Angelina Jolie is reportedly set to adopt a fourth child

The ‘Tourist’ actress wants to open up her and partner Brad Pitt’s home to a four-year-old girl called Leah who lost her entire family in the earthquake that devastated Haiti in 2010.

Angelina – who already has three adopted children, Maddox, nine, Pax, seven, and Zahara, six, and naturally conceived Shiloh, four, and two-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne – first met the child in February 2010, a month after the natural disaster, and the child is expected to go visit her and Brad and their other children before the adoption is authorised in the latter stages of this year.

A source told the Daily Mirror newspaper: “Angelina’s lawyers are in the process of getting an authorisation so Leah can spend some time with her in America. That’s standard procedure, basically they need to make sure Leah will adapt well.

“A lot of observers from groups such as the Red Cross are ensuring that Angelina is treated like anybody else and not fast tracked, which would be viewed insidiously.”

There are worries adoption authorities in the small Caribbean nation may not be able to cope with the massive interest in Angelina’s plans, but the 35-year-old screen star determined to get through the “final steps” to adopt Leah.

The source added: “There is also a concern about the Haitian authorities not being able to deal with such international pressure. But for now, Angelina is almost reaching the final steps of the gruelling adoption process.

“If Leah fits well within her family in the States, she will be able to adopt her.”

The man accused of stalking Mark Zuckerberg claims he never meant to scare the Facebook CEO … and feels so bad about the whole situation, that he promises to never bother Mark again.

TMZ spoke with Pradeep Manukonda who tells us, “I’m a peaceful guy … I’m sorry he thought I was trying to harm him.”

As we first reported, Zuck obtained a restraining order against Pradeep — claiming the 31-year-old posed a threat after traveling to the Facebook offices and Mark’s home in an effort to contact him back in January.

Pradeep says he was dealing with a major personal problem — and “I thought Mark would be able to give me advice.” Pradeep wouldn’t disclose the nature of his problem, but insists it had nothing to do with computers.

Pradeep continues, “I understand he’s a busy man … I’ll respect his privacy.”

It’s practically Fort Knox — but that didn’t stop Tareq and Michaele Salahi from penetrating the owners’ suite at Cowboys Stadium yesterday for the Super Bowl … because get this … they were actually invited.

Michael Moore to Harvey Weinstein: You Screwed Me!

Michael Moore claims movie mogul Harvey Weinstein and brother Robert cheated him out of millions of dollars in profits for the movie, “Fahrenheit 9/11,” by secretly diverting profits … even using Michael’s money to fly one of the Weinstein bros. to Europe by private jet.

In a lawsuit filed today in L.A. County Superior Court and obtained by TMZ, Moore’s company, Westside Productions, claims Moore had a deal with the Weinsteins’ company — The Fellowship Adventure Group — to split profits 50/50 for the flick.

In legal docs filed by Moore’s celebrity lawyer, Larry Stein, he alleges the Weinsteins used “bogus accounting methods to hide the true amounts due Westside.” Moore also claims the Weinsteins secretly diverted a fortune in profits to themselves.

“Fahrenheit 9/11″ is the top-grossing documentary of all time, pulling in $222 million worldwide.

The lawsuit seeks in excess of $2.7 million.

Lindsay Lohan will not face grand theft felony charges today (07.02.11)

It had been claimed the troubled actress would be charged over the alleged theft of a $2,500 necklace from California-based boutique Kamofie & Company but the District Attorney’s office insist nothing will happen yet.

Spokesperson Jane Robinson said: “Nothing will be filed today.”

However, it is not believed Lindsay, 24, will avoid being charged over the incident, with insiders claiming paperwork will be submitted later this week.

A source told RadarOnline.com: “Charges will be filed against Lindsay this week. There are just some minor housekeeping issues to get ironed out on the case before it’s filed.”

Los Angeles Police Department detectives initially obtained a warrant to search the troubled star’s Venice Beach home last Tuesday (01.02.11) after store owners became concerned about the whereabouts of the necklace.

There is believed to be security camera footage showing the ‘Machete’ star wearing the piece as she left the store.

However, Lindsay – who completed 14 days of a 90-day jail sentence in July 2010 after breaking the terms of probation for her 2007 conviction for driving under the influence (DUI) – has reportedly claimed she borrowed the necklace with the owner’s consent.

