Britney Spears’ Drug Tests Wanted by Ex-Friend

Britney Spears’ former BFF Sam Lutfi is demanding the results of drug tests the pop star underwent three years ago — in hopes they will help him defeat Brit’s mom in court.

In the motion — filed in L.A. County Superior court — Lutfi claims he needs the tests to support his defamation lawsuit against Britney, her mom and her dad.

He’s suing over several claims Lynne Spears made in her book, “Through the Storm” — among them that he tried to “drug Britney into a coma.”

In the docs, Lutfi also asks for access to reports filed by Britney’s child visitation monitors — claiming they can refute accusations he cut Brit’s phone wires and disabled her cars.

Kim K to Carmelo: Let’s Be Neighbors!

Kim Kardashian and BF Kris Humphries are joining forces with Carmelo Anthony and his wife LaLa Vazquez — because TMZ has learned, the two couples might soon live in the same building in NJ.

It’s no accident either — sources close to Kim tell TMZ, Kim and LaLa are apartment shopping in Alpine, New Jersey together … so when their men are out playing basketball, they have each other to hang out with.

As we previously reported, Carmelo and LaLa have been scoping out Jersey for a while — to escape Manhattan … and have enough breathing room to raise their 3-year-old son.

But Kim’s still got one foot in L.A. — we’re told she’ll be keeping her home back west … for the off season.

Angelina Jolie: Rolling with a Rough Crowd in Tunisia

Angelina Jolie was surrounded by a pushy crowd of onlookers in Tunisia yesterday — while visiting a refugee camp for those who’ve fled the violence in Libya.

Jolie was playing the part of goodwill ambassador for the U.N. High Commissioner for Refugees when some people in the crowd got physical with each other.

Angelina was eventually escorted into a waiting vehicle and driven away from the scene without incident.

Kurt Cobain Shrine — Set in Stone

Nirvana front man Kurt Cobain has yet another way to be immortalized — TMZ has learned, a 13-foot statue of a guitar was erected today … in honor of the 17th anniversary of his death.

The statue will be unveiled this afternoon in Cobain’s hometown of Aberdeen, WA. We’re told his grandfather is expected to attend, as well as former band members from Nirvana.

TMZ spoke with the statue’s artist — Lora Malakoff — who tells us, the guitar will rest near the infamous Young Street Bridge, which the musician often sought refuge under to write lyrics.

Angelina Jolie was forced to cut short her visit to a Tunisian refugee camp after a mini riot broke out

The actress – who is a UNHCR Goodwill Ambassador – was on a trip to the African country and her arrival caused hysteria among the Libyan refugees at the Shusha camp on the Libyan border.

As she made her way through, the group – who have fled to Tunisia from their own war-torn country – chanted, “Angelina Jolie, we want to die for you!” and tried to get close to her.

A photographer for website X17 Online said: “The people were beyond excited to see her. There were thousands of refugees screaming her name and chanting. The crowd was closing in on her and her security detail; it was intense.”

Because of the lack of security, the mother-of-six was forced to cancel half her visit and find shelter in a tent.

The photographer added: “When people found out Angelina was leaving early, they had mixed reaction. Some were upset but still enthusiastic to have her there. Angelina was forced to find shelter in a tent and she had to be protected by 30 military personal with machine guns. Angelina really took a risk by going all the way to the Libyan border.”

Angelina – who is famed for charity work – was also forced to cancel plans to visit a Moroccan hospital in Tunisia.

Ford Heiress — The BOMBED Sobriety Test

Ford Motor Company heiress Elena Ford had SERIOUS trouble with her ABC’s on Sunday during the field sobriety exam that led to her arrest — this according to the police report obtained by TMZ.

According to the report, the arresting officer asked Elena to recite the alphabet — and she responded, “A B C D E F G A B C H I D J K L M NO P Q R S T U V X W Z.” Yes, that’s 29 letters.

It got worse from there — the report continues, claiming Elena also couldn’t count back from 100-80 … counting, “100 99 98 97 96 (PAUSE) 94 96 95 94 93 92 91 90 … 80 89 88 87 86 85 84 83 82 81 80.”

