Sources close to Lindsay tell TMZ, the actress had an epiphany after her sentencing — and is completely at peace with the judge’s decision … community service, fines, counseling, shoplifters alternative class … the whole package.

Technically, Lindsay is REQUIRED to stay sober during her formal probation — which ends after she completes her 480 hours of community service — but we’re told, it doesn’t matter … Lindsay’s committed to sobriety for the long haul.

One thing … Lindsay does take issue with the three-year probation itself — telling friends she doesn’t think she deserves it — but que sera sera … she has learned to accept her fate.

Bottom line — her friends are adamant … Lindsay has learned her lesson once and for all.

Kristen Stewart thinks vampires are “sexy”

The 21-year-old-actress plays Bella Swan in the ‘Twilight: Saga’ movies and she can understand why her character would fall in love with blood-sucker Edward Cullen – who is portrayed by her real-life boyfriend Robert Pattinson in the film series.

She said: “Vampires are very sexy. I think it’s because they’re meant to draw you in just to the point where they can then kill you. It’s like a forbidden fruit. If it’s something you can’t have, then naturally you just want it more. Maybe that’s why I was drawn to the role of Bella in ‘Twilight’.”

Although she can recognise the erotic qualities of the mythical creatures, Kristen wouldn’t be happy to be confronted by a vampire in real life.

She added: “I wouldn’t like to be confronted by a real vampire, though, as they can read your mind!”

Katy Perry and Russell Brand have put their Los Angeles home up for sale for $3.395 million

The married couple have decided to put the luxury property on the market after living there sporadically for just two years.

The 1922 Mediterranean-style house comes complete with four bedrooms, a three-car garage, swimming pool, huge living area, modern kitchen and incredible views of the city.

However, some features are not included in the sale such as a 25ft ‘love tepee’ which Russell had installed for him and his pop star wife, and a vintage pink refrigerator which Katy bought for the kitchen.

It is believed the couple have decided to sell the property because they want to make their New York apartment – which they purchased for $2.7 million last year – their main home.

The lovebirds are currently apart as Russell is shooting his next movie, the big screen version of acclaimed musical ‘Rock of Ages’, in Miami, while Katy is in New Zealand on the latest leg of her ‘California Dreams’ world tour.

Despite her hectic work schedule the ‘Firework’ singer recently revealed her husband is her “number one priority”.

The 26-year-old pop star – who married the 35-year-old British comedian in India last October said: “My husband is my number one priority. We have an amazing relationship.

“It’s important that I’m not always rushing around everywhere too much. I have to take the time to live life and have experiences.”

Nicollette Sheridan claims “Desperate Housewives” creator Marc Cherry committed the ultimate wedding faux pas — claiming Tony Parker must have been into boys as he said “I do” to Eva.

TMZ obtained Nicollette’s declaration in the brutal legal fight she’s having with Cherry over her firing on the show.

In the declaration, Nicollette claims, “I was present at Eva Longoria’s wedding to Tony Parker, when Mr. Cherry commented that ‘Tony must like boys, because he is marrying this — this little, small girl with no t*ts and — that looks like a boy.’”

For the record, he couldn’t be that gay because he divorced her. Kidding.

Britney Spears’ famous black Mercedes — once known as the most dangerous car in L.A. — will soon be displayed in a Chicago auto museum … and TMZ has learned the people behind the exhibit are letting one lucky fan get behind the wheel.

Britney has one hell of a history in the 2008 Mercedes Benz SLK 320 — she blew through red lights, wreaked havoc at all hours of the night and smashed into another car in a parking lot … for which she was later arrested on a hit-and-run charge.

Now, the car is set to go on display at the Volo Auto Museum just outside of Chicago on June 26 … the same day the museum will hold a drawing to let one lucky Britney fan drive the car around town for a day …

… as long as the winner agrees to obey all traffic laws.

Kristen Stewart says her favourite actress is Jodie Foster.

The ‘Twilight’ star appeared in the movie ‘Panic Room’ when she was just 12 and she admits the double-Oscar winner has had a huge influence on her career.

She said: “One of my favourite actresses is Jodie Foster. I think this has a lot to do with me starring in my first movie with her. I watched her a lot on set. Jodie is not the kind of person to give advice, but she was definitely a strong influence on me.”

Kristen’s influences don’t only come from her professional peers, she also is a huge music fan and admits her favourite artists have had an effect on her.

She added: “I’m a bit of an old soul when it comes to my musical tastes. My all-time favourite song is ‘Madame George’ by Van Morrison. That song never gets old to me. There’s something comforting and raw about it.”

Hollywood Club Attack Suspect — ARRESTED

The man suspected of brutally coldcocking a Hollywood clubgoer Wednesday morning has been arrested … TMZ has learned.

