Capri Anderson — the porn star who locked herself in Charlie Sheen’s hotel bathroom — surfaced in Los Angeles yesterday … and was grilled like a cheeseburger over Sheen’s missing $150k watch.

Thing #1 — it’s not our camera guy … and not the way we’d ask the questions — the dude hits Capri pretty hard about everything that went down in New York last week.

Anderson was leaving an L.A. restaurant with radio personality Sam Phillips … who told the photog Capri’s only comment was “no comment.”

She was confirmed in Issue 420 of the Doctor Who Magazine to be appearing in the 2011 series. Gillan had appeared in Doctor Who once before in the episode “The Fires of Pompeii” in the role of a Soothsayer.

Kat Von D Loses War Over Jesse James Footage

Kat Von D put up one hell of a fight – but TMZ has learned producers behind “L.A. Ink” have decided to include footage of Jesse James in the season finale, despite Kat’s demand to cut him from the show.

Sources connected to the TLC reality show tell us … “Ink” execs felt they would be “sacrificing the integrity of the show” by ignoring Kat’s headline-making relationship and break-up from James in tonight’s season finale.

As we previously reported, Kat flipped out a few weeks ago when she saw a preview of the finale — which featured the relationship — and demanded producers either pull the footage, or she would refuse to participate in future production.

Kat lost that battle — but she did score ONE victory .. we’re told producers did agree to cut some controversial footage showing Kat bad-mouthing another one of her exes, Nikki Sixx.

Gary Collins Arrest Warrant for Hit-and-Run

Gary Collins — a former host of the Miss America pageant and “Hour Magazine” — was allegedly involved in yet another alcohol-related car accident — and now he’s under investigation for hit-and-run … TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources in Jackson, Mississippi tell us cops are getting a warrant for Gary’s arrest, following an accident last night in which he allegedly struck another car, injuring a woman and her child.

We’re told the woman told cops Gary — who was going around 40 MPH — got out of his car “clearly intoxicated,” threw his hands up in the air and asked, “What are we waiting for?” The woman said the cops were on the way, but Gary then beat a hasty retreat.

Gary has had driving issues before. He’s been arrested three times for DUI over the last 10 years. He beat the rap once and was convicted twice.

In the most serious case, a man died after Gary was driving drunk in 2007. Cops determined the accident was not Gary’s fault, but he pled no contest and served 4 days in jail.

But the most bizarre … Gary pled no contest after driving a motor home with a .29 blood alcohol level.

Calls to Gary’s reps have not been returned.

Cirque Du Soleil — Michael Jackson Immortalized

Cirque Du Soleil is unveiling the images that will drive what could be the biggest show under the big top ever — driven by Michael Jackson’s music … and TMZ got hold of the image that will drive the production.

The world tour is a partnership between the MJ Estate and Cirque — each sharing 50% of the profits. It will kick off in the Fall of next year in Canada, and work its way south to the US of A.

The show will end up with a permanent home at an MGM Mirage hotel in Las Vegas — probably in late 2012.

This project — unlike some others — got the thumbs up from Katherine Jackson.

Rick Fox has become the seventh contestant to be eliminated from ‘Dancing With The Stars’

The retired basketball player and his professional partner Cheryl Burke were eliminated last night (02.11.10) despite gaining 24 points, their highest score in the competition for their quickstep on Monday’s (01.11.10) special 200th episode.

A visibly disappointed Rick said: “We were the couple going home. It’s a lot of work put in; you don’t visualise going home, you visualise being here every week. But it’s now something that both Cheryl and I are processing for the first time.

“Not having to go to the studio to rehearse tomorrow? That’s a hard pill to swallow.”

Despite his elimination, Rick admitted he had loved the experience saying it changed his life.

He explained: “It’s been a transformational journey for me, it’s been amazing. My relationship has transformed with my girlfriend and my daughter.”

Elsewhere, poorly-performing couples Bristol Palin and Mark Ballas, and Kurt Warner and partner Anna Trebunskaya were saved for yet another week, kept afloat by viewer votes – which are combined with the judges’ scores to produce the final results.

Bristol said: “I’m relieved and shocked. Can’t believe we made it to another week, but I’m thankful for the fans that voted for us.”

