The former ‘O.C.’ actress claims several directors have wanted her to appear naked in their films, but she has remained “strong-willed” and refused to take her clothes off.

She said: “They like to put in nudity wherever they can. But I’m pretty strong-willed and believe it can be avoided.”

Just as the 29-year-old beauty has difficulty with on-screen nudity, she also claims it is more awkward to shoot love scenes with a boyfriend than an actor you don’t know.

Rachel – who starred with her ex-fiance Hayden Christensen in the movie ‘Jumper’ and was in a three-year relationship with her ‘O.C.’ co-star Adam Brody – told the Daily Record newspaper: “Doing a love scene with someone that you’re involved with is more awkward than doing a love scene with someone you’re not dating.

“Either way, it’s definitely weird though. It’s certainly not normal to kiss a guy in front of 10 other guys and a camera.”

Rachel also believes her life has taken a different path to Mischa Barton – who she starred alongside in ‘The O.C.’ – because she was older when she took on the role of Summer Roberts.

She said: “I was 21 when the ‘The O.C.’ started, Mischa was 16.

“I can’t imagine dealing with that kind of success at that age. My life may have been very different had I started out that young.”

Oksana Grigorieva signed a “Child Custody” agreement in May which spelled it out as clearly as can be — Mel Gibson was not only entitled to unsupervised contact with Lucia, he was getting joint legal and physical custody of the child.

The document, obtained by TMZ, was signed by Oksana and Mel on May 16 … but disavowed by Oksana shortly thereafter. She claimed she did not know the agreement gave Mel unsupervised contact with the baby.

But the agreement laid out in almost painful detail the schedule for custody, down to the day and the hour. Mel immediately got joint legal custody of the baby. He also got significant unsupervised visitation, which turned into 50/50 custody when Lucia turned 3.

The agreement also provided, when Mel didn’t have Lucia, the nanny would coordinate a Skype call between himself and the child.

The agreement spelled out who gets the kids on holidays. But these pages, which were initialed by both Mel and Oksana, were X’d out. We’re told a similar schedule was later substituted for the one you see.

It was the Father’s Day visitation that sent the case into family court, when Oksana refused to let Mel have the baby.

Oksana’s lawyer, Dan Horowitz, had no comment.

Rihanna reportedly insisted everything in her trailer had to be black during latest video shoot.

The singer was shooting the promo for new single ‘What’s My Name’ in New York over the weekend and surprised bosses with her rider, which stated furnishings, towels, robes and candles were all in the dark colour.

A source told The Sun newspaper: “Rihanna made very strict demands about her trailer. She was very specific that everything had to be black and the production crew did as they were told.”

Although she may have been demanding on the shoot, Rihanna recently proved she isn’t a diva after she stopped a restaurant manager from banning fans from taking her photograph.

The 22-year-old pop beauty was enjoying a meal out with friends at Ago, in West Hollywood, when two teenage admirers asked if they could pose for a picture with her.

However, the manager reportedly rushed over and scorned: “Fans are not allowed to bother celebrities, so no pictures, please!”

However, Rihanna quickly interrupted the manager and told him to leave them alone.

She said: “These girls are my fans and without them, I’d be nothing. So I’m happy to pose for a photo!”

Afterwards, she happily smiled with the girls and signed napkins for them to take home as keepsakes.

Linsday Lohan’s Lawyer Threatened by Michael

Lindsay Lohan’s lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, worked miracles running back and forth to court Friday to spring her client from jail, but it wasn’t good enough for Michael Lohan. TMZ has learned daddy Lohan left a voicemail and texts on Holley’s phone, threatening to “blow you out of the water.”

Source tell us the voicemail — left earlier in the week — also threatened to “dig up dirt” on Shawn, as well as Lindsay’s business manager, Lou Taylor.

Michael left two text messages on Holley’s phone Friday after the court hearing, telling her she should do Lindsay a favor and quit. In another text, Michael claimed Holley and Taylor were destroying the Lohan family.

Michael went nuclear at the Bev Hills Courthouse Friday morning after Judge Elden Fox threw Lindsay in jail. Fox’s decision was reversed later that day after Holley filed an appeal, and Lindsay got out of jail Friday night.

