TMZ has obtained DMX’s latest mug shot — taken moments after he turned himself in to authorities in Los Angeles today.

As we first reported, DMX was ordered to serve 90 days in jail in connection to a reckless driving conviction from way back in 2002.

If DMX looks relaxed in the mug shot … it’s because he’s taken about a million of them.

DMX Headed Back to Jail

TMZ has learned rapper DMX is planning to surrender to authorities in a Los Angeles courtroom and begin serving jail time in connection to a crime he committed “5 or 6 years ago” … this according to X’s manager.

X’s manager tells us she’s not sure about the nature of the crime — but insists that DMX is “focused” on taking care of all of his past legal issues so he can move on with his life.

Earlier this month, DMX completed a 4-month jail stint in Arizona … where he served time for a probation violation.

TMZ has learned X’s jail stint all stems from a 2002 reckless driving conviction. Turns out, DMX was placed on probation after he plead no contest to the crime … but has since violated his probation … and has been ordered to serve 90 days in a city jail facility.

Bouncer Fired for Choking Greg the Barber

TMZ has learned … the bouncer who viciously choked out Greg the Barber in front of an L.A. nightclub last week was fired on Saturday — one day after the incident took place.

Sources directly involved with the incident, tell us the bouncer was fired strictly because of the way he handled himself on Friday morning … when he approached Greg from behind and choked him until he passed out.

As TMZ first reported, cops responded to a call early Friday morning that Greg — who became famous for knocking out Suge Knight in 2008 — was threatening employees at Wonderland nightclub in Hollywood. Greg was eventually arrested for unrelated outstanding warrants.

After seeing the footage today, officials are now investigating the bouncer who applied the choke hold — as well as Greg, who shoved one of the bouncers.

Greg is still in police custody.

Greg the Barber — Cops Investigating Choker, Chokee

TMZ has learned the LAPD has seen the footage of Greg the Barber getting choked out by a bouncer in front of a popular L.A. nightclub … and they’ve already launched an investigation — but here’s the twist … Greg was the one who got arrested that fateful night.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ cops were called to Wonderland nightclub in Hollywood around 2:00 AM Friday morning — after the choking incident.

We’re told the caller told cops that Greg had been making violent threats toward club employees.

When officers arrived to the scene … they noticed Greg had some outstanding warrants from previous incidents … and arrested him near the club.

We’re told Greg informed cops that he had been attacked earlier in the night — but it wasn’t until this morning, when investigators first saw the video of the incident, that officials could identify the other parties involved.

We’re told officials are now investigating the bouncer who applied the choke … and they’re also investigating Greg for shoving one of the bouncers.

Greg is still in police custody — no word on when he’s set to be released.

Michael Lohan Reports Lindsay’s Docs to Sheriff

Michael Lohan says he turned in a list of doctors he claims “over-prescribed” drugs to Lindsay Lohan … and he wants the L.A. County Sheriff’s Department to investigate the docs.

Michael went to the West Hollywood Sheriff’s station on Friday afternoon. He says he reported the doctors because he believes they wrongly prescribed drugs, and they did so “under false names.”

Lohan also says his lawyer, Lisa Bloom, talked to California Attorney General Jerry Brown about including these doctors as part of his massive prescription drug investigation.

Charlie Sheen — Clear Signs of a Plea Deal

Sources connected with the production team on “Two and a Half Men” tell TMZ Charlie Sheen will be on the set for next week’s taping — and he will not miss a single taping for the new season because of his criminal case.

Although a plea deal is not finalized, the assurance the production team has received is a clear sign Charlie will probably get a better deal now than he would have under the original deal that fell apart back in June.

The first taping for next season is August 6. Charlie is scheduled to be in Aspen for court on August 2.

‘Bachelor’ Bob — Officially Divorced

Another “Bachelor” is back on the market — now that a judge has ruled that Bob Guiney’s divorce from “All My Children” actress Rebecca Budig is final.

Judging from the documents filed Friday in L.A. County Superior Court, the split seems pretty amicable … with neither side requesting spousal support or any other financial assistance.

The couple married back in 2004 — and according to the docs, they separated last September … though Rebecca didn’t file divorce docs until April 2010.