According to the report, Elena blew a .14 — nearly twice the legal limit — after she was arrested for DUI with her 11-year-old son in the back seat.

Brad Pitt treated his children to some Easter treats at a film screening this weekend

On Sunday (03.04.11) the actor took Maddox, nine, Pax, seven, Zahara, six, and four-year-old Shiloh to see animated movie ‘Hop’ at the Directors Guild of America in Los Angeles, where they also indulged in some delicious treats and took part in an Easter egg hunt.

With their mother Angelina Jolie and two younger siblings Knox and Vivienne absent from the family occasion, the children made the most of their sweet tooths but also made sure to take home some treats for the two-year-old twins.

An eyewitness told E!: “Each child walked away with A.sweeT.Boutique’s chocolate-covered pretzel rods, gummy butterflies, gummy cherries and jelly beans.

“The kids were so cute, polite and shy. Brad had to help them do the ordering of what they wanted in their little goody bags. They also made sure to take home some candy sticks for their siblings who weren’t there.”

Another source told the Los Angeles Times newspaper: “The kids participated in the hunt and everyone looked like they were having a great time. They stayed for pretty much the whole event.”

The film’s stars James Marsden, Adam Sandler and Elizabeth Perkins were also at the event, which was put on to benefit EBMRF – an organization that Brad has supported for a long time and is dedicated to researching and curing skin diseases that affect children.

The singer-and-actress was reportedly delighted when she came across a dessert stand backstage at the Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards on Saturday (02.04.11) as it was stocked with her favourite type of sweet treat.

An onlooker told website HollywoodLife: “Miley was with her publicist and told her to hang on for a second so she could come over to the Sprinkles cupcakes area and get a mini-strawberry and a mini-red velvet cupcake.

“Miley was like, ‘You don’t understand, Sprinkles is my thing,’ and said her mom ‘has a cupcake problem’ too.”

While attending the star-studded event in Los Angeles, Miley was quizzed on rumours she has reunited with former boyfriend Liam Hemsworth.

However, she shrugged off the questions, saying only: “Shhh! I’ll never tell. My lips are sealed.”

The 18-year-old star is preparing to tour Liam’s native Australia and she can’t wait to get back on the road again.

She told US TV show ‘Extra’: “I love being on the road and travelling.”

Miley and Liam, 21, split last August after around a year of dating, before reconciling the following month and eventually splitting again in November.

The 30-year-old socialite credits her parents with giving her confidence in her figure and says she has no plans to deny herself her favourite foods in order to maintain a flawless physique.

She said: “Our parents always made us feel like, ‘This is who we are, we’re all beautiful and this is exactly how we’re supposed to be’. We never had any pressure to look different and I think that’s why we’re so confident about it today.

“I have cellulite. So what! I’ve never claimed to be perfect. It’s crazy anyone should assume that just because you’re in the spotlight, you’re flawless.

“Sometimes I pig out and I still feel great, and think, ‘That was so worth it!’ That’s how I feel a lot of the time. I think, ‘See this little dimple of cellulite here? It was so worth it for that cookies ’n’ cream ice cream!’

“If I was stuck on a diet my whole life, I would be really miserable. I love to eat. If you can’t enjoy your life then what’s the point? You can’t torture yourself. I love Rice Krispies Treats, ice cream and frozen yogurt.”

While Kim is confident about her body now, she admits she was devastated when she first started to develop breasts at the age of 10, because her younger sister Kourtney used to tease her.

She explained to Britain’s Cosmopolitan magazine: “Kourtney would always make fun of me for having bigger boobs than she did. When you’re young, it’s embarrassing. Your body is changing and it’s scary.

“Then when I was 15, I realised it was great. I’ve never wished for smaller boobs since.”

However, one part of her body Kim was never embarrassed by was her “big butt”.

She said: “Personally, I’ve always loved the curvy look. Even when I was a little girl and all my friends would be like, ‘Oh, my god, your butt’s so big’. And I’d say, ‘I love it.’”

Justin Bieber accidentally set his mother’s hair on fire over the weekend

The ‘Baby’ singer was playing at the Berlin O2 World arena in Germany on Saturday (02.04.11) and surprised mom Pattie Mallette by bringing her out a birthday cake as she joined him on stage.

