Miley Cyrus’ parents are to divorce

Singer Billy Ray Cyrus and wife Tish Cyrus announced they have separated after 17 years of marriage and filed divorce papers this week citing “irreconcilable differences”.

In a statement, they said: “As you can imagine, this is a very difficult time for our family. We are trying to work through some personal matters. We appreciate your thoughts and prayers.”

Friends say it was inevitable the couple – who have three children, 17-year-old Miley, Braison, 16, and 10-year-old Noah – would split but insist nobody else is involved.

One pal said: “It was a long time coming. It is the best thing for both of them.”

Country singer Billy married Tish in December 1992 and as well as having three children together he adopted Tish’s two children, Brandi and Trace, from her previous marriage.

He also has a son, Christopher, from his relationship with Kristen Luckey.

The family initially lived on a 500-acre farm near Nashville, Tennessee, before moving to Los Angeles following the success of Miley’s TV show ‘Hannah Montana’, which Billy also appears in.

In a candid conversation with TooFab’s Brian Particelli, Lacey talked about Audrina Patridge’s shocking elimination, spilled a Kyle Massey secret and revealed possible plans to go TPing on Halloween!

On her chances of winning with partner Kyle Massey …
“You never have any idea with this show. Obviously, we ‘d love to be at the end, but at the same time we’re happy we’ve made it this far!”

On Audrina’s elimination …
“She’s so lovable and so sweet and was doing amazing on the show. I was definitely shocked to see her go. At this point in the game though, we’re shocked no matter what. We’re like a family, we never want to see anybody go. She’ll be really missed.”

On why Bristol Palin’s lasted so long, despite low scores …
“She’s more of the underdog and she knows she’s the underdog. She’s working her butt off, she’s sweet and such a great girl, she’s having a blast.”

On dancing with Kyle …
“He’s like a little brother. He’s super fun at all of our rehearsals. And I totally understand how my mom felt raising me and my brother.”

On what we haven’t seen on the show …
“Kyle has a basketball he named Jacko Wilson. It can’t leave his sight during rehearsals. He’ll go talk to it for 5 minutes. We play basketball, kickball with Jacko. It’s really fun.”

On their toughest competition …
“At this point, it’s hard to say. We’re all really consistent at this point, but there are ones that will definitely make it to the finale, like Jennifer [Grey].”

On coming back next season …
“I don’t know. I would love to if they asked me. It’s such a great gig, but you never know where a few months takes you.”

On what’s next …
“I have a bunch of little projects, including a dancewear/costume line, a bunch of musical projects and acting projects.”

Her Halloween plans …
“Probably nothing. Halloween lies on a Sunday, so Monday we’re live. I’ll probably be sitting around my house watching scary movies with my boyfriend sadly. Maybe we’ll dress up and go scare people. Or toilet papering. I love toilet papering. It’s such a favorite pastime of mine!”

Charlie Sheen — I Promise to Not Ruin Your Movie

Charlie Sheen swears he won’t let his NY hotel drama get in the way of a promise he made to some close friends … and vows he WILL be on set to make a cameo appearance in a movie shoot this week.

Long before the hotel meltdown, Sheen committed to play himself in a flick called “She Wants Me” — a romantic comedy about some dude who can’t comprehend why his hot GF loves him.

According to producer Danny Roth, Sheen “has been in constant communication with the production … there is no doubt he will show up to filming.” Roth also says Sheen spoke with the director yesterday — and informed him that he was even making notes about the script on his flight back from New York.

Roth notes that Sheen has a key role in the flick — so if he doesn’t show up, “It would force us to reshoot a lot of what has been shot.”

But even with the crazy drama, Roth, along with producers Christine and Mark Holder, have faith in their friend … telling us, “We’re absolutely not worried.”

‘Transformers 3′ Victim’s Tab — $350K … and Rising

Medical bills are rolling in for the “Transformers 3″ extra who was brain damaged on-set — and the early total is more than $350,000 … an astronomical tab Paramount Studios says it will foot.

Gabriela Cedillo’s attorney Todd Smith tells us the 350K only covers her initial month long hospital stay — and does not include other costs like an airlift, ambulance rides, and the rehab facility where Gabriela is now.

Gabriela was partially paralyzed when a stunt went horribly wrong back in September.

Paramount — which is producing ‘Transformers 3′ — has said it will pay for Gabriela’s medical expenses.

