.

“But it’s part of the gig and at the same time, kissing is lovely. So any time I get to kiss someone, that’s great.” While he enjoys kissing in films, Colin admits it can be “uncomfortable” getting any closer on screen, and he relies on humour to get through sex scenes.

He said: “When the clothes start coming off, though, that’s when it can get a bit uncomfortable. And then what do you fall back on? Humour. “That’s what we do as human beings don’t we? Mel C doesn’t think the Spice Girls will tour again

The group – Mel, Mel B, Geri Halliwell, Victoria Beckham and Emma Bunton – reformed for a string of shows in 2007 and 2008 and despite speculation they will reunite again for next year’s London Olympics, the singer can’t see them going out on the road any more, even though they are now closer than ever.

She said: “The reunion tour rekindled our friendship. To play the O2 and Madison Square Garden in front of so many fans was brilliant, but
for us girls to get back together was the highlight. “We’ve got such a bond because of what we went through, so to be back in each others’ lives is lovely.

“I don’t think we’ll tour together again, but then I never thought it would happen the first time so who knows?” Mel, 37, also admitted she might pen her life story one day – but only when she no longer cares about upsetting anyone with her memoirs.

She told Britain’s Hello! magazine: “When you’re older and at a pointing life where you don’t care who you offend or upset, I think that’s the only way to do it. Who might I offend? Ask me again in 20 years.”

Britain’s Prince Harry will party in Las Vegas while training in the US

The 26-year-old royal – who is renowned for a love of nights out – will spend 48-hours in the gambling city while undertaking a 12-week helicopter training course in California and Arizona later this year, as it is part of the “tradition” for those taking part.

A source told the Sunday Mirror: “It’s traditional that guys on his course, which is split between California and Arizona, have a break in Vegas at the halfway point. “The course doesn’t have much downtime, it’s pretty intense. This is a chance for pilots to let their hair down, kick back and enjoy themselves.”

As part of his US training, Harry – who was recently promoted to a Royal Air Force Captain – will learn how to use weapons systems on board a helicopter and take part in mock combat missions with American forces.

He will also be taught techniques which will help him avoid surface-to-air missiles. Harry recently enjoyed a holiday to Croatia, where he even jumped into a pool fully clothed at an open air nightclub on the island of Hvar.

The 53-year-old singer is currently dating 24 year old Brahim Zaibat, and in a bid to impress his mother Patricia Vidal and five of his cousins, she put them up in the Hotel Du Cap on the Cap d’Antibes in the South of France and gave them a limitless budget to enjoy.

A source told the Sun newspaper: “Madonna went all out to impress Brahim’s mother and his cousins. She told them all to order whatever they liked – which they couldn’t believe as the bill for one meal alone came to more than £1,000.”

He said: “I live outside of LA. It’s quiet and nice. My family and friends keep me grounded.

“I do go out with my friends and do normal things. It’s like I’m living two lives. I live my normal side that I’ve always had and then there’s the new business life and everything that comes with that.”

The ‘Abduction’ star also believes he owes his success to his loved ones as he doesn’t know how he would cope without them.

Madonna likes “creative” men

The 53-year-old singer has confessed she was attracted to her ex-husbands Sean Penn and Guy Ritchie because they were interesting and talented and admits both encouraged her to pursue her personal acting and directing dreams.

Speaking at a press conference following the screening of her new movie ‘W.E.’ – which Madonna directed – at the Venice Film Festival, she said: “I am and was attracted to very creative people which is why I married Sean Penn and Guy Ritchie, very talented directors, and they both encouraged me as a director to do what I did. They were both very supportive.”

Although this is only the second movie the pop superstar has directed, she has appeared in a number of films – including ‘Dick Tracy’, ‘Body of Evidence’ and ‘Evita’, which earned her a Golden Globe Award – and admits movies inspired her to become an artist when she was a child.

She revealed: “I’ve always loved film, all my life. As a child I was always inspired by movies and I always had it in the back of my mind that I wanted to make one … Making films is really hard in the first place. You have to believe in your subject matter and be passionate about it because there will be challenges along the way. You have to be prepared like the captain of a ship, no matter what happens you have got to keep going. So your spiritual foundation has to be strong.”

‘W.E.’ focuses on the relationship between Britain’s King Edward VIII’s and American divorcee Wallis Simpson and his decision to abdicate the British throne in 1936 to marry her.

Kim Kardashian wants to be pregnant at the same time as her sister Kourtney

The 30-year-old reality TV star recently married NBA basketball player Kris Humphries and admitted it would be amazing if she could be expecting a baby at the same time as her older sibling – who already has a 21-month-old son Mason with her boyfriend Scott Disick.

She said: “Hopefully, [we'll be pregnant] at the same time! That would be ideal!”

The couple have moved into the presidential penthouse at the Gansevoort Hotel on Park Avenue and the abode comes complete with its own private deck with a dining area and patio heaters, three en-suite bedrooms with a master suite on the upstairs level.

The couple are set to spend around three months at their first marital home – which is reportedly costing $7,000 a night.

Robert Pattinson bought a new guitar for a tramp

The ‘Twilight Saga’ hunk was putting money into a homeless busker’s tin in Los Angeles when he noticed how battered his instrument was and so headed into a nearby music shop to splash out on a gift for the man. He then emerged with an electric guitar for himself and a new red acoustic for the busker.

British builder Luke Jones witnessed the actor’s generosity, and told The Sun newspaper: “We were gobsmacked when he handed the acoustic guitar to the tramp.

“Robert quickly went back to his car and drove off.

“The busker was totally shell-shocked. He had no idea who Robert was – I think he thought the guitar was stolen.

“He was looking left and right, half expecting the police to arrest him. We asked him to play but he couldn’t get his thoughts together.”

A standard new acoustic guitar costs around £50.

Robert – who plays vampire Edward Cullen in the vampire series – is a keen musician himself and has recorded two tracks, ‘Never Think’ and ‘Let Me Sign’ for the soundtrack to the first ‘Twilight’ film.

The 24-year-old star has previously said he sees music as his “back-up plan” if his film career fails, and that he believes he will be famous when he’s dead.

He said: “I am sure I’ll be one of those artists that people don’t pay any attention to while I’m alive, and when I am dead people will go yeah, man, that was a work of art.”

Mila Kunis wants to “eat her way around the world”

The ‘Friends with Benefits’ actress – who was born in the Ukraine but moved to the US aged seven – is keen to experience as much of the globe as she can in an bid to improve herself.

She said: “I hope I can improve myself. I love learning. If I could go to school and just take lectures, I would.

“But I love the History Channel and Discovery’s Health and Science channels and I love random facts like, where does the phrase, ‘Not my cup of tea,’ come from? I love to travel but when I travel I want to see everything. I love food, so I want to eat my way around every country. All I want to do is eat and walk around.”

The self-deprecating star also admits she regularly makes mistakes, but always hopes to “learn” from them.

She added in an interview with Stylist magazine: “Lord knows I make mistakes. I make mistakes daily and you can’t take them back so the only thing you can do is acknowledge them and learn from them and hopefully not make the same mistake again.”
