Dr. Frank Ryan’s Final Journey

TMZ has learned Dr. Frank Ryan — plastic surgeon to the stars — will be laid to rest in Toledo, Ohio … where he was born and raised.

Sources close to the family tell us the doctor’s remains will stay in Malibu for the next couple of days for a private memorial service for the doc’s closest friends. Sometime after the service, Dr. Ryan’s remains will be transported back to Ohio, where he will be laid to rest.

As we previously reported, Dr. Ryan — the guy who worked on Heidi Montag — was killed this past Monday when his Jeep veered off of Pacific Coast Highway and rolled down an embankment.

Oksana Says Goodbye to Important Witness

TMZ has learned … Oksana Grigorieva is currently attending funeral services for a close friend of hers  … a friend who also happened to babysit for Oksana and Mel Gibson’s daughter Lucia … and may have had some critical information about Mel.

As we previously reported, the babysitter had claimed that she was at Mel’s home on January 6th — and allegedly heard the actor go crazy while Oksana was at her son’s basketball game.

The woman — who died after battling cancer — claimed to have heard part of the explosive argument between Mel and Oksana later that day, but claims she left before any alleged blows were struck.

And … we’re told the babysitter never gave a sworn statement to police or the lawyers regarding the incident … because she claimed she was sick and had other things on her mind.

Ryan Gosling (born November 12, 1980) is a Canadian actor and musician. He is known for his roles in The Notebook and The Believer, and he won the Independent Spirit Award for Best Lead Male and the National Board of Review Award for Best Actor for his role in Half Nelson, for which he was also nominated for an Academy Award. Ryan was nominated for another Screen Actors Guild Award for Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Leading Role for Lars and the Real Girl.

He was a cast member on the hit show The Mickey Mouse Club alongside fellow stars; Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera, Justin Timberlake, J.C. Chasez, and Keri Russell. He was part of the last set of new Mouseketeers to be admitted into the show before it ended its run. He sang, danced, and acted on the show. Ryan starred in the Canadian television show Breaker High which aired on YTV in Canada and UPN in the United States from 1997 to 1998.

He has had no formal training as an actor. His fame spread to the United States after he starred in the 2001 controversial drama The Believer, which won the Grand Jury Prize at the Sundance Film Festival. Ryan won the Best Actor category at the Spirit Awards for his role as a drug-addicted, junior high school history teacher in the 2006 film Half Nelson. For the same role, he was nominated for an Academy Award, a Screen Actors Guild Award, and a Broadcast Film Critics Association award as best actor.

In 2007, Ryan was nominated for a Golden Globe Award for Best Actor – Motion Picture Musical or Comedy for Lars and the Real Girl. A week later, he was subsequently nominated for a Screen Actors Guild Award. He had also received a Broadcast Film Critics Association nomination and won a Satellite Award for this performance as well. In February 2008, he was presented with the inaugural Independent Award at the Santa Barbara Film Festival. In her introduction, presenter Jenelle Riley called him “the most consistent and compelling actor working today.”

In 2008 Ryan’s band Dead Man’s Bones released a music video and free download for their song “In The Room Where You Sleep,” and on April 4, 2009, the band released a music video for their song “Name In Stone” on MySpace and YouTube. The self-titled debut album from the band, featuring members of the Silverlake Conservatory of Music’s children’s choir, was released on October 6, 2009 through ANTI- records.

Edward Westwick (born 27 June 1987) is an English actor and musician best known for his role as Chuck Bass in the main cast on the American television series Gossip Girl.

Ed was born in Hammersmith, London. He trained at the National Youth Theatre in London. Ed appeared in the British television series Doctors as Holden, Casualty as Johnny Cullin and Afterlife as Darren. Edward film credits include Breaking and Entering, Children of Men and Son of Rambow. Ed has also appeared in the sequel to Donnie Darko, which was released straight to DVD on 12 May 2009, and the horror film 100 Feet.

