Lil Wayne — Banned from Booze for 3 Years

Lil Wayne is not allowed to consume one single drop of alcohol for the next three years of his life — this according to probation documents obtained by TMZ.

The documents — which Wayne signed earlier today — clearly state that Wayne “may not consume or drink any substance containing alcohol” as long as he’s on probation … for the next 36 months.

Lil Wayne in Arizona — Ready for Probation

Lil Wayne has touched down in Yuma, Arizona — and is en route to the local probation department to begin his three year sentence stemming from a drug-filled tour bus incident from 2008.

Wayne has been ordered to three years of unsupervised probation and 360 hours of community service — which he will perform in Miami, where he resides.

As we previously reported, Wayne was arrested in 2008 after his tour bus was stopped at a U.S. Border Patrol checkpoint near Yuma — and authorities claim they found cocaine, ecstasy and a handgun on board.

Weezy pled guilty to one count of felony possession of a dangerous drug -- while the other drug charges and the gun charge were all thrown out.

If Weezy’s a good boy — Yuma officials will drop the felony to a misdemeanor, which could benefit the rapper in the event that he’s arrested in the future. It could also help on a job application.

Uncle: Demi Works Really Hard

As singer Demi Lovato seeks treatment for “emotional and physical issues,” her uncle Francisco Lovato exclusively tells TooFab, he saw signs of exhaustion in his niece when he met up with her at a concert last summer.

Of Demi’s admission to a treatment facility, Francisco, who used to promote concerts, tells TooFab, “I personally think it has a lot to do with pushing these kids.”

And Francisco recounted to TooFab meeting up with her at one of her gigs. “I saw Demi in August, I went to one of her concerts with The Jonas Brothers outside of Sacramento, and she totally rocked it out, and did a great show, there was great energy,” he tells TooFab. “She was in good spirits it seemed, but I made a small comment, and the one thing I said to her was ‘Demi, you’re working hard, and I know people love your talent, and you’re busting it out,’ but then she turned around and looked at me with a major look of seriousness, and she said to me, ‘Look, I work really hard.’ She had this look of exhaustion. She really gave me the look of like, ‘I work really hard.”

And Francisco adds, “I spoke to [Demi's mom] Diana a year ago and at the time, she said, ‘I’m trying to get her two days off in a row, because she’s having to work day in and day out.”

Concludes Francisco, “I’d like her to chill out for a little.”

Lil Wayne’s Strip Club Party — 48 Bottles Deep

Lil Wayne already has 48 bottles of really expensive champagne — PAID FOR and ready to go — when he arrives for his prison release party at a Miami strip club this weekend.

It’s all going down at a joint called King of Diamonds – a 50,000 square foot mega strip club that’s equipped with a shoe shine station, massage parlor, basketball court and “fine dining.”

We’re told Wayne and his posse already purchased dozens of bottles of PJ Rose Perrier-Jouët champagne at $700 a pop.

But sources inside the club tell us several fans have also purchased bottles for the rap star (bringing the total count to 48) — and those people, along with anyone else who wants to gift Wayne some bubbly — will be allowed to meet him at the party to let him know about the offering.

Wayne is expected to be joined by Drake, Nicki Minaj and Baby– and we’re told the club has already stocked up on heavy security to make sure things don’t get out of control.

We’re no meteorologists … but we’re guessin’ it’s gonna be raining like crazy inside the club that night.

“Jerseylicious” Star Nabs New Boyfriend

“Jerseylicious” star Tracy DiMarco has got herself a new boyfriend — and it’s causing some serious tension with her ex.

TooFab has learned DiMarco, who was seen dating Lorenzo Gangala on the Style Network show, has moved on — and is now seeing a 23-year-old NYC bartender named Jonathon Padilla. We’re told it’s “starting to get serious.”

The problem: Lorenzo isn’t a fan of her new beau and the relationship has led to fights between the two men.