The results show featured musical performances by country music star Taylor Swift and singer Rod Stewart.

The eighth round of `Dancing With The Stars’ will take place next Monday (08.11.10).

Katy Perry and Gemma Arterton were among those honoured at the Cosmopolitan Ultimate Women Of The Year Awards 2010

The ‘Firework’ singer was named Ultimate International Music Star, while Gemma was given the Ultimate Film Actress accolade at the ceremony at London’s Banqueting House in Whitehall.

Though the ceremony recognises the achievements of women, two men were also honoured.

‘Glee’ star Mark Salling was named Ultimate Hottie, while rapper Dizzee Rascal received the coveted Ultimate Man of the Year honour.

Speaking at the event, Dizzee said: “There’s a lot of hotties here, Kelly Brook told me she was single, there’s a lot going on!”

The ‘Dance Wiv Me’ rapper has earlier posed on the red carpet with ‘Piranha 3D’ actress, who also praised Dizzee for his dapper appearance.

She said: “He does look good. He’s very handsome too and very sweet and charming.”

Plus-sized model Crystal Renn was named Ultimate Catwalk Queen, while ‘Mad Men’ actress Christina Hendricks was named Ultimate US TV Actress.

Taking home the Ultimate UK TV Actress gong was ‘Doctor Who’ star Karen Gillan, while ‘Bad Boys’ singer Alexandra Burke won Ultimate UK Music Star.

Girls Aloud star Nicola Roberts took home the Ultimate Fashionista title, and was joined at the star-studded ceremony by her bandmate Kimberley Walsh, who was one of the judges who selected the non=celebrity winners.

She was joined on the panel by Cosmopolitan’s agony aunt, Irma Kurtz, businesswoman and TV star Karren Brady, radio presenter Reggie Yates and former Spice Girls singer Mel B.

Cosmopolitan’s Editor Louise Court – who headed the group of judges – said: “I have been honoured to once again celebrate the achievements of such deserving people. The women that have been recognised tonight are truly inspirational and all embody the ‘fun and fearless’ spirit of the magazine.”

Lady Gaga believes she is being haunted by an “annoying” ghost named Ryan

The ‘Bad Romance’ hitmaker thinks she is being followed everywhere she tours across the world by the spectre, who has “terrified” her with his constant presence.

A member of her touring crew told the Daily Star newspaper: “She’s been telling us all for months that she has a male spirit called Ryan who travels the world with her.

“She’s pretty terrified by this spirit, but more than anything he’s annoying her as he won’t leave her alone.

“He’s hasn’t been doing anything too violent or scary but she’s freaked out by his presence. She’s a very spiritual person and in tune with the spiritual world but this is a step too far, even for her.”

Although little is known about Ryan the ghost, or why he has chosen to haunt Gaga, she has held a seance while in Ireland for her ‘Monster Ball Tour’ over the weekend, in an attempt to get through and see him off.

The source added: “She contacted a spirit medium and organised a seance so she could communicate with him and tell him to go away.

“She gathered all her friends over the weekend in Belfast, Ireland, and held the seance to find out what he wants. She’s convinced she picked this up as a bad omen.

“Although most of her friends were sceptical they agreed to take part.”

It has previously been revealed that Gaga, 24, has spent thousands of dollars on ghostbusters and splashed out $47,000 on state of the art Electro Magnetic Field meters to detect spectres.

A source previously revealed: “She believes in paranormal activity and won’t take any risks when she is on the road. It’s important to her to be safe from spirits.”

Mel Gibson’s Deposition and the Phantom Fist

Oksana Grigorieva’s lawyer accused Mel Gibson during his deposition Monday of clenching his fist … but the judge ruled there was absolutely no proof it happened.

Here’s what we know. The deposition got so contentious and loud among the lawyers … people in the office building heard the noise. Sources say at one point, Oksana’s lawyer, Daniel Horowitz, accused Mel of winking at him – a comment the judge promptly struck from the record.

Horowitz then said on the record … he believed Mel clenched his left fist. Again, the judge struck the comment from the record.

