Sexy Sax Man — Dropped from Coachella Event

The sexy sax-playing YouTube sensation famous for getting his ass tossed out of random places just got bumped from playing a sideshow event at Coachella — all so MGMT’s lead singer could perform in his place.

The Sexy Sax Man — real name Sergio Flores — was scheduled to perform at a roller skating event Saturday morning … but Flores tells TMZ, he got bumped at the last second for MGMT’s lead singer Andrew VanWyngarden … who wanted to DJ a set.

Sergio tells us, he feels “completely blindsided by Coachella organizers” — adding, they didn’t even comp his ticket.

But Sergio didn’t get TOTALLY rejected — Flores tells us several fans tracked him down and chanted his name until he emerged from his tent that night. So the Sax Man broke ‘em off a piece of George Michael’s “Careless Whisper” … and thank god … we got the footage.

LeBron’s Mother’s Valet — I’m Ready for My Comeback!!

The valet who was slapped in the face by LeBron James’ mother has fired off a letter to his employers saying he’s ready to return to work next week … but there’s one MAJOR catch.

Sources connected to Rockfeller Sorel tell TMZ … the valet has been recovering from the injuries he claims he suffered at the hand of Gloria James earlier this month — but his doctor has cleared him to return to his job on April 22.

As for the catch — we’re told Sorel desperately wants the valet company to relocate him AWAY from the Fontainebleau Hotel in Miami Beach because he feels he’ll attract unwanted attention, since that’s where the original incident went down.

So far, no word on whether the valet parking company will grant Sorel’s request.

As we previously reported, Sorel has already filed a lawsuit against James — demanding more than $15k for the pain, emotional distress, humiliation and mental anguish she’s caused him.

D.A. — Don’t Sully Michael Jackson’s Character

The L.A. County District Attorney has filed a motion asking the judge in the Michael Jackson wrongful death case to stop Conrad Murray’s defense team from using any evidence involving the Nation of Islam.

According to documents obtained by TMZ, District Attorney Steve Cooley explains, “Evidence concerning the Nation of Islam … is irrelevant to this case because it does not relate to the defendant’s participation in Michael Jackson’s death.”

But there’s a deeper storyline — Cooley’s move is a preemptive strike to keep the defense from trying to make Michael Jackson look like a weirdo … and an unsympathetic character … and connecting MJ to the N.O.I. would make him very unsympathetic with a jury.

And Cooley wants to prevent the defense attacking MJ’s bodyguard Alberto Alvarez who claims he was ordered by Dr. Murray to hide evidence of Propofol in MJ’s bedroom.

Alvarez had been convicted of a misdemeanor 11 years ago, which Cooley believes is irrelevant.

Kate Hudson thinks she is expecting a baby girl

The ‘Bride Wars’ actress – who is pregnant with her first child with British rocker Matt Bellamy – has done a “pendulum test” which indicates the sex of a child, and the result has convinced her she is having a girl.

She said: “So here’s the pendulum test. You take a piece of hair and you take a ring, and you string it through – this is very witchy of me!

“And then what you do is you hold it over your stomach. And then if it moves in a circle, it’s a girl and a boy goes back and forth.”

The 31-year-old beauty demonstrated the result on Entertainment Tonight, where the pendulum is seen swinging in a circle, and added she has had no dreams about the sex of the child, unlike with her seven-year-old son Ryder from ex-husband Chris Robinson.

She said: “How crazy is that? I’ve had no dreams I’m having a girl. And with Ryder it was back-and-forth.”

However Kate – whose mother is Hollywood legend Goldie Hawn – claims she will not be disappointed if the baby is a boy because Ryder would be excited to have a brother.

She added: “If the baby comes out a boy – to see the look on Ryder’s face to have a brother? I mean, forget it!”

It is not the first time Kate has revealed she thinks a girl is on the way because this pregnancy was the “opposite” to the first.

She said: “It’s been seven years and I’ve totally forgot about what it’s like to be – you know, your body changing and moving – and it’s just, it couldn’t be a more opposite pregnancy.

“So of course everybody says, ‘Well, then that means you’re having a girl’, but I don’t want to know.”

Nelson Mandela’s Daughter Sued Over Pacquiao Fight

A boxing promoter claims he was victimized by Nelson Mandela’s daughter over a botched effort to organize a Floyd Mayweather/Manny Pacquiao fight to celebrate her dad’s 93rd birthday.

Duane Moody claims Zindziswa Mandela approached him several months ago to broker the fight — which she estimated would pull in $100 million. Moody claims in return for organizing the event, he would get 15% of the proceeds.

According to the lawsuit filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Nelson’s daughter flaked out as he tried negotiating the deal. Things got so hinky, Moody claims he was kicked out of his Vegas hotel room because “Zindzi Mandela was not paying the bill as agreed.”

The fight was ultimately scrapped, but Moody claims he’s owed $7.5 million — yes, we’re confused by the math as well.

