Justin Bieber was hospitalised with breathing difficulties on Wednesday (12.01.11)

The 16-year-old singing sensation was taken to Providence Saint Joseph Medical Center in Burbank, California after suffering an allergic reaction while shooting a guest appearance in US TV drama series ‘CSI’, but was discharged just 50 minutes later.

His representative said: “He is fine. He had a mild allergic reaction while they were wrapping up on the set of ‘CSI.’ His doctor met him at the hospital to make sure everything was OK. He was released within the hour after his doctor declared him fine. He is back on set working. All is well.”

Despite his medical emergency, Justin made no mention of his hospital visit when updating fans about his day on twitter.

He simply posted: “Ok last day on the set as a bada*s. Gonna get deadly today.”

Justin – who has been romantically linked with Selena Gomez – recently admitted he can’t live like a “regular” kid because he can’t afford to take a break when he is tired or ill because of his commitments.

He said: “It’s hard to really balance myself. A regular kid, if he catches the flu, he just gets to go home. But I can’t do that . Everything is important. But, you know, my sanity is important, too. Even if I’m angry, I’ll just put a smile on my face and fake it. I don’t often fake it – what’s me is me. I know I have to give up a lot of myself, or a lot of a private life.”

Taylor Momsen has apologised to her parents for claiming they ruined her childhood

The 17-year-old Pretty Reckless singer has previously said she appeared “miserable” because her parents forced her to work constantly since she was two years old but after they were hurt by her comments she has begun to backtrack.

She told Kerrang: “I love my mom and dad. Maybe I didn’t have the childhood people think you should have, but I still went through the ages. I was still a child. Maybe it wasn’t a conventional one, but you know… I like where I am now, so it’s OK. I think my parents have learned by this point that none of [what they read] is probably true, and words can be put in your mouth.”

The controversial ‘Gossip Girl’ star also admitted she finds fame difficult to deal with, comparing it to high school but on a much larger scale.

She said: “If you think about it like high school or college then you’ve got your circle of friends – my band [guitarist Ben Phillips, bassist Mark Damon and drummer Jamie Perkins] are my friends – then outside of that there’s going to be people that don’t like you, there’s going to be people that talk about you, and there’s going to be people that go ‘Wow! Look how big her shoes are!’ no matter where you are.

“This is just high school on a massive, massive scale. So I ignore what people say and focus on my music and doing what I do.”

Kim Kardashian is having “a lot of fun” with Kris Humphries

The sexy socialite – who split from Dallas Cowboys football player Miles Austin in September – started dating the New Jersey Nets basketball star last December when she was filming her new reality show ‘Kourtney and Kim Take New York’ but said there are no plans for him to appear on screen with her.

Kim explained: “I met him towards the end of filming the show. I’m having a lot of fun [with him].”

While viewers won’t get the chance to see Kim’s new relationship developing onscreen, the star – who has also dated football player Reggie Bush and been linked to soccer player Christiano Ronaldo and rapper Kanye West – she has promised a new insight into her dating life.

She told People: “I’m showing a lot of my dating life, which I’ve never really done before. I mean you’ve seen bits and pieces of my relationships before, but you’ve never really seen me being single and doing whatever I want to do.”

Although Kim, 30, admitted “it’s always hard when you’re dating on camera,” she isn’t worried it will affect her chance of finding love.

Golden Globes Sued for Fraud

The Hollywood Foreign Press Association has just been slapped with a lawsuit — days before the Golden Globes — by a public relations firm that is claiming they were lied to and given the boot after 17 years of hard work.

Cinepoint Productions claims it did publicity work for the Association for 17 years, taking the Golden Globes from irrelevance to prominence.

In fact, Cinepoint claims they did such a good job, the Globes were able to lock in a $26 million annual deal with NBC beginning in 2012 … up from their previous deal, worth just $12 mil-a-year.

Cinepoint claims in the suit — filed today in L.A. County Superior Court — it was promised when its contract with the Association expired in 2009 it would be renewed, and Cinepoint did a lot of hard work relying on the promise … a promise it says was not honored.

Of course, it’s Hollywood, and Cinepoint was unceremoniously kicked to the curb — the contract was not renewed.

Cinepoint is suing for the fees it would have earned, $2 million, plus punitive damages.

Calls to the HFPA have not been returned.

Charlie Sheen’s Vegas hotel room was an orgy of booze and women — complete with “big booby blonde girls fighting for his attention” … this according to a source who viewed the debauchery with her own eyes.

TMZ spoke to someone who made it into Sheen’s penthouse suite at The Palms Hotel on Sunday … who tells us, “It looked like porn star auditions … the girls were all over him and he just sat back and took it all in.”