However, as she leaned over to blow out the candles, a few strands of her hair caught on fire, but thankfully Justin was there to put them out.

He then told her: “Mama, I’ll always be your baby.”

Following the show, Justin and Pattie both took to twitter to write about the incident.

Justin, 17, said: “sick show in Berlin…brought @studiomama on stage 2 sing her happy bday but she lit her hair on fire with the candles. lol. i saved her. (sic)”

While Pattie wrote: “Thank u @justinbieber for the cake (& embarrassing me on stage lol).”

Justin is very close to his mother and recently revealed how she has to approve his girlfriends.

The teen heartthrob – who is dating 18-year-old Disney star Selena Gomez – said: “I wouldn’t bring home a girl unless my mom would approve. You don’t bring the bad girls home to mom.”

Robert Pattinson believes in love at first sight

The ‘Water for Elephants’ actor – who is dating his ‘Twilight’ co-star Kristen Stewart – thinks people can fall for each other as soon as they meet and says if there’s not an initial attraction, it’s hard to ever develop feelings for that person.

He told MTV News: “I think people can fall in love at first sight. I think pretty much all people who love each other, had some kind of thing at first sight. I mean, there has to be some kind of moment where you, like, feel a different energy around someone.

“Generally, if you don’t notice someone ever, you’re probably not going to fall in love with them.”

As well as believing in love at first sight, the 24-year-old heartthrob recently revealed he has a “romantic soul” and could never have sex with someone he didn’t love.

Robert said: “There is the idea of the saving love, I believe it. I’m not mushy but I have a romantic soul. Having grown up with two older sisters I have a deep respect for women. Sex and feeling for me go hand in hand.

SD Padres Owner Sparks Heroic Comeback

It’s not everyday a MULTI-MILLIONAIRE takes time from his fishing trip to help a couple of stranded common folk … but this weekend, San Diego Padres owner Jeff Moorad came to the rescue.

Moorad was hanging out at a secluded area of Lake Miramar in San Diego yesterday when a man approached him and asked for help … because the battery in his car had died.

We’re told Moorad — who was watching baseball on his phone at the time — sprung into action … and helped the stranger get his car up and running again.

Unfortunately, the good karma didn’t pay off for Moorad’s team yesterday — the Pads lost to the Cardinals 2 – 0.

Katie Couric Has NOT Made CBS Exit Deal

Katie Couric has not officially quit CBS, but nonetheless network sources tell us it’s a virtual certainty that she will be leaving.

Sources connected with Couric tell us … Katie has no hard feelings toward CBS and may end up staying at the network, but feels her role as anchor of the CBS Evening News has been way too confining.

We’re told Couric is most interested in doing a syndicated show — probably a talk show — but wants to end up somewhere that has a news operation where she can contribute. Sources say she’s in serious talks with CBS, NBC and CNN. Her reps are talking to ABC, but that’s a long shot.

Katie’s exit from CBS Evening News is “not 100%” but it’s just a matter of time before Katie announces her departure — sources say it will come in the next few weeks.

Katie’s plan is to start a syndicated show in September, 2012.

As far as front-runners, a Katie source says there are none — “Everything and everyone is in play.”

Britney Spears tries to work around her children’s school schedule

The ‘Hold it Against Me’ hitmaker – who has just released a new album and is about to embark on a tour – is back in the spotlight after a two-year break and says she tries to fit her work commitments around Sean Preston, five, and four-year-old Jayden James’ lessons.

She explained: “I’m usually pretty busy when I’m not working. I have two children, so I usually get them up in the morning, and I’m usually at the gym, and I help cook dinner sometimes … a lot of the stuff that I do I do early in the morning when my boys are at school.”

Speaking in new MTV documentary ‘Britney Spears: I Am The Femme Fatale’ – which follows the pop star as she shoots a new music video and returns to the stage – she also admitted to feeling nervous about performing live again.

She said: “I haven’t been out (on stage) for a year … I have jitterbugs.”