According to law enforcement sources, the unidentified suspect — said to be in his 30s — was arrested this morning in his L.A. home on suspicion of felony assault … and is currently being held on $500,000 bail.

Shocker … law enforcement tells us, alcohol played a key role in the incident outside the Roxbury nightclub — when the attacker delivered a devastating punch to the head of a man who had just walked out of the club.

As for the victim — we’re told he suffered a fractured skull, but is expected to make a full recovery.

Caleb Followill has got married.

The Kings of Leon rocker tied the knot with Victoria’s Secret model Lily Aldridge in an intimate ceremony in Santa Barbara, California last night (12.05.11).

Speaking after the ceremony, Lily – who wore a Vera Wang gown – told JustJared.com: “Caleb is the man of my dreams. And you can quote me on that.”

Guests at the small ceremony included Caleb’s bandmates, his cousin Matthew Followill – who recently became a father for the first time – and brothers Nathan and Jared Followill.

While Caleb and Lily had a small wedding, Nathan and Jared recently promised to throw their brother a big party afterwards.

Jared said: “It’s going to be a very small wedding and then a big party. I think there are only like maybe 25 people or so going to the wedding, but a lot of people will be at the party.”

Nathan added: “I’m the best man and they’re having lemon custard for their wedding cake.”

Lily has previously revealed the pair are having a traditional wedding ceremony, although it was not what she wanted at first.

She said: “My wedding is going to be very traditional. I didn’t think at first I wanted that. But now that it’s getting closer, traditional is kind of nice.”

Nicole Scherzinger always goes to see her lover Lewis Hamilton compete in his Formula 1 races.

The pop star and the former world champion driver both have hectic work schedules but they are both prepared to travel around the world to see each other, and Nicole loves to see Lewis when he is driving.

The 26-year-old sportsman said: “We’ve made it three years now. We’re having to do a lot of travelling, she’s coming to see me at races.

“The thing is her schedule is always changing whereas mine is usually the same. She’s coming to my race which is coming up.”

Lewis – who voices a character called Hamilton in upcoming animated film ‘Cars 2′ – also revealed he and Nicole, 32, also rely on technology to stay in touch.

Speaking at the L’Oreal Paris National Movie Awards at London’s Wembley Arena earlier this week, he added: “We email and text each other.”

Johnny Depp sent his fans into hysterics at the UK premiere of ‘Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides’ last night (12.05.11)

The Hollywood superstar – who returns to his role as Captain Jack Sparrow in the fourth instalment of the Disney franchise – spent almost two hours chatting to his screaming followers and signing autographs and some were so overcome with meeting their idol they broke down in tears.

A source told BANG Showbiz: “Johnny was great with his fans and was happy to sign autographs and greet everyone he could.”

Johnny was joined on the special blue carpet at Westfield London’s Vue Cinema by his glamorous co-star Penelope Cruz, who looked stunning in a long white lace Givenchy gown.

The Spanish beauty – who gave birth to son Leo in January – is making her debut in the franchise and said it was a dream come true because she had always wanted to be a pirate when she was little.

Penelope – who plays Angelica – said: “I loved playing a pirate as when I was a little girl I always used to play pirates so it’s like a dream come true!”

The 37-year-old actress was also overwhelmed with the reaction she got at the UK premiere.

She said: “The welcome I’ve had in London today has been amazing and I thank everyone.”

Other stars from the movie to attend the premiere included Ian McShane, who plays Blackbeard, Geoffrey Rush, who reprises his role as Barbossa, and British newcomer Sam Claflin, who takes on the part of Philip.

‘Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides’ is in UK cinemas in Disney Digital 3D and 2D from May 18.

Sources connected to the most powerful man on the planet — Justin Bieber — tell us the singer was contacted by the White House on the SAME DAY Barack met with a 14-year-old Bieber fan whose father was killed in the 9/11 attacks.

Obama famously told the girl he “knows Justin” and could arrange for her to meet him — but certain media outlets called BS on the promise and predicted Barack would never be able to deliver.

However, sources extremely plugged in to the situation tell us Bieber was super-excited about getting the call — and told the White House he will DEFINITELY meet the girl when he returns to the U.S. and can get back to the East Coast.

So far, no date has been set.

Dead VH1 reality star Ryan Jenkins hanged himself on a coat rack nearly two years ago — after he was accused of murdering his wife — and now, the very same coat rack could be yours … for $1,750.

And that’s just the starting bid … in an auction hosted by a website that specializes in selling serial killer memorabilia — like locks of Charles Manson’s hair, Ted Bundy’s tire iron, and John Wayne Gacy’s license plate.

As we previously reported, Jenkins — who starred on VH1’s “I Love Money 3″ — was accused of brutally murdering his model wife Jasmine Fiore back in 2009 … and hanged himself in a motel a week later, after fleeing to Canada.