Nic Cage didn’t let his drunken arrest keep him from being at work on time this morning … TMZ has learned the actor was on his movie set and ready to go when the director yelled, “Action!”

A rep for the film, “Medallion” tells us production on the flick has NOT been affected in any way because of Cage’s sloppy domestic violence arrest early Saturday morning … and today, things seemed completely normal.

Brooke Mueller has gone back to rehab following a crazy week of binging … sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ.

TMZ broke the story… Brooke refused a drug test Friday, which she was required to take as part of her custody settlement with Charlie Sheen.

Sheen’s lawyers are going to court on Tuesday to raise the issue, and we’re told Brooke’s move is a preemptive strike.

Sources say Brooke disappeared for a time this week during her binging. TMZ obtained surveillance video of Brooke attempting to get money for jewelry at an Inglewood pawn shop.

Man Pulls KNIFE On Dr. Rey at Nightclub

Dr. Rey almost went under the knife himself … in a bad way … when some dude at a Hollywood nightclub pulled out a blade and threatened to stab the reality star … in front of a TMZ camera.

Rey — star of “Dr. 90210″ — was leaving the Roxbury nightclub with his wife on Friday night when a man with tattoos began heckling the doc over his cleavage-baring t-shirt.

Rey turns to the camera and says, “That bitch says he hates my outfit.” The tattooed man then walks up next to Rey, looks into the camera himself and while smiling says, “I hate his outfit.” It seems like a joke … at first.

Then, Rey says, “F*ck you motherf*cker … can you back that up?” The man then pulls out a knife and says, “You’re goddamn right I can homie, what’s up?.” It no longer seems like a joke.

Instantly — a friend of the tatted man rushes in and rips the guy away from Rey … while the tatted guy calls the doc a “f**got.”

After the incident, Rey told our photog he had no idea who the man was.

Reese Witherspoon admitted she was a “consolation prize” for fans who wanted to see Robert Pattinson at the world premiere of ‘Water for Elephants’ last night

The Oscar-winning actress stars alongside the ‘Twilight’ actor in the new movie and as hoards of female admirers waited to catch a glimpse of their heartthrob, Reese knew they weren’t waiting for her.

Speaking at the premiere at the Ziegfeld Theatre, in New York City, she said: “Rob’s fans are very dedicated to him and they will turn out anywhere for him. I think I’m just the consolation prize for them!”

However, while she accepts Robert was more popular than her at the event, she admits it was amazing to interact with all the fans on the red carpet.

She said: “I think it’s incredible because as movie actors we sort of work isolated and we don’t get to see fans as often, so it’s a nice experience to actually get to meet some of them and know they’re excited for the film.”

Fans were almost left disappointed as Robert, 24, nearly didn’t make it because he was filming the final scenes for ‘Twilight: Breaking Dawn’ in Vancouver, Canada.

The British heartthrob – who was greeted by hordes of screaming female fans – said: “It was a mad rush to get here.”

Other stars to attend the premiere included Robert and Reese’s fellow co-stars Christoph Waltz and Hal Holbrook.

Robert Pattinson likes being in love

The British actor – who is dating his ‘Twilight’ co-star Kristen Stewart – is happiest when he is in a relationship but prefers not to talk about it in order to maintain the “mystique”.

Asked if he is romantic, Robert said: “I guess I am when I like someone, I like being in love with people and yes, I guess I am quite sensitive to things.

“It’s important to preserve any mystique you have and also I just don’t feel it’s anyone else’s business.”

Robert admits his hardcore fans can be quite overwhelming but he received a great tip on how to deal with fame from his ‘Remember Me’ co-star Pierce Brosnan – who played James Bond in four movies.

In an interview with the Daily Mirror newspaper, he said: “We were in a restaurant and there were people looking over at us. They didn’t know who I was but knew who Pierce was and he went up to them and introduced himself.

Stripper Says Dr. Murray Wanted Sleep As MJ Died

A stripper who received a call from Dr. Conrad Murray just hours before Michael Jackson died told LAPD detectives the doc “sounded tired and he was like I’m gonna get some sleep whatever.”

The stripper, Michelle Bella, met Dr. Murray at the Spearmint Rhino gentleman’s club in Las Vegas in 2008. The story of how they met is hilarious, but first the important stuff.

Bella told detectives … on June 25, 2009, Dr. Murray left a message on her phone at about 8:30 AM. According to sources with direct knowledge of the case … Bella told cops Murray had mentioned Michael Jackson to her before and said, “I mean his schedule was obviously, you know — I know that he was like up all hours because of his work so when — so when he called, you know, he sounded tired and he was like I’m gonna get some sleep whatever.”

The interview is significant — TMZ broke a story on July 27, 2009 that “Authorities believe Dr. Murray may have actually fallen asleep during the time the drug [Propofol] was administered and may have awakened to find Jackson already dead from heart failure.”