He fronted the British indie rock band The Filthy Youth, composed of himself, Benjamin Lewis Allingham, Jimmy Wright, Mitch Cox and John Vooght. While he is now inactive in the band, largely because he wants to focus on his acting career and the other band members are still based in the UK, he has expressed an interest in forming another group in New York.

Ed became the new face of K-Swiss, making him the second member of the Gossip Girl cast to endorse sportswear. He has guest starred in the third season of Californication as a student who is fascinated with vampire literature. He was dating his Gossip Girl co star, Jessica Szohr from late 2008. They split in May 2010, with Ed saying girlfriends are ‘too much of a headache’.

Spencer Hocking Sex Tape Starring Heidi

TMZ has learned Spencer Pratt is currently shopping what he claims is a sex tape featuring himself and his soon-to-be ex-wife Heidi Montag.

We’re told Spencer has contacted the Rolls-Royce of porn — Vivid Entertainment — and is asking for a meeting.

As we first reported, Heidi has threatened to sue Spencer over a tell-all book — but she has not made any mention of a sex tape.  Unclear if the alleged sex tape with Heidi is pre or post-op.

Vivid honcho Steven Hirsch tells us, “I just got off the phone with Spencer Pratt about a sex tape with Heidi Montag.”

He continues, “We are in early negotiations to possibly come to terms for a deal.”

Spencer has told a friend that the alleged tape “makes Kim Kardashian look like an amateur.”

DJ Sues Brandy — I’m Huge in Scandinavia!

An international DJ — who claims he’s huge in Scandinavia — is suing Brandy (the singer) for allegedly backing out of a deal to write and sing 32 bars worth of music … after she accepted a check for $10,000.

The DJ behind the suit is Marc Mysterio — who did a pretty cool remix of that “One More Time” song last year … if you’re into that sorta thing.

In a lawsuit, filed today in L.A. County Superior Court, Mysterio — who reinforces the fact that he’s popular in “worldwide markets” including France, the UK, Scandinavia, Italy and Benelux — claims Brandy took the payment back in July … but never came through with the music.

Now, Mysterio claims he’s lost more than $25,000 as a result of Brandy’s non-actions.

Attempts to reach Brandy for comment were unsuccessful.

Whitney Cummings: I May’ve Gone Too Far at ‘Roast’

Comedian Whitney Cummings claims she’s “not a horrible person” — despite the barrage of insults she hurled at Comedy Central’s Roast of David Hasselhoff … though she may have one regret.

As you may remember — Cummings sent jaws to the floor at The Hoff’s Roast when she suggested that Hulk Hogan’s daughter Brooke,Pam Anderson along with , should both drink a “vat of Magic Johnson’s blood.”

But last night outside Sam Tripoli’s Naughty Night at the Improv on Melrose — she admitted, “I did say some things about [Hulk's] daughter that weren’t necessary … but I don’t think I was the meanest.”

Cummings — who has a Comedy Central special of her own on the way — also noted, “It’s a Roast … the idea is to be edgy and mean.”

Rachel Uchitel is none too pleased with the TMZ post earlier today … showcasing her latest Tiger moves.

As we told you … Rachel posed with a real tiger for a Facebook virtual message.

She wants to make a couple of things perfectly clear.

Thing One — She never signed a release after shooting the virtual message — we’re thinkin’ she had second thoughts, because she got $10 mil from Tiger Woods with one big string attached … if she even appeared to be talking about Tiger, it’d back to the whole Vegas hostess thing.

Thing Two — The only reason she agreed to do the message in the first place is because the point of it all was to save animals, especially animals in shelters as well as endangered species.

Thing Three — The money she pulls in from the message will go to charity.

Courtney Love’s Daughter — Free At Last!

TMZ has learned … Frances Bean Cobain is officially and legally a free woman.

