Elizabeth Hurley (born 10 June 1965) is an English model and actress who became known as a girlfriend of Hugh Grant in the 1990s. The pair – who met when they shot family drama movie ‘The Last Song’ in 2009 – have broken up after more than a year of dating, representatives for the Australian actor have confirmed, with friends of the singer-and-actress claiming she is too focused on her career to have a relationship.

A source told E! Online: “Ever since she left for Detroit to film ‘LOL: Laughing Out Loud’, Miley has been super focused on her work. Liam wanted more, but she’s 17 and has other priorities right now. He’s been a distraction. Miley’s not with anybody else.

“Liam visited her twice on the set and both visits were only about 24 hours in length, by Miley’s choice. She is not ready to settle down, and Liam’s not a happy camper. They’re both young.”

However, friends of the young stars have not ruled out a reconciliation in the future.

The source added: “To say they are done forever would be premature, but it’s safe to say for now they are doing their own thing.”

Fan Arrested at Sylvester Stallone’s Home

Sylvester Stallone’s private security team sprung into action yesterday when an overzealous fan allegedly snuck on to Sly’s L.A. estate and tried to score an impromptu meet-and-greet with the star.

Law enforcement tells TMZ …  a member of Stallone’s private security team called police around 3:30 PM and told cops they had performed a citizen’s arrest on a 22-year-old male who got past Sly’s gates.

We’re told the suspect claimed that he simply wanted some face time with “The Expendables” star — who wasn’t home at the time.

The LAPD eventually arrived at the scene — where they took the man into custody and booked him for misdemeanor trespassing.

According to police, the man is still in custody and is being held on $2,500 bail.

Mel Gibson Case Goes to District Attorney

The L.A. County District Attorney’s Office just got the Mel Gibson domestic violence case for review … sources in the D.A.’s office tell TMZ.

We’re told the D.A. got the case at around 3:50 PM PT.  The Sheriff’s Department turned over the investigative file to the D.A., although prosecutors have been working closely with Sheriff’s investigators.

The D.A. has not received the file on the Oksana Grigorieva extortion investigation.  The Sheriff’s Department still has work to do on that case.

We’re told the D.A. will make simultaneous decisions on whether to prosecute Mel and Oksana.

Wesley Snipes — I Want a New Trial!!!

Wesley Snipes isn’t going to prison for tax evasion without a fight — because TMZ has learned the actor believes he wasn’t given a fair trial  … and now he’s filed documents requesting a brand new one.

According to documents filed today in Florida federal court, Snipes — who was sentenced forever ago to serve 3 years in prison — claims there was “jury misconduct” during his trial … and he’s got the emails to prove it.

In the docs, Snipes claims his defense team received emails after the trial was over from two jurors, who claimed three of the other jurors “told us [Snipes] was guilty before they even heard the first piece of evidence.”

Snipes claims that alone warrants a new trial … but there’s more.

In the docs, Snipes says the government failed to disclose that the key witness against him — his former accountant Kenneth Starr (not that one) — was actually under investigation for engaging in “criminal activities of conspiring to evade income taxes” with another client.

Snipes’ attorney argues that if the jury knew Starr was being investigated … they wouldn’t have believed his damning testimony against Snipes.

Put it all together … and Snipes wants to be tried again.

Lindsay Lohan Crashes the DMV

TMZ has learned Lindsay Lohan just rolled down to the Santa Monica Department of Motor Vehicles … in an effort to get her life back on the road.

Lohan’s license had been suspended — and the actress rolled in today so she could apply to get it back.

Sources inside the DMV — (yeah , we got those) — tell us LiLo was “in and out within ten minutes.”

Even when the DMV is nice .. it takes longer than 10 mins to get your license … so we’re guessing she was sent home to get more documentation.

The 45-year-old beauty has a soft spot for the 22-year-old screen heartthrob, admitting Efron brings out the “cougar” in her – a reference to women who like younger men.

She wrote on her twitter page: “Watching one of the High School Musicals with my son. The cougar in me loves Zac Efron.”

Hurley has been spending a lot of her time with her eight-year-old son Damian who is off school for his summer holiday and has revealed the youngster has been styling her like a Barbie doll.

She tweeted: “Damian wants me to take him for ‘a smart lunch’ & he wants to ’style me’. He likes me dressed like a Barbie doll, so watch out. (sic)”

As well as letting Damian – her son from her relationship with film producer Steve Bing – style her the ‘Bedazzled’ actress has been out on several fun day trips with him.

