Selena Gomez is “hurt” by jealous Justin Bieber fans criticising her

The 18-year-old singer-and-actress, who has been the target of an online hate campaign since images were released of her kissing the pop star last month, has admitted the harsh words written about her on websites such as twitter have been difficult to cope with.

She said: “It’s hard. It hurts, it really does. I don’t feel like I’m doing anything wrong. I’ve been best friends with him for a very long time. It does hurt my feelings a lot but I try not to focus on it. I have a strong family and great fans.”

However, the pretty brunette says she understands why she is being attacked, confessing she remembers being jealous of her ‘Monte Carlo’ co-star Katie Cassidy when she dated former teenage heartthrob Jesse McCartney.

She explained on radio show Z100: “I loved Jesse McCartney. I was obsessed with him. He dated Katie Cassidy when he was 16 or 17. I hated her, absolutely hated her. I was mortified that he was with Katie and I wanted to be with him. He was my screen-saver!”

“I just did a movie with Katie Cassidy and she was the nicest person ever.”

Recently Selena told of how her new song ‘Who Says?’ addresses the threats, saying: “Within that world, there’s just such easy access to people’s feelings. This song is such a great message to my fans, and it really touched me when I heard it.

“Basically, it’s to the haters, it’s to the people who try to bring you down.”

Lady Gaga has raised $250,000 for earthquake victims in Japan by designing a wristband

The ‘Born This Way’ singer urged her twitter followers to buy the $5 red and white accessory – which reads “We pray for Japan” in both English and Japanese – before telling her fans, whom she refers to as her ‘Monsters’, that they have already accumulated the large sum.

She tweeted: “Monsters: in just 48 hrs you’ve raised a quarter of a million dollars for Japan Relief. It’s important we help. X (sic)”

The Asian country has suffered widespread devastation to its north eastern island as a result of the 9.0 magnitude earthquake and after affects on Friday (11.03.11), and Gaga has been among many stars to come forward on the social networking website to help raise donations.

Singer Katy Perry tweeted: “Remember as you go about your day please #prayforjapan & if you are able, text REDCROSS to 90999 to donate $10 to Japan’s emergency relief. (sic)”

Teen heartthrob Justin Bieber also sent a message to fans, writing: “Japan is one of my favourite places on earth – it’s an incredible culture with amazing people. My prayers go out to them. We all need to help.”

People can donate to the relief fund via The Red Cross through a variety of methods including the charity’s website, Facebook and iTunes.

Vanessa Hudgens — More Nude Photos Surface

A second round of naked photos featuring Vanessa Hudgens have surfaced on various websites this morning — and these photos are WAY more graphic than the other ones.

Sources connected to Vanessa tell TMZ the photos were taken from the same batch that were released several years ago featuring the actress … fully nude.

As TMZ previously reported, Vanessa sued the owners of a website back in 2009 for posting the first round of nude pics. The lawsuit stated that the photos were obtained by “unknown methods” and posted without Hudgens’ “knowledge or consent.”

Sources tell us … Vanessa believes whoever is doing this “has it out for her” because the release of these photos in dribs and drabs coincides with her movie releases.

Vanessa’s new movie “Sucker Punch” is coming out later this month.

As for taking the pics in the first place, one well informed source tells TMZ, “Trust me … Vanessa has learned her lesson.”

Justin Bieber has been immortalised in wax

The 17-year-old singer is the latest star to be honoured with his own replica figure by famous museum Madame Tussauds and he unveiled his double in London today (15.03.11) in front of a few lucky fans while thousands more watched via a live web stream.

The ‘Baby’ hitmaker seemed impressed by his likeness although he commented that he had grown in height since he posed for it.

He told museum staff: “It’s pretty incredible to see. I’m taller but this was a point in time.

“It looks awesome, thanks very much.”

Fan Grace Magraff, 14, said: “I cannot believe I am in the same room as Justin and his figure is amazing. I don’t want to leave; I just want to stay by his figure forever! It’s brilliant, just like him. I love it!”

The waxwork was created with the help of the teenager’s personal hair stylist to ensure it had his signature sweeping cut – which he recently ditched – and is dressed in a fashionable black and red shirt with jeans.

Justin gave sculptors in New York a sitting late last year, where hundreds of precise measurements were taken. The figure then took four months to complete at a cost of £150,000.

Liz Edwards, PR manager at the attraction, said: “The interest in Justin’s figure has been truly phenomenal. We were absolutely inundated with requests from young fans to include him and since we announced that we were indeed making his figure we’ve been besieged by ‘Beliebers’ wanting to know when they can come and see him here.

“We’re sure they will be as pleased with the final results as Justin seems to be today.”