The 29-year-old singer also described the shoot for the video for ‘Till the World Ends’ “as grimy” and claims she worked so hard she wasn’t even allowed a break to go to the toilet.

She explained: “It would cost about $1,000 of studio time.

“It was a little much. It was grimy and sweaty and it felt like there was poop everywhere, but it was just sweat. You work through it.”

Liddell’s Baby Mama Accuses Him of Drug Use

Chuck Liddell’s baby mama is firing back in her custody case against the MMA fighter, claiming in court filings his use of illegal drugs is what led him to take their son away from her.

As TMZ first reported, Liddell and Lori Geyer are locked in a custody battle over their son Cade. Liddell filed for custody in California on Friday and a judge ordered the case be heard in Colorado.

As part of that hearing, Geyer filed docs in which she claims Liddell’s use of drugs and alcohol have clouded his judgment — and even cites the viral video of Chuck and his current wife working out in the nude (which turned out to be an ad for Reebok).

Geyer also claims Liddell tried to intimidate her during a visit she had with Cade in the days leading up to the court hearing by pacing back and forth and staring her down.

Brian Kramer, Geyer’s lawyer, had no comment … except to say he’s glad a California judge shot down Liddell’s move for custody.

Calls to Liddell were not returned. Both sides are due in a Colorado court on Tuesday.

Victoria – who has three sons, Brooklyn, 12, Romeo, eight, and six-year-old Cruz with her soccer superstar husband – is currently pregnant with the couple’s fourth child, a confirmed girl, and close friend Heidi thinks the baby will fit right into the well disciplined family.

Heidi – whose four children, Leni, six, five-year-old Henry, Johan, four, and one-year-old Lou, are friends with the Beckham kids – said “Victoria needs no advice – she has the best behaved kids in the world. When we go to all their birthday parties, each of the kids writes handwritten thank you notes on their own headed paper. None of the other kids do.

“They’re so polite and well-spoken, it’s amazing. The other parents stand there in awe listening to the boys speak so politely and correctly. David and Victoria have made sure they always say their pleases and thank yous, and definitely no swearing is allowed.

“Our kids all play together and I must say Victoria’s boys are a pleasure to learn from.”

Heidi – who is married to singer Seal – has also revealed how overjoyed Victoria was when she discovered she is expecting a much longed for girl.

The supermodel believes the tot will be the “most stylish little girl” thanks to her former Spice Girl-turned-fashion designer mother.

She added to the Daily Mirror newspaper: “Victoria and I are so excited. She always wanted a girl so it’s incredible her biggest dream has come true. She is going to have the most stylish little girl, decking her out in Spice Girls’ clothes with the biggest selection of her designer handbags to play with.”

Despite Heidi’s praise for her parenting skills, Victoria has admitted being a mother is “the hardest job in the world” but she can’t wait to meet her daughter.

She said: “I was so surprised when I found out because I was really expecting another boy. I cannot wait for her to be born.”

Jennifer Lopez has to “work harder” to maintain a trim figure since she became a mother.

The singer-and-actress – who has three-year-old twins Max and Emme with husband Marc Anthony – admits she never used to have to watch what she ate but now finds it more difficult to stay slim without effort.

She said: “I’ve always been athletic and really enjoyed that. And I’ve never been a big eater which always works in my favour.

“But since I had the babies, it’s been harder. Your body does change. Not too drastically, but I definitely have to work harder and watch what I eat more.

“I’ve never had to work on my stomach before – it was like, concave, I was a lucky person – but since the babies, I do. I really have to work on it.”

The ‘American Idol’ judge also revealed her skin is her favourite feature, but she is unsure whether she will undergo cosmetic surgery in the future if ageing starts to take its toll.

She said: “What do I like best? That’s a hard one. Probably my skin. I’m very happy with my skin – it’s holding up well.

“I don’t know if I’d have surgery. I don’t know how I’ll feel in my 50s and 60s. I can only speak for me and I don’t feel like it’s something I want to do. But when things have changed, I might feel very differently. I reserve the right to change my mind.”

Johnny Depp “slimed” the audience at the Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards last night (02.04.11).