The guardianship she was under automatically ended by law Wednesday, on Frances Bean’s 18th birthday. Prior to that — and over the strong objection of her mom, Courtney Love — Frances Bean was under the guardianship of her paternal grandmother.

Courtney has been tweeting like crazy, trying to get Frances Bean back in her life, but some of the tweets have been curious … for example, “You’ve done a damned good job frances of destroying anything i could build that is positive, and i want to know why now that your of age.”

Sounds like a real bonding moment.

Kim Kardashian thinks it is “harder” to date sportsmen

The brunette beauty – who recently confirmed she is dating NFL star Miles Austin – said she would never date another footballer after ending her relationship with Reggie Bush earlier this year, but is determined to make her romance work this time around.

She said: “The reason I said I didn’t want to date football players was because they have very strict seasons and schedules and it makes a relationship really hard when you’re living apart. That’s not to say it’s impossible to make it work… it’s just harder.”

The socialite also insisted being constantly followed by TV cameras for her family’s reality show hasn’t been a problem for anyone she has dated.

She said: “When we are filming, we literally shoot for hours and hours every day, so it’s almost impossible not to reveal your personal relationships on camera. If you date me during filming it just kind of comes with the territory.”

The 29-year-old star most values honesty in a relationship and has advised people to stay true to themselves when making romantic decisions.

She added to website Celebuzz: “My biggest relationship tip is to trust your heart, learn to compromise and always be honest. A lot of the time you can lose sight of things when you start letting other people into your relationship. Everyone wants to be involved, or give their two cents on the situation, but only you really know the ins and outs of the relationship.”

Adderall May Have Unhinged Lindsay Lohan

Lindsay Lohan’s Adderall dependence — the result of a medical misdiagnosis – may have been the reason she went off the rails.

As we first reported, the docs at the UCLA rehab facility believe Lindsay was misdiagnosed with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder … and then prescribed Adderall to treat the phantom affliction.

Dr. Joe Haraszti – a prominent L.A. addiction specialist — tells TMZ … people who take Adderall when they don’t need it can experience similar effects as people who use cocaine or methamphetamine.

Dr. Haraszti tells us … people who unnecessarily take Adderall can display manic symptoms … and often do things like “driving around until all hours of the morning … smoking heavily … tweeting … and texting all night long.” The doc adds, “They can become very impulsive.”

The doc also notes that people in that situation “might then complain of insomnia and then take Ambien or other sleep aids to help fall asleep … it’s a vicious cycle”

Dr. Marc Kern — another addiction expert — tells us alcohol abuse is also very common among patients who take Adderall.

Dr. Kern tells us, “The Adderall counteracts the sedative side effects of alcohol use … making these people often drink more than someone who does not take the drug.”

Bottom line — a bad medical diagnosis may have set the ball rolling that unhinged Lindsay’s life.

Rachel Uchitel Milks Another Tiger

Rachel Uchitel has finally met a tiger she can’t squeeze $10 million out of … and TMZ has obtained the footage of the exotic encounter.

Tiger Woods’ mistress numero uno recently shot a series of Facebook videos for Cameo Stars — a la Lindsay Lohan — in which she canoodles with an adorable (and equally deadly) tiger cub.

During the shoot for the video messages — which are launching this fall — Rachel handles the growling, hungry tiger like a pro … and at one point feeds it milk out of a baby bottle like she’s got a B.S. in zoology.

Justin Long finds Drew Barrymore even “more beautiful” after working with her

The 32-year-old actor – who has an on/off relationship with the actress – admits he discovered several wonderful new things about Drew when the pair filmed new movie ‘Going the Distance’ together.

When asked at the UK premiere of the romantic comedy at the Vue Cinema in London’s Leicester Square last night (19.08.10) what his favourite thing about Drew is, he told BANG Showbiz: “I don’t know if I can pick one thing. She’s everything. She’s beautiful and insanely funny and working with her I got to see a side of her that I hadn’t seen before.

“I hadn’t known her in a professional capacity before and the way she treats people on set just made her so much more beautiful.”