Her father Michael Lohan explained: “This has been a very stressful time, none of us need this added stress to our lives. I’m not going to let people continue to distort things: Lindsay never stole a necklace.”

Lindsay was released from a three-month court-ordered rehab stay in early January – her fifth visit to a treatment facility – and is currently on probation until her next court hearing on February 24.

If she is charged over the theft, she could be found in breach of her probation and sent back to jail.

Kelsey Grammer’s motion to have his divorce finalised has been granted

The former ‘Frasier’ actor and estranged wife Camille were not in court in Los Angeles this morning (07.02.11) when a judge told their legal representatives their 14-year marriage can be dissolved once they have agreed a settlement.

The divorce could not be completed today as neither Kelsey, 55, nor Camille, 42, have signed the settlement paperwork.

The pair’s lawyers told the court the completed documents will be submitted by Thursday (10.02.11), with the divorce then expected to be finalised within the next two weeks.

The judge also heard that Kelsey will post a $2 million bond for the next 18 months to protect Camille’s interest in the actor’s pension.

At a hearing last month, Camille – who has argued Kelsey only wanted to divorce so he can marry current partner Kayte Walsh – asked for proceedings to be delayed and though Judge Maren E. Nelson agreed to postpone her decision until today, she said at the time she would be inclined to grant the actor’s request.

In December, Camille – mother of two of Kelsey’s children, Mason, nine, and six-year-old Jude – reportedly rejected a $30 million divorce settlement as it didn’t include alimony or child support for their kids.

Following his split from Camille last July, Kelsey – whose marriage to the ‘Real Housewives’ star was his third – started dating 29-year-old Kayte but in October tragedy struck as she miscarried their first child together.

The actor has repeatedly stated his desire to marry his new partner this month and the pair are even believed to have sent out wedding invitations.

McGriff says the phone has been ringing non-stop since the mix-up. Things have gotten so bad, his family had to change their number!

McGriff tells us, “Maybe it would be cooler if it happened and we got confused with someone whose music we liked. But we don’t like Justin Bieber in my household, so getting calls from his fans isn’t the greatest thing in the world.”

Christina Aguilera has apologised for fluffing her lines while singing the US national anthem at the Super Bowl yesterday (06.02.11)

The ‘Burlesque’ star was given the prestigious task of performing the Star-Spangled Banner to open the proceedings ahead of the NFL showpiece game in Texas but shocked onlookers with her mistake.

Instead of the correct line “O’er the ramparts we watched, were so gallantly streaming?” the 30-year-old singer repeated an earlier line with a slight variation, singing “What so proudly we watched at the twilight’s last gleaming.”

Now Christina has released an apologetic statement saying: “I got so caught up in the moment of the song that I lost my place. I can only hope that everyone could feel my love for this country and that the true spirit of its anthem still came through.”

The singer’s celebrity pals were quick to take to twitter to defend her with Nicole Scherzinger, who attended the game writing : “Xtina just killed it ’sangin’! Sounded amazing here,” and Black Eyed Peas will.i,am saying”Xtina sing’n wonderful (sic).”

Meanwhile, the Black Eyed Peas delighted the crowd with their 10-minute halftime display, playing a number of their biggest hits before being joined by Slash and Usher.

The game – between the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Green Bay Packers – took place in Arlington, Texas, attracting a star-studded audience as well as one of the biggest TV audiences of the year.

Lea Michele doesn’t want to meet her heroes

The ‘Glee’ actress – who plays Rachel Berry in the TV musical drama – admits she has been “embarrassed” by her encounters with some famous faces, so is content with never meeting people she admires.

She said: “I’ve thoroughly embarrassed myself in front of my idols that I have met, so I’m fine with keeping them far away.”

Though Lea doesn’t worry about meeting her heroes, she would love it if Madonna or Justin Timberlake were given guest roles on the programme.

She said: “It would be great if Madonna had a cameo – she would be amazing! I think she could be the health teacher or something. Maybe the sex-education teacher!

“I’m always saying Justin Timberlake would be great too.”

One person who Lea did get to hang out with on the set of the show was Britney Spears, who played herself in an episode last year and the brunette beauty admits she was overwhelmed by their special guest.