As we previously reported, Sheen had been hanging out with porn queen Bree Olson … who invited Bombshell McGee and BM’s friend Lindsay Sinai (tatted, right), to come party in the suite. Apparently, they weren’t the only ladies who got the invite …

Our source tells us Charlie “loved the attention” … and seemed like he was “in his environment.”

The “Two and a Half Men” star caught a flight home the next day — despite an ear infection — and returned to work this week.

Ex “Jersey Shore” Star Angelina Releasing 2nd Single Jan. 29!

Former “Jersey Shore” cast member Angelina Pivarnick is taking another stab at a music career: She’s releasing a new song, “Going Out Tonight,” on January 29–and she’s planning to release an entire album, she tells TooFab exclusively.

The release of this new track follows the November release of her song “I’m Hot,” which was widely ridiculed by fans, as well as the show’s cast.

“The new song ‘Going Out Tonight’ is coming out January 29,” Pivarnick tells TooFab. “It was going to be January 11, but we had to push back the date because it wasn’t done yet.”

And Pivarnick wants to stop the haters in their tracks now, telling TooFab it’s better than her previous single.

“It actually is a really good club song,” she says. “To be honest with you, it’s really good. ‘I’m Hot’ was not even nearly as good as this song. This song is definitely something you can hear in the club. And it’s me singing, not just rapping. As a matter of fact, I’m singing in it all the way. I’m not even rapping in it all.”

And is she really planning to release an album? “Um, yeah! 100 per cent!”

But the Pivarnick is setting her sights beyond the music world. “I have my music career which I’m really focusing on heavily. But I have TNA [Wrestling] that I’m going to be doing. I have another show I’m going to be doing. I have some commercials that are coming up, and I actually got cast for a movie role!”

As for details about the film gig, she tells TooFab, “I can’t say the title yet because I’m not allowed, but there’s definitely celebrities in the movie.”

As for her detractors? “The haters make me smile. The haters are just motivation for me to keep going.”

Alleged Lindsay Victim to Cops: How Dare You!

The lawyer for the former Betty Ford worker who was allegedly attacked by Lindsay Lohan has fired off a letter of outrage to the Riverside County District Attorney, after authorities secretly went to the worker’s home this morning to grill her over the incident.

Members of the D.A.’s office went to Dawn Holland’s home this AM to get a statement from her about the incident, even though her lawyer, Keith Davidson has repeatedly told authorities she wanted no part of it.

In the letter, Davidson says he wrote cops a letter last month and had a follow up conversation stating that Holland “does not desire prosecution of Ms. Lohan and that any communication with Ms. Holland is to go through my office.”

Davidson is indignant authorities went to Holland’s home without even giving him the heads up, calling it “a blatant attempt to stomp on the 6th Amendment [right to counsel].”

Camille to Kelsey: You’re Not Divorcing Me Yet!

Camille Grammer just fired off a legal response asking the judge to reject Kelsey Grammer’s request to get a quickie divorce — and estimates the estate’s value at $120 million … TMZ has learned.

Camille says in her declaration, Kelsey is trying to bifurcate the divorce (get a quick decree now and work out the property settlement later) “…solely for the reason that he intends to remarry as soon as possible.”

Camille continues, “I don’t believe this is a sufficient reason to prejudice my rights to the community estate.”

In the docs, Camille also lists their assests — including “multiple real estate properties” and more than 25 vehicles.

The rest of the declaration gets pretty technical, but the bottom line is this … it looks like Camille’s lawyers believe Kelsey’s papers don’t square with the legal requirements for a quick divorce decree.

Etta James has leukemia

The legendary ‘At Last‘ singer – who is also suffering from dementia – is reportedly so ill her husband of 41 years Artis Mills has filed a court order to take control of more than $1 million of her money.

In documents filed at a California court he has claimed his wife is unable to manage her finances due to her condition. Dr. Elaine James, who is no relation, added in the court documents that the singer cannot sign her name and she needs help with feeding, dressing and hygiene.

According to the Riverside Press Enterprise he said in court documents his wife expressed that “if she ever became disabled, she did not wish to be placed in an institutional nursing facility as long as they had the money to keep her at home”.

However Artis faces objections from son Donto James, who along with his brother Sametto James and wife Christy was given power of attorney by the singer in 2008.

Donto’s court filing says he is happy to release the money to cover the costs of his mother’s medical treatment, but he would prefer for a third party to be placed in charge “to avoid present and future family conflict and discrepancies”.

A hearing at a Riverside County court in California is scheduled for Friday.

UFC Champ Cain Velasquez — Surgery Underway

UFC heavyweight champ Cain Velasquez – the man who defeated Brock Lesnar — is currently undergoing surgery to repair his damaged shoulder … TMZ has learned.

UFC kingpin Dana White confirms … Cain is at a Las Vegas hospital, where doctors are performing arthroscopic surgery on his right shoulder to repair a partially torn rotator cuff.