The 47-year-old star picked up the accolade for Favourite Movie Actor for his role as the Mad Hatter in ‘Alice in Wonderland’ and celebrated his victory by dousing the front rows at Los Angeles’ USC Galen Centre with green goo.

Before turning his slime gun on the crowd, Johnny said: “You guys are the future. Take good care of us.”

Singer-and-actor Justin Timberlake was also honoured at the ceremony, but for his charitable efforts.

Picking up the Big Help award, he said: “I want to dedicate this to all of you very cool, very loud kids. This is your world.”

Absentee Justin Bieber was the night’s biggest winner, picking up Favourite Male Singer and Favourite Song for his hit ‘Baby’, while ‘The Karate Kid’ took Favourite Movie and its star Jackie Chan was named Favourite Butt-Kicker.

Jack Black returned to host the ceremony for the third time, kicking off proceedings by dancing down the orange carpet to the Black Eyed Peas’ hit ‘I Gotta Feeling’.

He then joined the band on stage as they performed ‘Time of my Life’ and ‘Just Can’t Get Enough’.

The band were later honoured as Favourite Music Group, and in her speech, Fergie jokingly renamed themselves the Jack Black Eyed Peas.

Award presenters included Heidi Klum, Josh Duhamel, Joe Jonas, Russell Brand, Jane Lynch and Kim Kardashian, while performers included Willow Smith and Big Time Rush.

Chuck Liddell’s Ex — You Kidnapped Our Son!

The custody battle between Chuck Liddell and his ex, Lori Geyer, began this week when Geyer and her current husband called police claiming Liddel had “kidnapped” his son … TMZ has learned.

According to the police report filed on March 27, Liddell picked up his son Cade from Geyer’s Parker, Colorado home on March 23 and said he was going to spend time with Cade … in Colorado. Geyer told police Lidell said he and Cade would return on the 27th.

But on March 27, Geyer claims she got a call from Liddell’s attorney, saying her son was in California with Chuck and would remain there until a custody hearing. The attorney said Cade wanted to remain in California with Liddel.

Geyer told police Chuck had never had much interest in his son and didn’t understand why he was “now interested in custody.”

Police determined no criminal activity had occurred.

As TMZ first reported, Liddel was in court yesterday in Los Angeles to try and gain full custody of Cade — but the court ruled the case should be heard in Colorado and a hearing is set for Tuesday.

The ‘Hold It Against Me’ singer – who has been married twice before – has told friends she wants her partner of two years to propose by the end of the year as she wants a normal family life for her and her two sons, Sean Preston, five, and four-year-old Jayden James.

A source said: “After all her ups and downs Brit is craving stability – hence her broodiness at the moment – and she just wants to settle down with Jason and do it all again the right way.

“Now her album is out and her tour is almost sorted she feels like getting married again and having more children is the next step.”

Britney – who split from husband Kevin Federline in 2006 after two years of marriage, while her union with childhood friend Jason Alexander was annulled in January 2004 – recently spoke about agent Jason, saying how she loves how normal and grounded their life is together.

She said: “We’re really normal. We just like to watch movies. We work out a lot. We love to work out. We do stuff together like that. We take walks.”

Boyzone are set to release another album by the “end of the year”

The group released their last LP ‘Brother’ – which was dedicated to their late bandmate Stephen Gatelet, who died of natural causes in October 2009 – in March 2010 but now want to start on the follow-up record after being astonished by the positive reception they received on their recent tour.

Singer Ronan Keating said: “We’re in talks right now to do an album before the end of the year.

“We played in Glasgow the other night and it was incredible. Probably the best we’ve ever done. The tour’s been absolutely amazing. We played about 20 nights in huge arenas.

“It’s been new faces at every venue.”

Before he can work on a new Boyzone album, Ronan is currently promoting his latest solo work, ‘When Ronan Met Burt’, covers of tracks penned by Burt Bacharach, who also produced the record.

The 34-year-old star felt “honoured” to work with the legendary songwriter.

Ronan said: “It was a great honour to be asked to work with him – and some of the best musicians in the world – on some of the best songs that have ever been written.

“He spends a lot of time in Europe, touring and collaborating with people, so he’s paying attention. He’s 82 but totally in touch with what’s going on.”