DiMarco tells TooFab “Jonathon is very supportive and accepting of my career, unlike with my ex where he was always trying to bring me down… It is a small world in Jersey and Johnathon and Lorenzo have run into each other numerous times and end up fighting over me, which I think is pointless because clearly I’m happy now and it’s time for Lorenzo to move on.”

Tracy adds “things couldn’t be any better” with Jonathon.

Miley Cyrus — Bilingual Underage Drinking … Sorta

With her parents in the middle of a divorce, underage Disney pop princess Miley Cyrus, 17, threw back a Corona cerveza at a club in Madrid, Spain last night … where the legal drinking age is technically 18 — but there’s a catch.

TMZ contacted several Spanish authorities who each confirmed the law … and then made it clear that underage drinking is simply no big deal in their country.

One police officer told us … people as young as 16 are cool to consume “certain” beverages in Madrid — but the cop refused to explain what those beverages are.

Kendra Wilkinson claims living apart from her husband is a “blessing”

The former Playboy Playmate recently moved back to Los Angeles with 11-month-old son Hank to be closer to her family while her NFL star husband Hank Baskett plays in Minnesota and she believes the distance has helped them to communicate better.

She said: “We take advantage of Skype and texting. We have all that.

“It’s actually a blessing in disguise. We get a chance to know each other all over again and communicate.

“I love my married life. We’re not separated.”

The 25-year-old beauty also admitted she agonised over an offer to pose for Playboy again, claiming it was the “hardest” decision she had ever had to make.

She told ‘The Today Show’: “I haven’t decided yet but I’m leaning towards no. I involved Hank in my decision and I also involve my fans.

“That was probably the hardest decision of my life. I don’t want to look back and regret not doing it but I’m 25, I’m still hot. I want to be that hot mom in the public eye but do I need to do Playboy to be hot?”

The blonde beauty also admitted that criticism of her weight gain during her pregnancy by US radio personality Mancow had encouraged her to get back in to shape as quickly as possible.

She said: “I’m open and there’s a lot of people in the world that have their own opinions of me. I can’t change that.

“It made me want to get back into shape and prove him wrong – not just him but everybody that criticizes me. Just a couple weeks ago, my body started kicking back into gear now that my baby is almost 12 months.”

Jessica Alba won’t spend time away from her daughter unless she is working on a great movie

The actress needs to have complete confidence she is going to star in a worthwhile project before accepting a role because she doesn’t like being separated from two-year-old Honor Marie, her child with husband Cash Warren.

She said: “The time I’m not spending with my kid has to be worth it, so when I sat down with my agents after I was ready to go back to work, I told them, ‘It’s all about the directors.’ ”

Jessica can next be seen appearing alongside Ben Stiller and Robert De Niro in comedy sequel ‘Little Fockers’ and admits she feels more comfortable playing a humorous character.

Speaking in the December issue of America’s Elle magazine, she added: “I’m shy. I don’t like being the centre of attention. But when I do comedy, I lose all inhibition and introspection. I no longer care. I know I haven’t been swimming in the deep end with some of the movies I’ve done. I wasn’t trying to. I knew what they were.”

The 29-year-old screen beauty also feels more comfortable as an actress as she has got older and she no longer lets criticism affect her.

She said: “I’d been so afraid of criticism ever since I was young. Every time I’d get a critique or some redirection, I’d always just take it very personally, but now I have no problem with it. It’s just a chance to try things a different way.”

Daniel Radcliffe wants a tattoo

The 21-year-old actor – who shot to fame playing the lead role in the ‘Harry Potter’ franchise when he was just 11 years old – is delighted filming has finished on the movies as he can now do what he wants, and though he and co-stars Emma Watson,20, and Rupert Grint,22, discussed matching inkings, they felt they don’t need any more reminders about the wizarding series.

Referring to the lighting bolt permanently scarring his character’s forehead, he said: “I don’t know what our tattoo would be, I assume it be a scar.

