The ‘Twilight’ heartthrob gave the gift to his co-star and girlfriend with a personalised inscription and photos of them together inside.

According to the US edition of Star magazine, the Latin inscription reads: “Even if you can’t see me, my love for you is always there.”

Kristen is reportedly overwhelmed by the gift and it Robert’s gesture has strengthened her love for him further.

A source said: “She was really touched-it was so incredibly sweet.

“She’s been in tears, saying she can’t face being away from Rob for too long and that it physically hurts her.”

Kristen, 21, is a lover of vintage jewellery, and one Halloween Robert, 25, presented her with a vintage gold ring with a red heart.

The couple’s hectic work schedules sometimes keep them apart for long periods, but in April Robert was said to be preparing a lavish gift for his girlfriend, but that only makes them more romantic when they do see each other.

The 19-year-old singer-and-actress– who is dating teenage singing sensation Justin Bieber – admits she once let a boyfriend’s likes and dislikes influence the way she behaved, and after witnessing how happy her loved ones were when the romance ended, she insists she will always be herself from now on.

She said: “I wasn’t myself for a year. I think that was really damaging. I felt like it was me who was always trying to be perfect for him.

“Everyone around me hated him but I didn’t listen. I think I had to go through it because now I’m the strongest I’ve been.

“I dare someone to try and change me again.”

Selena admits she “lost herself” in the relationship and lost her sense of fun until the romance was over.

She explained in an interview with Top of the Pops magazine: “I always dressed nice. I don’t think he ever saw me in sweatpants – and I love sweatpants.

“I’d always be well-mannered and go to his favourite restaurants or whatever.

“There was a point where I lost myself completely. I didn’t smile as much, I didn’t laugh as much. I wasn’t a goofball. I didn’t get up and dance like I usually do.

The Kardashian family matriarch – who has daughters Kim, 30, Khloe, 27, Kendall, 15, 13-year-old Kylie, and 24-year-old son Rob – will achieve a lifelong dream when she releases her own line for QVC, entitled the Kris Jenner Kollection, on September 8th.

She explained to WWD: “I’ve wanted to do a collection my entire life. I love the pieces that I wear, and they’re very successful for me, for my lifestyle.”

The ‘Keeping Up with the Kardashians’ star admitted she has “learned a lot” through parenthood and now wants to concentrate on “looking good” when she goes out.

She added: “I spent the first half of my life being a mom, having six kids, so now I like to look good, and I’ve learned a lot in my 50-some-odd years of trial and error.

“This is a culmination of everything that I love that’s easy, with a few pieces thrown in for night and cocktail because every girl needs something to go out in.

“When something’s well planned out, then it makes it happier when I begin my day, because I know exactly what to wear.”

Taylor Momsen has quit acting

The former ‘Gossip Girl’ star – who has been in movies ‘How the Grinch Stole Christmas’ and ‘Spy Kids 2: The Island of Lost Dreams’ – has no plans to appear in any more films or TV shows, admitting she just wants to concentrate on her music career with ‘Make Me Wanna Die’ rockers The Pretty Reckless.

When asked if she had any acting roles lined up, she told Elle magazine: “I quit acting, actually. I quit ‘Gossip Girl’ and now tour and am in a band and that’s pretty much all I want to do. Hopefully I’ll be able to only do that for the rest of my life.”

In May, it was confirmed the blonde beauty would not be reprising her role as ‘Gossip Girl’ series regular Jenny Humphrey in the fifth season of the show – which stars Ed Westwick, Blake Lively, Leighton Meester, Chace Crawford – along with Jessica Szohr, but it was reported the pair could make guest appearances in future episodes.

Earlier this year, Taylor explained music has always been the main passion in her life.

She said: “[Music] is all I ever wanted to do with my life. I wanted to make records and tour, so it’s very exciting that our first record is coming out and people can actually hear it.”

