Mel Gibson to Oksana: ‘I’m a F**king Failure’

Mel Gibson blasted out an email to Oksana Grigorieva on March 1, 2010 — in which he told his baby mama that he is a “f**king failure.”

In the email — sent from Mel’s iPhone nearly two months after their domestic incident — Mel writes, “I really am losing my grip. I desperately need a solution. Sorry it has to affect you. I can’t stand anything any more … I’m stuck.”

Mel continues, “I try to be ok but it overpowers me & i’m (sic) something I don’t want to be. It’s a primal scream thing. The pain is too great & everywhere I turn is making it heavier. Oh to have peace! Oh to have joy. Oh to be able to provide it for another. I’m a f**king failure.”

In another iPhone email dated March 7, 2010, an apologetic Mel wrote to Oksana, “I felt a high degree of agitation in you when u left tonight. I’m sorry. I guess I’m in a process of being torn down so I can rebuild.”

The email goes on … “I love you … I was terrified of where we were going & my outbursts & the potential for damage.”

And the morning after the January 6 blowout fight … Mel sent Oksana an email asking, “How’s your tooth?” That email was followed an hour later by another from Mel to Oksana, which read, “I want to tell you how uspeakably (sic) sorry I am.”

Oksana claims Mel struck her and knocked out two teeth, although TMZ broke the story her teeth were intact but two veneers were damaged.

Kim Kardashian gets turned on by men with “tiny ears”

The socialite – who is newly single following her split from NFL player Miles Austin earlier this month – has a “weird” fetish for small lobes and believes she could end up marrying someone just because they have the right size ears.

She said: “I’m obsessed with guys with tiny ears. They turn me on. Isn’t that weird? When I’m dating someone, I always think, ‘Could I marry this person?’ And, ‘What would my kids look like?’ ”

The 29-year-old beauty also revealed she is taking a break from men because she doesn’t like dating and doesn’t want people to think she’s a “w***e”.

She explained in an interview with heat magazine: “I’m trying to be single, but for me that doesn’t mean dating around. I don’t multi-date. What if I wanted to go on five dates? There’d be photos of me with five different men and I’d be a sl*t and a w***e. So I don’t like to date. And you know what, this is the one time I don’t have kids, I’m not married, I’m by myself. Why not just dive into my work, focus and get everything I need done before I get married?”

Before she gets involved in another relationship, Kim is determined to make the most of single life and is currently organising a lavish Las Vegas party for her 30th birthday on October 21.

She added: “I’m going to Vegas. It’s, like, insane! We’re going to go to Tao, which is what I did last year.”

Bruno Mars — Sniffed Out by Bathroom Attendant

Never underestimate the humble bathroom attendant — because according to Las Vegas police … it was an Altoid-slingin’, paper towel passer who helped cops bust Bruno Mars in a casino bathroom this weekend.

TMZ has obtained the police report from the incident, in which LVMPD officials state a bathroom attendant at the Hard Rock Hotel informed security “there was a man in the bathroom stall with possibly a man using drugs.”

According to the report, the attendant went on to say he could “see a male in a striped red shirt with a baggy of white powder substance.”

Once law enforcement officers made their move — cops say they asked Bruno to “give over whatever narcotics he had.” According to the report, Bruno then “pulled out a white powder substance, which was consistent with cocaine, from his left-front jeans pocket.”

Cops say Bruno –aka Peter Hernandez– “admitted he did a foolish thing and has never used drugs before.”

The report shows … once the substance “came back positive for cocaine,” Bruno was shipped off to the Clark County Detention Center and booked for possession of narcotics.

Always remember to tip your bathroom attendant.

Lindsay Lohan Gets Paid in ‘Milkaholic’ Lawsuit

Lindsay Lohan just milked E*Trade all the way to the bank — and it’s all over a Super Bowl commercial that may have insinuated Lohan is a “Milkaholic.”

TMZ has learned Lohan’s $100 million lawsuit against E*trade has been settled.

The terms of the settlement are confidential — but we’re told Lindsay’s team is “very happy” with the results … and sources say Lindsay got some cash out of it.

As we previously reported, Lindsay claimed the stock trading company violated her rights by featuring a baby character named Lindsay who happens to be the “milkaholic” other woman in a baby love triangle.

E*Trade reps have not returned our calls.

Lindsay Lohan’s second failed drug test involved amphetamines … TMZ has learned.

We broke the story … Lindsay failed two drug tests — One for cocaine, and now we know the second was for amphetamines.

Our sources would not divulge the nature of the amphetamine, but Adderall – the drug Lindsay was prescribed and hooked on — is an amphetamine.