“I definitely do want to get some tattoos, but I don’t know if the first thing I would rush out to get would be something ‘Harry Potter’ related, because let’s face it, I’m going to have this for the rest of my life anyway as it is, I don’t need a tattoo that says the same.

“I want something I can grow into over the years.”

Daniel recently finished working on the last of the films in the franchise, the two part ‘Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows’ and revealed there were two particular pieces of memorabilia he wanted to keep.

He told US TV show ‘Access Hollywood’: “The glasses would be a good thing to have, and obviously the wand.”

Daniel recently admitted he was an emotional wreck when he was saying his goodbyes to his cast mates and the crew.

He said: “We were all in bits. I’ve never seen Rupert Grint cry in my life but it was really emotional. When I saw him cry, it made me cry more. It’s come to stand for my childhood, which I’ve said goodbye to. That innocent small boy has gone.”

Duff On Sheen Movie, McHale Threat

We’ve got another TooFab Q&A for you today — this time with Hilary Duff, who returns to TV tonight with a guest starring role on NBC’s “Community.”

In her one-on-one with TooFab, Hilary talked about her threats to the show’s star Joel McHale … getting cred with her guy friends … and working on a movie Charlie Sheen just filmed a cameo for!

Is your husband [hockey player Mike Comrie] a fan of “Community”? Did he get a chance to visit you when you were on the set?

“You know what? He was already in Pittsburgh at the time, because that’s where he’s playing hockey this year. But he was so excited when I told him I was doing the show. So many guys in my life, like a lot of my guy friends love the show and I totally got respect for doing it … they’re like, ‘No way, oh my God, we DVR that at home and like, we love it, we’ve watched it since the beginning!’ And so it was fun to get to see the reaction.”

Were you a fan of the show beforehand?

“I didn’t start watching the show right away because I travel so much. But I did get into it, like halfway through last year and I think it’s just really funny. It’s quirky and the characters are strong and the actors get to have so much fun with it. It was cool; I was excited when I got the phone call.”

Were you able to get back at Joel McHale for the comments he made on “The Soup” about your sister Haylie and her show [Legally Blonde The Musical: Search for Elle Woods]?

“You know what is funny, is Haylie and her boyfriend Nick love “The Soup” and so I think that, you know, she’s – she has pretty thick skin and didn’t care so much. But when I saw Joel, I was like, ‘I’m just going to push you down, like, I just need to, it just needs to happen, I can push you down really fast.’ And then say, ‘Thanks for having me on your show.’ But he was like, ‘Oh, no, what did I say about you? Or your sister? I don’t know, I don’t know.’

“But he’s very funny and I actually didn’t get to have that many scenes with him, which was sad.”

One last question. I know we’re all interested in your various projects and I know Charlie Sheen just filmed a cameo in your latest film. How was it working with Charlie?

“You know what? This is like, another example of stories getting out of control. We both had cameos in this movie, so it’s not my film. I didn’t work with him at all … but from what I’ve heard, he’s great to work with.”

Duff’s episode of “Community” airs tonight.

Capri Anderson claims Charlie Sheen didn’t just take out his aggression on hotel property during the night of his meltdown … she says he also destroyed her super expensive Prada purse.

We’re told Capri believes Sheen targeted the bag believing she hid his rare, $150,000 Patek Philippe 5970 watch was inside — then opened it up, dumped out the contents and “ripped it to shreds” … only to find nothing.

Our sources say Capri — who bought the $1,600 bag the day before – took it back to the store the next day to get it fixed … but was told it was “beyond repair.”

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ Capri never mentioned a damaged purse when they interviewed her in the hotel room.

As for Charlie … his manager, Mark Burg, scoffed at Capri’s allegation telling TMZ, “Maybe she can get a Prada sponsorship out of this.”

Don Imus Apologizes for Ripping Kids Charity

Don Imus has apologized for slamming a commercial for a kids charity — saying he was merely poking fun at a jingle that literally annoys everyone in possession of a working radio.