Justin, 32, also admitted it made a pleasant change to work with someone he is close to on a movie rather than new people.

He said: “It’s always easier working with people you know. Most of the time on set you’re just hanging out anyway so it’s nice to be around people you like.”

Drew – who looked stunning in an Alexander McQueen khaki jumper dress and nude Yves Saint Laurent heels – admitted she was very excited to be in London promoting the project.

The screen beauty – who had the word “breathe” written on her left arm in large block capitals – said: “The people are lovely, stylish, sexy and fun. I love bringing films here and I feel so fortunate to be in London.”

Drew, 35, and Justin, 32, also sparked speculation they are an item again by cuddling up to one another on the special blue carpet on the night.

Montana Fishburne Threatens Sex Tape Partner

Montana Fishburne claims she got screwed by her sex tape partner … over footage of some eXXXtra-curricular work they did on the side — and now she’s hired some lawyers to clean up the mess.

TMZ has obtained several letters that Fishburne’s legal team fired off to a porn star named Brian Pumper — demanding that his production company immediately stop all sales of “Phattys Rhymes & Dimes 14″ … which features a scene between Montana and Brian.

According to the letters, Montana never signed a release for Brian to use the X-rated material in his video.

As for why Montana agreed to engage in coitus in front of Pumper’s cameras in the first place — Fishburne tells us Brian offered to help her “practice” for her big debut with Vivid Entertainment … and the footage wasn’t supposed to be sold.

So far, we’re told Pumper has not responded to the letters.

Chace Crawford (born July 18, 1985) is an American actor best known for his role as Nate Archibald in Gossip Girl on The CW. Chace landed the role of Nate Archibald on The CW’s Gossip Girl in 2007.

Chace played British singer Leona Lewis’s boyfriend in the video for her song “I Will Be”. The video was released in January 2009. The same year, he was named “Summer’s Hottest Bachelor” by People. Chace has also done a public service announcement for Do Something’s Teens for Jeans campaign.

Chace signed on to play a lead role as a drug dealer named White Mike in the upcoming film Twelve, directed by Joel Schumacher. The film, based on Nick McDonell’s novel of the same name, premiered at Sundance Film Festival on January 31, 2010.

Chace was scheduled to play the lead in the remake of Footloose but dropped out. Zac Efron was also tied to the project at one point before dropping out as well.

In June 2010, it was confirmed that Chace will join the indie flick Peace, Love, & Misunderstanding alongside Jane Fonda and Catherine Keener. He will portray a war-protesting butcher.

It’s All Good For Michael Jackson

Michael Jackson would be smiling today … if circumstances were different, of course, because a judge just dismissed a $300 million lawsuit that had been filed against him.

A federal judge in New York just dismissed a lawsuit filed by AllGood Entertainment, claiming Michael had agreed through an agent to perform several Jackson family reunion concerts in Indiana before going on the road with any other show.

AllGood claimed … by agreeing to do the London concerts, Jackson breached his agreement with AllGood.

The federal judge ruled today … Jackson’s agent — Frank Dileo — merely struck the deal with AllGood in principle, that couldn’t become binding without the sign-offs of MJ and his brothers.  The judge also said the deal was just too sketchy to be enforceable.

The case had been partially dismissed last month.  Now it’s officially history.

Howard Weitzman, the lawyer for the Michael Jackson Estate, tells TMZ, “This case never had any merit and the claim was frivolous from day one.”

Keith Urban feels “blessed” to have Nicole Kidman as his wife

The country singer – who has a two-year-old daughter, Sunday Rose, with the Oscar-winning actress – says Nicole is his ideal partner because they both have the same values in life.

He said: “I’m fortunate to have a wife who understands about career as well. We’re very blessed to have each other, and you recognise the importance of all the facets of our lives. But family is very, very strong in our lives.”

While Keith enjoys his music career, he says his family will always be his priority.