The couple has no children together.

Kate Nash became a vegetarian to save the life of her rabbit.

The British pop star’s pet bunny had to undergo a potentially life-threatening operation and Kate – who admits she suffers from obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) – convinced herself if she stopped eating meat her floppy-eared friend would survive.

She told Seven magazine: “I became a vegetarian last September – I used to suffer from OCD and it got stuck in my head that if I didn’t eat meat then my bunny rabbit, Fluffy, would survive a dangerous operation she had to have.”

Although she is now a vegetarian, Nash admits she loves the taste of meat and thinks she will eat it again at some point.

She added: “I do love the taste of meat and definitely want to have a cheeseburger again before I die.”

The ‘Kiss That Grrrl’ singer also revealed she believes she could survive a zombie apocalypse.

The singer – who is dating The Cribs frontman Ryan Jarman – has devised a strategy to avoid being eaten by the slow-moving monsters should the dead ever rise from their graves.

She said: “I like horror films, zombie ones in particular. I have a foolproof survival plan thought out should zombies invade.”

The 34-year-old actress – who announced last week she and her husband Hayes MacArthur are expecting their first child together – is enjoying having the culinary “freedom” of not sticking to a strict diet and is giving in to all her cravings.

Madonna is reportedly planning to move back to Britain.

The singer – who relocated from London to New York following her divorce from film director Guy Ritchie in 2008 – is currently in London directing her new movie ‘W.E.’, about late British monarch King Edward VIII’s decision to abdicate the throne for his American divorcee lover Wallis Simpson.

Despite originally planning to only stay for the six-month shoot, Madonna has rediscovered her love for the UK capital and told ex- husband Guy she wants to move back to Britain for good.

An insider told the Daily Star newspaper: “Guy says she talks about their home in Wiltshire, the kids and their friends in London. She seems nostalgic for her old life. She had built up a big circle of friends and fell in love with London. She’ll always love New York but she feels more at ease in London.”

Madonna – who has four children, Lourdes, 13, Rocco, nine, Mercy, five, and four-year-old David – is believed to be keen to move back to Britain so she can reconnect with her old friends.

The source explained: “The person she spends most time with is her daughter Lourdes but she is desperate for more adult company.”

Madonna, 51, previously said she fell out of love with the UK because she couldn’t stand being referred to as ‘Madge’, her British nickname.

What Garrett Hedlund Thinks About Kristen Stewart?

Seems like Garrett Hedlund is a Kristen Stewart fan too. The 25-year-old star, known for his role in the movie “Four Brothers” and in the upcoming film “Tron: Legacy“, thinks that Stewart has “got it all there”.

Hedlund told MTV News, “She’s got it all there”. He added, “She’s where she needs to be and further.”

A film adaptation of On the Road has been in the works for years, though production has not yet started. Kristen Stewart has confirmed that she will play ‘Mary Lou‘ in “On the Road”. ‘Sam Riley’ will star as Kerouac’s alter ego ‘Sal Paradise‘. Garrett Hedlund has been cast as ‘Dean Moriarty’.

It was announced in 2009 that Garrett would play the leading role in the highly anticipated film ‘Tron Legacy’, a sequel to the 1982 film Tron.

Anna Nicole Smith’s personal designer from “The Anna Nicole Show” desperately wants Anna to model his clothes again … but since she’s dead, he’s shooting a reality show to find a replacement.

Producers for the show tell TMZ, fashion designer Frank Rodriguez — who often appeared on Anna Nicole’s 2002 reality show — came up with the idea to find a beautiful busty blonde like Anna worthy of his clothing line.

According to the producers, the Anna Nicole look-alike competition will be shot documentary-style with casting taking place next week in L.A.

But there’s a catch … we’re told there are no plans for a cash prize.  In other words, 89-year-old oil tycoon NOT included.

Seth MacFarlane is one Flux Capacitor away from being able to travel back in time — because TMZ has learned he’s the proud new owner of an exact replica of the DeLorean from “Back to the Future.”