It all started during a commercial break on Wednesday’s show when the Kars4Kids jingle started to play … and Imus — clearly not a fan of the jingle – begged the singer to “shut up” and “go to hell.”

Imus then groaned, “I should give you my Bentley — you morons.”

A rep for Kars4Kids tells TMZ they were flooded with emails — and eventually posted a clip on their website with the title, “Is Imus really donating his Bentley to Kars4Kids?”

But the next day, Kars4Kids tells us Imus issued a “fairly thorough retraction and apology on air” – and the group now insists that all is forgiven. A rep for Imus tells us, “Very catchy tune, very silly controversy.”

That being said — listening to that commercial is more tortuous than Abu Ghraib.

Kanye West has claimed his treatment of Taylor Swift made her more famous

While the controversial rapper admitted his behaviour – when he stormed on stage at the MTV Video Music Awards during Taylor’s Best Female Video acceptance speech and ranted that Beyonce Knowles should have won – was unacceptable, he claimed it helped make the country singer even more popular.

He said: “I feel like when Taylor was getting all those magazine covers, she was all good then.

“I feel completely empathetic and sympathise with that moment of her feeling bad, that spawned her to have one million magazine covers and be the most popular artist in the world, but in that moment of her feeling bad, I do feel bad about being the cause of that.”

Although the ‘Stronger’ hitmaker apologised to the 20-year-old songstress, he claimed interruptions at awards shows happen all the time.

Speaking on US radio show ‘Mojo in the Morning’ he said: “When I talked to Taylor I asked her, ‘What do you feel?’…and I said we know I was rude, I’m sorry, I cut you off. Awards shows play music…they cut people off all the time.’”

The 33-year-old star – who took an extended break from music after the incident – revealed he now hopes to move on.

He explained: “Personally, I’m better than I’ve ever been. I’m patching up my public image and where I am as an artist and where people perceive me.”

David Cassidy — I Did NOT Drive Drunk!

David Cassidy is adamant that he was NOT hammered on booze when he got behind the wheel in Florida last night … and says he plans to fight the DUI charges tooth and nail.

David’s rep, Jo-Ann Geffen, tells TMZ … the former teen idol admits he did take a pain pill for his back earlier in the day — and may have been tired from an early morning funeral he had to attend — but he definitely wasn’t drunk.

Cassidy is also disputing the results of the two breathalyzer tests he took at the time of arrest — insisting his true blood alcohol content was not properly measured.

Cassidy’s rep tells us the actor is already on the hunt for a lawyer and plans to fight the charges adding, “He would never jeopardize anyone on the road and he would not have been driving had he not had to go to a funeral … he’s never been arrested in his life before for anything.”

Leo DiCaprio’s Alleged Slasher to Plea Bargain Case

The woman who allegedly cut Leonardo DiCaprio’s face by smashing him with a broken glass in 2005 will cop a plea today … the lawyer for the accused tells TMZ.

The attorney for Aretha Wilson tells TMZ … Wilson will plead no contest to felony assault with a deadly weapon resulting in great bodily injury.

Aretha Wilson’s lawyer, Freddy Sayegh, tells TMZ the defense believes Wilson could have beaten the rap based on self-defense, but didn’t want to roll the dice and go to trial, because a conviction could have landed her in prison for 7 years.

We’re told prosecutors will probably recommend 2 years in prison, but she may get credit for time served in the U.S. and Canada … so it’s possible she won’t do additional jail time.

The Girl Demi Lovato Punched

Demi Lovato’s decision to seek treatment came after she punched a dancer who appeared on “America’s Best Dance Crew” … TMZ has learned.

Sources tell TMZ … Alex Welch was on the receiving end of Demi’s blow.  Welch is a backup dancer on the Jonas Brothers Live in Concert Tour.  She was also a member of Beat Freaks, which got the runner-up title on season 3 of “America’s Best Dance Crew.”

We’re told Welch — who had a pretty nasty shiner from the incident — has been talking to lawyers and is considering legal action.