Figures of Justin were also revealed at Madame Tussauds Amsterdam and Madame Tussauds New York today.

New Docs Claim La Toya May Own M.J. Family Home

The war over Michael Jackson’s family house has just heated up … because legal docs have just been filed with the court claiming La Toya Jackson …. NOT the Michael Jackson Estate … may actually own the home.

Alejandra Jackson — the baby mama of Randy and Jermaine — has been living at the house with her kids, and the estate is going to court Tuesday trying to evict her.

In new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Alejandra’s lawyer claims Michael may have held the property in joint tenancy with La Toya, so when Michael died his interest in the house would have automatically gone to La Toya.

We checked the records of the L.A. County Recorder, and the title is currently held as Michael Jackson J Decd [deceased]. And Michael Kane, Michael’s business manager, is listed as a co-owner. La Toya’s name is never mentioned.

TMZ broke the story … Katherine Jackson is trying to evict Alejandra and her kids.

Rock Legend Arrested for OD’ing in Front of Son

Former “Social Distortion” drummer Casey Royer was arrested in Orange County last week — after the 52-year-old punk legend allegedly OD’d on heroin in front of his 12-year-old son.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ, Casey was watching TV with his son when he experienced an overdose … at which point his son ran next door for help … and the neighbors called cops.

According to law enforcement, his house was littered with garbage and drug paraphernalia — including needles — when police arrived.

Casey — who currently sings for the punk band D.I. — was immediately hospitalized nearby and survived. He was arrested soon after.

Casey was officially charged today — with one count of child endangerment, and one count of being under the influence of heroin. He’s currently being held on $120,000 bail.

Daniel Radcliffe isn’t going to see his girlfriend for “a few months”

The 21-year-old actor – who is believed to have been dating Olive Uniacke for around nine months – will be starring in stage musical ‘How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying’ on New York’s Broadway from March 27 and admits he will see his UK-based partner less often because she recently landed a new job in England.

He said: “She’s here with me as much as she can be. She’s about to start a new job in not too long though, so I won’t see her for a few months.”

The ‘Harry Potter’ actor also revealed he doesn’t worry about intrusion into his personal life because he is “boring”, but he finds it easier to go out in New York.

He told the USA Today newspaper: “I’m very comfortable discussing my personal life, because it’s so boring.

“I love it, because it’s possible to be kind of anonymous. I’m 5ft 5ins, and I’ll wear a big parka and put the hood up, and nobody gives me a second glance.”

While Daniel is looking forward to appearing in the stage show, he admits he has found it difficult learning to dance.

He said: “The thought of dancing scared me. A lot. Because I have absolutely no aptitude for it.”

However, in addition to extensive rehearsals, Daniel has been taught a trick he hopes will fool the audience over his lack of dancing talent.

He said: “It was a matter of putting in the time so I could develop the confidence. My dance teacher keeps telling me, ‘If you’re smiling, your feet could be doing pretty much anything and no one will care.’ But if you have that rigor mortis look of concentration, it doesn’t work.”

Usher Sex Tape for Sale

A sex tape featuring Usher and his ex-wife, Tameka Foster, is being hawked around town … TMZ has learned.

TMZ was approached several days ago by someone claiming to have the sex tape. The person sent us a short video and two photos. We’ll keep this PG-13 and just say … the people in the video are both givers.

The video and photos are clear — it’s Usher and Tameka.

Sources close to Usher — without specifically admitting the existence of a sex tape — tell us they believe this video could have been among the things Usher had stolen out of his car back in December 2009. Usher reported more than $1,000,000 worth of jewelry and electronics taken — including two laptop computers.

A rep for Usher had no comment. Attempts to contact a rep for Foster were unsuccessful.

Kim Kardashian got her “gangster on” at Eva Longoria’s 1920s-themed birthday party at the weekend

The socialite wore a dress evoking the glamorous and decadent prohibition period in America – which saw the rise of Al Capone and other gangsters after the sale of alcohol was banned – at the ‘Desperate Housewives’ actress’ bash on Saturday night (12.03.11).

Posting a picture of herself at the party on twitter, she wrote underneath: “Celebrating the glamorous Eva Longoria’s bday 1920s style. (sic)”

She also wrote underneath another picture of her and supermodel Heidi Klum: “Me and my girl Heidi Klum getting [our] gangster on! I love this 20’s era! (sic)”

Reality TV star Kim wore a silver flapper dress to the party, teamed with a white fur wrap and she had her hair pinned in a 1920s bob style. She went to the event with her sister Khloe and their friend, businesswoman Loren Ridinger.

Eva – who split from husband Tony Parker in November 2010 – wore a pink flapper dress to the party, and completed her look with a sparkling headband and long beads draped across her cleavage.

