Gary Coleman’s closest friends are arranging a private memorial for the actor — but TMZ has learned Gary’s ex-wife and his parents will not be invited.

TMZ spoke with Kent Emmons and Anna Gray — two of Gary’s good friends who the actor had selected to help execute his will.

We’re told Emmons and Gray are organizing a private memorial for 15-20 of Gary’s closest friends — including Gary’s “Diff’rent Strokes” co-star Todd Bridges.

We’re told the group plans to honor Coleman with a night of “telling fun stories.” The event is expected to go down in California sometime in the next few months.

TMZ has learned … Charlie Sheen’s car was not the only vehicle stolen early Tuesday and taken to Mulholland Drive.

We’ve learned another car was stolen from The Summit — a nearby gated community where Britney Spears used to live.

We’re told the vehicle from The Summit was not pushed over the cliff, but it was left at a lookout point near where Charlie’s car was dumped.

Remember, 4 months ago, when Charlie’s first car was stolen and dumped over Mulholland, other cars were vandalized and a Bentley was pushed over a nearby cliff.

We’re told so far cops don’t know if the two thefts are connected.

Michael Jackson’s family would encourage his children to become “performers”.

The late ‘Thriller’ star’s three kids – Prince Michael, 13, Paris, 12, and eight-year-old Prince Michael II, known as Blanket – are under the care of his mother Katherine Jackson and are already showing strong signs of the same musical talents of their famous father and his brothers, who formed the Jackson 5 when they were children.

Michael’s brother Marlon Jackson revealed: “I truly believe that God blessed this family with the gift of music to make people happy all over the world.

“If the children want to become performers, that’s fine with me and my mom, but they also have to get an education.”

Although the children are primarily looked after by Katherine, the rest of the Jackson family are also heavily involved in their care, with Michael’s sister Janet Jackson taking a particular interest in their welfare.

Michael’s brother Tito Jackson added to In Touch magazine: “Janet will do anything that she feels is necessary for her niece and nephews.”

The two elder children’s mother, the ‘Billie Jean’ hitmaker’s second wife Debbie Rowe has virtually no contact with them, while Blanket’s mother is unknown.

Cops in Maryland hit a local bar this weekend after receiving a call from someone claiming 16-year-old Justin Bieber was inside boozing — but what they found … was a woman who looked just like him.

TMZ spoke with multiple people inside the “Mug and Mallet” bar in Ocean City who confirm that cops entered on Saturday night looking for an underage drinker with a bowl haircut and a tiny frame.

But the only person who fit that description was a 27-year-old woman named Katie.

Katie tells us she had to whip out … her ID and prove she wasn’t JB — though she says she gets mistaken for the singer, “all the time!”

If only the cops would’ve checked the real Bieber’s Twitter page — they would have known he was in The Bahamas with Kim Kardashian.

Gary Coleman will not have a funeral.

The late ‘Diff’rent Strokes’ actor will not be given a religious burial ceremony but will be cremated instead, as soon as his ex-girlfriend Anna Gray – who was named the main beneficiary of his estate in his 2005 will – is able to travel to his home in Utah.

This news has upset Gary’s ex-wife Shannon Price – who the actor lived with at the time of his passing – because she was named the sole heir in a 2007 handwritten add-on to the will. However, Anna’s legal team expects this additional note to be invalidated because Shannon was divorced from Gary at the time of his death from a brain haemorrhage.

Robert Jeffs has been appointed by a judge to oversee the estate dispute, and has also been ordered to organise the cremation as soon as possible.

Meanwhile, Shannon’s spokesperson has revealed the 24-year-old redhead still plans to celebrate Gary’s life with a memorial service, and is desperate to visit his body before he is cremated.

Shielia Erickson told E! News: “We would love to have a private funeral for family and friends. Shannon has been in bed all day. This is just too much for her. She did not see Gary today. She has been mourning him, though.

“She said to me, ‘Remember when Gary said to you, that he never wanted to be without me, I want to be with him after this life. I always want to be with him. I will never love again!’ She is such a kind person, that loves her Gary Coleman. They may have had issues at times. But they really did love each other.

Shannon has previously admitted she wants to scatter the late star’s ashes on train tracks, but a decision on this will not be made until the wills are clarified.