Russell Armstrong — Distraught Over Divorce, ‘Tremendous Financial Problems’

“Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Russell Armstrong was at his wits end over his impending divorce from Taylor in the days leading to his death — and he was inundated with debt.

Russell’s lawyer Ronald Richards tells TMZ, Russell had been staying at a friend’s house on Mulholland Drive in L.A. — the same house where authorities found his body hanging last night.

Richards tells us, “I feel bad because his credit cards weren’t working … He had tremendous financial problems.”

Richards adds, “He was also extremely bummed out about the divorce with Taylor. As far as a will, even if he does have a will, they don’t have any assets, so I’m not sure what there would be left to leave. I am extremely saddened … I had no idea he was depressed.”

As we previously reported, Russell — an investor who made his money in the 90s during the dot com boom — filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy in 2005, claiming he had less than $50,000 in assets … and debt somewhere between $1 and $10 million.

Nine medical staff are set to give evidence that Michael Jackson was mentally unstable at the time of his death

Lawyers acting for Dr. Conrad Murray – who is due to stand trial for the involuntary manslaughter of the music legend following his passing from acute Propofol intoxication in June 2009 – have a list of 103 potential witnesses, including doctors and nurses, in hope of strengthening his claim that he did not administer the lethal dose of the anaesthetic that killed the iconic singer by exposing Michael’s erratic behaviour and demanding personality.

Among those who could be called as witnesses are Dr. Arnold Klein – a dermatologist who Murray’s lawyers previously blamed for getting Michael addicted to painkillers – and Cherilyn Lee, a nurse who claims the ‘Thriller’ hitmaker asked her for Propofol in the weeks leading up to his death, but she refused to supply the powerful anaesthetic.

A source told RadarOnline.com: “Cherilyn is prepared to testify at the trial and tell the truth. Cherilyn has never spoken with anyone from the District Attorney’s office. She was interviewed in the weeks after Jackson’s death by the coroner and the LAPD. Cherilyn hasn’t heard from those agencies since that time.”

Dr. Neil Ratner, who toured with the singer in 1996 and 1997 is also on the witness list following previous claims that he would keep medical equipment which would monitor his client’s vital signs as he was “under.”

Ratner was allegedly hired to combat the singer’s sleeping problems by “taking him down” and “bringing him back up”, a CNN report has previously claimed.

It is expected that Murray’s lawyers will quiz Dr. Ratner about the specific details of his medical treatment for the star, as he has previously refused to disclose more than the fact Michael had a sleep disorder.

Dr. David Adams, a Las Vegas anaesthesiologist who gave the singer Propofol at least four times for medical reasons, will also be asked to testify.

According to a source, the defence feels “Dr. Adams is clearly relevant.”

Jury selection for the trial begins on September 8, with opening arguments scheduled to begin on September 26, with the case potentially lasting until November.

Dr. Murray could be jailed for up to four years if convicted of involuntary manslaughter.

David Beckham admits it will be “interesting” for him when his newborn daughter starts dating

The soccer star and his fashion designer wife Victoria welcomed their first girl, Harper Seven, into the world on July 10 and protective dad David has already come up with a plan when she starts to show an interest in boys.

The handsome athlete says he will team up with his three sons – Brooklyn, 12, Romeo, eight, and six-year-old Cruz – to make sure Harper is protected at all times.

He told Access Hollywood: “She’s got three brothers that will take her, three brothers that will eat with her and three brothers that will bring her back home and a dad waiting for her. So yeah, we’ll see. That’ll be interesting.”

David also revealed how he and Victoria don’t want any outside help when it comes to raising Harper as they want to do everything themselves.

He said: “It’s hard for us to go out and socialise, and go out for dinner because Victoria’s nursing. But that’s the way we want it. We look after her ourselves, the boys look after her, of course.

“But Victoria’s doing an amazing job. She’s looking after her so well and she really is so gorgeous.”