We’re told Cain isn’t sure exactly when the injury occurred … but it may have happened during the Lesnar fight back in October.

No word on when Cain is expected to return to fighting shape.

A.J. McLean in Rehab

A.J. McLean from the Backstreet Boys has gone into rehab again … TMZ has learned.

One source tells TMZ McLean has been “out of control” in the last few months because of substance abuse, and it was interfering with the Backstreet Boys’ upcoming tour with New Kids on the Block.

McLean has battled addiction for years. He was in rehab in both 2001 and 2002 for alcohol and cocaine abuse.

MJ Pushed Dr. To Improperly Give Son Anesthesia

TMZ has learned … Michael Jackson subjected one of his children to the same risky medical treatment that eventually killed him.

Sources tell TMZ … Michael cajoled a Las Vegas dentist into performing a procedure on Blanket in July, 2008, that involved putting the boy under anesthesia for 2 hours in a dental office that did not have the necessary permit for anesthesia.

TMZ has obtained internal documents from the Nevada Board of Dental Examiners, which detail Michael Jackson’s interactions with Dr. Mark Tadrissi. According to the documents, Tadrissi told Michael he couldn’t perform the procedure on Blanket because he lacked the permit.

According to the Board’s investigator, Michael didn’t want to hear about permits and told the doctor, “Have an anesthesiologist do whatever type of sedation required.”

Tadrissi capitulated and performed the 2 hour procedure on Blanket … who was 6 years old at the time. An anesthesiologist had Blanket sedated the entire time.

Now here’s where it gets mysterious. The Board — which learned of Tadrissi’s actions after Michael died — initiated a disciplinary action against Tadrissi for allowing Blanket to be anesthetized in his office. The Board also went after Dr. Tadrissi for allowing Michael to receive Propofol in his office, without the proper permit.

Dr. Tadrissi struck a deal with the Board in 2010 in which he was sanctioned. In a draft of the report, the Board based the sanctions on his treatment of both Blanket and Michael. But in the final version of the report Blanket was taken completely out — there is no mention of the boy or his treatment.

One source connected with the investigation tells TMZ … pressure was put on the Board to omit Blanket from the report, and when the final version was issued, the discipline was based solely on Michael’s treatment.

Johnny Depp had to be rescued from Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie’s dog

The 47-year-old actor – who starred with the actress in ‘The Tourist‘ – is not a fan of canines, but agreed to watch the pooch so the couple could go on a romantic date, but soon regretted his kind gesture.

He recalled: “Foolishly I was persuaded to look after their dog Jacques for a night. He’s a huge bulldog. At first I had a terrible feeling, because Jacques smelt horrible.

“But then I told myself, ‘Come on, you will survive one night’. Everything was cool – until I sat down on the bed to take my shoes off. Jacques pounced on me from behind and kept jumping around on me.

“He’s not small. Around 175lbs of dog was hurled at me, which felt like about 300lbs. I shouted for help and luckily someone came to take that beast off me.”

Despite the incident, Johnny did not let it affect his relationship with the couple – who raise six children together – and he and long-term partner Vanessa Paradis, 38, enjoyed being able to socialise with them after filming ended for the day.

He told German magazine TV Movie: “We often went for dinner with them. It was great. I’ve known Brad since the end of the Eighties. It was great to see him as a man and amazing father.”

The ‘Atonement’ actress and actor Rupert Friend decided to call time on their five-year romance just after Christmas and although they are both devastated, the decision to break up was mutual.

Keira’s father Will Knightley told The Sun newspaper: “Yes, they have broken up. But that’s the way things go, unfortunately. I’ve spoken to her recently. The only option is to get on with things.

“They were together for quite a long time and it is always hard breaking up. She’s focused on her work.”

Keira, 25, met 29-year-old Rupert on the set of 2005 movie ‘Pride and Prejudice‘ but sources claim Rupert started to find it difficult as his girlfriend became more famous and successful.

A friend said: “Rupert hates the idea of being followed or photographed. Keira partially had to accept it because of her rising profile.

“It affected the harmony in the relationship. The pressure on such private people took its toll and both decided they should go their separate ways. They will remain life-long friends.”

In 2009, Keira hinted her relationship with Rupert was on the rocks as she starred in the West End show ‘The Misanthrope‘ where she portrayed 22-year-old movie star Jennifer.

The ‘Love Story’ hitmaker – who dated Jake from October to December last year – was reportedly dumped by the ‘Love & Other Drugs’ actor by telephone, leaving her “upset and hurt” and unable to eat.

A source who saw the singer at the People’s Choice Awards on January 5, said: “She was not her usual bubbly, over-animated self.

