She hasn’t even appeared on the show yet — but the new chick on “Jersey Shore” is already up to her spray-tanned neck in controversy … after a video surfaced in which she drops the N-bomb.

The foul-mouthed female is Deena Nicole — the same chick who sucked down a beer bong with Snooki in Seaside Heights this weekend.

Turns out Deena recorded a video blog on her MySpace page back in 2008 — in which she rants about the way she’s been treated by some dudes … swears revenge … and then says to the camera, “we’re gonna play you out, n**ga.”

Sources close to production confirm Deena will be appearing in a number of episodes during the third season of “Jersey” … but she isn’t considered a “permanent” cast member.

MTV had no comment on the N-bomb situation.

There’s a new legal war brewing between Mel Gibson and Oksana Grigorieva — and this one’s over her music … which she can’t release without his signature.

Sources close to Oksana tell TMZ that she’s prepared to sue Gibson to release a CD’s worth of new music that he executive produced and co-wrote.

As we first reported, Mel’s not in the mood to sign over his publishing rights on the music because his team believes Oksana’s trying to destroy him.

At this point, Mel letting Oksana release a CD and go on a promotional tour would be like Obama letting Kim Jong-Il borrow a nuclear warhead.

Our sources on both sides, say the music matter will most likely land in court — or become a high-priced bargaining chip in negotiations for a financial settlement.

Jessica Biel was “one of the guys” on the set of ‘The A-Team’.

Despite being the only girl on set, the 28-year-old brunette beauty – who plays military hardliner Charisa Sosa in the reimagining of the 80s TV show – loved being surrounded by macho guys all day.

Speaking at the UK premiere of the movie at the Empire cinema in London’s Leicester Square, Jessica told BANG Showbiz: “I was pretty much just one of the guys. Our director Joe Carnahan just made everything so comfortable. So I never felt like an intruder coming into a boys club. And the guys are so nice and so kind and so professional and really behaved themselves. We had a really great time.”

The actress – who is currently dating pop heartthrob Justin Timberlake – was also more than happy to shoot her romantic scenes with Bradley Cooper, who plays Templeton ‘Face’ Peck.

She said: “Kissing Bradley Cooper? Well somebody has to do it!”

Jessica was joined on the red carpet by all of the film’s main cast, including Bradley, Liam Neeson, Quinton ‘Rampage’ Jackson and Sharlto Copley.

Liam – who plays John ‘Hannibal’ Smith in the film – admits he would love to work on a sequel if the opportunity arose.

He said: “Oh I’d love to do a sequel with the guys. They’re a great bunch.”

Other stars to walk the red carpet for the premiere included Katie Price’s husband Alex Reid, ‘X Factor’ runner-up Olly Murs and former boxer Chris Eubank.

Simon Cowell wants Cheryl Cole to stay single.

The music mogul has reportedly ordered the 27-year-old singer – who is a judge on his UK TV show ‘The X Factor’ – to curb her rumoured romance with dancer Derek Hough in order to concentrate on getting back to full health after recently been stricken with potentially-fatal malaria.

A source told Reveal magazine: “Simon has had serious words with Cheryl and gave her a list of things she needs to sort out.

“He’s demanded that she puts her love life on hold – he feels Derek is a distraction that she simply doesn’t need. Derek is always hanging around on set with her and Cheryl is constantly trying to keep him happy.”

The 50-year-old star is also said to be planning to find a lifestyle coach to help the ‘Fight for This Love’ singer – who split from soccer star husband Ashley Cole in February following allegations he had been unfaithful – juggle her hectic schedule.

The source added: “Simon wants Cheryl to accept more help, rather than try and battle on by herself.

“He told her everyone in the US has a lifestyle guru and that he will get someone to work with her.

“Cheryl hates the idea because she is a very private person, but Simon is insisting on it. He believes having someone with her is the only way to guarantee she will eat, sleep and talk about her problems.”

The guy who’s suing “American Idol” for allegedly exploiting his sexual orientation says he deserves a $300,000,000 payday … and claims he’s going to “bring American Idol down.”

TMZ ran into Ian Benardo in New York where he also berated a “bum” for asking him for directions — before continuing to preach about how words can be hurtful.

American Idol producer Freemantle Media had no comment on the lawsuit.

Alleged MJ Love Child Surfaces — Wants Money

A woman who claims to be Michael Jackson’s illegitimate love child — conceived when MJ was a minor — has filed legal documents claiming there was a diabolical plot to cover up her existence … involving murder, abduction and Diana Ross’ sister.

The alleged MJ spawn — Mocienne Petit Jackson — has filed documents with L.A. County Superior Court claiming she will surely be in line for a serious inheritance check … if a judge will give the go-ahead on a DNA test.

Here’s the story — MPJ claims back in 1975, 17-year-old Michael Jackson secretly impregnated her mother Barbara … who happens to be Diana Ross’ sister.

MPJ claims when she was 9-years-old, Katherine Jackson hatched a plan to “abduct” MPJ and send her to Belgium to protect Michael’s “reputation.” She claims all 7 of her abductors were later murdered.