We’re told Holley, who could not be reached for comment, will not seek a restraining order.

It’s just Michael being Michael.

Greg Giraldo — OD’d, But No Suicide Attempt

Sources close to Greg Giraldo tell TMZ the comedian was hospitalized after an overdose yesterday … but it was not a suicide attempt, as has been speculated.

We’re told Giraldo — best known for his appearances on Comedy Central roasts — was taken to a hospital in New Brunswick, NJ after he was found by a friend.

According to our sources, Giraldo overdosed on prescription pills … but it was not a suicide attempt.

We’re told he is currently in critical but stable condition.

The ‘Boys and Girls’ hitmaker believes vintage shops are the best place to go for unique pieces, and enjoys customising the items she buys.

She said: “I find some really cool, unique stuff in vintage shops. The good thing about vintage if that it doesn’t quite fit you can customise it, like, make it shorter. The shorter the better!

“And I’ve been wearing a lot of socks and stockings. It’s a bit school-girlie, which I like.

“I love chains and headbands, so I put lots of accessories with every outfit. And I like to mix designer pieces, high street and vintage.”

The 19-year-old pop star also reveals she loves the style of the 60s because of how “sexy” the clothes from that era in British history were.

The singer – who designs a clothing range for UK clothing brand Lipsy – added: “I’ve always loved 60s fashion, it’s so sexy.

Jermaine Jackson claims he can’t afford to pay child support because his business is failing and his career is in the tank — in fact, according to new legal docs, MJ’s bro can barely make ends meet.

Jermaine just filed new child support papers in L.A. County Superior Court — obtained by TMZ — grousing that he’s expected to pay $3,000 a month in child support for sons Jaafar and Jermajesty … even though his average monthly income for the last year has been under $1,100.

Jermaine is asking the judge to slash support payment to $215 a month.

According to the docs, Jermaine made a onetime appearance on “Big Brother” back in 2007, raking in a handsome $450,000 for his troubles — but since then, Jermaine claims his business has floundered.

Jermaine claims his baby mama Alejandra not only earns more than him … but she gets a free ride along with his kids at the Jackson compound, thanks to Katherine’s generosity. Katherine has asked Alejandra to move her family into a nearly Jackson condo but Alejandra has refused and Katherine won’t put her foot down.

Lindsay Lohan Chooses Rehab

TMZ has learned Lindsay Lohan is about to re-enter rehab … and it’s her decision.

Sources with direct and specific knowledge of the situation tell TMZ Lindsay will enter a live-in facility outside of Los Angeles within days. Lindsay is now agonizingly aware she has an addiction problem and also acknowledges the reality — addicts often backslide before they get better.

We’re told Lindsay is telling people she doesn’t want this type of life anymore. She says she wants to get better and wants to do whatever it takes at this point … irrespective of what Judge Elden Fox does to her.

Ex-Bodyguard Wants Dina Lohan’s ‘Milk’ Money

Dina Lohan’s about to get tagged for a $500,000 debt, and Lindsay Lohan’s “milkaholic” lawsuit is partly to blame … according to the guy who’s trying to collect the cash.

Tony Almeida, one of Lindsay’s ex-bodyguards during her Disney days, won a judgement for $300,000 against Dina in 2008 after she stiffed him during a business deal. Tony tells us he’s only seen 100k.

But here’s the rub — Tony believes Dina’s been “making a lot of money off of interviews” lately. He’s also noticed Lindsay got a chunk of change in that “milkaholic” settlement with E*Trade — so Tony wants his cut.

Tony — who’s transitioned from bodyguard to life coach — says he’s hiring a lawyer to help him collect DiLo’s tab … which he now puts at more than $500,000.

Mel Gibson may be best know for hurling four-letter words at baby mama Oksana Grigorieva, but back when they first met … he proclaimed his love for her in an embarrassingly intimate love letter.

TMZ has obtained the handwritten letter in which Mel begins, “To my sweet beautiful little Russian.” Sources connected to the couple tell us that Mel wrote this letter after spending a passionate week with Oksana in the beginning of their relationship.

Mel continues, “Firstly – I LOVE YOU!!! … I could never let you go … I could derive more fulfillment from a mere thought of you than anyone could imagine.”