Charlie Sheen Got Ticked Over Missing Watch

Sources tell TMZ … what really set Charlie Sheen off in his hotel room early Tuesday morning was that he discovered one of his incredibly expensive watches was missing … and he believed his porn star date stole it.

Charlie has a watch collection valued at $5.6 million, according to documents he drew up with Brooke Mueller in anticipation of a divorce.

Our sources say it was the missing watch — not Charlie’s wallet as previously reported — that made him go ballistic.

Our law enforcement sources tell TMZ … during the NYPD’s interview with Capri Anderson, aka Christina Walsh … after the incident she told cops Charlie became irate, started throwing chairs and turning over tables and fell on the ground. That’s when she went to the bathroom and locked herself inside.

We’re told Anderson is telling friends she did not steal Charlie’s watch.

Charlie Sheen’s Hotel Mystery Girl — Porn Star

TMZ knows the identity of the woman who ended up locked in Charlie Sheen’s hotel bathroom early Tuesday morning at The Plaza Hotel … she’s Capri Anderson, a 22-year-old porn star.

We’re told Anderson met Sheen for the first time Monday in the bar at The Plaza Hotel, then went to dinner with Charlie, along with 4 other women and 3 other men. As we already reported, Denise Richards also briefly attended the dinner before it became just too awkward — she left before finishing her appetizer.

Anderson — who’s been in a ton of adult features — has told friends she’s extremely upset about recent reports that she’s either an escort or a prostitute … Anderson is adamant she’s NOT a working girl.

Sources close to Anderson tell us the 22-year-old was “extremely afraid” of Sheen during the hotel incident. Anderson is telling friends she decided to call hotel security because she felt “threatened” by the sitcom star.

Law enforcement sources tell us officials have no plans to file charges against Charlie.

Kim Zolciak’s Mom: She’s Not Pregnant!

“The Real Housewives of Atlanta’s” Kim Zolciak – whose love life took a same-sex twist earlier this year – is now facing a tabloid report that she’s expecting a child with her Atlanta Falcons football player beau Kroy Biermann.

Star magazine published an interview with Zolciak’s former “secret girlfriend” Tracy Young today, in which she claimed Zolciak told her she’s pregnant, and is expecting a boy.

Although Young sounds pretty convincing, including details about a supposed gender test Zolciak took, and recounting alleged discussions between the two about a pregnancy, Zolciak’s mother Karen maintains the story is false.

She tells TooFab in an exclusive statement, “My daughter is not pregnant. It’s heartbreaking that people would make up lies like this. Kroy and Kim are very much happy, and in love.”

And when asked by TooFab to confirm the accuracy of her mother’s comment, a rep for Zolciak at the pr firm EMC|BOWERY told TooFab Wednesday afternoon, her quote is indeed accurate. Well, time will tell!

Jerry Springer: “Dancing” No-Show!

Jerry Springer tiptoed his way into the hearts of America during “Dancing with the Stars’” third season, but TooFab has learned he’ll be a no-show at Monday’s reunion episode marking the hit show’s 200th episode, which will bring back previous contestants.

What gives? A source tells TooFab that Springer will instead spend the day in Chicago with his two-year-old grandson. Although he’d love to be at the reunion episode, his schedule has left little time for his personal life, as he travels the country for his other projects, including doing press for the 20th anniversary of “The Jerry Springer Show,” hosting “America’s Got Talent’s” 25-city live tour and taping 170 episodes of the game show “Baggage.”

Springer celebrated his own show’s anniversary yesterday with an episode taped in New York City’s Times Square.

Port “O.K.” with “City” Cancellation

With word out that “The City” has been officially canceled, Whitney Port hightailed it out of NYC — and was spotted yesterday looking happy to be back in L.A.

TooFab got Port on her way to a nail salon in Beverly Hills yesterday, where she told us of the cancellation “I’m O.K. about it. It’s a new start, new beginnings. I’m just focusing on my line [Whitney Eve] right now and working on some other projects.”

As we previously reported, Whitney’s former co-star on “The Hills” Audrina Patridge just landed another reality show of her own and LC will also be returning to TV.

Chances are, another show starring Whitney won’t be far off.