However, not all the revellers managed to embody the theme as well,

with reality TV star Nick Lachey appearing in a huge afro wig and unbuttoned shirt evoking the 1970s while his finacee Vanessa Minnillo looked as though she had stepped out of the 1980s party.

An alleged “stalker” was arrested this weekend after breaking into Madonna’s home

Grzegorz Matlok, 29, was wrestled to the ground by bodyguards at the 52-year-old star’s £10 million 10-bedroom mansion in London’s Marylebone area at 5.30am on Saturday morning (12.03.11) after being found clutching several of the ‘Material Girl’ hitmaker’s possessions.

Despite having a huge security team and a state of the art CCTV system in place, the intruder – who the singer’s bodyguards told police was a “stalker” – gained entry to the Georgian townhouse by smashing a side window while the singer was in the US mourning the death of her grandmother Elsie Mae Fortin.

A senior police source told The Sun newspaper: “Something dreadful has happened here. The security around the world’s most famous pop star should be impregnable.”

Polish-born Matlok was charged with burglary last night (13.03.11) and is now due to appear before magistrates in Westminster today (14.03.11).

At the time of the break-in, Madonna – who has four children, Lourdes, 14, Rocco, 10, Mercy, six, and five-year-old David – was in Bay City, Michigan, paying her respects to her late 99-year-old grandmother, who helped raise the singer and her five siblings after their mother died of breast cancer when Madonna was just five.

This isn’t the first time the pop superstar has been plagued by a stalker.

In September 2010, retired fire-fighter Robert Linhart was charged with criminal mischief, graffiti and being in possession of a homemade 7.5 inch ice pick, after writing messages to Madonna on the pavement outside her apartment in Upper West Side, New York City.

The messages read ‘Meet me please’, ‘Tell me yes or no’, and ‘If it’s yes, my dream will come true. If it’s no, I will go.’

According to court documents, he reportedly told officers: “I can be here. This is police brutality. I have a right to do this. I am not doing anything wrong. I keep running into Madonna. I saw her in 1992 and I’d actually like to meet her in person. I won’t stop until I actually meet Madonna.

“I’m going to go right back there and do it again.”

Justin Bieber fans dressed up as cleaners and entered his hotel room in Liverpool

The 17-year-old singer was furious when two girls aged 16 and 18 were discovered in his suite at the Hard Days Night Hotel in the English city – where he performed last week – and had them swiftly evicted after a “telling-off” for taking pictures and trying to get into his bed.

A source told the Daily Mirror newspaper: “The hotel was swamped by fans all desperate to catch a glimpse of Justin. But two particularly enterprising girls snuck in through a side entrance and stole two housekeeping outfits.

“After ditching their regular clothes and slipping into their new costumes they got the lift to Justin’s suite and knocked on the door, calling, ‘Housekeeping’. Having been allowed in, the girls began half-heartedly polishing tables and dusting surfaces.

“No one realised until the girls were alone, and in his bedroom taking pictures of his personal possessions on their phones. A member of Justin’s entourage in another part of the suites heard them giggling and came through catching them in the act.

“The girls, following a telling-off, were evicted from the premises.”

Upon hearing of the incident on Friday night (11.03.11) Justin – who wasn’t in his suite at the time – checked out of the hotel and slept in his tour bus.

However, the hotel insist they have had no knowledge of the incident.

A spokesperson said: “There was a strong police presence outside not letting in members of the public, plus we employed an extra 20 security personnel.”

Justin – who has been staying in the three-bedroom McCartney suite penthouse in the hotel – was last week trapped inside the building, with police telling him he was not allowed to leave or approach the balcony because so many fans were waiting outside.

Tweeting prior to the incident, the ‘Baby’ hitmaker said: “This is crazy. There are like thousands of people out there.

“Love everybody but gonna try and get some sleep. Please don’t scream. Lol (sic)”

Gwen Stefani felt so “gross” after giving birth, she couldn’t write music

The 41-year-old No Doubt singer was so unhappy with her body after having second son Zuma in August 2008, she felt too “out of touch” to write any new material – so the band ended up touring without releasing a new single.

She explained: “I hadn’t planned on doing a tour; I’d had Zuma, I felt so gross – I got so big and felt so out of touch and not cool. I was trying to write this cool record and nothing came out.

“I felt so bad because you’ve got this whole band waiting, but I couldn’t write. So we said, ‘Let’s go on tour’.

Gwen – who also has another son Kingston, four, with her husband Gavin Rossdale – admitted going back on stage was tough because she found performing her old material so emotional.

David and Victoria Beckham are moving back to England

The couple – who are currently expecting their fourth child, a girl, together – are said to be planning a return home when the soccer star’s contract with his current club Los Angeles Galaxy runs out at the end of the year.

