The Situation’s Gonna Be Late to the ‘Dance’

The Situation’s “Dancing with the Stars” career has already hit a major setback — TMZ has learned dude will get significantly less time to practice for the show … all thanks to “Jersey Shore.”

Sources connected to The Situation tell us the “stars” are scheduled to begin rehearsing on Monday — but since Sitch still has serious “Jersey Shore” obligations (taping, appearances, etc) that dude won’t be able to slip on his Capezios until at least September 8.

… and since it’ll probably take a couple more days to shake that nasty “Jersey Shore” hangover … who knows when Sitch could be ready to begin practicing for the September 20 premiere.

Bottom line — Sitch will get almost half the prep time as Bristol Palin, Kurt Warner, David Hasselhoff and Audrina Patridge … then again, he’s the only one with a job.

So will Situation be hoisted by his own unitard?

The only thing smoother than Tony Dovolani’s dance moves … his freshly shaved back.

TMZ ran into the “Dancing with the Stars” dancer yesterday at the B2V Salon in Beverly Hills — where the super nice two-stepper talked about his man grooming session … and the possibility of Octomom Nadya Suleman being his dance partner on the upcoming season of the show.

Hopefully lightening won’t strike twice for Tony … he was paired up with another baby factory — Kate Gosselin — last time around.

Hunter Tylo Sued By … Nearly Everyone

Check your calendars — August 27 is National Sue Hunter Tylo Day … and her manager, security firm and lawyers are all getting in on the act.

The story is the same for all three — so they filed a joint lawsuit today in Los Angeles Superior Court. Each of them — Marv Dauer (manager), The Centurion Group (security firm) and The Law Offices of Lon B. Isaacson (guess) claim they worked for Tylo and are still owed cash.

The biggest claim belongs to Dauer, who claims Tylo owes him $250,000.

A rep for Tylo could not be reached for comment.

Lindsay Lohan — The Bloodsuckers Are Back

Now that Lindsay Lohan has returned … so have some of the opportunistic leeches masquerading as her friends … and according to sources close to the actress, the “bad people” are once again up to their old tricks.

We’re told the same people who helped steer Lindsay’s life into a downward spiral smell new opportunities to take advantage … and are desperately trying to “snake their way back into her life.”

According to sources, “They have been calling Lindsay non-stop … and she’s been talking to them.” One source adds, “It’s scary … they could take her off the right path.”

As we previously reported, the price of Lindsay’s treatment at the UCLA facility ran around $130,000 – we’ll see if the investment pays off.

Paris Hilton’s BF Pulled Gun on Intruder

TMZ has learned … the man who allegedly attempted to break into Paris Hilton’s home this week was thwarted by Hilton’s boyfriend … who pulled a gun on the suspect before the dude could get inside.

Law enforcement sources confirm … Hilton’s BF — Vegas nightclub kingpin Cy Waits — told police that he and Paris heard loud banging noises coming from downstairs around 6:30 AM Tuesday … so he grabbed his gun and went to check out the situation.

We’re told Cy claims he spotted Nathan Parada peering through a window and carrying two knives – a large kitchen knife and a buck hunting knife.

Cy immediately went outside — with his weapon drawn — and ordered Parada to drop the knives and lay on his stomach.  We’re told Cy kept his gun pointed at Parada until cops arrived.

Law enforcement sources also tell us Parada told cops that he had purchased a Star Map on Hollywood Blvd. hours before the incident … because he wanted to find out where Paris lived.

We’re told Parada — who was booked for felony burglary — is currently in custody on a 5150 psychiatric hold.

Sources close to Paris tell us … ever since the incident, Hilton’s security team has installed several new cameras around the home … as well as infrared technology designed to spot intruders. Paris has also hired two new bodyguards to protect her around the clock.

According to our sources, Paris has told friends, “Thank God Cy was there, he saved my life.”

Katy Perry and her parents “agree to disagree” on her sexy image

The ‘Teenage Dream’ star’s parents Keith and Mary Hudson are Evangelical Christian pastors and while the singer – famed for her provocative image and straightforward lyrics – is close to them, they don’t see eye-to-eye on her career choice.