A dogfight is shaping up over Dennis Hopper’s estate … and an unintended victim could be his 7-year-old daughter Galen.

We’ve learned lawyers for Victoria Hopper and Dennis’ estate met last Friday to try and hash out an agreement — to no avail.  We’re told the people in control of the estate — the trustees — want to kick Victoria and Galen off of Dennis’ roperty immediately, but Victoria refuses to go.

As for dividing up the spoils of the estate, we’ve learned Dennis Hopper drafted an amendment to his estate plan back in March, in which he effectively tried to cut down Galen’s share from 40% to 25%.  Under California law, however, the amendment may not be valid, because changes to an estate plan are severely restricted when a divorce is pending.

And we’ve learned the lawyers have already drawn the battle lines over Victoria’s cut in the estate — she believes she’s entitled to 25% … the estate believes she should get zippo.

TMZ has learned one of the stars from “Big Brother 3″ has been arrested in Illinois for reckless homicide following an allegedly drunken car crash that left two people dead.

Tonya Paoni — who now goes by Tonya Casper — is accused of causing a multi-vehicle car crash outside of Springfield last summer that resulted in the deaths of two people.

Authorities believe 43-year-old Tonya was driving under the influence when she rear ended an SUV on Interstate 72 — killing one of the SUV passengers instantly … and starting a violent chain of events that resulted in the death of a second man.

After a lengthy investigation, Tonya was arrested on May 27, 2010 and charged with aggravated DUI, reckless homicide, reckless driving and speeding.

She’s still in custody at Sangamon County Jail, where she’s being held on $1,000,000 bond.

Tonya is due back in court on July 19.

The ‘Twilight’ star is currently single but knows what she wants in a guy and is on the lookout for her ‘Mr. Right’.

She said: “I like a pretty boy with an edge. Someone who has blue eyes, who has mystery and who is a little brooding.”

Just as she has definite ideas about men, Ashley also has specific ideas about what she should eat.

The 23-year-old actress – who plays Alice Cullen in the ‘Twilight’ franchise – doesn’t stick to a strict diet and doesn’t want to ever be super-slim because she is happy with her “fit” body.

She added in an interview with the July/August issue of Women’s Health magazine: “I don’t do the diet thing anymore. I’m a big believer in feeding your body what it needs. Deny yourself something and you’re going to end up shoving your face full of it.

“A lot of people like to be super-tiny, but I don’t want a child’s body – I want a woman’s body that is extremely fit. It’s so much sexier.”

According to the police report, James claims another Tiger Woods mistress — Devon James — went through her purse while they were on the set of a Tiger-themed porno movie recently …. and stole cash, jewelry and a cell phone.

James claims Devon made out with $750 worth of loot.

Attempts to reach Devon were unsuccessful.

TMZ has learned Randy Jackson — MJ’s brother — was extra cautious about handling his chest pains yesterday because he’s experienced a heart attack in the past.

As we previously reported, Randy checked himself into a Pasadena hospital yesterday — but a rep from the family tells us Randy is now back at home and “doing OK.”

It’s unclear when Randy suffered his previous heart attack — or how severe it was.

Megan Fox was taught how to use a gun when she was five.

The 24-year-old actress had to use firearms in scenes for her new movie ‘Jonah Hex’ but admits she had already had some experience with them while growing up.

She said: “As a child, I grew up in the South. I grew up in Tennessee, and my dad, as a hobby, is a duck hunter. He used to go kill ducks and bring them home, and we would eat them for dinner … we would barbecue them.

“He taught me how to shoot a shotgun. When I was five and six years old, we went target shooting with shotguns. So I’ve handled a gun before — an enormous shotgun — when I was a little kid.”

Despite her upbringing, Megan insists she’s not comfortable around weapons because they scare her.

She added to MTV News: “As a grown adult, I don’t mess around with guns at all. I have a fear of them.”

Megan recently admitted she struggled to get to grips with the guns she had to use in the movie because of her small hands.

She said: “Actually there was one gunfight scene that the stunt team had been choreographing for, I think, a couple of weeks, and I showed up and I had a minute to get it down and rehearse it and it was really difficult for me to shoot the old-style gunslinger guns because I have tiny little baby hands.