Angelina Jolie has hinted she may marry Brad Pitt in the future

Although the couple – who have been together since 2005 – haven’t seriously considered tying the knot the actress does think being someone’s wife is a special thing.

Angelina – who raises six children, Maddox, eight, Zahara, five, Pax, six, Shiloh, four, and two-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne, with Brad – said: “I do think marriage is a lovely thing as I’ve tried it twice before, but we haven’t felt the need to do it yet. We have already made the greatest commitment of having a family together.”

The ‘Salt’ star – who has previously been married to actors Billy Bob Thornton and Jonny Lee Miller – also revealed one of the best things about her relationship with Brad is the fact they push each other to be better people.

She added to new! magazine: “We push each other to be better, even if it’s just a better bike rider or better pilot. We ‘re constantly in competition.”

Angelina – who is a qualified pilot - loves flying and enjoys being able to escape her hectic lifestyle when she is in the air.

‘Cake Boss’ Co-Star Busted for Sex Assault on Minor

TMZ has learned one of the stars of “Cake Boss” has been arrested for sexually assaulting a minor.

According to law enforcement sources Remy Gonzalez is currently being held in Morris County Jail in New Jersey … he’s been there since August 18 when cops arrested him.

Officials tell us Gonzalez — who is married to “Cake Boss” Buddy Valastro’s sister — is charged with aggravated sexual assault, sexual assault, criminal sexual contact, and endangering the welfare of a child.  He’s being held on $300,000 bail.

A rep for TLC, which airs ‘Boss’ says, “We support Buddy and the Valastro family during this very difficult and challenging time.”

Timbaland 911 Call — ‘We Can’t Find Him’

TMZ has obtained the Timbaland 911 call, in which his mother-in-law desperately declares an emergency — stating the rapper/producer was “tired of the stress” and by a cliff in a canyon.

TMZ broke the story, after receiving the call, the L.A. County Sheriff’s Department dispatcher sent out a “possible suicide attempt” APB.  A helicopter spotted Timbaland, deputies came, took him home and determined his life was not in danger.

The Sheriff’s Department tells TMZ … “Initial information provided to the Sheriff’s dispatch suggested that Mosley [aka Timbaland] might have taken some sort of medication that would make finding him more urgent.”

Lindsay Lohan — First Photo After Rehab/Jail

TMZ has obtained the first photo of Lindsay Lohan since she checked herself into jail July 20.

The picture was taken this morning at 8:35 AM at a parking garage in Beverly Hills, as Lindsay climbed out of the back of a decoy van, holding a Rockstar energy drink.

Lindsay — who, we might add looks good — got out of UCLA rehab yesterday.

Joe Jackson has re-filed his wrongful death lawsuit against Dr. Conrad Murray — and now claims Dr. Murray and AEG staged an intervention with Michael Jackson one week before he died.

According to the new documents, representatives from AEG and Dr. Murray went to Michael Jackson’s home on N. Carolwood Drive on June 18, 2009 — and said they were there for a “drug intervention.”

The suit says during the meeting AEG demanded Michael “stop seeing Dr. Arnold Klein and stop taking the drugs Klein gave to him.” They instead wanted Michael to “take only the medications being given to him by Conrad Murray.”

The allegation is the intervention was intended to get Michael to adhere to Dr. Murray’s drug regimen so he could get more sleep. According to the suit, AEG thought Michael was missing rehearsals because of medications from Dr. Klein and other doctors.

Montana Fishburne really is trying to follow Kim Kardashian’s path to fame … because TMZ has learned Montana recently did a nude “test” photo shoot for Playboy Magazine.

We’re told the photos — in which Montana goes full-frontal — were taken BEFORE anyone knew about Fishburne’s sex tape.

As you may know, Kardashian was also featured in Playboy in 2007 — after her sex tape went public.

Timbaland — ‘Possible Suicide’ Call to Cops

Timbaland was the subject of a manhunt yesterday after his family believed he was so distraught over the theft of a $2 million piece of jewelry he might harm himself … this according to law enforcement sources.

According to sources, the L.A. County Sheriff’s Department put out a “possible suicide attempt” APB just before 5 PM PT yesterday.  A helicopter and squad cars went on the hunt for the rapper/producer’s Escalade.