Sources close to Demi say she feels “awful” about her behavior and took personal responsibility for it by leaving the tour and seeking help.

Ex-Bachelorette ‘Heartbroken’ Over Hug’s Death

Jillian Harris — the star of the 5th season of “The Bachelorette” — says she’s “completely heartbroken” after learning about the passing of Julien Hug … one of the men who competed for her affection on the show.

Harris tells TMZ, “My whole heart goes out to [the Hug family] today as they mourn a precious life that ended far too soon.”

She continues, “It’s very difficult to find the words to express my condolences, but I will always remember Julien’s gentle demeanor and kind heart, which will be sadly missed.”

As we previously reported, Hug’s body was discovered yesterday in Riverside, CA — officials are investigating the situation.

‘Storm Chasers’ Star Committed Suicide

“Storm Chasers” just revealed one of its stars, Matt Hughes, died earlier this year — and TMZ has learned his death was a suicide — the result of a hanging.

At the end of last night’s episode of the Discovery reality show viewers were told Hughes died in May due to complications from a fatal injury at his home in Kansas.

TMZ confirmed with Valley Center PD … on May 14 they responded to a suicide call at Hughes’ home. According to the police report, officers concluded Matt, who was still breathing, was drinking before the suicide attempt.

We’re told Matt was taken to a local hospital — but passed away 13 days later. The Medical Examiner’s report lists “Hanging” as the cause of death.

Last night’s episode was dedicated to Matt — and we’re told Discovery has set up a memorial fund for Matt’s wife and two sons.

Emma Watson thinks she had “too much freedom” growing up.

The 20-year-old actress – who landed the role of Hermione Granger in the ‘Harry Potter’ film franchise when she was just nine years old – admits she found her fame “scary” at times because there were so few limits imposed on her during her adolescence.

She said: “I do things in my own way, but I’ve never felt any need to rebel. To be honest, I’ve always had far too much freedom. I had a job when I was 10. I started living on my own when I was 17 or 18. I’ve earned my own money; I’ve travelled the world. What would I rebel against?

“I’ve had so much freedom, sometimes it was hard. My parents wanted to protect me, but they had no idea how to. I had to learn as I went and make my own mistakes.

“I went from being totally unknown and never acting professionally to being in a major movie and being very famous. It all happened so quickly, I didn’t have any time to work things out. It’s been pretty scary at times.”

The British beauty is now studying at America’s Brown University and is delighted to be treated just like any other student.

She told America’s Marie Claire magazine: “The first year at Brown was about finding my feet. I found a great group of girlfriends, and now that I know how things work and what the professors expect, I’m really excited about going back for my second year, because I feel this time I can relax and enjoy it.

“Brown has a real sense of community, and people are very protective of me. They really look out for me; they want me to feel like I’m part of it.”

Taylor Lautner is reportedly dating Lily Collins

The ‘Twilight’ actor is said to have been romancing the 21-year-old actress for “almost four months” after meeting on the set of their forthcoming movie ‘Abduction’.

Since finishing the movie, Taylor is now working in Louisiana on ‘Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn’ and according to Us Weekly magazine, Lily “plans on hanging out there a lot.”

The pair were first romantically linked in July, when it was reported the 18-year-old actor had seduced his co-star on the set of the film by “constantly flashing his shirtless six pack,” despite her having a boyfriend.

A source said at the time: “Lily told pals that she wasn’t looking to fall in love, but soon realised she had strong romantic feelings.

“Taylor was smitten from day one, but Lily let him know she was in a relationship with a stuntman who was working on a Steven Spielberg movie in New Mexico. When the boyfriend got suspicious because Lily didn’t return calls promptly, he hopped a plane and turned up unannounced to confront her.”

Demi Lovato’s family are outraged by comments made by her estranged father about her going into rehab.

The ‘Camp Rock’ actress’ family insist Patrick Lovato “knows nothing” about his daughter, and he has been warned by her representatives to stop talking.

