Halle Berry: Gandhi Showed Up At My House!
Halle Berry is such a zen person, it’s not surprising she’s into Gandhi … but when he shows up at her house it’s a case for the cops.
The face of Mahatma Gandhi mysteriously appeared on the front gate of Halle’s L.A. home today — in the form of teeny tiny pink graffiti.
We’re told someone in Halle’s house called police to report the vandalism. The cops came, but so far … no suspects.

Michael Lohan is hoping to visit his daughter Lindsay Lohan in jail this weekend — but if Lindsay refuses to see him, he’ll ask for assistance from a higher power.
Papa Lohan tells TMZ that if Lindsay won’t approve him as a visitor, he’ll reach out to the jail’s chaplain to help broker some kind of meeting. There is of course the possibility the chaplain could refuse to meet with him too.
It’s one thing for your daughter to turn you away, it’s another thing when JC’s spokesperson does it.

Oksana Claims Mel Targeted TMZ Exec In Death Plot
by tmz on Jul.23, 2010, under TV
There’s a story circulating that Oksana Grigorieva told authorities Mel Gibson plotted to break the kneecaps of a “Hollywood figure.” Well that story is about TMZ’s Harvey Levin, spoon-fed by Oksana’s people.
The story is much wilder than reported. Earlier this week, Oksana’s rep, Steve Jaffe, told Harvey that Mel had described to Oksana a plot to kill Harvey. Jaffe said Oksana claimed Mel told her he was furious that TMZ broke the story about the anti-Semitic rant following Mel’s 2006 DUI arrest. Jaffe said Oksana told him Mel had said he wanted the “blood of Jews” on his hands.
According to Jaffe, Oksana said Mel told her he had someone do “surveillance” on Harvey earlier this year, having him followed to the gym at 4 AM.
The plan, Jaffe said, was to “kidnap” Harvey, strip him, take him deep into the desert, break his kneecaps and leave him to die.
Jaffe told Harvey the story on the heels of complaining that a particular TMZ post was not favorable enough to Oksana.
We checked the “kneecap” story out and determined it was false. For starters, Oksana had the wrong gym. More telling … Oksana never mentioned a word of this to any of her lawyers while she tried negotiating a $15 million package in May during the mediation, using the tapes as her secret weapon. One person involved in the mediation laughed, saying Oksana brought out every piece of ammunition imaginable to score a financial package, so why was this story mysteriously absent?
Oksana claims to have told the Sheriff’s Department the story. It seems deputies took it so seriously … they never even contacted Harvey to give him a heads up that someone wanted him dead … allegedly.
Sheriff’s Department spokesperson Steve Whitmore tells TMZ, “We categorically deny that any such information was ever given to the L.A. County Sheriff’s Department.”

The Jonas Brothers’ — Nick Jonas Made A Heart-shaped Pizza 4 His GF Lucie Jones
by Abbey on Jul.23, 2010, under Artist, Band, Girlfriend, Singer
Nick Jonas made a heart-shaped pizza for his rumoured girlfriend last night (22.07.10).
The Jonas Brothers singer prepared the romantic culinary treat for his ‘Les Miserables’ co-star Lucie Jones, 17, at a Pizza Express restaurant in Soho, London, to mark one of their final nights out together before he returns to Los Angeles after completing his run in the stage production.
The crusty Cupid had asked the eatery if the pair could come in one night after closing time for the unique date before he flies back to the US.
A source said: “He put in a request to the restaurant. He specifically asked for a midnight pizza-making session for him and Lucie. She was thrilled with the effort he made and the pizza he made was delicious as well.”
The 17-year-old singer is reportedly keen to keep his romance with the Welsh beauty – who shot to fame after appearing on UK TV talent show ‘The X Factor’ – under wraps as he doesn’t want to upset his legions of fans.
A source said: “Nick is pretty smitten but nothing is official yet not least because his fanbase would be gutted if he was to announce he was no longer single.”
Nick later tweeted about how much fun he had had making the pizzas topped with love.
He posted: “What a great night. Thanks Pizza Express for the good times. Goodnight everyone. Love you all.”