The singer-turned fashion designer admits she is in regular contact with her creative team in London, England – despite living in Los Angeles – but does not always bother to get dressed while she talks to them online.

She told Elle Collections magazine: “When I’m here in London, which is for about a week every month it’s really, really full-on.

“I use Skype to talk with my team usually wearing either a dressing gown or a bikini.”

The British star is renowned for her expansive wardrobe and is rarely seen in the same outfit twice, but she reveals she rarely has time to shop and is relatively low maintenance.

She said: “I just don’t have the time. I get a lot of my clothes on Net-a-Porter and I wear my own stuff.”

David Copperfield secretly became a father – 16 months ago

The 54-year-old illusionist – who was previously engaged to supermodel Claudia Schiffer – and French girlfriend Chloe Gosselin welcomed a girl, named Sky, last year, but the news has only just been made public.

His spokesperson confirmed: “Forget vanishing the Statue of Liberty, David’s next illusion will be disappearing the dirty diaper. A lot more practical.”

David – who famously made iconic New York landmark the Statue of Liberty apparently disappear – is currently taking part in a magic show in Las Vegas at the MGM Grand, and he is currently ranked as the 10th highest paid entertainer in the world according to Forbes magazine.

As well as his work as an illusionist, David is also heavily involved with his own Project Magic charitable scheme, where illusionists work with occupational therapists to help with the rehabilitation of people with physical problems.

Explaining the scheme, David has said: “It’s a programme that uses magic as a form of therapy for people with disabilities, where magic is taught to patients in hospitals to help them regain their dexterity and their coordination by learning sleight of hand, in addition to boosting the patient’s self-esteem by giving them a skill that an able-bodied person doesn’t even have.”

Kate Moss’ neighbours are upset with her plans to install CCTV cameras at her home

The supermodel is revamping her £8 million house in north London, but her neighbours are not happy with the new security arrangements she and new husband Jamie Hince have proposed.

A source told the Daily Star newspaper: “Kate is giving her house a makeover, but locals are unhappy with her plans to install so much CCTV.

“She was hoping to move in soon, but it looks like she’s going to have a fight with the council planners and neighbours first.”

Camden council – who administer the city’s Highgate area, where the house is located – have confirmed they have received a complaint from a neighbour about the security plans, which could affect the couple’s moving-in date to the property, which they bought in January this year.

In addition to the security plans, 37-year-old Kate – who has an eight-year-old daughter, Lila, from her relationship with Jefferson Hack – is also planning on having a Moroccan hammam-mosaic steam room installed, similar to one she has in her current home in nearby St John’s Wood.

The source added: “Kate and Jamie love it and spend lots of time having steams there and chilling out. And it’s also great for her job as the world’s most successful model. It helps her skin tone.

“In three years’ time she’ll be turning 40 and she knows she has to look after her face and body as they are her livelihood.”

The steam room is said to be decorated with green red and brown mosaic tiles, with high tech lighting which changes colour and resembles stars.

Elsewhere in the house, there will reportedly be a room kept free for Kate’s friend, celebrity hairdresser James Brown.

The actress – who already has a three-year-old daughter, Honor, with husband Cash Warren – gave birth to another girl on Saturday (13.08.11).

The couple have decided to name the tot – who weighed in at 7lbs – Haven Garner Warren and both mother and baby are doing well.

Jessica announced the happy news on her Facebook page, writing: “She was born on Saturday, weighed 7 lbs. and was 19 inches long. Healthy and happy! Big sister Honor couldn’t be more excited about the new addition to our family.

“Thank you for all of your support during my pregnancy. It means the world to me.”

Before the birth, Jessica revealed how she couldn’t wait to meet her new baby as she had already bonded with the tot during her pregnancy.

The 30-year-old beauty said: “The idea of loving someone as much as I love Honor is something I haven’t wrapped my head around yet. But I know I will and I can’t wait. As a mother carrying a baby we get to bond while the baby is growing – reaching each milestone, feeling hiccups, kicks, rolling around. It’s the blessing I think we get for all the round-ligament pain, sciatic pain and frequent trips to the bathroom.