Seth’s people confirm the “Family Guy” mastermind purchased the DeLorean earlier this month. A source tells us Seth is having about $20,000 worth of customized equipment installed … making it the coolest thing on wheels since the motorized bar stool.

One source — who was lucky enough to sneak a peak at MacFarlane’s unfinished DeLorean — said the car already looks “insane.”

Note to self: Don’t bet against MacFarlane on any sporting events from now on.

Lindsay Lohan — Plan Calls For California Rehab

When Lindsay Lohan gets out of jail she’ll head to rehab — almost immediately — but she won’t have to go far because we’ve learned Linds will get the court ordered 90-day treatment right here in California.

Sources close to LiLo say the plan is for her to enter a rehab facility somewhere in Cali so people in her camp can keep closer tabs on her progress.

Michael Lohan had lobbied for his daughter to enter a facility on Long Island, but we’re told that’s not going to happen.

Lindsay’s peeps most likely want to avoid a repeat of her 2007 rehab visit to Cirque Lodge in Utah. It’s a respected facility, but word is Lindsay treated it like a joke.

The guy who wrote the book — Bon Jovi’s tour manager at the time — claims Jon went ballistic trying to keep the photos under wraps … because he was afraid they’d ruin his reputation.

No need to fear, Jon. The pics just prove what everyone already assumed — being a rock star is AWESOME.

Oksana’s Gotta Have Mel … to Release Music

TMZ has learned Oksana Grigorieva has a full cd worth of new music she wants to release — but the catch is … Mel Gibson has to sign off before that can happen.

Sources with knowledge of the recordings say Gibson produced the new songs for Oksana, and even co-wrote some of them — which means he holds some of the publishing rights.

Gibson executive produced Oksana’s cd “Beautiful Heartache” last year, but as they say — that was then.

In 2010, there’s a better chance of a snowball fight in Hell, than there is of Mel putting his Hancock anywhere near Oksana’s album.

Orlando Bloom has won over his new in-laws.

The ‘Pirates of the Caribbean’ star – who married Australian lingerie model Miranda Kerr in a secret ceremony last week – has been praised by his new mother-in-law for being a “true gentleman”.

Therese Kerr told People: “Orlando being the true gentleman he is, followed tradition by asking for Miranda’s hand in marriage and we had no hesitation. They truly are a gorgeous couple, are very much in love and bring out the best in each other.

“All we have ever wanted is for our children to be healthy and happy, and we have never seen Miranda healthier and happier.”

This is not the first time the British-born actor – who tied the knot with the brunette beauty just one month after announcing their engagement – has been praised by his new wife’s family.

Miranda’s grandmother, Ann Kerr, recently applauded her granddaughter’s choice of partner.

She said: “We are so happy for her. They are well-suited and the family is delighted for them. They are good together. They laugh and giggle. When we are all together, I watch them and see that he’s very attentive to Miranda. He must be a nice boy otherwise Miranda wouldn’t be with him.

The Australian supermodel admits she tried to take a back seat to the contestants when fronting UK TV show ‘Britain’s Next Top Model’ but struggled to keep her vanity in check.

She said: “I’m a neutral mentor because I believe the show should be about the girls and no one else.

“The thing I found most difficult was when there were six or seven cameras around and I automatically go into model mode.

Kate Winslet is reportedly dating a male model.

The 34-year-old actress – who separated from her film director husband Sam Mendes in March – is allegedly romancing hunk Louis Dowler, also 34, after meeting him a few months ago through mutual friends.

A source told the News of the World newspaper: “Louis has been spending a lot of time with Kate recently and they were in New York together while he was shooting an advert. They’ve been on lots of dates and get on really well. It’s early days for them but they enjoy each other’s company. They’ve been desperate to keep the relationship under wraps so they’ve been a bit low-key so far.”

Things are going so well between the pair, Kate – who lives in New York’s Greenwich Village with her two children, six-year-old son Joe, whose father is Sam, and her daughter Mia, nine, from her relationship with ex-husband Jim Threapleton – is planning to go on vacation with Louis to Cornwall, South West England, where he was born.

The source added: “They are trying to plan their diaries to make sure they can spend as much time together as they can. They hope to visit Cornwall together in the summer for a holiday.”