Here’s what we’re told happened … Timbaland was on the phone earlier in the day with his brother-in-law … deeply upset about something.  We’re told one of the things that was eating at him was a theft at his Malibu residence a day before.  Someone had stolen a crazy expensive Jacob & Co. watch — valued at $2 million – and Timbaland suspected it might have been someone he trusted.

Timbaland left his home yesterday and began driving.  Family members couldn’t locate him, became extremely worried and called the Sheriff’s Department.

We’re told the helicopter located the Escalade, ground crews pulled Timbaland over and began talking to him.  At some point they put Timbaland in a patrol car and took him to his residence, where they continued speaking with him and family members.

Deputies called for paramedics to come and evaluate Timbaland.  After the evaluation, paramedics determined Timbaland was not a threat to himself and left.

We’re told the Sheriff’s Department is investigating the theft of Timbaland’s jewelry and they have possible suspects.

Timbaland’s rep could not be reached for comment.

The ‘Hero’ hitmaker – who was pictured on stage in Brazil earlier this week with an apparent baby bump – and husband Nick Cannon have allegedly told friends how “overjoyed” they are to be expecting their first child together, despite refusing to publicly confirm the happy news.

A source told RadarOnline.com: “Nick has been telling friends how excited he is to be a dad.

“Mariah has tried so hard to get pregnant. She’s very excited. She wants to wait as close to full term as possible before going public with the news to her fans.”

Following her show in Brazil, Mariah – who recently dropped out of her next movie, ‘For Colored Girls Who Have Considered Suicide When the Rainbow Is Enuf’, citing medical reasons – tweeted she had found the performance tough for “personal reasons”.

She posted: “Seriously, I really do love it here, beautiful people inside and out! Tonite was tuff 4 me 4 personal reasons, but U got me thru! L4L. (sic)”

Nick has refused to be drawn on the pregnancy speculation this week, insisting it is a matter for his wife to tell her fans.

He said on his radio show: “I’ve said it before and I’ll say it time and time again – when my wife feels like talking about whatever she wants to talk about, you will hear it directly from her.”

George said: “I’m a single man. We really fancy each other but are just good friends. We’re not boyfriend and girlfriend.

“We both live such busy lifestyles. In an ideal world, for me anyway, it would be great if we could be together but we can’t.

“I’m doing my thing and she’s doing hers. Maybe if the situation changed we might be together.”

Though he is unhappy at his single status, George – who first met Emma when they shot a modelling campaign for Burberry together – insists he values the actress’ friendship more than anything.

Danielle Staub to Face Off with Ex-Hubby

Danielle Staub is in line for another epic sit-down — this time the “Real Housewives of New Jersey” star will enter the same room as her ex-husband … to try and settle a legal war involving accusations of rape, gunplay and dog murder.

It’s all over a $5 million lawsuit filed by Danielle’s ex Kevin Maher — who claims Staub slandered him when she claimed Kevin once raped her on a bed of broken glass, forced her to play Russian Roulette, and also murdered her dog.

Now, a judge has ordered both Maher and Staub to attend a mediation hearing in the hopes that they can “facilitate a resolution of the case before it goes to trial.”

Maher — the subject of the now infamous book “Cop Without a Badge” — tells TMZ, “I will listen to the mediator … but if the results are not fair and reasonable, I look forward to my day in court when I can call [Danielle] out on her lies.”

Maher continues, “I want to be vindicated for the horrific crimes she falsely accuses me of.”

The two sides are set to face off on Friday morning in Orange County, California.

Lindsay Lohan — UCLA on $40k a Week

Lindsay Lohan’s UCLA medical bill was a whopping $40,000 a week … sources familiar with her treatment tell TMZ.

Before continuing … we’ll answer what we know you’re asking.  We’re told Lindsay’s insurance (SAG) does not cover treatment at the UCLA Neuropsychiatric Hospital.

Sources at UCLA tell us the base rate for treatment at the Hospital is $17,850 a week, which does not include the cost of doctors, testing, medication, or therapists.  All tolled, Lindsay’s bill came to $40,000 a week.

Here’s what’s crazy …  Judge Marsha Revel ordered 13 weeks of treatment, which would have brought the bill to $520,000.  According to the docs, Judge Revel overreacted and Lindsay was released after only 23 days — almost 3 1/2 weeks.  That reduces the cost to a very reasonable $130,400.