The love letter is a glimpse into a time before protective orders and lawyer shopping — when Mel seemed to care for Oksana unconditionally, writing “I’ll have soul gasms and perhaps even orgasms thinking of you!”

The letter concludes with Mel stating that he feels like a “new man,” and promising that “There is no way I will squander something so precious!”

Lindsay’s Producer — We’ll Deal with Hijinks

Lindsay Lohan might have to worry about being sent back to jail next month, but one thing she doesn’t have to fret over … her next movie.

Sources close to the movie “Inferno” – the Linda Lovelace biopic LiLo is scheduled to star in — tell TMZ they don’t want to lose Lindsay for the part … so they are going to start scouting locations in Los Angeles and begin shooting in January.

As we first reported, it’s going to cost the flick a chunk of change to move from their original location in Louisiana — but we’re told they are willing to spend the dough to keep Lindsay as the lead.

One source tells us, “We’re staying [in Los Angeles] — good for the movie, but also the best way to deal with travel restrictions or other hijinks.”

As long as Lindsay is around, hijinks seem unavoidable.

Seal has turned down “huge money-making opportunities” to spend time with his family

The ‘Kiss from a Rose’ singer – who raises four children, Leni, six, five-year-old Henry, three-year-old Johan and Lou, 11 months, with his German supermodel wife Heidi Klum – always prioritises his home life over his career.

He explained: “It’s successful only because we make it successful. It’s not rocket science, it really isn’t. It’s work but it’s fun. It’s only hard work when you allow it to be so. You’ve just got to prioritise, that’s all.

“Both of us have turned down huge money-making opportunities because family is more important. You have to do that as you only get one crack at this.”

The 47-year-old singer also revealed just because Leni is not his biological daughter – she is Heidi’s child from her relationship with Italian Formula 1 team boss Flavio Briatore – he doesn’t love her any less than his other children.

Seal – who formally adopted Leni in December 2009 leading to her sharing his surname Samuel - added: “Adopting Leni doesn’t make her any more or less my daughter as she always has been. Julia Roberts doesn’t care about dieting “c**p”

The ‘Eat Pray Love’ actress – who has three children, five-year-old twins Hazel and Phinnaeus, and son Henry, three, with her husband Daniel Moder – has never been bothered about staying slim and believes it is “sad and disinteresting” that people pay so much attention to the weight of others.

She said: “I’m too old for that c**p. It’s so silly, so pointless, and it’s motivated by a culture that for some reason finds it entertaining to perpetuate the glorification of our youth. It’s really sad and disinteresting. I mean, I know people really suffer and I just think, ‘How can they perpetuate that?’ “

The 42-year-old screen beauty has always been slim, but she doesn’t consider it a “personal triumph”.

She explained: “It’s silly to consider it a personal triumph for myself that in almost 24 years in showbusiness – except for being pregnant – I’ve weighed within about a five to 10lb range. That seems unusual, but I’m lucky I haven’t suffered those things.”

Instead of worrying about women’s weight, Julia hopes the world will relax and lose interest in people’s figures.

She explained: “I think it’s important for us to start perpetuating the healthy, happy way of looking at it as opposed to supporting the negative ideal of what a girl should ideally look like.”

Oksana to Mel: I Don’t Want Your Money

Oksana Grigorieva signed an agreement with Mel Gibson a month before their January 6 blowout, stating she would not make any claim on Mel’s money in the event they broke up — but boy did that change.

According to the “Cohabitation Agreement” — obtained by TMZ — Oksana and Mel both acknowledge “…they have no right to the property of the other…. ” The agreement states, “Neither party has promised the other to assist in funding any support for each other or the other party’s children from other relationships.”

The 22 page agreement, signed on December 8, 2009, lists Mel’s net worth “in excess of $150 million” and “his annual gross income averaged in excess of $5 million during the past three years.”

The agreement states in multiple ways that Mel owes Oksana nothing if they break up. They’re earnings and assets remain separate. All Oksana got under the agreement was the right to live in Mel’s Sherman Oaks home, but he had the right to throw her out at any time with 12 months written notice.

The agreement did give Oksana the right to keep a Dodge Charger that Mel bought for her … but that’s pretty much it.