Photog Claims Tila Tequila Kidnapped His Girlfriend

Tila Tequila may have been out-crazied by an L.A. photographer who claims Tila, along with 4 armed men with guns, kidnapped his alleged girlfriend and threatened to kill him … this according to court documents obtained by TMZ.

Photographer Garry Sun filed an application for a restraining order in L.A. County Superior Court, claiming on October 19, Tila and the armed men drove to the Texas house of his alleged girlfriend, Shyla Jennings, kidnapped her, somehow got Shyla on a plane and flew her to L.A.

Sun claims Tila then threatened Shyla … If anyone notified cops, she and Garry would be toast.

A judge has not ruled on the restraining order.

Tila says Sun made the whole thing up and she’s calling her lawyer.

Charlie Sheen has already agreed to settle up with The Plaza Hotel in NYC for the damage he did Tuesday morning … TMZ has learned.

We’re told Charlie’s rep has already contacted bigwigs at The Plaza and made it clear – Charlie will pay for anything he damaged or destroyed during all the craziness. We’re hearing the cost is estimated at $7,000 … but it could go higher.

One big reason for Charlie’s rep to jump on paying the tab …. we’re told The Plaza has no interest in having Charlie prosecuted for criminal mischief — provided the hotel is made whole.

Charlie Sheen — Free and Clear in Colorado

TMZ has learned Charlie Sheen’s probation will not be revoked in Colorado because of Tuesday’s New York City incident.

Our sources — and they are connected — tell us, the Pitkin County D.A. has “no interest” in opening a probation revocation case against Charlie. The D.A. views Charlie’s criminal case in Aspen as a “petty misdemeanor” and is not going to open a case involving a Los Angeles man who behaved badly in NYC.

We’re told the D.A. views any investigation as a “waste of [Pitkin County] taxpayers’ money.”

As we previously reported, Sheen is still on probation in Aspen for another 7 days — stemming from a Christmas Day domestic incident with his wife Brooke Mueller.

So as far as Pitkin County is concerned, it’s case closed.

Courteney Cox Arquette and David Arquette didn’t have a pre-nuptial agreement

The couple announced earlier this month they were separating after 11 years of marriage and now the actor has revealed they didn’t sign a contract to divide up their assets before they tied the knot.

After telling radio DJ Howard Stern they didn’t have an official pre-wedding agreement, the shock jock said to him: “Can you count to 50?”

While it seems the couple are to divorce, David said he “loves Courteney with all his heart” and his “wedding ring” is his most “valuable” possession.

This is not the first time David has spoken about the split and recently said he had “shared too much” information about the break-up.

The 39-year-old actor has apologised for being too honest on Howard’s radio show, in which he revealed Courteney had tired of being a “mother” to him.

He wrote on his twitter page: “Thank you all for your love and support at this time. I’m trying figuring out how to be the best person I can be, but it’s been a process of trial and error.

“I went on Howard Stern to provide clarity and honesty about what I’m experiencing but while doing that I shared too much … it’s alright for me to be honest about my own feelings but in retrospect some of the information I provided involved others and for that I am sorry and humbled . Life is a process of spiritual evolution. (sic)”

Justin Bieber feels powerful

The 16-year-old singer – who was recently honoured at Variety magazine’s 4th Annual Power of Youth event in Los Angeles – is delighted that he is able to use his celebrity status to help other people.

Speaking at the event, he told US TV show ‘Extra’: “I think that I’m pretty powerful, I guess.

“I think that being powerful you have to do something good with that power. We’re helping build schools, we’ve already built fifteen with the charity Pencils for Promise. We just like the fact that young people can help out young people.”

The teenage star has also laughed off reports he is dating Jasmine Villegas, who starred in his ‘Baby’ music video, insisting he will always be honest about his personal life.

When asked about his love life, Justin said: “I think that whatever happens, happens, y’know. I’m not scared to tell the truth. No, I’m not dating anyone at the moment.”

Justin is also excited about his forthcoming book ‘First Step 2 Forever’, because it gives him the opportunity to properly express himself.

He added: “It’s not really an autobiography. I just wrote this book about my journey so far, it’s called ‘First Step 2 Forever’, meaning like this is only the beginning, there is so much more to come.

Mel Gibson Deposition, Pills and Shrills

Mel Gibson’s deposition Monday promises to be dramatic, with questions about medication and rants.