Katy explained to US TV talk show host David Letterman: “There’s a dynamic between children and their parents that sometimes you can agree to disagree, and we definitely do that.”

The host also showed the 25-year-old star a risque picture of her nearly naked on the cover of a magazine, and asked her: “What does God think of that?”

Katy joked: “That’s side boob.”

When asked whether her parents understand such images are simply part of showbusiness, Katy replied: “Uh, I don’t know if it’s the ‘understanding’ that they do.

“I think there’s some grunts and moans and a couple of ‘Oy veys.’ ”

Katy – who is engaged to British comedian and former drug addict Russell Brand – also told how pop music was an important factor in making her deviate from her strict Christian upbringing, when she discovered contemporary artists.

She added: “I sang ‘Oh Happy Day’ starting at nine. ‘His Eye Is On The Sparrow’ too. Then I discovered bands like Queen, and the Beach Boys, and of course The Beatles, and I just found out that the world maybe wasn’t so flat.”

Michael Jackson’s Kids Get Schooled

Two of Michael Jackson’s kids have taken a big step — leaving homeschool for one of the most exclusive private schools in the country.

TMZ has learned 13-year-old Prince and 12-year-old Paris started at The Buckley School in the San Fernando Valley on Wednesday.

Family sources tell TMZ … Prince wanted to go to Buckley to have “a social experience.”  Initially, Paris was reluctant but changed her mind in a big way.

As for 8-year-old Blanket — he’s still going to be homeschooled. Katherine Jackson feels he’s too young to venture out.

Among the alums — Matthew Perry, Alyssa Milano, Nicole Richie, Nicollette Sheridan and Laura Dern.

By the way, some other grads even went on to do sex tapes and became famous — Paris Hilton and Kim Kardashian.

Jesse James has moved on to greener pastures — Austin, TX, — but poor Cinnabun is still stuck in Long Beach, CA.

Jesse has officially moved lock, stock and barrel, but sans Cinnabun … he says because his pooch is an escape artist and he needs to secure the fencing around his Austin property before shipping the pooch to the Lone Star State.

You’ll recall … Cinnabun turned up last February and was MIA for nearly a month, before the dog was returned 23 pounds lighter.

And Jesse says the dog went missing again a short time later.

Car Crash 911 — Gary Busey Yells in the Background

TMZ has obtained the 911 call made while Gary Busey was assisting a car crash victim on Tuesday … and in the call you can clearly hear Gary barking orders in the background.

The person who dialed 911 never talks — but Gary can be heard in the background, clearly taking charge of the situation … instructing someone to “call 911″ and then identifying their location on Pacific Coast Highway.

As we first reported, an eyewitness to the crash says Gary helped slow traffic after the accident and then stayed with one of the victims until paramedics arrived.

Lady Gaga used to be “smart and studious”

The ‘Alejandro’ hitmaker – who attended New York’s Convent Of The Sacred Heart high school along with heiresses Paris and Nicky Hilton – rarely saw the two socialites during their time at the educational institute because they mixed in such different social circles.

She told Q magazine: “I don’t see Paris as an artist. People assume that all the girls who went to my school were like Paris and Nicky and the truth is that I went to a very, very religious school. Some girls were very artistic, some did drugs and didn’t give a f**k. It was like any other high school. Except we had nuns.

“I was the smart, studious theatre and music student. I didn’t hang out with all the popular blonde girls. I wasn’t blonde really until I was 20 years old.”

The eccentric singer’s comments must come as a blow to Paris, who recently revealed she is in awe of the outrageous stage outfits Lady Gaga manages to pull off.

She tweeted: “Dancing to Lady Gaga. Her outfits are so amazing! She is such a style icon! No one can pull it off like she can!(sic)”

The British actress recently visited her hometown and received so much attention in the restaurant she was eating in she had take evasive action in the rest room.

Referring to her character in new movie ‘Tamara Drewe’, Gemma – who grew up in Gravesend, Kent, South East England – told BANG Showbiz: “I grew up in a town that’s not that far away from London at all, but not the countryside, and I went home two weeks ago for a visit. Christina Applegate’s ex-husband Johnathon Schaech is about to be the ex-husband of another actress — because Schaech’s current wife just filed for divorce … less than two months after they wed.