Talking about maintaining a balance between work and family, Keith told Parade.com: “I don’t know if there’s any secret to it. Everybody sort of finds their own way to keep their life balanced. I know for me, family is first and I just make sure that I spread my time amongst the things that I love to do as well. Balance is never achieved, it’s just maintained. And so far I’ve been able to maintain it.”

As well as being dedicated parents to little Sunday, Keith and Nicole also take it turns to cook.

He said: “At home, I do a little bit of cooking. My wife and I share the cooking duties a little bit.”

Kevin Jonas hasn’t changed since getting married

The Jonas Brothers star tied the knot with long-term love Danielle Deleasa last December but his siblings insist he is still the same despite his newly married status.

Nick Jonas said: “He’s still the same old guy. He just has a wife now, which is great! We like having her around.”

Kevin’s ‘Camp Rock 2’ co-star Jasmine Richards also approves of Danielle, saying: “Danielle often visits us, and she’s such a sweetheart. They’re always holding hands, and they’re truly in love.”

Kevin recently said he isn’t worried his marriage will split the Jonas Brothers apart.

The 22-year-old star has been joined on the trio’s current US tour by his spouse and even though they travel on a separate bus to his brothers Joe, 21, and 17-year-old Nick, he insisted the new addition to their entourage doesn’t cause any problems.

Kevin said: “Adding a new element to a rock band is always risky.

“But with Danielle, it’s been all good. And the brothers still find time to hang out, just the three of us, too.

“We spent the first two nights of the tour on Joe and Nick’s bus, and that was fun. They joke around with her all the time, just like she’s their sister.”

TMZ has learned actress Piper Perabo was injured yesterday in an accident on the Toronto set of her TV show “Covert Affairs.”

Reps from the USA Network tell TMZ Perabo sustained an injury to one of her knees. We’re told she’s being treated and should make a full recovery.

Madonna Accused of ‘Material Girl’ Theft

A clothing company is taking legal action against Madonna, claiming the material girl has ripped off the “Material Girl” trademark.

L.A. Triumph, Inc. claims in a new lawsuit it’s been marketing “Material Girl” clothing since 1997, selling millions of bucks worth of threads under its trademark.

According to the documents, obtained by TMZ, Madonna, aka Madonna Louise Veronica Ciccone, has jacked the name “Material Girl” for her junior clothing line Material Girl Brand – which launched this year.

L.A. Triumph wants a declaration from a federal judge that Madonna’s use of “Material Girl” creates “deception” in the marketplace.

In addition to the declaration, L.A. Triumph wants the judge to order Madonna and her company to turn over all of the profits they’ve made from their clothing line.

Evangeline Lilly (born August 3, 1979) is a Golden Globe-nominated Canadian actress, best known for her role as Kate Austen in the ABC drama, Lost.Before playing on Lost (2004) She worked a variety of other jobs. Evangeline apparently worked as a flight attendant, waitress, and completed oil changes on big rigs. To fund her university education, she modeled although she never considered herself a model. She appeared on G4’s Judgment Day and in an uncredited role in the 2003 film Freddy vs. Jason as a high-school girl leaning against a locker, and some appearances in a few episodes of Smallville as an extra.

Evangeline had a guest appearance on the ABC supernatural horror series Kingdom Hospital (2004). Her first speaking role, however, was on Lost.  She studied acting at The Yaletown Actors Lab with writer, director David Palffy and was first discovered by agent Jeff Palffy, formerly of Ford Models, now with PMG Management in Vancouver, who was instrumental in her first break on Lost.

When Evangeline was cast as Kate in Lost, her main concern was acquiring a work visa to enter the United States. With production literally days away and no news about the visa, casting directors were forced to grudgingly begin re-casting the role of Kate. After nearly 20 auditions, Lilly’s work visa was approved/cleared but she arrived on set a day late.