What’s interesting … the proof is in the video, which was rolling during the whole depo. But as far as we know, there’s no evidence Mel clenched it.

And speaking of video …we got some of Oksana yesterday … and she claims she maintained her cool during the depo.

New Michael Jackson Tracks — Real or Phony?

Two of Michael Jackson’s children are adamant — some of the soon-to-be released MJ song tracks are frauds.

As we have been reporting, Sony will be releasing a Michael Jackson album before Christmas, featuring 10 – 12 original tracks. We’re told 5 of the tracks were recorded at the New Jersey home of record producer Eddie Cascio.

Michael and his kids stayed at Cascio’s family home for 4 months in 2007, when the tracks were recorded, along with remixes that were released on the Thriller 25 Album.

The Jackson family believes the Cassio tracks in question were fakes — sung by a Michael Jackson sound-alike. We’re told Prince says he was upstairs at the Cascio’s house when many of the tracks were recorded and was able to hear the music, and none of what he heard matches the Sony tracks.

We’re also told Paris is “adamant” — she does not believe her dad’s voice is on the tracks in question.

But the estate claims there are sound experts who say conclusively the tracks are the real deal.

People connected with the Sony project believe the kids are being “manipulated” by Katherine Jackson and other family members who don’t want the album released.

Charlie Sheen is acknowledging he has a substance abuse problem, and he’s hired a sober coach to hang with him … TMZ has learned.

Well-placed sources connected with “Two and a Half Men” tell us … the sober coach is living at Charlie’s house and accompanying him to work.

Charlie has spent time with sober coaches in the past, with mixed success.

Levi Johnston: I Finally Have a Platform!!!

Mayoral candidate Levi Johnston has finally developed a platform for his political campaign — and it doesn’t just involve crapping all over Sarah Palin.

Johnston — who’s running for Mayor of Wasilla, Alaska in 2011 — was called out on “The View” last month for not having a platform … but now, Levi claims he’s locked and loaded with a political agenda.

Levi’s rep tells us Levi will focus on, “better schools, less crime and more jobs for citizens of Wasilla and neighboring Palmer.”

As for how he plans to accomplish these goals … we’re told Levi has been pounding the pavement and talking to citizens in order to understand how he can better serve the community.

In the meantime, we’re told Levi is still working on scoring his high school diploma.

Jennifer Aniston loves “the feeling of having butterflies” in her stomach which comes with falling in love

The former ‘Friends’ actress – who has in recent years had a string of unsuccessful relationships with several famous men, including actor Vice Vaughn and musician John Mayer – admits the initial feeling of falling for someone is still her favourite thing, and she hasn’t given up on finding the right man.

She said: “I love the feeling of having butterflies in my stomach. Love is the greatest challenge for all of us. You can’t control love, you don’t even choose it. On the contrary, I think love chooses you, you need to be open to love. I am, I think it should be spontaneous.”

The 41-year-old actress insists she isn’t affected by media speculation about her love life, and insists she actually enjoys reading rumours about herself in magazines.

She added in an interview in Britain’s OK! magazine: “I love reading about what my love life is like! I’ve been dealing with speculation about virtually every aspect of my personal life for years. I’ve grown indifferent to all stories. So much gets written that it begins to turn off the public and people stop believing all the c**p.”

Jennifer does her best to live “as quietly” as she can, and credits yoga with helping her “both physically and emotionally”.

But Tila is most pissed that Garry is insisting he and Tila had dated in the past — because in new legal docs Tila filed today in L.A. County Superior Court, she clearly states, “[Garry] is not an ex-boyfriend.”

Tila is now suing Garry for defamation — and breaching a confidentiality agreement Sun signed when he began to work for her back in May.

Tila is asking for unspecified damages.

Levi Johnston: Palin Not Qualified for Presidency

Levi Johnston is once again going after his baby mama’s mama – telling TMZ he believes Sarah Palin is “not qualified” to be the next President of the United States of America.

Levi — who’s plotting his own quest for public office in Wasilla, Alaska — is responding to a statement Palin made earlier this week in which she said she would run for Prez, “If there’s nobody else to do it.”

Johnston tells us, “That makes no sense because someone always runs for President” … adding, “[Sarah] wouldn’t go through with a campaign even if she was nominated.”