TMZ has learned Oksana Grigorieva’s team will focus on issues they believe speak to Mel’s fitness as a parent. We’re told they will ask questions about the now infamous audiotapes, specifically relating to Mel’s temper and his anger issues.

And we’re told they will ask Mel about the medications he’s taking. As backup, we’re told Oksana has photos of the various medicines, because Mel left the meds at her house before he left for good.

As for allegations of domestic violence, the judge has made it clear — the subject is off-limits for this deposition.

TMZ has obtained pictures of the New York City hotel room Charlie Sheen trashed early Tuesday morning, along with information about what happened inside.

We’re told Charlie’s alcohol-fueled rampage began at a restaurant called Daniel, near the Plaza Hotel where Charlie was staying. He, three other men and five women had an 8:00 PM reservation Tuesday night and Charlie was drinking heavily. Denise Richards, we’re told, went to the dinner but left fairly quickly after things got wild.

Charlie brought one of the women back to his hotel room and soon thereafter people on his floor heard what they say was primal screaming and swearing from inside the room. Charlie was calling the woman a whore and other names, when people started to complain.

We’re told Charlie ripped the curtains, overturned tables, damaged a lighting fixture and broke glass, which cut his toe open.

All in all … a real mess.

Joe Finley’s “I didn’t kill my wife” defense isn’t flying with the victim’s family — TMZ has learned the “America’s Got Talent” contestant’s in-laws now suspect Joe was involved in the “murder” of Laura Finley.

One of Laura’s close relatives tells us … many family members believe Joe’s “whole story is BS” … adding, “There are too many gaping holes in his story for it to be true.”

As we previously reported, Joe told police Laura left their L.A. hotel room around 3:00 AM Saturday morning to get ice … and never returned. Laura’s body was found in a stairwell at the hotel around 8:00 AM … while Joe was auditioning for “AGT,” apparently unaware of his wife’s fate.

The relative goes on to say, “The family knows Laura was murdered and that Joe was the last to see her. They’re having a hard time believing that he went so long under those circumstances without being concerned about her whereabouts”

As for a motive — we’re told many family members say Laura had threatened to leave Joe after a pretty heated argument a few months before her death. They’re also upset that Joe waited until Monday night to contact Laura’s family.

Laura’s family is so “disgusted” with the situation, they plan on holding their own “separate” memorial for her in the near future … without Joe.

Rupert Grint “hasn’t adjusted” to life after the ‘Harry Potter’ movies

The 22-year-old actor – who portrayed wizard schoolboy Ron Weasley in the films – admits the films took over his life for years, but he “misses” them enormously.

He told Parade.com: “We had like a big wrap party when we finished and it was really nice to see everyone again from all the films. I haven’t quite adjusted to life without ‘Harry Potter’. I’m really sad actually, I’ve missed it. But I think it’s a good time really to kind of move on. It has been a long time. After ten years, I do kind of want to stretch a bit more and explore different characters and do different things.”

While he loved his time in the films, Rupert admits he doesn’t like how he is portrayed in the final movie ‘Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part II’, and has compared the balding red hair he is given with ‘Celebrity Apprentice’ star Donald Trump.

He explained: “I don’t age gracefully in the last film when all of us get older. My hair is still red but I have a lot less of it. It was quite a shock when I saw myself in the mirror. I felt like I was looking at Donald Trump because they gave me that comb over that he has. I did get a lot of ribbing from everyone, I must admit.”

He said: “It’s changed more in America. I always thought it would’ve by now in London, but it hasn’t really.

“I can’t do anything in America. I just don’t want to have any stories written about me.

“Anyone who likes going out and having their photo taken all the time, to me, seems an incredibly boring person or very delusional.”

Robert – who is dating his ‘Twilight’ co-star Kristen Stewart - also admits his fame frequently makes him “paranoid”.

Octomom’s Doc — Chased By the Bank

The man who pumped Octomom full of embryos – Dr. Michael Kamrava — is under fire for the way he handles his money … in fact, dude is being sued for allegedly stiffing his bank.

According to legal docs filed earlier this month in L.A. County Superior Court, Kamrava is playing hard to get over a significant debt with Chase Bank USA.

In the docs, Chase doesn’t specify the amount of Kamrava’s debt — except noting that it’s less than $25k. They also checked a box indicating the dispute is over “promissory note/Collections.”

So far, no word from either Kamrava nor Chase.
