Charlie — who was in one hell of a great mood — hit Mr. Chow in Bev Hills with his manager/Executive Producer Mark Burg and his attorney Jake Bloom … where Sheen told us he was “born ready” for the new season of “Two and a Half Men.”

But with all the drama that went down behind the scenes this year, even Sheen claims he sees the potential for reality gold!