Patrick – who split from Demi’s mother Dianna in 1994 – claimed the pressures of being a child star “was one of the things I worried about when she signed with Disney“, after she checked into rehab earlier this week for “emotional and physical issues”.

Now Demi’s attorney Jamie Young has told the New York Post newspaper: “No one speaks for Demi except for her designated representatives.

“Unfortunately, several people have taken it upon themselves to speak out – both on and off the record – about a situation they know nothing about.”

Demi, 18, talked about her father last year, revealing they hadn’t spoken to him for two years.

She added: “Two years ago. When somebody lets you down after you’ve been the only one there for them. I had to cut off all connection. It was hurting me too much.”

Patrick has since claimed he was misquoted in the article about his daughter saying he would neither blame Disney or Dianna for Demi’s problems.

Disney has wished their young star well, with a statement reading: “We support Demi’s decision to put her health first and we send her our best wishes.”

Christina Aguilera is ready to move on from her divorce — at least that’s what she told the audience at a private performance this weekend … and TMZ has the footage.

It all went down in San Diego last Saturday when Christina took the stage at a badass Halloween party for super rich investor Charles Brandes — and said, “In light of my current situation, here’s to finding new love.”

Christina then launched into a pretty awesome rendition of “At Last.”

Of course, Christina’s “situation” is her divorce from Jordan Bratman – her husband of nearly five years.

Miley Cyrus is “not taking sides” in her parents’ divorce

The ‘Can’t Be Tamed’ hitmaker is said to be “upset” at her parents – 49-year-old singer Billy Ray Cyrus and 43-year-old mother Tish – getting a divorce after 17 years of marriage and hopes to keep her feelings on the matter private.

A source told People.com: “Miley is not taking any sides on this. She has been upset recently. She’s trying to keep everything private while her family works through this.”

Billy Ray filed divorce papers on October 26, and announced the pair were hoping for people to pray for them to get through the emotional time.

In a statement, he said: “As you can imagine, this is a very difficult time for our family. We are trying to work through some personal matters. We appreciate your thoughts and prayers.”

The pair are expected to file for joint custody of their three youngest children Miley, 17 Noah, 10 and Braison, 16.

News of the divorce comes at a difficult time for Miley – she is thought to have split up with her boyfriend, Australian hunk Liam Hemsworth, for the second time recently.

Bensimon: Have Fun Bethenny!

Following Tuesday’s announcement that Bethenny Frankel is joining the upcoming season of ABC’s “Skating With The Stars,” Kelly Bensimon, the reality TV star’s frenemy from “The Real Housewives of New York,” is wishing her luck.

Bensimon, who famously sparred with Frankel last season, exclusively told TooFab’s David Caplan Wednesday, “I’m glad to see she’s having fun.”

Jill Zarin, another star from “The Real Housewives of New York” who also butted heads with Frankel, offered up “no comment yet.” (After all, she’s too busy rolling out a new line of linens at Bed, Bath & Beyond!)

And a rep for Andy Cohen, Bravo’s chatty senior vice president of production and programming who often acted as a referee among the women, also passed on musing about Bethenny’s new gig, saying, “no comment on this one.”

MJ Fans: Oprah’s Molestation Show Is No ‘Coincidence’

An official MJ fan group ain’t buying Oprah’s “purely coincidental” excuse — telling us, they are “angry and disappointed” that she’s airing her interview with MJ’s kids days after a special on child molestation.

A rep for the Official Michael Jackson Fans of Southern California tells TMZ, “We are both angry and disappointed in Oprah’s constant need to reference child molestation shows prior to airing Michael Jackson related episodes. Her tone seems to speak volumes.”

Oprah called the whole thing “purely coincidental” … but MJ fans aren’t convinced. The rep adds, “How can something so obvious be a coincidence?”

As we previously reported, Oprah’s big interview with Michael Jackson’s children is scheduled to air next Monday — three days after Friday’s big show … entitled “200 Adult Men Who Were Molested Come Forward.”