She added: “She was amazing. I was a bit star-struck. She was so professional and looked amazing. I had to pinch myself to check that it was actually happening.”

Noel Gallagher provided the “icing” for Miles Kane’s solo album

The 24-year-old singer contacted the ex-Oasis guitarist to provide extra vocals on a track for his forthcoming LP ‘The Colour Of The Trap’ and was delighted when his pal agreed to help.

Miles said: “I texted Noel saying, ‘Do you fancy doing these high harmonies? Icing is all it needs.’ He replied straight away saying, ‘Icing is what I do very well.’ ”

Miles was previously performed with The Rascals and The Last Shadow Puppets and admits going it alone was daunting at first.

He said: “When you’ve been in a band with your best friends like I was, you had your posse around you. But doing this at first was a bit daunting – that whole thing of doing it all, calling the shots.”

The rocker’s Last Shadow Puppets bandmate Alex Turner – who also fronts Arctic Monkeys – likes his pal’s new album, but the pair are competitive in their work.

Miles told GQ magazine: “We are best friends. But I also think there’s a bit of competition. If he writes a great tune, then I want to write a great tune. It’s healthy for both of us.”

The 27-year-old British actress – who had a stammer when she was younger – hates having to speak out in public so doesn’t get upset if she misses out on accolades.

She said: “I don’t have that, ‘I really want to win sort of thing.’ Am I disappointed if I lose? No. Absolutely not. I am almost relieved that I don’t have to go up there and make a speech.”

The ‘Gnomeo and Juliet’ star also admitted she doesn’t necessarily think awards honour the best production or performances because people’s opinions are so subjective.

She added: “The awards thing is tricky to understand because it’s about momentum and a general opinion on what’s been great.

“I don’t know if you can necessarily pin down what is a better performance. It’s subjective – not everyone likes some of the Oscar-winning performances that have been out there.

“Even if you were to win there would be people who’d hate the fact you’d won it.”

The former Spice Girls singer-turned-fashion designer – who has experienced skin problems since being a teenager – is delighted by the change in her appearance since falling pregnant with her fourth child.

A source close to the 36-year-old star – who is due to give birth in the summer – said: “Victoria has tried everything under the sun for her skin, yet nothing has worked as well as getting pregnant with her fourth baby. The hormones really suit her and she’s said this pregnancy has cleared up her spots!

“She has a pretty flush to her cheeks that wasn’t there before. It’s like a natural blusher. The texture of her skin is much smoother and any open pores seem to have closed up. She’s been drinking lots of water and eating fruit like kiwis and strawberries.”

As well as Victoria – who already has three sons, Brooklyn, 11, Romeo, eight, and five-year-old Cruz – being pleased with her skin, soccer star husband David Beckham, 35, thinks she is looking better than ever.

TMZ has learned veteran L.A. County Deputy District Attorney Danette Meyers — one of the toughest prosecutors in the D.A.’s office — has been tapped to prosecute Lindsay Lohan … again.

Meyers prosecuted Lindsay Lohan in her DUI case, so she is no stranger to the actress. But, as TMZ first reported … Lindsay will now face felony grand theft and felonies are Danette Meyers’ specialty.

Meyers has prosecuted cases for two decades and has become a go-to person in a variety of felony trials. She has been named Prosecutor of the Year twice.

After Lindsay violated her probation, Meyers sought jail time for the actress.

Meyers, who is a candidate for L.A. County District Attorney, could not be reached for comment.

David and Victoria Beckham are reportedly expecting a baby girl

The couple – who have three sons, Brooklyn, 11, Romeo, eight, and five-year-old Cruz – are believed to have found out after a 16-week scan the private Rivers Hospital in Hertfordshire, southern England, that they will be adding a healthy baby girl to their brood this summer.

A friend of the pair told The Sun newspaper: “David and Victoria are over the moon. This will be their last child and to be told they are having a girl is the icing on the cake for the Beckham clan.

“Victoria is 36 and David is thinking about life after retirement. For them, with a sister for their boys – who are growing up fast – this is the perfect family. All their dreams have come true. They couldn’t have wished for more.”

Victoria has made no secret of her desire to have a little girl in the past, saying she would love someone to do girly activities with.

She explained: “I can imagine painting her nails, putting on make-up and choosing clothes with her.