We do not know which test came first — the cocaine or the amphetamine. But we’re told both tests were taken close together. Lindsay failed her cocaine test the week before last.

Bruno Mars — Busted For Booger Sugar

Singer Bruno Mars has more in common with Paris Hilton than a smiley mug shot … because law enforcement sources tell TMZ he was also busted in Las Vegas for possession of 2.6 grams of cocaine.

As we previously reported, Mars was popped at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino after security confronted him in a bathroom and allegedly found him in possession of narcotics.

Our law enforcement sources say the narcotic in question was coke.

We’d suggest he give Paris’ lawyer a call.

Octomom better pack a large bag — and 14 small ones — because TMZ has learned the owner of her home is at a foreclosure attorney’s office right now, preparing to file foreclosure papers against her.

As TMZ first reported, Octomom is behind about $7,500 on her mortgage payments — plus she owes a whopping $450,000 balloon payment which is due October 9.

The owner, Amer Haddadin, tells TMZ he’s at a foreclosure attorney’s office right now and plans on having the papers completed by day’s end.

That $500,000 Vivid porn offer is sounding better and better by the minute.

‘Dancing’ Studio on Red Sarah Palin Alert

There will be high security tonight when Sarah Palin shows up to watch daughter Bristol perform on “Dancing with the Stars” … TMZ has learned.

Our spies say security guards at CBS Television City in L.A. — the place where “Dancing” is broadcast — is on “heightened alert.” Although Palin is not officially running for anything, security is treating her like a government official.

TMZ broke the story … Sarah will be front and center tonight when Bristol dances to “Mama Told Me (Not to Come)” with partner Mark Ballas.

Guards have been told to be especially vigilant with anyone entering the lot.

Our sources say security will decide which vehicles to thoroughly search — though not every car will get the once-over.

As for audience members who are attending the show … we’re told their bags will be searched though we’re not hearing anything about metal detectors.

And this is the best — security has been told if there is a breach … Sarah is a “higher priority than Bristol.”

Paris Hilton has been sentenced to a year’s probation after pleading guilty to two misdemeanours.

The socialite appeared in front of a Las Vegas court today (20.09.10) – following her arrest last month when cocaine was found in her possession – and admitted two offences, drug possession and obstructing an officer, but has avoided time behind bars. She is now on probation for 12 months and if she is arrested in that time, she will face a year in jail.

Speaking about the Clark County Detention Center – where Paris would serve her time – Justice of the Peace Joe Bonaventure told the 29-year-old hotel heiress: “It is not the Waldorf-Astoria.”

He then added: “The purpose here is to change your conduct.”

Paris must also complete a substance-abuse program, pay a $2,000 fine and complete 200 hours of community service.

Speaking after the hearing, her lawyer David Chesnoff said: “She was treated like anyone else would be treated under the circumstances, and I’m very proud of the way she’s dealt with this. I think she’s on the road to success and I wish her personally the best.”

Asked why Paris did not fight the charges against her, David said: “Miss Hilton accepted responsibility.”

Paris, 29, was arrested on August 27 on Las Vegas Boulevard after police pulled over a vehicle in which she was a passenger, and officers discovered 0.8 grams of cocaine in her purse.

Earlier this year, Paris – who spent three weeks in jail in 2007 after violating the terms of a driving under the influence (DUI) charge – was arrested in June in South Africa after marijuana was allegedly found in her possession.

However, the charges were later dropped.

A new version of Mariah’s most famous seasonal track ‘All I Want For Christmas Is You’ – which featured on the album ‘Merry Christmas’ – will also appear on the album.

Despite having been first released in 1994, ‘All I Want For Christmas Is You’ continues to appear on the Billboard Hot 100 Recurrent Singles chart each Christmas, hitting the number one spot every year from 2005 to 2008.

It is still not clear whether Mariah and Nick will be preparing for the patter of tiny feet by Christmas time.

Although she is widely rumoured to be pregnant, the singer refuses to publically confirm or deny the news.

Last month, she posted on her website: “I appreciate everyone’s well wishes. But I am very superstitious. When the time is right, everyone will know.”

The ‘Fight For this Love’ singer insists the worst thing about being away from home for work is being separated from her pet pooches Buster and Coco.

The 27-year-old star tries to get the two Chihuahuas on the phone when she’s apart from them but the mutts aren’t very receptive.

She said: “When I’m away I miss the dogs like crazy. I used to talk to them on the phone but I don’t now because I’ve discovered they’re not interested. They don’t listen!”

Cheryl also revealed when she wants to relax and forget about work she will spend a night at home watching TV with her canine friends.