Octomom Nadya Suleman may have been a stranger to the rhythm method in the past, but now she’s embracing it for a shot at “Dancing with the Stars.”

Octomom’s legal eagle, Jeff Czech, tells TMZ, “Nadya is in top physical shape.  She has been working out for months.  She has had a strong interest in dance and ‘Dancing with the Stars’ is one of the few shows that she takes time to watch.”

Czech adds, “She’d love to do it.”

Our spies at “Dancing” tell us Nadya is not on their short list.  We’re thinkin’ she should be … because at the very least she’s got a built-in audience at home.

Joe Francis — Wynn Gave Me a Gambling Discount

Joe Francis just fired a new shot at Steve Wynn in their nasty battle over Joe’s gambling debt — and according to the countersuit … Steve actually owes Joe a discount on the debt!

Here’s the deal: Wynn sued Joe for $2 million in unpaid gambling debts last year and won. Joe hasn’t paid up yet (he’s appealing) … but just this week Joe filed a countersuit claiming the only reason he gambled at Wynn Las Vegas is because the casino offered him a bargain on his losses.

The suit is a pretty fascinating look into the world of “high-rollers.” In the docs Francis claims that casinos regularly give big-time gamblers comps including private planes, accommodations, and food and beverage. But the suit also states that casinos provide discounts — anywhere from 10% to 30% — off debts for the biggest spenders.

The suit claims Francis had such a discount deal with Wynn Las Vegas that began in 2007, and was arranged with Larry Altschul, executive vice president of player development for the casino.

According to the suit, Altschul rescinded the discount in 2008 because the casino claimed that Francis hadn’t paid his debts on time. At that time Francis was more than $2 million in the hole — and in the suit Francis claims the casino never told him there was a time constraint on the discount deal.

Bottom line … Joe acknowledges he lost a ton o’ cash at the Wynn, but thinks his tab should be discounted by the agreed upon amount.

Michael Bay’s Lawyer: Apologize, Or Else!

Michael Bay’s lawyer is red-faced angry over a lawsuit filed against him … alleging his bodyguard pistol-whipped two dudes outside a Hollywood nightclub.

Legal pit bull Marty Singer has fired off a letter — obtained by TMZ — to lawyers for the two alleged pistol-whipped dudes, claiming their lawsuit is “false and fabricated” and if it isn’t dismissed immediately … Singer will file a mega-suit of his own.

Singer claims Bay was not even at the nightclub in question on August 24, 2008.  What’s more, Singer says Bay has never had a bodyguard, so the whole thing is bogus.

But wait, there’s more.  Singer not only wants the lawsuit against Bay dismissed, he wants “a sincere public apology” for what he calls “malicious prosecution.”

Larry King and Ryan Seacrest have been secretly plotting to relaunch Larry’s radio career … TMZ has learned.

Sources tell TMZ … Ryan is talking to Larry about producing/distributing a new Larry King syndicated radio show, as part of a mega-media deal Seacrest is creating.  BTW, that’s how Larry became famous — radio.

Ryan, whose radio deal with Clear Channel is up in November, has been around town talking to big wigs about creating a multi-media empire, including TV and the Internet.

Ryan was at dinner last night with DreamWorks Animation Chief Jeffrey Katzenberg — and we’re told they were discussing the plan.

Kim Kardashian wants four children

The reality TV star – who is in a relationship with NFL star Miles Austin – admits she has always wanted a large family, but has lowered her expectation as she has got older.

She said: “I do want kids. I want four. I started at six a few years ago.”

However Kim is not planning to rush into motherhood after seeing how difficult it has been for her sister Kourtney Kardashian to raise her eight-month-old son Mason.

Referring to Mason, Kim explained: “It kind of shows me what hard work it is and it kind of makes me want to step back a little bit and not have a baby right away.”

Kim is not the only member of the Kardashian family to be contemplating motherhood.

Her sister Kourtney has also admitted she and boyfriend Scott Disick would welcome becoming parents for the second time, though they are not deliberately trying to conceive.