Evangeline’s salary in 2004 for Lost was $80,000 per episode. On the heels of her role in Lost, she was voted one of the Breakout Stars of 2004 by Entertainment Weekly and on December 14, 2006, was nominated for a Golden Globe for Best Lead Actress-Drama. Action figures of Lilly’s Lost character were released during the holiday season of 2006. On May 11, 2010, Lilly announced on The View that she places writing and being a mother as top priorities, but she likes acting as a day job and she will continue acting when possible.

Sisters in ‘Survivor’ Case — Put the Will To the Test

The sisters of Bruce Beresford-Redman’s murdered wife think her signature was forged on a will – and now they’re asking the court to let a handwriting expert determine if it’s legit.

Long story short, Monica had two wills — one from 2004 which says Monica’s sister gets custody of their two children … and a 2008 will that gives custody to the godfather of one of the kids.

In documents filed today in L.A. County Superior Court, Monica’s sisters ask the judge to let them have a handwriting expert analyze Monica’s signatures to determine which draft is the real deal.  According to the papers, they think Monica’s signature on the 2008 will is fake.

Bruce’s parents currently have custody of the kids. Bruce continues to fight extradition to Mexico where he’s been charged with Monica’s murder.

Lindsay Lohan — Victim of Bad Diagnosis

TMZ has learned … the doctors who have evaluated Lindsay Lohan at UCLA have concluded she does not suffer from the drug or psychiatric problems that were previously diagnosed.

Sources familiar with Lindsay’s treatment at UCLA tell TMZ … there’s a feeling among doctors that Judge Marsha Revel “overreacted” when she ordered Lindsay to stay at the facility for 90 days.

We’re told Lindsay has been “weaned off” all of her meds — Dilaudid, Ambien, Adderall, Zoloft, Trazodone and Nexium — and has had no adverse reaction.  Likewise, she has had no withdrawal issues in the alcohol department.  Bottom line — the docs don’t think Lindsay is an addict.

And, we’re told Lindsay was misdiagnosed in the past with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) — which is why she started taking Adderall.  The UCLA docs say LiLo does not have ADHD.

And finally, as for having psychiatric problems — again the doctors say it’s just not the case.  Morningside Recovery — the rehab facility Judge Revel initially chose for Lindsay — determined she was bipolar, but the docs at UCLA say she is not.  Our sources say Lindsay suffers from a personality disorder, which is all too common in society and often the result of difficulties when growing up in Hollywood.

Our sources say the doctors are recommending an early release from UCLA — we’re told they think the maximum amount of time she should spend there is 30 days — followed by outpatient care.

He had recurring roles on Model Citizens and The Comeback, and smaller roles in episodes of The Bold and the Beautiful, CSI: NY, Summerland, Six Feet Under, CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, and Heroes. He was also in the films Stick It, Accepted, and Prom Night. Additionally, Kellan has performed on the California stage and was the host of Bravo’s Blow Out.

Kellan also appeared in the 2006 commercial for Hilary Duff’s fragrance With Love… Hilary Duff, and in the 2007 music video for her single, “With Love”. In 2008 he appeared in another music video, Hinder’s “Without You”. In the same year, Kellan also appeared in the miniseries Generation Kill, based on the book by Evan Wright.

Kellan played Emmett Cullen in the film adaptation of the book Twilight by Stephenie Meyer and reprised his role for the sequel, released in November 2009. He also appeared as George Evans in the 90210 spinoff on The CW. Kellan will be reuniting with his Twilight co-star and close friend, Ashley Greene, in the film Warrior. He also appeared in A Nightmare on Elm Street as Dean, “a well-liked, well-off high school jock”, in April 2010, and as Poseidon in Dawn of War.

Kellan is one of the candidates for the lead role in the upcoming Norway Comedy horror film Hansel and Gretel: Witch Hunters. He was considered for the lead role in Conan but eventually lost out to Jason Momoa. He is one of the models featured in the 2010 Calvin Klein X underwear campaign.