“The guns are really large and really heavy, so just the physicality of actually having to pull that off was really difficult. This was more action-heavy for me.”

Brooke has been in rehab multiple times for drug and alcohol abuse.

Chris Klein could be headed to the slammer in the wake of last night’s DUI arrest — all because the “” star has a history of driving drunk.

Klein was arrested and convicted of DUI back in 2004 — and because of that prior arrest, California law requires that he serve a minimum 4 days in jail if he’s convicted of DUI again.

But that’s not all — there’s a new law going into effect in July — which would apply to Klein if he’s found guilty after that date  — that requires multiple DUI offenders to have an “ignition interlock system” installed in their vehicle if they wish to drive.

The system is essentially a breathalyzer test that’s synced up to the car — and if he ain’t sober, the car won’t start.

TMZ has also learned Klein wasn’t alone when he was popped early this morning — there was a dog in his car that a friend retrieved after he was busted.

Kristen Stewart thinks she is a “crazy cat lady”.

The 20-year-old actress – best known for her portrayal of Bella Swan in ‘The Twilight Saga’ – believes she leads a boring life because she spends so much time at home with her beloved pet.

She said: “I’m so boring. No I am. I sit in my house with my cat. I’m a crazy cat lady, just give me a couple of years. I have one cat but I’m obsessed with him.”

The ‘Runaways’ star, who is believed to be dating her ‘Twilight’ co-star Robert Pattinson, also admits she would like to work on more light roles following a number of dark characters but finds choosing the right part difficult.

She added to US TV show ‘Extra’: “I would love to do something a little lighter. It just has to be good. It’s rare for romantic comedies to be solid, solid good.

“I have a really hard time planning out stuff. I don’t do that. I read a script and I do it based on a serious gut instinct, like, ‘I feel so compelled to do that.’

“It’s a ridiculous thing to play out some fake life and so whatever character I choose to play I feel like if I don’t bring them to life then I’m killing someone I love. So I don’t know what I want to do, I just want to have that feeling.”

Robert Pattinson gets dating advice from his dad.

The ‘Twilight Saga’ actor – who is dating his co-star Kristen Stewart – admits his father Richard loves to give him tips on how to be a perfect gentleman.

Discussing an email sent to him by his dad, he said: “He sends me these great things, I got one the other day. I’m sorry to do this, but I thought it was so sweet… He always phrases these emails in a very formal way. He’s like, ‘Dear Rob, I’ve been thinking about gestures and a good one in my opinion is to kiss a lady’s hand. It’s very romantic and refined. Offer her hand ostensibly to kiss… Shake and then the kiss. I impressed your mother that way.’ ”

While the 24-year-old hunk gave away his father’s secrets on how to impress women, Richard blushed from the audience at the ‘Tonight Show with Jay Leno’.

Robert then embarrassed his father further by announcing his advice on how to accept an Academy Award graciously without looking “vulgar”.

Reading another note, Robert laughed: “Dear Rob, I was thinking last night about Yves Montand, the great French actor. Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller signed a 41-page agreement — obtained by TMZ – that lays out who gets what in the event they divorce … and Brooke has made it clear … she’s not going to get less than Denise Richards.

According to the docs, signed by both Charlie and Brooke, they will get joint legal custody of their two kids. Brooke gets primary physical custody and Charlie becomes a weekend dad, getting the kids on the first, third and fifth weekends of the month from Saturday at 10 AM until Monday at 10 AM.

Brooke gets $55,000 a month in child support, plus various other expenses, but, according to the docs, “under no circumstances shall the child support paid by Charlie for Bob and Max be less than the child support paid by Charlie to Denise Richards for Sam and Lola.”

TMZ broke the story … Denise gets $50,000 a month in child support … although the new document suggests Denise may be getting $55k a month.

Brooke waives spousal support but still cashes in. In addition to getting a 50% cut on the baby photos the couple sold to Getty Images, Brooke gets several bank accounts and a lump sum parting gift of $757,689.70.

Charlie gets the house but has to buy Brooke out to the tune of around $1 million.

Charlie also gets to keep his $5.6 mil watch collection.

