Oksana’s Dentist Sticks With Original Story

Oksana Grigorieva’s dentist is talking on camera for the first time — sticking with his first version of events on January 6 between Mel Gibson and Oksana  — that she was struck in the mouth AND the head.

As we first reported, Oksana went to Dr. Ross Shelden the day after the blowup. Dr. Shelden signed a written declaration stating Oksana was struck in the mouth and the temple. But as we reported, he has also told another, conflicting story — that Oksana was NOT struck in the mouth — and there was no evidence of bruising consistent with a strike to the mouth. Dr. Sheldon theorized Oksana was struck in the temple, which caused her to bite down hard which led to two veneers coming out.

In this video shot Thursday, Dr. Shelden — who at first says he shouldn’t comment — says, “I think [Oksana's injuries] were definitely caused by a blow to the mouth and a blow to the head.”

If Mel Gibson is charged with domestic violence, Dr. Shelden’s inconsistent stories could damage his credibility as a witness.

Brad Pitt has hinted the executives responsible for the Gulf of Mexico oil spill deserve the death penalty

The ‘Inglourious Basterds’ star speaks out against those behind the oil rig explosion in April – which caused the worst environmental disaster in US history with millions of gallons of oil flooding into the sea – in a new documentary ‘If God is Willing and Da Creek Don’t Rise’.

Of the people responsible for the disaster, Brad says: “I was never for the death penalty before – I am willing to look at it again.”

The oil spill – which happened after an explosion on the BP operated Deepwater Horizon rig - resulted in the decimation of wildlife and habitat of marine and coastal animals, as well as loss of livelihood for many fishermen and other people who depend of the area for work. As yet the root cause of the disaster remains unconfirmed.

Brad’s comments are at the end of the documentary, filmed by Spike Lee, about the effects of Hurricane Katrina on the city of New Orleans, Louisiana – the closest major US city to the Deepwater rig – five years after the hurricane devastated the city, leaving 80 per cent of it waterlogged.

Brad spearheaded the ‘Make it Right’ project after the natural disaster, which built 150 affordable and sustainable homes in one of the areas of New Orleans that was worst hit.

The documentary originally ended on a positive note, with the New Orleans saints NFL team winning the Super Bowl, but after the oil spill in April, Spike extended the programme to include the effects of it.

He said: “This would have been a much more upbeat documentary for sure.”

An estimated 4.9 million barrels of oil leaked into the Gulf of Mexico during the 87-day spill. An operation to seal the leak will not be completed until next month.

‘If God is Willing and Da Creek Don’t Rise’ will be shown in the US tonight (23.08.10).

Kellan Lutz’s mother has begged him to give up smoking

The 25-year-old actor – who is best known for portraying Emmett Cullen in the ‘Twilight Saga’ – had to field an angry call from his concerned parent after he was pictured lighting up a cigarette.

She allegedly told the hunk: “You’re a role model for young people. You can’t be smoking those filthy things!”

According to National Enquirer magazine, his concerned mother was then said to ship a package over to Canada – where the actor is currently filming ‘Immortals’ – full of nicotine patches and gum in the hope of helping him get over his cravings for cigarettes.

However, despite a warning note on the package reading, ‘DO THE RIGHT THING!’, Kellan’s fellow cast members have reportedly seen him sneaking in the odd cigarette break on set.

The actor – who appeared in the 2010 Calvin Klein X advertising campaign earlier this year – has previously expressed concern about what his mother thinks of his public image.

Speaking about the raunchy promotional pictures, he said: “My nude a** is going to be all over billboards, we’ll see what my mother thinks.”

But rest easy — there is no sex tape with Emilio and ex-GF Snooki. Emilio says, “Wish I did that with Snooki. But I’m still learning and wasn’t as smart as him.”

True Blood couple Stephen Moyer and Anna Paquin tied the knot in a surprise ceremony in Malibu yesterday (21.08.10).

The True Blood co-stars – who announced their engagement earlier this month – got married on Saturday evening (21.08.10) in California.

According to Us Weekly magazine, the couple – who have been dating since filming the pilot episode of the vampire drama in 2007 – exchanged vows beneath a tent at a private residence across the street from the beach in Malibu.

Guests included actor Elijah Wood and the pair’s fellow True Blood co-star Carrie Preston along with her husband, Lost actor Michael Emerson.

No further details were available at the time of writing.

British star Stephen – who portrays vampire Bill Compton to Anna’s Sookie Stackhouse – recently admitted he decided to propose to the TV beauty earlier this month because it would be ‘ridiculous’ to keep calling her his girlfriend.

Stephen – who has two children, Billy, 10, and Lilac, eight, from previous relationships, but has never been married before – said: ‘It got to the point where I just was thinking, ‘You are calling somebody who you intend to stay with for the rest of your life your girlfriend’.’

He also revealed nobody was more shocked by his proposal than the 28-year-old beauty.

Joking that Anna needed medical attention after the proposal, he added: I should have got the St. John Ambulance crew when I did it. She thought that it was something that I was never going to do.