As for Johnston’s political stance — we’re told Levi’s “leaning towards McAdams” … the Democratic candidate for Senate in Alaska … who’s running against Palin-backed Republican Joe Miller.

So much for a re-reconciliation with Bristol …

Brooke Mueller — Charlie Sheen Betrayed Me!

Brooke Mueller feels utterly betrayed by Charlie Sheen, according to her lawyer, Sorrell Trope.

Trope tells TMZ … when Brooke and Charlie signed a property settlement agreement back in May … they agreed to wait a full year before officially filing for divorce. Trope says Brooke made the agreement because “she didn’t want to make trouble for Charlie,” who was in the throws of a trial for allegedly assaulting Brooke in Aspen.

Trope says, “Charlie humiliated Brooke,” by blindsiding her yesterday — filing legal papers without giving her the heads up. And, Trope says, it’s especially hurtful because Brooke had been supportive of Charlie last week during his most recent trouble.

Trope notes that in Charlie’s divorce papers, he suggests the couple’s two kids have been living with him. Trope says it’s not true — the kids have been living with Brooke.

George Maloof Charged in DUI Bust

George Maloof just got charged with five counts for his DUI arrest last month in Las Vegas … TMZ has learned.

Maloof — owner of the Palms Casino Resort and co-owner of the Sacramento Kings — is now officially charged with DUI, speeding, improper turn, driving without a valid license, and operating a vehicle without security.

Back on October 9, Maloof was doing 72 in a 45 MPH zone — and lost control while making a left turn … according to the police report.

Cops also say Maloof admitted he was on Ambien and had consumed 4 Coronas.

Meghan is Dallas wedding planner Meghan Jones, and according to Us Weekly, the two met less than two months ago and enjoy traveling together.

Cops Nail Barry Bonds in World Series Aftermath

While the San Francisco Giants were celebrating their first World Series victory in half a century — former Giants slugger Barry Bonds was striking out with Johnny Law … in West Hollywood.

TMZ has learned Bonds was pulled over in his Silver Lexus last night around 10:00 PM — and cited for talking on his cell phone while driving … a violation that will set him back roughly $125.

We’re told Bonds was totally cool with the cops — and went along his merry way without further incident.

The issues that Disney superstar Demi Lovato is hoping to tackle in her treatment center all stem from a painful history of being bullied … sources extremely close to the singer tell TMZ.

We’re told Demi’s issues with bullies go all the way back to middle school — where she felt her acting career made her a target. Our sources say Demi subsequently engaged in self-destructive behavior that is a manifestation of being bullied.

In fact — back in 2008, Demi told Ellen DeGeneres that she was bullied so badly in 7th grade, she pulled out of her middle school and switched to a home school program.

As we previously reported, Lovato just quit her international concert tour with the Jonas Brothers … and admitted herself into a treatment center for “emotional and physical issues.

Christina Aguilera had to work this Halloween weekend — performing a one hour show at a private party for a really rich guy — but TMZ has learned the singer raked in roughly $1,000,000 for the gig.

The guy behind the party is mega-loaded investment guru Charles Brandes — who throws an annual super expensive Halloween bash at his San Diego estate.

We’re told Brandes locked in Aguilera to perform this past Saturday night between 7:30 and 8:30 pm — at a rate of $16,666 per minute … plus hair, makeup, travel and other related costs.

Sources connected to the event insist Brandes didn’t pay Christina a dime over $500,000 — but several well-connected sources in Aguilera’s camp are standing firm on the million dollar mark.

Either way … SICK PAY for 60 minutes of “work.”

Charlie Sheen — Back at ‘Two and a Half Men’

Charlie Sheen is back on the set of “Two and a Half Men,” and a bigwig associated with the production says, “What’s shocking is how normal everything is.”

Charlie arrived at the Warner Bros. lot at 10 AM PT today, and when he showed up on the set there were “lots of fist pumps and hugs.” But we’re told no one addressed his wild night in NYC last week, nor the divorce he filed against wife Brooke Mueller yesterday.

Charlie just began rehearsing and on the surface it looked like an ordinary day.