Now MPJ — who currently lives in the Netherlands — has decided to come forward with her story … so she can “formally claim my part of my father’s inheritance.” She also wants custody of MJ’s kids so she can give them a “more normal life.”

MPJ also claims she was diagnosed with Vitiligo … so, there’s that.

Calls to Diana Ross, Barbara Ross and MJ’s camp have not been returned

Mel Gibson Interviewed by Sheriff’s Investigators

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ Mel Gibson met with L.A. County Sheriff’s detectives Sunday for his official interview in connection with his criminal complaint that Oksana Grigorieva tried to extort him.

We’re told the meeting was lengthy and that Mel and his lawyer submitted “physical evidence” — including emails and texts — to make a case that Oksana extorted him.

Our law enforcement sources also tell us … Mel did not discuss Oksana’s criminal complaint against him. We’re told that was one of the ground rules set by Mel’s lawyer.

Gibson does not have to discuss Oksana’s claims based on his Fifth Amendment rights against self-incrimination.

Mel and Oksana — The Placenta Factor

TMZ has learned that on the day Oksana Grigorieva recorded Mel Gibson’s infamous rant — the two had engaged in a special ceremony  that included their daughter’s placenta … and a tree.

Hours before Mel lost his cool on the phone on February 18, he and Oksana were in the backyard of his Malibu mansion … watching as a gardener planted a Santa Lucia fir tree in honor of their daughter Lucia.

But that’s not all that went in the ground that day — sources close to Oksana tell us the couple also buried the placenta from the birth of their then 3-month-old daughter Lucia … a tradition in some parts of Australia … where Mel grew up.

We’re told Mel did this placenta ceremony for all of his children.

The source also says during the ceremony the gardener made an innocent comment and Oksana smiled at him. We’re told that’s what set Mel off.

As we first reported, Mel then accused Oksana of sleeping with the gardener … and that’s when all hell broke loose.

Hours before DMX turned himself in to police in L.A. yesterday, the rapper shot a 45-second goodbye video for his fans … and even included a beat-filled soundtrack for your listening pleasure.

Speaking at approximately 892 words-per-minute, X explains his plans to turn himself in for a probation violation stemming from a reckless driving conviction back in 2002 … and in a perfectly timed PR move, he does it all to the tune of his new unreleased song “Time to Get Paid.”

According to the rapper — who is currently serving his 90-day sentence — the mea culpa is “one of the first steps toward regaining everything I’ve lost.”

And in case you didn’t notice — X was in such a hurry after this interview, he didn’t even have time to change his shirt before taking his mug shot.

Justin Bieber always eats candy before going on stage.

The teen pop sensation is currently on his North American ‘My World Tour’ and it has been revealed he likes to get a sugar fix before stepping out on stage.

UsMagazine.com reports the 16-year-old singer’s “pre-show snack favourites include Sour Patch Kids and Gummy Worms”.

Amazingly Justin, his road crew, musicians, dancers and anyone else connected to the tour get through 10,000 French fries each day and 75 Starbucks drinks.

And a mammoth amount of equipment and instruments are used to stage each show, including 30 miles of electrical cable, 20 rolls of electrical tape – the equivalent of 3,330ft – 20 guitars, 14 drum sticks and 10 disco balls for the set.

It takes 11 buses to transport all the personnel and over 500 cases are used to store the tour gear.

Justin performs in Kansas City tomorrow night (28.07.10), before moving onto Memphis at the weekend.

After completing a host of dates in the US he then makes his way to Canada before heading back to America at the end of August.

Heidi Montag has dropped out of starring in a reality TV show with her best friend.

The blonde star had planned to appear in a series with her ‘Hills’ co-star Jennifer Bunney after moving in to her Malibu home this summer.

But Jennifer has revealed on her blog: “Originally I was supposed to do a reality show with Heidi , but right now it looks like some things have changed.”

She has denied the pair have had a bust-up and claims Heidi has simply changed her mind – saying she doesn’t know if she “wants to be in a reality TV series at the moment with everything going on in her personal life”.

She added: “No we are not in a fight and no Heidi is not ‘dropping’ me to do reality shows with the twins.”

Heidi – who has had multiple plastic surgery procedures – had been rumoured to be planning a show with Hugh Hefner’s ex-girlfriends, twins Kristina and Karissa Shannon.

The star had also talked about launching a music career after having the “best summer” of her life following her split from her husband Spencer Pratt.

She has been working on a second album with Steve Morales – who has previously worked on records with Destiny’s Child and Christina Aguilera.

Disappointed Jennifer, meanwhile, says her reality TV show is still going to air in January despite Heidi dropping out.

She said: “Although I wanted to do this project with her, I also respect that she has a lot to deal with right now and have to decided to go ahead and move forward with it alone… My hope is that she will want to be involved later on.”

Paris Hilton has been accused of giving a Nazi salute while partying.

The hotel heiress was at a boat party in St Tropez, in the South of France, when she appeared to make the infamous fascist gesture and put a finger on her top lip in apparent joke reference to the late dictator of Germany Adolf Hitler – who had a moustache.