TMZ has learned … Oksana Grigorieva has hired a former Assistant United States Attorney and ABC News correspondent to represent her on all fronts in her legal war with Mel Gibson.

Mary Fulginiti — a former federal prosecutor who also worked as a defense lawyer and covered a number of stories involving domestic abuse for ABC’s “20/20″ — is representing Oksana in connection with the domestic violence investigation targeting Mel and the extortion investigation targeting Oksana.

Sources tell us Fulginiti is partnering with attorney James Spertus … whom we previously reported was hired by Oksana. Turns out … Oksana first made contact with Fulginiti and she was the one who actually referred Oksana to Spertus.

Both Spertus and Fulginiti worked together in the U.S. Attorney’s office in L.A.

Sources also tell TMZ Fulginiti and Spertus will be brought in to help Oksana in the family law case.

In addition to practicing law and working for ABC, Fulginiti was a frequent guest on talk shows, including “Larry King Live.”

Kim Kardashian loves her curves.

The socialite admits she has grown more confident after recently shedding some weight but is happy her body shape didn’t change as she lost the pounds.

She said: “Slimming down gave me confidence and I’m much happier with my body now.

“Being thinner makes me feel better about myself, but my curves are still here which I love. I’d never get rid of them even if I could.”

The ‘Keeping Up with the Kardashians’ star also confessed she would be prepared to have surgery if she became unhappy with her body.

She said: “I’ll have surgery at some point. I’ll never do my butt – I mean how would you sit down? But I’ll do my boobs for sure. I think at some point after I have kids they’ll need a lift and I’ll get them done.”

Kim – who is dating NFL player Miles Austin – is careful about her weight but insists she won’t fall into a trap of yo-yo dieting.

She said: “I’m pretty consistent right now and I hope to stay that way. I’m always really careful too. When I start to see myself gain a few pounds and get heavier, I work my butt off to get back in shape.

“Everyone goes up and down a bit but I’m happy with how I am right now and I hope that doesn’t change.”

Spencer Pratt has unearthed a girl-on-girl tape featuring Heidi Montag and Playboy Playmate Karissa Shannon …. sources tell TMZ.

We’re told not too long ago Spencer was at the Malibu house he once shared with Heidi … moving out some of his stuff. Sources tell us Spencer came upon a camera with XXX video of Heidi and Karissa — and the light bulb went off.

Sources say it was then that Spencer decided he could make a fortune selling his “library” to Vivid Entertainment — much of it featuring naked, fornicating Speidi.

We could not reach Heidi and her reps were mum.

As for Karissa Shannon — she tells us such a tape does indeed exist, but she’s not convinced Spencer really has it. Karissa says if the tape ever sees the light of day, she’ll sue the pants off him.

Then again, he might enjoy that.

The Oscar-winning actress – who lives with husband Keith Urban and their two-year-old daughter Sunday Rose in Nashville, Tennessee – is said to spend hours tending to her garden so she can feed her family home-grown, organic produce.

A friend of the star told the National Enquirer magazine: “She likes to have fresh organic produce for their daughter, Sunday. She doesn’t mind getting her hands dirty to make sure that the lettuce and corn come out perfectly.”

In addition to growing vegetables at her home, Nicole recently revealed she has fulfilled a lifelong ambition by raising alpacas in her garden.

She explained: “We just planted our vegetables for the summer. I’m hoping the corn will be beautiful, because I love eating corn out of the garden.

“And we just bought some alpacas. They are sort of the cousins of llamas, which I’ve always wanted because of their long necks and eyelashes.”

As we first reported, Spencer is shopping the tape to porn powerhouse Steven Hirsch at Vivid Entertainment. Sources close to the deal tell TMZ they have heard Spencer’s asking price and that Vivid doesn’t think the figure is “an unreasonable price.”

For his part, Spencer tells TMZ that he has an “entire website’s” worth of footage, saying, “I will knock Club Jenna out of the water.”

Spencer went on to say he thinks releasing the tapes will be good for Heidi, saying, “When I realized how much Kim [Kardashian] was making, my logic is this is the best thing I can do for my ex-wife. Kim is on the cover of Allure right now. Heidi isn’t on the cover of Allure.”

Heidi and Spencer’s Sex Tape Summit

TMZ has learned Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag are at the same hotel in Costa Rica … where Spencer is giving his estranged wife a very clear ultimatum: “Either do another reality show with me or I’m going to release amazing sexual content.”

Spencer tells TMZ he and Heidi arranged last Sunday to meet at the hotel under the pretext that he would turn over two of their dogs. Spencer brought the dogs to the hotel, turned them over to Heidi, and then made it clear to her that he was not leaving until they settled their issues.

Spencer tells us Heidi knew since they met four years ago that all he wanted was to become famous … and nothing will stand in his way now. According to Spencer, Heidi is “freaking out because she doesn’t want to do reality TV anymore.”

Pratt says they have been saying in separate hotel rooms and they have been having ongoing, semi-hysterical discussions — in which Spencer has demanded that Heidi tear up the divorce papers and do a revealing reality show on why she needs to get away from him.