“I’m signed up at three mommy sites that update me daily and weekly on the baby’s development, which is probably a bit much. But it’s a nice break from the day to check in with the baby, because, like everything else in life these days, time flies.”

Freida Pinto says none of her filmmaking experiences have been as good as ‘Slumdog Millionaire’

The Indian actress shot to fame after starring in the movie alongside now-boyfriend Dev Patel and though she has made numerous films since, she wishes they were all as enjoyable as the Danny Boyle-directed story.

She said: “Danny would tell us, ‘Just know that you’ve had a great time doing this film and that you’ve enjoyed yourself. Let the experience be superlative rather than the expectation.’

“The experience was phenomenal. I’ve not had an experience like ‘Slumdog’ in all of the seven films I’ve done since. It was a baby that you want to keep repeating over and over again.”

The ‘Rise of the Planet of the Apes’ star was working as a TV presenter and model before she was cast in ‘Slumdog Millionaire’, and admits it would have been “stupid” to turn down the opportunity to appear in the blockbuster.

Freida added to InStyle magazine: “I think for me, the opportunity was so big that I’d be stupid to waste it and walk away from it. Because acting is something I’ve always wanted to do.

Russell Brand thinks the UK riots are “sad and frightening”

The British comedian – who now lives in Los Angeles with his wife Katy Perry – is upset areas he has previously lived in London has been affected by the looting and violence in the last week and hopes his views do not irritate because he no longer lives in England.

He wrote on his website: “This week’s riots are sad and frightening and if I have by virtue of my temporary displacement forgone the right to speak about the behaviour of my countrymen then this is gonna be irksome.

“I’ve lived in Dalston, Hackney, Elephant, Camden and Bethnal Green, I grew up around Dagenham and Romford and whilst I could never claim to be from the demographic most obviously affected I feel guilty that I’m not there now.

“I feel proud to be English, proud to be a Londoner (alright an Essex boy) never more so than since being in exile and I naturally begin to wonder what would make young people destroy their communities.”

Although the 36-year-old star believes he does not know the answer to the problem – which was sparked by the killing of Mark Duggan by police last week – because of his celebrity lifestyle, he hopes people learn to deal with their problems spiritually.

He added: “I don’t know enough about politics to ponder a solution and my hands are sticky with blood money from representing corporate interests through film, television and commercials, venerating, through my endorsements and celebrity, products and a lifestyle that contributes to the alienation of an increasingly dissatisfied underclass.

“But I know, as we all intuitively know, that the solution is all around us and it isn’t political, it is spiritual. Ghandi said, ‘Be the change you want to see in the world.’ ”

It is not known why the pair met up for food, but it is not the first time 50 Cent has dined with a Hollywood legend.

The ‘Twilight Saga’ actress – who is in a relationship with her co-star Robert Pattinson, who plays vampire Edward Cullen in the movie series – admits she has been a big fan of the franchise since reading Stephenie Mayer’s novels aged 17 and found she really related to the “dangerous” characters.

Kristen – who plays Bella Swan in the films – said: I f***ing love me a vampire. I was 17 when I read ‘Twilight,’ and at the time it was so perfect for me.

“The script was about young kids who think they can handle stuff that they just can’t. And they’re going to do it anyway. Because, why not? Just torture yourself. I relate to that. Vampires are a little dangerous – and we girls like to test ourselves.”

Kristen, 21, also admitted she felt “lighter” than she ever had when filming on the final movie in the series, ‘Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 2′, came to an end.

She told the new edition of W magazine: “I’d been anticipating that end-of-Bella moment. I was going, ‘Oh, my God – I wonder how I’m going to feel.’

“And the last scene of the shoot was at the wedding. Every single character was there on set. At the end of that day, I was kind of whacked. And so I never really had that moment then.