Lindsay Lohan’s Water Crisis
Lindsay Lohan has yet another drinking problem — she can’t get a glass of water to save her life.
Sources at the Lynwood Correctional Facility explain the problem to TMZ this way … inmates can order food and drinks from the commissary on Mondays, and pick it up on Tuesdays. Lindsay didn’t check in until Tuesday, and the jailers are making her wait until next Monday before she can order anything.
The girl wants a drink of water, but the only thing that’s available — as one source puts it — is “water from that nasty sink in her cell.” Lindsay just can’t stomach it.
So on Thursday, Lindsay asked jailers several times for water, but they wouldn’t budge. One jailer told her, “Just drink the milk from the day before.”
Apparently, there’s a vending machine somewhere in the jail, but no one has offered her the option.

Courtroom Clash Over Oksana’s Computer
Everyone in court Tuesday wanted to know exactly what was on Oksana Grigorieva’s hard drive … sources tell TMZ.
Sources say Gibson’s lawyers wanted Oksana to ante up all the data in her computer – a computer that contained a wealth of information about Oksana’s relationship with Mel — info that could establish Mel’s culpability or innocence in connection with the January 6 blowup. The computer may also contain evidence that could either support or discredit claims that Oksana tried to extort Mel. And the computer could be relevant in determining whether Oksana had any part in leaking the tapes.
We’re told Mel’s attorneys wanted full access and Oksana’s lawyers wanted access restricted.
In the end, sources say Judge Scott Gordon ruled that the independent, court-appointed expert could have limited access to the data in Oksana’s computer.
In a related move, sources tell us Oksana is now backing up her hard drive, in case the Sheriff’s Department seizes her computer as part of its criminal investigation.

Oksana Had Lawsuit Ready Against Mel Gibson

Oksana Had Lawsuit Ready Against Mel Gibson
TMZ has learned … Oksana Grigorieva had a civil lawsuit prepared and ready to file against Mel Gibson back in May, in the event Gibson failed to negotiate a custody and financial deal she considered fair.
We’ve learned during the two day mediation in mid-May, Eric George, who was Oksana’s lawyer at the time, drafted and threatened to file the lawsuit, alleging assault, battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
As we first reported, the parties agreed to a $15 million package for Oksana. When the outline of the agreement was signed, George abandoned the idea of suing.
Sources say although lawyers on both sides were well aware of the secretly-recorded tapes — which one source called “the 800 pound elephant in the room” — the lawsuit George drafted made no specific mention of tapes, nor of Gibson’s racially-charged comments.
As a result, the tapes could have been used as leverage to settle the lawsuit after it was filed. Now that the tapes are out, Oksana has lost a lot of that leverage.
The suit George drafted sought unspecified damages.
Oksana ultimately refused to sign the mediation agreement in its full form … she says because she didn’t want to give Mel unsupervised visitation. Gibson’s lawyers scoffed at the notion that Oksana had a problem with visitation, claiming that after January 6, he had regularly spent time alone with Lucia and she encouraged him to have even more visitation.

Orlando Bloom & Miranda Kerr Finally Ties The Knot
by Abbey on Jul.23, 2010, under Actor, Marriage, Model
Orlando Bloom and Miranda Kerr have got married.
The couple – who have been dating since 2007 – secretly tied the knot in an “intimate” Los Angeles ceremony and they are now enjoying their honeymoon.
Model Miranda revealed the news after she had to cancel an appearance at Australian department store David Jones.
She said in a statement: “David Jones very graciously released me during this period so we could celebrate an intimate ceremony and honeymoon together. I’m very much a part of the David Jones Family and I am very committed to my role. I am enormously grateful to David Jones to have been given this time to enjoy such a special moment in my life.”
The pair got engaged last month after Orlando popped the question.
Miranda had previously said she wanted to marry the heartthrob – who once dated Kate Bosworth – and have children with him, but she wasn’t quite ready to make the commitment.
Speaking in 2009, the Australian beauty said: “It’s definitely something, one day down the track, I want. But for now, I’m happy. I’m just too busy with work that I can’t be thinking of that right now.”