Kim Kardashian would definitely date Justin Bieber “if he was of legal age.”

The 29-year-old reality TV star – who recently took part in a magazine photoshoot with the 16-year-old pop sensation – insists she has no romantic involvement with the ‘Baby’ hitmaker because he is too young.

She told US TV talk show host George Lopez: “Would I date him? If he was of legal age. He definitely has this swag to him.”

The brunette beauty – who is dating NFL player Miles Austin – recently admitted she “feels old enough to be Justin’s mum” but has retained a close friendship with the star, after they first met at this year’s White House Correspondents’ Dinner.

Justin recently revealed he talks to his pal regularly.

He said: “I have her on Blackberry Messenger and we, like, talk all the time.”

Speaking about their recent photoshoot – which was styled around the movie ‘The Graduate’, which follows an older woman and her young lover – the singer admitted anyone his age would have jumped at the chance to work with Kim.

Levi Johnston Targets Voters — At Gun Shop

Levi Johnston made his first official stop on the campaign trail last weekend — TMZ has learned … just one day after declaring his intent to run … the ex-Playgirl model hit up a gun shop in an effort to connect to his people.

According to a source at Chimo Guns in Wasilla, Alaska — where Levi plans to run for office — the famous Palin-impregnator rolled up with a camera crew and played like a politician … glad-handing everyone and taking advantage of the photo op.

Our source tells us, Levi — a loyal Chimo customer — also checked out a few guns — including a $2,000 Weatherby Ultra Lightweight hunting rifle — but ultimately didn’t buy anything.

We’re told Levi talked with some of the employees at the shop about hunting — but according to our source, the political hopeful hasn’t had any time to kill some Dall sheep (Levi’s game of choice) … probably because of the whole reality show thing.

As TMZ first reported — Levi recently filed his letter of intent with the state of Alaska … so he could officially start hitting up the public for campaign donations.

‘Sons Of Anarchy’ Star Arrested for Assaulting Cop

TMZ has learned … “Sons of Anarchy” star Mark Hiedrich — aka Mark Boone Junior — was arrested in Glendale, CA earlier today for allegedly assaulting a police officer.

Law enforcement sources tell us Hiedrich was originally pulled over for a traffic violation … and during the stop … he went after the cop.

We’re told additional officers were called to the scene … and Hiedrich was taken into custody for assaulting an officer and resisting arrest.

Drew Barrymore watches romantic comedies when she has had a “crap day”

The actress – who stars opposite on/off boyfriend Justin Long in new movie ‘Going the Distance’ – admits a good rom-com always puts a smile on her face when life is getting the better of her.

She said: “I need them (rom-coms) at the end of a crap day – a nice happy ending and a fairytale.

“On the other hand I like movies that are very grounded in reality but still maintain their comedy.”

Although Drew enjoys the often light-hearted genre, she doesn’t relate to movies which depict women as wedding obsessed and needy.

She added to the London Evening Standard newspaper: “I swear to God, with some of these romantic comedies, these women are being shot in the butt with steroids, and I feel like they’ll eat the husband alive on their wedding day. It just terrifies me – I don’t relate to that at all. I’m not at that place in my life where I want to play a character who says, ‘I just have to get married.’ “

Paris Hilton Suspect — No Stranger to Trouble

It was déjà vu for the man arrested at Paris Hilton’s home this morning — TMZ has learned the suspect was arrested just last month … for allegedly trying to pull off a burglary in San Bernardino.

TMZ obtained the mug shot for Nathan Parada — taken on July 26, 2010 — when he was charged with three felonies … burglary, grand theft and vandalism.

As we previously reported, Parada was arrested around 6:30 this morning for allegedly trying to break into Hilton’s L.A. area home — and according to Paris, dude was packing “2 big knifes.”

Parada was charged with felony burglary for this morning’s incident.

He’s due back in court in September for the July incident.

Paris Hilton Suspect Booked for Felony Burglary

The man who was arrested at Paris Hilton’s home this morning has now been booked by the LAPD on one count of felony burglary.

Cops tell TMZ 31-year-old Nathan Lee Parada is still in custody and is being held on $50,000 bail.

According to his booking sheet, Parada is 5′10″ and weighs 178 pounds.

As we previously reported, Hilton called 911 claiming a man with two knives was trying to get into her home.