Von Ahole SLASHES PRICE On Bev Hills Mansion

Zsa Zsa Gabor’s Beverly Hills mansion is not selling the way Prince von Ahole expected — so he’s chopping the price by a whopping 12 MILLION BUCKS in the hopes of closing a deal ASAP.

TMZ spoke with Prince who tells us he met with his real estate agent yesterday — and they decided the best way to move the property quickly is by reducing the asking price from $28 mil to $16 mil.

Prince tells us, “I vant to sell it faster so Zsa Zsa can be in a newer, safer place once she gets out of zee hospital.”

As we previously reported, the couple put the house on the market earlier this year — because they feel the house is too big and want to move to a smaller place.

Prince says the fact Elvis once lived in the home AND it was built by Howard Hughes in the 50’s should boost interest in the place … but he’s keeping his fingers crossed.

Matthew Perry — I’m ‘Going Away’ to Focus On Sobriety

Matthew Perry tells TMZ he’s making plans to “go away for a month to focus on [his] sobriety” … as a proactive measure in his battle with substance abuse.

The “Friends” star issued a statement to TMZ … saying, “I’m making plans to go away for a month to focus on my sobriety and to continue my life in recovery. Please enjoy making fun of me on the world wide web.”

We’re told Perry has not suffered any sort of relapse — but has planned the trip as a proactive measure.

Perry has struggled with substance abuse in the past — checking into rehab for a prescription pill addiction in 1997 and again in 2001.

Dr. Who Gave MJ Propofol Forced to Testify for Murray

A doctor who repeatedly administered Propofol to Michael Jackson has been ordered against his will to testify on behalf of Dr. Conrad Murray … TMZ has learned.

Dr. David Adams — a Las Vegas anesthesiologist — put Michael under with Propofol on 4 separate occasions in 2008.

Dr. Murray’s lawyers want him to testify in the manslaughter case about MJs “behavior and reactions while under the drug and also how he responded to the administration of the drug.”

Dr. Adams vehemently objected to being subpoenaed, claiming he’s a “low-key individual” and he’s already lost business because of getting dragged into the case.

Nonetheless, TMZ has obtained a court order from a Las Vegas judge that forces Adams to testify.

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are to be sued by a former employee

The unnamed woman – who worked as a bilingual secretary at their Miraval chateau in the South of France – was dismissed by a manager at the estate while on sick leave on the grounds her absence impacted on the running of the property and is seeking 80,000 Euros in compensation for unfair dismissal.

Lawyer Emmanuel Ludot said: “It’s a drop in the ocean for these stars.

“She has nothing against them personally and says she was always treated well. But they did not step in to prevent her being dismissed.

“Mr. Brad Pitt, who is also famous for his charity work and adoption of children, should understand that my client needs compensation as soon as possible, and that she’s not asking for millions, just a fair amount for unfair dismissal.

“We hope they will both be faithful to their reputation for humanitarian causes.”

The woman has remained anonymous due to confidentiality clauses in the contract she signed before being employed.

The lawyer said he has deliberately announced the matter now because the couple – Maddox, nine, Pax, seven, and six-year-old Zahara, as well as biological kids Shiloh, four, and two-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne – are currently in France for the annual Cannes film festival.

A labour tribunal in Draguignan will rule on the case next month.

Sebastian Bach Arrested for MARIJUANA Possession

For the second time in 6 months … former Skid Row frontman Sebastian Bach has been arrested for weed — this time, Bach was popped for marijuana possession in New Jersey.

TMZ has confirmed … Bach was pulled over for “failing to keep right” on a highway in Monmouth County, NJ at 3:32 AM on Tuesday — and during the stop, the officer conducted an investigation and discovered weed.

43-year-old Bach was arrested for possessing less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Bach was hauled in to a local jail — and was eventually released pending a future court hearing.

TMZ broke the story … Bach was arrested for weed possession in Canada back in December after getting rowdy at an Ontario bar.

The former ‘Friends’ actress has reportedly shot raunchy scenes for comedy ‘Horrible Bosses’ in which her breasts are on show but producers are still undecided as to whether to include them in the final cut.

A source told UsMagazine.com: “She shot a topless scene, but producers aren’t sure if they’ll use it. They filmed it two ways in one, you see Jen’s face and boobs in the same shot. In another, the audience might think it’s a body double.”

Insiders claim 42-year-old Jennifer – who plays a dentist who sexually harasses a male employee – was keen to do the topless scenes.

One said: “She knows she can’t show off her boobs forever, so she’s going out with a bang!”

Celebrity Herpes Lawsuit Triggers Sex Tape Frenzy

TMZ has learned … the person who is suing an internationally famous celebrity for intentionally transmitting herpes has multiple videos of the sex acts that allegedly transmitted the disease — and now there’s a bidding war for the tapes.