Paris was wearing a red military hat when she made the apparent salute.

An onlooker said: “She stretched out her arm and raised her finger to her top lip, just like many people have done over the years to mock Hitler. Maybe she meant something else.”

However, Paris’ representative has denied she was making a reference to the Nazi party – which was responsible for the genocide of millions of Jews in the Holocaust.

A representative for the 29-year-old socialite said in a statement: “She was dancing and having fun with her arm up in the air, as she always dances like that, and was scratching her face when a photo was taken.

“These photos of Paris have been completely misrepresented. She did not make a reference to Hitler.

“The hat was not a communist hat, it’s a military-style hat from a club. Half of her family is Jewish and many of her friends are as well. She is extremely upset by these allegations.”

Settlement Reached in Jon & Kate Custody War

The epic child custody war between Jon and Kate Gosselin is finally over — TMZ has learned the former reality couple has reached a settlement agreement … but the terms are extremely confidential.

As we previously reported, Jon filed documents in a Pennsylvania court back in April asking for primary custody of their eight kids — and demanded an opportunity to renegotiate his child support obligations.

But earlier this month, the two sides officially agreed on a new arrangement that involves both custody and financial obligations … but the terms of the deal were sealed by the court.

A source close to the couple confirmed the deal — telling us, “An official agreement between Jon and Kate has been reached and they will be working together for the benefit of their children.”

Lawyers for both sides had no comment.

Lawyers to Lindsay: How Was Your Strip Search?

If Lindsay Lohan got strip searched at Lynwood Correctional Facility a couple of lawyers want her to spill every detail of the experience in a deposition.

TMZ has learned Lindsay’s name just got dragged into a class action lawsuit that alleges unlawful strip and body cavity searches were conducted by L.A. County Sheriff’s deputies when another inmate — not Lindsay – checked into the jail.

Attorneys for the plaintiffs filed a request in Federal Court on Monday to take Lilo’s deposition while she’s behind bars. They also sent a letter to Lohan’s attorney Shawn Chapman Holley asking if Lindsay would agree to be deposed.

The suit claims that female inmates are strip searched in plain view of each other in a parking lot that is neither private nor sanitary.

Sheriff’s officials have said Lindsay was treated just like any other inmate when she arrived at the jail.

So, will Lindsay tell all? Chapman Holley hasn’t gotten back to us yet.

Unlike everyone else on the planet, Chelsea Clinton’s wedding guests won’t need gas masks to do their business in a porta-potty — because Bill’s daughter is renting the swankiest outhouses in town.

The portable latrines have actual porcelain toilets that flush, stereo music and hot running water — oh yeah, and they’re HUGE.

We’re told Chelsea’s getting between 4-6 trailers for the big day — with a total cost of about $15,000.

Kate Major — Nude Pictures Are ‘Disgusting’

Kate Major left her lawyer’s office yesterday (with her arm in a sling) — and says she is “disgusted” with Michael Lohan for allegedly shopping around nude photos of her … photos she claims were taken while she was sleeping.

As far as what actions Kate is taking against Michael in regards to the photos — all she would say is that it’s up to her lawyers, and that she “never wanted any of this.”

TMZ spoke to Michael who flat out denies selling the photos — which recently surfaced on several sites including Kikster.com — and insists they were stolen.

Lohan adds, “I feel really bad for the way things have unraveled, she’s a really good person at heart.”

Gibson’s Racist Rant Triggers Immigration Complaint

TMZ has learned Mel Gibson got ratted out to the government after an immigration group heard him use a derogatory term for illegal aliens — and the complaint could spark an investigation into who’s working for Mel.

The San Diego Minutemen tell TMZ they dropped a dime on Mel with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) because they heard him refer to one of his domestic workers as a “wetback” during the secretly-recorded rant at Oksana Grigorieva.

The Minutemen are volunteers whose mission is “to demand maximum border security and immigration enforcement” — and we’re told Gibson’s use of the epithet led the group to wonder if he is employing illegal immigrants. So they called the ICE hotline last week to report Gibson.

The Minutemen tell TMZ they were told an investigation would be opened.

A rep from the Los Angeles ICE office could not be reached for comment. Same for Mel’s rep..

Kourtney Kardashian’s son is a “mommy’s boy”.

The 31-year-old socialite – who has seven-month-old Mason with boyfriend Scott Disick – is amazed at how well her partner has taken to parenthood and loves watching him with their baby, but insists she also has a close bond with the tot.

She said: “Scott’s doing fantastic as a father. I love watching him with Mason. He makes him crack up so hard. He makes him laugh. It’s fun to see them together.

“Mason is such a mommy’s boy.”

Scott, 27, also spoke about how much his life has changed since becoming a father to Mason, insisting he has become more responsible.

He said: “It’s a whole different world now that I have a child. And, yes, I have grown up quite a bit.”

The reality TV star also paid tribute to Kourtney’s “amazing” parenting skills, admitting he is more in love with the brunette beauty than ever.

He told People.com: “It’s just one more quality that I love about her now.

“I could never have imagined her to be the amazing mother that she is today. And now it’s just one more reason that I love her.”