What Jessica Biel Says On Food?
by Alice on Jul.23, 2010, under Actress
Jessica Biel thinks food “is like a drug”.
The ‘A-Team’ actress admits she has cravings for healthy snacks when she is working on a movie, because she needs to be able to keep working for 18 hours at a time.
She said: “I really feel like food is a drug. When I’m not eating properly, I have less energy – my body looks different, which means it looks different on film. I look different through my face. I think about those kinds of things and I want to feel more than it is the vanity part of it. I want to feel I can go 18 hours on set, if we have to, working, working, working, and feel confident about my health. So when I’m working, I’m really disciplined. When I’m not working, I’m very undisciplined.”
The 28-year-old beauty – who is dating hunky pop star Justin Timberlake – admits she loves tucking into her favourite foods, but is restricted to what she can eat.
She added in an interview with OK! magazine: “I love food, love it. But I’m really disciplined and boring most of the time. It’s so true!”

Why Zac Efron likes 2 Jump?
by Abbey on Jul.23, 2010, under Actor
Zac Efron likes to jump off cliffs for fun.
The ‘Charlie St. Cloud’ star has just been on vacation to Hawaii with his younger brother Dylan and the thrill-seeking pair weren’t afraid to leap off a 35ft cliff into the ocean when they found a spectacular waterfall.
He said: “I kicked off the summer by taking my little brother, Dylan, on a graduation trip to Hawaii. He’s going off to college next year, and I’ve been working very hard, so we haven’t been able to see each other as much as we would have liked to in the past few years. We hiked through the inner jungle in Maui, and you come across these really beautiful spots. We found this hidden place where there was an enormous waterfall and cliff jump. It was about a 35ft drop.”
Zac – who shot to fame in the ‘High School Musical’ movies – insists he is fairly fearless in his life and is the kind of person who likes to convince others to try out crazy things.
The 22-year-old star added to Parade magazine: “Once you’ve done it, the funny part is trying to convince someone else to jump off, too. I’m the one who’s always saying, ‘Go for it, go for it – jump!’ And then when you come up out of the water, you feel fantastic.”

Oksana: I Didn’t Want Mel Gibson’s Money
Sources connected with Oksana Grigorieva tell TMZ … there is one reason and one reason only she ultimately turned down $15 million from Mel Gibson – she did not want him to have unsupervised visitation with Lucia.
TMZ broke the story … Oksana agreed during her mediation with Mel in May to a $15 million package. In return, she promised to keep all of the “evidence” confidential — which included the secret tapes.
As we reported, Oksana and Mel signed a one-page agreement, but when the longer form document was later presented to Oksana, we’re told she balked because it included a clause which gave Mel unsupervised visitation.
Our sources say Oksana felt Lucia was in danger and said she would turn down “any amount of money” to keep Mel from unsupervised visitation.

NCAA Probes Party with 2009 Heisman Winner
TMZ has learned the NCAA wants to talk to Alabama’s Heisman Trophy winner Mark Ingram about a lavish party he attended in Washington, DC — and whether any NCAA rules were broken.
A source with knowledge of the inquiry says Ingram attended the party on May 12th at District nightclub. Ingram was photographed at the celebration for college players — including Joe Haden — who had been drafted by NFL teams.
Ingram is a returning junior this year and we’re told the NCAA wants to know if agents paid for anything involved with his DC trip — which could be a violation of NCAA rules.
The University of Alabama says Ingram is on the up and up. The Compliance Department tells us, “Mark asked if he could visit Joe Haden at his home in Baltimore. We checked with the NCAA and they approved this trip as long as Mark provided receipts for his expenses.”
It’s unclear whether those receipts were submitted, but clearly the NCAA has unanswered questions.
Ingram, by the way, was a total badass last season — leading the Crimson Tide to the National Championship and winning the Heisman.