“Everyone keeps asking if I’d like a little girl and I think, if I’m lucky enough to have another baby, that would be great.”

Taylor Momsen hates adopting other artists’ style

The Pretty Reckless singer is a big fan of gothic rock but insists the music featured on the group’s album ‘Light Me Up’ comes from her own ideas and inspiration.

She said: “Musically, I grew up among a lot of gothic rock but I don’t like to take on the style of other artists too much, that’s not the point of it. “You know, the record is very much written about my life and what I know, what I feel, what I’ve experienced and all that stuff. It’s a very honest record, I guess.”

Lea Michele finds it “tough” being away from her family when she is shooting ‘Glee’

The actress grew up in New York where all her family and boyfriend, ‘American Idiot’ actor Theo Stockman, live and admits she misses them like crazy when she is in Los Angeles filming the musical TV drama, in which she plays Rachel Berry.

She said: “My family is very, very important to me. My mother is Italian American. She’s a very strong woman – a good role model. My father’s side is Jewish. I’m an only child, but we’re the kind of family where every Sunday night, we have dinner with all 19 of my cousins. I miss home in New York so much. I miss my family, my boyfriend. It’s tough filming the show in Los Angeles. Sometimes that
makes me feel down.”

Although she misses her family, the 24-year-old star admits her parents Edith and Marc often come to visit her and she now has more space for them since she stopped sharing a house with her ‘Glee’ co-star Dianna Agron, who portrays Quinn Fabray.

She added in an interview with Britain’s Glamour magazine: “I used to share a place with Dianna Agron but now I have my own place. I live by myself, although my family is visiting me. I’m not a party animal, I have never been. I like to be at home and cook and catch up on old movies.”

Taylor Lautner has beaten his ‘Twilight’ co-stars Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson in 2010’s Hollywood Top 40 Earners List

Compiled by Vanity Fair magazine, the rankings revealed the 18-year-old actor raked in an estimated $33.5 million for his various movie appearances throughout 2010, making him the ninth-highest earner in Hollywood.

As well as pushing last year’s number nine Robert Downey Jr. into tenth place, Taylor beat both Kristen and Robert – who received $28.5 million and $27.5 million for their respective film roles over the past 12 months – who landed in 13th and 14th places.

Vanity Fair’s contributing editor Peter Newcomb explained: “He’s perhaps the highest-paid teenage star right now. When they first negotiated their contracts, they were getting paid a lot less.

“Then, with the immense success of the film, the agents went back and renegotiated the deal – Lautner’s deal in particular was really bumped up.”

With ‘Avatar‘ director and producer James Cameron securing the top spot in the rankings with an estimated yearly earning of $257 million, Johnny Depp – who raked in $100 million in 2010 – was listed as the highest-earning actor, taking home $40 million for his role as the Mad Hatter in ‘Alice in Wonderland’ alone.

However, despite being pipped to the post by her ‘Twilight’ co-star, Kristen Stewart’s estimated $28.5 million earnings made her the highest-ranking female star in 2010.

Halle Berry claims her baby daddy Gabriel Aubry is a crazed, jealous man who put their child at risk, while he claims she’s the jealous one who flies into rages and is a no-show in the baby’s life … sources tell TMZ.

Halle and Gabriel are locked in what has turned into an epic custody war. Sources tell us … while Gabriel was dating someone last year … he claims Halle would call, screaming and swearing at him in a jealous rage.

Gabriel is claiming … when he went to London and South Africa with Halle and Nahla last August when she was shooting a movie, Halle would sometimes not return for days, when she was supposed to care for the toddler.

Gabriel also claims Halle cares more about dating than parenting.

But our sources say Halle says it’s the opposite — that Gabriel is petty, jealous and irresponsible. But the most serious allegation … we’re told Halle believes Gabriel put Nahla in immediate harm’s way by being inattentive while the child was in his care.

Zsa Zsa Gabor Rushed to Hospital

Zsa Zsa Gabor started spitting up blood moments ago … and she’s being rushed by ambulance to a local hospital … TMZ has learned.

Gabor’s husband Prince Frederic von Anhalt tells TMZ … Zsa Zsa is on her way to UCLA Medical Center.

Anhalt says there was “lots of blood coming out of her mouth” and he’s worried.