“She didn’t eat anything seemed very sad and definitely wasn’t having a good time.”

Another friend added the phone call-ending was what left the 21-year-old singer the most angry, and told US Weekly: “Taylor is really upset and hurt. She doesn’t know what she did for him to just put a stop to it. She feels really burned by him.”

Reports have claimed 30 year old Jake was “uncomfortable” with the nine year age-gap between him and Taylor, leading to him calling time on the romance.

A source said: “Jake reached out to her and started all of this, but now he’s not acting as interested. He said he wasn’t feeling it anymore and was uncomfortable with all the attention they got.

“He also said he could feel the age difference. Taylor is really upset. We told her not to move so fast with this but she didn’t listen. Jake cares about her, but the publicity was a lot for him. He wants to keep his private life private, and that’s hard to do dating Taylor.”

Palm Desert PD has been pushing to get Lindsay’s probation violated over the BFC incident.

Ed Furlong — I’m Broke

Ed Furlong — who was arrested yesterday for violating a domestic restraining order — has more domestic problems — he’s behind in child support, and he’s broke.

TMZ was in family court this AM, when Ed told the judge, “I’m out of money. I’m completely broke.”

Pretty amazing, since Ed is starring in the upcoming movie “The Green Hornet.”

Ed, who is one month behind in child support, said he has to pay 10% to his lawyer, 10% to his publicist and, 10% to his business manager, and it all just dwindles away.

Ed, who appeared without a lawyer, says the judge never took these expenses into account when ordering the child support payments. His ex, Rachael Kneeland, wants child support and spousal support increased.

The judge didn’t decide whether to modify the support agreement. And the judge didn’t handle the alleged restraining order violation. As TMZ first reported, Furlong was taken into custody yesterday, after allegedly violating a restraining order by getting too close to Kneeland.

Hacked Selena Gomez Twitter Attacks Justin Bieber

In response to the hysteria of Bieber fever and fans attacking Justin Bieber’s girlfriend, Selena Gomez, an anonymous hacker decided to jump into the fun and provoke the stars’ frantic Twitter fans. On Wednesday, a hacker called Pkinj0r-aka-Prokill hacked into Gomez’s Twitter and Facebook accounts, launching attacks at Justin Bieber and his fans.

“Oh yeh, JUSTIN BIEBER SUCKS!!!!!!” the hacker tweeted through Gomez’s account.

After the account was briefly taken hostage at around 10:30AM EST, the hacker posted an attack at a Bieber fan, then claimed property over the hacking job by posting a video to YouTube, cataloging the hacking of Gomez’s Facebook account.

Kourtney Kardashian hates being away from her son

The 31-year-old star – who has 13-month-old Mason with partner Scott Disick – admits she feels guilty if she has to go anywhere without the youngster, and says it feels unnatural to be apart from him.

She said: “Unless I’m working, I can’t be away from him without feeling guilty. It doesn’t feel good or natural to be, so it’s a struggle.

“I don’t want to judge, but I’ve also met women who think it’s cool to be out or away from their baby, and I don’t get that. Every time I’m not working, he’s with me. Even on an airplane, he is with me even if the nanny is also on the plane. Any time I can have with him, I am lucky to have.”

Kourtney and Scott are so settled into parenthood, they have even stopped enjoying having date nights together because they miss Mason so much.

Kourtney told the February edition of Parenting magazine: “My friends keep saying, ‘You and Scott should go out and eat or do something.’ Recently my sister Kim watched Mason so we could go to dinner. It took so long—actually, it probably didn’t take so long, but to us it felt like it took long—we were like, ‘Should we just get pizza and go home?’

Michael Douglas hasn’t forgiven the doctors who failed to spot his throat cancer

Although the ‘Wall Street’ actor is confident he has beaten the disease after the tumour has been successfully removed following six months of treatment, is still angry the illness wasn’t diagnosed sooner.

Speaking about when he first became ill at the beginning of last year, Michael said: “I went and saw a round of doctors in January-February and they didn’t pick up anything. They gave me some antibiotics and then I went and saw a round of doctors again in May and still nothing. Then my tongue started bothering me and by the time I took off for the summer and came back in August, I told my doctor ‘Hey, something’s going on.’ ”

The 66-year-old star – who has children Dylan, 10, and seven-year-old Carys with wife Catherine Zeta-Jones, as well as 32-year-old Cameron from a previous marriage – says he then went to see a specialist in August, who noticed a growth under his tongue and a biopsy confirmed the tumour was cancerous.

However, by the time it was discovered, the cancer had already progressed to stage four.

He told US TV show ‘Access Hollywood’: “I understand it’s a very difficult cancer tumour to find. It was under the tongue and it’s unusual, but I’m still doing my homework on it. I would say I have not forgiven…stage two would have been nicer than stage four.”