A source said: “David and Victoria have made a real go of living in America and it’s become a second home to them.

“They love Los Angeles and will always have a base there. But David’s contract will run out soon and they’ve started thinking about the future. He’s keen to finish his career at an English club if possible, though he hasn’t ruled out other options.

“Victoria is torn because she’s made so many friends in California and loves the lifestyle, but she misses her family in the UK a lot.”

One reason behind their move back to the UK is the couple’s desire to have their sons Brooklyn, 12, Romeo, eight, and six-year-old Cruz educated in England, with Victoria, 36, reportedly making a visit to private day school Haberdashers’ Aske’s Boys School earlier this week to discuss sending them there.

A source told the News of the World newspaper: “She hates the idea of them becoming stuck up and spoiled like a lot of American kids. And there’s a part of them both that would love to see their kids educated at a UK school while they are in their teens.”

Gallagher Out of the Hospital, Resuming Tour

Good news for Gallgher fans — he’s out of the hospital, three days after he collapsed on stage during a show … TMZ has learned.

As TMZ first reported, the legendary comedian collapsed in Rochester, MN right in the middle of his act. His manager tells TMZ he has left the hospital and even though he canceled a few tour dates, Gallagher will be resuming his tour on March 19 in The Woodlands, TX.

Gwyneth Paltrow is more proud of ‘Country Strong’ than any of her previous work

The 38-year-old actress – who plays an alcoholic country singer trying to resurrect her career in the new movie – normally hates watching herself on screen, but was proud of all the work she had put into her latest film.

She said: “Last night, when I was watching the film, I thought, ‘This is the best job I’ve ever done.’

“Normally I can’t stand to see myself but with this film, I felt like it all came together, all that hard work and putting myself in such an uncomfortable position where I felt so scared of how I was going to do it. I’m happy with how it turned out.”

Gwyneth – who has children Apple, six, and Moses, four, with husband Chris Martin – also admitted she had to do more preparation for this role than any other she has played in her career.

She added in an interview with InStyle magazine: “I’ve never prepared for anything more in my life. It was a big responsibility. There was studying with an accent coach, learning to play guitar and, of course, the singing.

“My voice didn’t have any power and I wanted to try to sing properly. I was so nervous about performing live scenes in the film, that’s so foreign to me.

“Learning to play guitar was so hard! Luckily, my family tolerated me while I was practising. I was pretty bad.”

Oksana Grigorieva will file a civil lawsuit against Mel Gibson … this according to Oksana’s lawyer.

TMZ reported on September 16, 2010 — just after Oksana hired Daniel Horowitz — Oksana would file a lawsuit alleging battery, emotional distress and defamation.

We spoke with Daniel Horowitz and asked if Mel’s no contest plea in any way changes her plan to sue. Horowitz said, “Our position hasn’t changed.”

Mel’s plea bargain won’t help Oksana in a civil lawsuit, because Mel did not admit to guilt.

Kate Winslet didn’t feel creative after her Oscar win

The British actress – who won the Best Actress Academy Award for her role in ‘Revolutionary Road’ in 2009 – took her time before picking her forthcoming project ‘Mildred Pierce’ because she didn’t feel productive but think she has put in a better performance for waiting.

She said: “I just waited until the dust had settled and I was ready to engage with – it sounds so w**ky – my creative side again. In the last few years I’ve allowed myself to acknowledge the fact that I do really need my job. I need that outlet.

Johnny Depp felt like a “complete freak” growing up

The cast of ‘Twilight’ were evacuated today (11.03.11), due to a tsunami warning

An 8.9 magnitude earthquake and 23-foot tsunami hit Japan this morning, causing mass devastation and signalling warnings as far as the opposite side of the Pacific Ocean, including Vancouver Island in British Columbia, Canada, where ‘The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn’ was being filmed.

All cast and crew including Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner were safely taken off the island, though some were left shaken and worried by the warning. Tinsel Korey, who plays Emily Young in the film series, tweeted: “They’re evacuating us 4 a tsumnani warning. If this this is my last my tweet. I love you. The end. Hugz. (sic)

“If this is the moment. Then I’ve lived a good life. And I’m thankful 4 everything I’ve been given. 1 love. When accused of overreacting by some of her followers, Tinsel replied: “I’m not trying 2 b dramatic!!! I’m just saying my peace. This is my truth right now (sic). “Everything is fine. And we ending up getting all of our work done after all  (sic).”

The earthquake and aftershocks have led to tsunami warnings being issued in over 50 countries in the Pacific and areas of north eastern Japan have been devastated by the disasters. A death toll presently stands in the hundreds, but is expected to increase as the full magnitude of the situation becomes clear.