TMZ broke the story … an unnamed plaintiff has sued “an A-list celebrity of substantial fame internationally,” claiming the celeb came on to the plaintiff in Las Vegas and swore he was STD free.

The suit claims the celeb actually had herpes, and the pair engaged in “mutual oral copulation, mutual self-gratification, rubbing and massaging each other, play-wrestling, licking and (unprotected) intercourse.”

The plaintiff — who is unnamed and unidentified as either a man or woman — claims the celeb transmitted the herpes virus and wants more than $20 mil in damages.

Now we’ve learned … since we broke the story … several porn companies have already offered the plaintiff — through the lawyer, Keith Davidson, a fortune. Youporn.com has offered a cool $1 million, sight unseen, while another company is offering even more.

And get this … a prominent niche website is also willing to ante up beaucoup bucks — specifically to entice “bug chasers” to watch. For the uninformed, “bug chasing” is the act of knowingly engaging in sex with someone who has an STD.

Finally … as for why these alleged Las Vegas sex acts were videotaped, the lawsuit claims, “as the [celebrity] expressed, so they could relive the magic over — and over — again.”

It’s barely been a day since he broadcast his expletive-filled diatribe across the Internet — but TMZ has learned … The Situation’s dad Frank Sorrentino already has plans in place to pursue a reality show.

Sources close to Frank tell TMZ, he hopes to start shopping his show as soon as he locks down his tell-all book deal — whenever that happens.

As for WHY Frank’s doing this — we’re told his own kids once said he had no talent … and now he’s out to prove them wrong.

If the reality show doesn’t work out — sources tell us, Frank is also open to hosting or co-hosting some kind of talk show.

Dan Aykroyd — 21,000 BOTTLES of Vodka … STOLEN

Dan Aykroyd is the victim in a MASSIVE vodka heist — we’re told over 21,000 bottles of his Crystal Head Vodka were stolen from a California warehouse recently … and get this, Dan ain’t even mad.

Dan released a statement to TMZ — claiming, he is both “distressed and elated” after hearing that several hundred thousand dollars worth of his vodka was hijacked within the last few days.

The statement continues, “My partners and I are sorry to lose this much vodka to theft and do not condone criminal activity in any fashion, but we are happy that some consumers will be afforded the opportunity of tasting it at significantly lower than retail price.”

Dan adds, “CHV can be purchased legally at bars, restaurants, and retail stores throughout North America.”

As for police involvement — Dan’s rep tells us, both the LAPD and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms are currently investigating the vodka-napping.

TapouT Honchos — Yes, We Distributed Mask’s Ashes

The two men who run the MMA clothing line TapouT admit they DID distribute a “very small amount” of Charles “Mask” Lewis’ cremated remains to his close friends … and they stand by their actions.

TMZ spoke to the attorney representing Punkass and SkySkrape … who tells us the men feel there is “nothing wrong with dividing up a loved one’s ashes” and giving them to loved ones … despite the fact Mask’s sister claims they had no legal right to do so.

We broke the story, Carla Lewis filed a lawsuit against Punkass and SkySkrape saying they gave away 50 to 100 vials containing Mask’s ashes at a public memorial service in 2009.

Carla — who claims she is the only person with the legal power to control the ashes — alleges the men have kept a significant amount of Mask’s ashes in their possession for years, and have refused to give them back to Mask’s estate.

Now, in light of the lawsuit, P and S have agreed to RETURN the remaining ashes … but they are adamant they have done NOTHING wrong. In fact, the men say Mask was estranged from his sister when he died in 2009 and “his close circle of friends had become his family.”

The men both insist the lawsuit is purely about money — but they’re happy to give the ashes back to the estate so Mask’s two young children can eventually inherit their father’s remains.

Apparently, Prince had no idea Whitney Houston had been blacklisted from his concerts … and now, The Purple One wants everyone to know “she’s always welcome 4 all of eternity.”

TMZ had confirmed the ban with several sources connected to Prince’s tour — but Wednesday, Prince’s manager released a statement welcoming Houston to come back whenever she wants … insisting the singer enjoys having Houston in his audience.

One extremely connected source tells us, “Someone could have taken it upon themselves to say Whitney was banned … but it did not come from Prince.”

The source adds, “Whoever decided Whitney was banned did not have the authority to do so.”

Cops Investigating BRUTAL Hollywood Club Attack

The LAPD has opened an investigation into the horrifying attack in front of a Hollywood nightclub Wednesday morning … in an effort to identify the man who K.O.’d an unassuming clubgoer.

TMZ captured the incident on tape outside the Roxbury nightclub — when an unknown man took a running start and delivered a ferocious punch to the head of a man who had just walked out of the club.

The victim — said to be in his 30s — instantly crumbled to the ground and laid unconscious for ten minutes before an ambulance arrived to the scene.

The victim was rushed to a nearby hospital where he was treated for injuries. No word on his current condition.