She said: “I’m not trying but I’m not not trying. Me and Khloe are on the same plan. It’s a race”.

Earlier this year, Khloe Kardashian admitted she and husband Lamar Odom had stopped using contraception in preparation to have a family.

She said: “I’m not rushing it, but I’m also not doing anything to prevent it. We both want to have children together and I think we’re in an ideal situation. We’re just happy together.”

Heidi Montag Sends Mixed Messages on Sex Tape

Heidi Montag says there’s no sex tape featuring her and Spencer Pratt … but she still wants to have a sit-down with the Prez of the biggest porn company in the world.

TMZ has obtained an email Heidi sent to Vivid Entertainment honcho Steve Hirsch, in which she says, “I don’t think Spencer has any footage of the two of us.  I think hes (sic) making it up for publicity for a new reality show he wants me to do but I really can’t tell.  He can be sneaky.”

But then Heidi writes to Hirsch, “I wanted to drop you a line and let you know where Im (sic) at with all of this.  If you decide to come to Costa Rica I look forward to hearing your thoughts.”

Spencer insists he has a catalog of XXX videos featuring him and Heidi.

It certainly has the smell of an upcoming release.

Sheriff’s Deputies Will Re-Interview Mel Gibson

The L.A. County Sheriff’s Department will re-interview Mel Gibson in connection with its extortion investigation … law enforcement sources tell TMZ.

As one law enforcement source said  … the second round of questions shows how seriously the Department is taking the investigation of Oksana Grigorieva and Mel’s claim that she tried extorting him for millions in connection with the incendiary tapes.

We’re told Mel has cooperated with investigators and will continue to cooperate by sitting for another interview.  Our law enforcement sources say … investigators informed Mel’s lawyer they won’t ask questions about the domestic violence case.

As we first reported … the Sheriff’s Department turned the domestic violence case over to the D.A. Wednesday but the extortion investigation continues.

Chyna — Bugging Out Over Nasty Insect Bite

Another disgusting story about a bug bite — this time the victim is former WWE star Chyna … who claims a poisonous spider chomped on her leg, causing so much swelling … that her doc sent her to the hospital.

Problem is — Chyna didn’t go to the ER because she claims, “It would have cost too much.” So, according to her, she played doctor instead … and operated on herself with a Swiss Army knife.

Chyna says she used the knife to essentially dig out the swollen golf ball sized lump that had formed in her leg … leaving a pretty nasty, bloody crater. She then doused the wound in hydrogen peroxide and Neosporin … but Chyna tells us she’s in so much pain, she “can barely walk.”

No word on what kind of spider is responsible for the carnage — all Chyna knows is that the culprit attacked her while she was changing a toilet in her L.A. home sometime last month.

Seinfeld’s Uncle Calls Cops on Kim K Poser

Remember Jerry Seinfeld’s Uncle Leo?  He just got a taste of something even more annoying than the show … seems someone posing as  Kim Kardashian posted his name and number on Facebook and it’s gotten so bad he had to call the cops … that’s what law enforcement sources tell TMZ.

Len Lesser called Burbank police last night after receiving a slew of calls from people who kept asking, “Are you uncle Leo?”  The 87-year-old couldn’t take it anymore so cops came to his house.

While police were there, the phone rang, a cop picked up and the called asked if he was Uncle Leo.  The cop asked the caller where he got the number from, and the called responded, “Kim Kardashian’s Facebook.”

The officer then did a search and there were more than 100 Facebook pages for KK.

Police are investigating, and Uncle Leo is just beside himself.

Spencer to Heidi — We Need Couples Counseling!

TMZ has learned … Spencer Pratt still believes there’s a chance to save his marriage to Heidi Montag as long as they get some “relationship counseling” — and sources close to the couple tell us Heidi is totally on board.

We’re told Spencer — who’s currently hocking sex tapes starring himself, Heidi and a Playmate — still “loves” his estranged wife … and is willing to do whatever it takes to stop the divorce.

In fact, we’re told Spencer has finally admitted to having a “fame addiction” … and wants to seek help for that too.

As for Heidi — we’re told she’s down to work things out … despite all of the public drama he’s put her through recently.