“Instead, it happened later. We needed to film one more sort of honeymoon scene and we went to the Virgin Islands. After that scene, my true final scene, I felt like I could shoot up into the night sky and every pore of my body would shoot light. I felt lighter than I’ve ever felt in my life.”

A Los Angeles Police Department spokesperson confirmed: “Today at around 10:30am the LAPD West unit responded to actress Sharon Stone’s house for a man yelling and banging at the gate. He was detained for mental evaluation.”

No one was hurt in the incident, and it is not known if Sharon – who has been in New York filming ‘Gods Behaving Badly’ with Alicia Silverstone and Christopher Walken – was at home at the time.

Earlier this year the ‘Basic Instinct’ star obtained a permanent restraining order against “mentally ill” Bradley Gooden, who entered her residence earlier this year claiming it was his house.

He has also claimed he is the son of US Secretary of State Hilary Clinton, and believed she had purchased the home for him to live in.

Michael Jackson’s kids are “pretty happy”

The late singer fathered children Prince, 14, Paris, 13 and ‘Blanket’, nine, and while they were homeschooled while he was alive, they are now adjusting to their lives without him.

A source said: “They are pretty happy kids now. Prince and Paris are going back to private this year. They love the social aspect of it. Paris really wants to be an actress. She loved taking acting classes.”

However Blanket continues to be shy and is schooled by himself at home.

The source added to People.com: “Blanket is still very, very shy. He’s still homeschooled.”

The three made a rare public appearance with their grandmother Katherine Jackson and aunt Latoya Jackson on Monday (08.08.11), where they attended a ceremony to donate some of Michael’s artwork.

In total 13 pieces of artwork created by the ‘Thriller’ singer – who died from acute Propofol intoxication in June 2009 – were given to the Los Angeles’ Children’s Hospital, including a picture of his icon Peter Pan and a drawing of his moonwalk, a dance move he was famous for.

Ricki Lake is engaged

The 42-year-old talk show host announced on twitter she was set to wed Christian Evans, in what will be her second wedding following her divorce from artist Rob Sussman after 10 years of marriage in 2003.

She wrote: “Thrilled to share some happy news with you….. I’m engaged! The cat is out of the bag. Phew! I’m terrible at keeping secrets. (sic)”

Ricki – who has sons, Milo, 14, and Owen, 10, from her previous marriage – recently joked Christian was “a nobody” but continued to be special to her.

She said: “He’s a nobody, but he’s somebody to me. He’s everything to me. I’m totally in love. I’m happier than I’ve ever been.”

Just last year Ricki – who is also known for appearing as Tracy Turnblad in the 1988 version of musical ‘Hairspray’ – was forced to flee her rented home in Los Angeles after it caught on fire.

However she and her two sons managed to escape the blaze unharmed, although everything inside was lost.

Taylor Swift takes her whole tour crew on vacation

The ‘Love Story’ singer – who is currently on her ‘Speak Now World Tour’ – has revealed it is very important to her to thank her roadies and musical team for all their hard work by taking them somewhere “beautiful and tropical” when the run of concerts ends.

Speaking on The Kyle & Jackie O Show on 2Day FM, she said: “We usually take everyone on a vacation, like everybody, every single person on the tour, band, dancers, crew.

“We usually pick somewhere beautiful and tropical … we haven’t started planning it yet because the tour is only halfway done, we do that, it’s really wonderful to take everyone on a trip.”

When on the road the 21-year-old country musician especially relies on a team of helpers who assist her backstage for her “crazy” costume changes which often take place in less than 30 seconds in between songs.

She explained: “I have three people that help me change clothes, I have to change clothes in under 30 seconds every single time.

“It’s crazy because I’m usually going from a little dress to two dresses stacked on top of each other with a ball gown on top, different shoes changes, so there’s somebody taking off my shoes the same time somebody is putting a dress over my head, the same time somebody is changing my hair.”