But law enforcement sources tell TMZ … a little more than a month after signing the Cohabitation Agreement — and after the January 6 argument — Oksana had buyer’s remorse and began demanding money from Mel.

Sources say there were numerous emails and conversations between Oksana and Mel in which she demanded money, and her demands went into high gear after she secretly recorded Mel on Feburary 18.

We broke the story … during their mediation in May, Oksana demanded and got Mel to agree to pay her and Lucia a total of $15 million … in return, Oksana agreed to turn over the audiotapes and other “evidence” to Mel.

As TMZ first reported … there is a “serious” extortion investigation underway, to determine if Oksana used the tapes to squeeze money out of Mel — and our law enforcement sources say the Cohabitation Agreement is something that investigators are looking at closely.

We asked Oksana’s lawyer, Daniel Horowitz, why Lindsay went from not wanting any money in December to asking for millions in May. Horowitz told TMZ, “When she signed the agreement in December she had no idea Mel would be treating her like a punching bag in January. She gave up her career for a man who started beating her.”

Heather Locklear is finally erasing the last trace of her 12-year marriage to Richie Sambora … his last name.

Heather — who filed for divorce in 2006 — filed documents on Friday in L.A. County Superior Court requesting her name officially be changed from Heather Deen Sambora to Heather Locklear.

Heather also wants the name changed ASAP … because she claims she needs a new passport with her old name attached by the time she travels abroad on October 25.

Lindsay Lohan has been released from jail

The troubled actress – who was yesterday (24.09.10) sentenced to four weeks in prison for violating the terms of her probation – is now free after posting her $300,000 bail, which was granted after her attorney Shawn Chapman Holley launched an appeal claiming she was unlawfully denied it.

Los Angeles Sheriff’s spokesman Steve Whitmore said: “She’s been very cooperative – always has been – the first time, and then the last time. Let’s hope this is the last time.”

Judge Patricia Schnegg overturned Judge Elden Fox’s initial ruling she must stay behind bars until her next court appearance on October 22.

Although Lindsay is a free woman, the judge ruled she must be fitted with a SCRAM alcohol-monitoring device within 24 hours if released.

Lindsay – who served just 13 days of a 90-day jail term in July for violating the probation terms of a 2007 conviction for driving under influence (DUI) – was sent back to prison after she failed two court-ordered drug tests, testing positive for cocaine and amphetamine abuse.

It was widely believed Judge Fox would send the 24-year-old star back to rehab, rather than prison.

However, he made his decision without hearing arguments from lawyers on either side.

Lindsay was said to look “shocked” and glanced at her attorney upon hearing the ruling, before being escorted out of the courtroom in handcuffs.

Lindsay spent just 22 days of a 90-day court-ordered rehab stint following her release from prison in August.

Oksana & Mel — The Writing’s On the Wall

How’s this for love, Hollywood style — the “Cohabitation Agreement” Oksana Grigorieva and Mel Gibson signed requires each of them to give the other written notice in the event they break up … or get back together.

According to the “Cohabitation Agreement” the pair signed back in December 2009, “The parties shall be deemed separated when either gives written notice to the other advising that he or she has elected to separate.”

The same also holds true if they get back together: “After the parties separate, the parties may reconcile and resume their previous relationship if both parties give notice in writing of their intent to reconcile and resume their previous relationship.”

Nothing says I love you … like a notarized letter from your attorney.

Lindsay Lohan Will Bail Out of Jail

Lindsay will have to get a SCRAM bracelet (this will be her third) within 24 hours — and under the terms of her release she is not allowed to be around known drug users … and must submit to search by law enforcement at any time.

Lindsay Lohan will be a free woman soon, because a judge has just reversed Judge Elden Fox’s decision and has granted LiLo bail … TMZ has learned.

Judge Fox ruled earlier today … Lindsay could be held without bail. But apparently the Judge’s ruling flies in the face of California law, which gives defendants the right to bail in misdemeanor cases.

Judge Patricia Schnegg, Assistant Supervising Judge for the L.A. County Criminal Courts, just threw Judge Fox’s bail decision out the window. Judge Schnegg has set bail at $300,000.

Lindsay, who is in Lynwood Jail right now, should get out soon … probably in a few hours.