As Spencer puts it, “You cannot turn off the Speidi machine.”

Spencer is very clear … he will release a flurry of sex tapes if she does not agree. Spencer added, “I am a wild sexual freak and I love sex.”

As TMZ first reported, Spencer has been in touch with Vivid Entertainment prez Steven Hirsch, who is salivating to release the tapes. Spencer believes he and Heidi can make more money off of these tapes than Kim Kardashian made off hers.

Jude Law and Sienna Miller have reportedly celebrated their love in a marriage blessing ceremony in Southeast Asia

The couple – who are believed to be engaged – apparently took part in a traditional ‘Baci’ ceremony during a holiday in Laos, Southeast Asia, where their love was blessed by a village shaman, who tied their wrists together with red-and-white bracelets.

Prince Nithakong Somanith – cultural and artistic adviser to the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organisation – met with the couple during their holiday and told them all about the ceremony, which is not legally binding, before sending them into the hills to meet the shaman.

He explained to Mail Online: “The Baci ceremony is performed everywhere and was also performed at the Royal Court.

“It usually takes place on the morning of the wedding and is followed by the wedding blessing by monks and feasting and drinking beer and rice alcohol in the evening. Jude Law and Sienna Miller will already be man and wife in people’s eyes here.”

During their romantic holiday to the tropical destination, the pair spent two nights at the Amantaka Hotel, from where they went on bike rides and saw the local sights.

Hotel manager Gary Tyson said: “They behaved just like the other backpackers who pass through here.

“They took bicycles out in the day time and went to the local markets and restaurants and from what I understand they were not bothered by anyone and were hardly noticed.”

The pair reconciled their romance 10 months ago after a three-year break, and are believed to be about to buy a £3.5 million house together.

Lindsay Lohan — No Workouts in Rehab

Lindsay Lohan’s first stop after being released from rehab could be her local gym … because TMZ has learned she’s “dying to exercise.”

Sources close to Lohan tell us the actress has not received permission to use the gym at UCLA’s Neuropsychiatric Hospital – where Lindsay has been since August 2 — even though she’s been craving a workout.

We’re told Lindsay has gotten resourceful — she’s working out in her room, doing push-ups and sit-ups every day.

As TMZ first reported, Lohan’s psychiatric problems aren’t nearly as bad as first thought — and if a judge signs off, she could be released from UCLA within a week.

Justin Bieber — How I Got a Movie Deal

TMZ has learned … Justin Bieber is so serious about a career in the movies — that dude used his current concert tour as a bargaining chip to get funding for a screenplay he wants to develop.

According to a minor’s contract filed in L.A. County Superior Court — in which he included his birth certificate – Biebs signed on with the AEG Live entertainment group earlier this year … and agreed to perform up to 140 tour events between June and December of 2011.

But in exchange for signing with AEG, Biebs — flexing his showbiz muscles — made the group agree to fund the development of a “certain screenplay as requested by Justin Bieber.”

It’s unclear what the movie is about — but we’re guessing it won’t matter to the 50 bazillion screaming girls who will undoubtedly line up to see it.

Pattinson & Kristen Stewart — Cops to the Rescue

Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart finally had a moment to themselves the other day — thanks to the actions of some quick thinking cops.

Sources involved in the situation tell us Rob and Kristen were on their way home from LAX airport earlier this week — when they noticed several paparazzi weaving through traffic to keep up.

We’re told … the couple — concerned for their safety — ducked into a nearby police station, hoping the cops could help out.

We’re told the officers figured out a way to sneak the “Twilight” stars out of the building … and they were able to get back on the road … without the paps on their tail.

Angelina Jolie enjoyed starring in action film ‘Salt’ because it stopped her feeling “soft” after giving birth

The actress was thrilled to get the chance to do her own stunts in the action movie – in which she plays a CIA agent trying to prove she is not a Russian spy -

soon after giving birth to twins Knox and Vivienne in July 2008 because it toughened her up.

Angelina said: “It was difficult to switch to being an action hero for a minute. But it was so nice to have an excuse to get out of bed and get back in action and not feel so soft with the pregnancy and all that comes with it after.”

Although the 35-year-old star was happy to throw herself into the character of on-the-run Evelyn Salt she did occasionally have times when she felt like she should be back at home.

Angelina – who filmed car chases, fight scenes and torture sequences for the movie – added: “I did have a moment where I found myself thinking, ‘I am somebody’s mom, I don’t belong here.’ I was on the freeway with somebody chasing me and two weeks before I was at home feeding the babies. I felt like, ‘Oh, they’ve got the wrong person.’ ”

In addition to Knox and Vivienne, Angelina has four other children, Maddox, eight, Zahara, five, Pax, six, and Shiloh, four, with her partner Brad Pitt.

The screen beauty has also revealed shooting ‘Salt’ reminded her of the first time she met Brad, on the set of action film ‘Mr. and Mrs. Smith’.

She said: “You know the great thing is he and I met during an action movie, so he’s kind of like, ‘Oh honey, you’re bruised again from a stunt.’ You know, it’s sweet, it’s reminiscent of the old days.”