Now the hilarious part. Bella told cops about the magic moment when she met Murray at Spearment Rhino — “He came in there with his scrubs and he was there with like a client of his.” Bella, who says she was studying to be a chiropractic assistant, says, “We were just sharing some like, you know, medical knowledge and this and that and I know he was intrigued with me.”

Murray must have been intensely impressed with her medical knowledge. According to the transcript, Bella says she “sat with him for about roughly like an hour and a half and he paid me $1,000.”

The 38-year-old actress – who dated the hunk for three years in the 90s and was engaged to him for six months – revealed that cooking for her loved ones instantly makes her feel more relaxed and it was Brad’s mother Jane who gave her the advice, which is the “best tip anyone’s given her”.

She explained: “My life can be surreal sometimes. I think, ‘What’s going on?’ It is so crazy. I’ve been doing way too much. But last week I was at home with my children in the kitchen, and I threw a tea towel over my shoulder – as soon as I do that I feel grounded.

Nic Cage — Arguing with Wife in Tattoo Shop Video

TMZ has obtained surveillance video taken inside a tattoo shop just before Nic Cage was arrested — where he can clearly be seen carrying some sort of drink as he argues with his wife and others.

As TMZ first reported, Cage went to the tattoo shop on the night he was arrested … and, according to witnesses, told shop employees he didn’t know where he lived. According to police, that was the topic he and his wife were arguing over when he allegedly grabbed her.

In the surveillance video, Cage can be seen with arms around two friends — and holding a clear plastic cup — as he enters the shop. Cage would walk out and back in and again … and that’s when he can be seen arguing with his wife and friends. His wife can be seen motioning to herself throughout the video — as if to say, “Listen to me” or “Come with me.”

Eventually Nic acquiesced and left the shop … only to later be arrested on charges of domestic violence and disturbing the peace.

Nic Cage Want Ink Before Getting Thrown in the Klink

Before Nicolas Cage was arrested for domestic violence Saturday morning, he went to a tattoo shop — where he drunkenly stumbled around, fretting that he didn’t remember where he lived.

TMZ broke the story … Cage was busted by New Orleans police after arguing with his wife and allegedly taunting cops. According to the NOPD, Cage and his wife were arguing over the location of the apartment they were renting — as in, Nic didn’t have a clue where he was.

According to eye witnesses … before Cage was popped, he stopped by a tattoo parlor and began throwing his clothes around, demanding to get inked up.

We’re told Nic seemed quite intoxicated and asked employees to call the cops. When they asked why, Cage replied … he just didn’t remember where he lived.

Nic Cage — Taunted Police Into Arresting Him

Sources close to Nicolas Cage tell TMZ … Nic was arrested in New Orleans this morning after daring the police to arrest him following a loud argument with his wife.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ … Nic was “very drunk” on the streets of N.O. when a cab driver saw him loudly arguing with his wife Alice.

We’re told the cabbie called the police and said in addition to the screaming and yelling … he saw Nic push her.

We’re told the police came and told Nic and his wife to just go home. That’s when Nic allegedly told cops, “Why don’t you just arrest me?” The cops then reiterated that he and his wife should just go home. Cage then repeated his dare to cops.

At that point, police took Nic into custody and charged him with …domestic abuse and disturbing the peace.

Our sources say Nic is still in custody and a bail hearing will he held shortly.

We’re also told Nic’s wife is not a complaining witness and does not want him charged — and says there was no physical contact.

In an interview with the Chicago Sun-Times newspaper – which was conducted before shooting ended – he said: “It does feel like a break-up. I do love the guy – and I’m going to miss him. I prefer to think of ending this franchise like leaving school. It’s the last day of high school.”

However, one thing Robert isn’t going to miss is the contact lenses he has to wear to achieve his undead eyes.

He admitted: “I’ll be very glad not to put those contacts in anymore or have to put on the sparkling make-up. But it’s been my whole life. The whole of my whole 20s. And I wouldn’t have it any other way.”

The 30-year-old star has revealed she started getting the intimate beauty treatment from the young age and would go with her mother Kris Jenner and sister Kourtney, 31, at least once a month to have her hair removed.

In a video interview with Usmagazine.com, she said: “Literally, at twelve years old I had a bikini wax. I had an appointment once a month on a specific day, like every Friday we’d go and and get the inside of our brows waxed and a bikini wax.”

The singer-and-actress loves playing her new album ‘I Remember Me’ to baby David because he is already showing signs of musical ability, which she thinks comes from her performing live during her pregnancy.

Sources close to negotiations tell TMZ, the “Jersey Shore” DJ met with Fiddy and his people in NYC last week — where they discussed the lucrative record deal … and also tossed around the idea of a Pauly D merchandise line, specifically Pauly D-brand headphones.

Nothing’s signed yet — but according to sources, 50 wants to hammer out the deal ASAP … before Pauly jets off to Italy to shoot “Jersey Shore” Season 4.

We’re told talks have become so serious — 50 and Pauly have even started to kick around ideas for people Pauly can collaborate with. Calls to 50’s people weren’t returned.