The pop beauty – who is a judge on Simon Cowell’s pop star search show ‘The X Factor’, a member of Girls Aloud and has a successful solo career – added to Britain’s HELLO! magazine: “I love spending time with Buster and Coco. That’s how I relax, just chilling out with them. They’re only Chihuahuas so they’re only little, but they’ve got big personalities. I think Buster sees himself as lord of the manor and if I’m away and my mum takes him up to Newcastle (Cheryl’s hometown) it’s like he’s kingpin up there as well. Coco is nervous of other people so she follows me everywhere and looks to me for protection. She’s my little baby.”

The 22-year-old actor – who is in a long-term relationship with his ‘High School Musical’ co-star Vanessa Hudgens – had no problem shooting love scenes with Amanda Crew in his new movie ‘Charlie St. Cloud’ and insists he wasn’t embarrassed by them.

When quizzed about the sequences on Australian radio programme the ‘Kyle and Jackie O Show’, he revealed: “To be honest with you I really enjoyed the love scenes. We really just saw where it took us and it was pleasurable!”

Zac – who is considered one of Hollywood biggest heartthrobs – also revealed he only thinks he is good-looking when he is drunk.

He added: “The only time that I really go there is after a premiere or something, you have a few drinks and you look in the mirror and go, ‘Yeah!’”

Zac recently claimed he took on the role in ‘Charlie St. Cloud’ because he had been looking for something more serious to work on, following his long-time association with Disney.

He said: “I was looking for a dramatic role for a long time and wanted to see how it is to star in a drama. So far, I’ve only scratched the surface of what it means to be a good actor.

“It was exactly what I was looking for. I wanted to learn something new and knew it wouldn’t come to me easily. I knew I had to work hard for this film and that there was a chance of me falling flat on my face. Oksana to Mel — It’s PR War!

Oksana Grigorieva is meeting Tuesday with her new dream team of lawyers … and we’re told the first order of business is resurrecting her image.

We’re told Oksana believes she is losing the public relations war to Mel Gibson and wants her lawyers to turn it around … stat.

Oksana has multiple lawyers working on child custody, support, a civil suit against Mel, the domestic violence investigation and the extortion probe. But, we’re told, Oksana is fixated on her bad PR.

And there’s yet another member of Oksana’s legal team. TMZ has learned Oksana has retained Robin Sax, a former L.A. County Deputy District Attorney who specialized in prosecuting sex crimes against children. She’s also a legal media maven … who will almost certainly weigh in on the PR front.

The big meeting is Tuesday.

‘NJ Housewife’ — I Will Quit If Staub Returns

“Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Caroline Manzo claims she delivered a strict ultimatum to the show’s producers — if Danielle Staub returned for another season … she’d quit the show.

Manzo spilled it on camera during a deposition in Staub’s nasty defamation lawsuit against her ex-husband, Kevin Maher.

During the depo, Caroline said, “I did tell Bravo and Sirens that there is no amount of money you could put on the table for me next year.”

She added, “If Danielle Staub is on the show, I am out because my integrity means too much to me … so for Season 3, they know it’s either Danielle or myself.”

Randy & Evi Quaid — They Made Themselves at Home

Sources tell TMZ … Randy and Evi Quaid made themselves so comfortable in the home they are accused of squatting in … they actually hung their picture over the fireplace.

The Quaids were busted Saturday afternoon on charges of felony burglary — after they were found to be living in a home they once owned.

A source close to the situation tells TMZ the owner of the home sent a realtor to the house after an alarm went off Saturday morning. We’re told the realtor found the alarm codes had been changed, security cameras had all been moved to face up, and Randy had carved his initials in the mailbox.

When the realtor went inside, we’re told he found the place trashed — dirty dishes in the sink, footprints everywhere and clothes that didn’t belong to the owner were hanging in the closet.

The kicker — the Quaids allegedly broke a $7,000 mirror that had been over the fireplace and, according to our source, replaced it with a photo of themselves.

The Quaids were arrested and charged with felony residential burglary and entering a noncommercial building without consent, a misdemeanor. Evi was also charged with resisting arrest.

A rep for the Quaids could not be located.

The ‘Desperate Housewives’ actress – who has been married to basketball star Tony Parker for three years – insists she is not in a hurry to have children but dreams of a large brood.

She said: “Having a big family is really important to both of us.

“I feel more confident in myself now, and Tony and I would love for children to happen – though we’re in no rush.”

The 35-year-old star also spoke of her attempts to maintain a low profile when socialising with her husband and friends, admitting it doesn’t always go to plan.

She explained: “I went to a Pussycat Dolls gig recently and thought I’d sneak behind the paparazzi to avoid getting spotted.
But in my rush I fell over and twisted my ankle. My purse flew everywhere and I was desperately scrambling around trying to grab my stuff, it was so embarrassing.”