At the end of the document, Brooke agrees “not to disclose to any media sources personal information relating to Charlie’s sexual affairs or alleged drug usage.” For his part, Charlie agrees not to talk about Brooke’s alleged drug use.

For a second time, it looks like the car thieves who jacked Charlie Sheen’s ride may have gotten away with it because of problems with surveillance video.

Law enforcement tells us Charlie had a surveillance camera at his house, but the video only shows one person who appears to be “messing with the car.”  Problem is … the video is “very shadowy” and it might be impossible to identify the thief.

As for surveillance video at the guard gate — we’re told it shows “nothing that was useful.”

Rewind to 4 months ago, when car thieves hit Charlie for the first time. Again, cops struck out in the video department and the crime went unsolved.

Robert Pattinson says it felt “more natural” to kiss Kristen Stewart in ‘The Twilight Saga: Eclipse’.

The heartthrob says the smooching scenes were easier in the third instalment of the franchise because his vampire character Edward Cullen knows he will not “kill” Bella Swan, played by Kristen, by locking lips with her.

He told Parade.com: “Kissing felt a little bit more natural in ‘Eclipse’, even if there was plenty of it. In ‘New Moon’ and ‘Twilight’ it was always like, ‘Oh, I’m gonna kill you if I kiss you,’ or something. It was always kind of odd. But, in this one, they both understand their situation a lot more, which makes it easier. It’s the first time Kristen and I have been able to just act like a normal couple.”

Robert, 24, refused to confirm whether it was his rumoured real-life romance with Kristen, 20, that made their love scenes easier.

He coyly said: “I guess people like stories, that’s my basic conclusion. They just want everything in our lives to be like ‘Twilight’. The truth is… that I wish I had a few more hours of sleep today so I could think of a better answer. I’m always so exhausted all the time. Lack of sleep is like taking a Valium.“

TMZ has learned a Tiger Woods mistress got the shaft off set as well as on– while shooting a Tiger porn spoof — because she claims another mistress stole all her money while she wasn’t looking.

Joslyn James — mistress #17.8 11 — says she was on the San Fernando Valley set for Vivid’s upcoming porn “Three Mistresses” when another mistress in the skin flick allegedly went into her purse and snatched a $100 bill, a bracelet and a cell phone.

Joslyn tells us she’s on her way to file a police report, fingering Devon James … mistress #22.4 15.  Joslyn claims Devon was in the dressing room with full access to her purse while she was shooting the scene.

We could not reach Devon for comment. Police are on the hunt.

Death at ‘American Chopper’ Son’s Bike Shop

A man died this morning after falling through the roof at a New York motorcycle shop owned by “American Chopper” star Paul Teutul Jr. … law enforcement sources tell TMZ.

We’re told the man — a construction worker not employed by Paul Jr. Designs — was working on the roof when the accident occurred.

The Orange County Sheriff’s Office confirmed that cops are still on scene. We’re told someone at the shop called 911 around 8:30 AM to report that someone “fell through the roof.”

We’re told none of the regular shop employees were inside the building at the time.

Charlie Sheen’s Car Over a Cliff … Again

TMZ has learned Charlie Sheen’s car went over a cliff in the Hollywood Hills — but Charlie was not in the car … he was at home, when police called to report the accident.

What’s bizarre is that the same exact thing happened to one of Charlie’s cars back in February.

Fire and police responded to a call of a car ditching off the side of Mulholland Drive at around 3AM this morning, according to LAPD.

We’re told officers arrived on the scene and found a Mercedes at the bottom of the cliff — and after running the registration discovered it was Charlie’s ride.

Just like 4 months ago … police are at Sheen’s house — not far from the wreck — making out a stolen vehicle report. Technically, it’s stolen and recovered at this point.

Law enforcement sources say the theft of Charlie Sheen’s car — the second such heist in 4 months — was made easy because Charlie didn’t learn his lesson.

We’re told Charlie left his keys in the car, which was parked in his driveway in a gated community.  He did the exact same thing 4 months ago when his car was stolen and ditched on Mulholland Drive – about a mile from where his car was ditched today.

Cops have already been to Sheen’s home today.  Charlie told them the last time he noticed his vehicle sitting in the driveway was at around 4 PM.  He said he had no idea the car was stolen until cops showed up.

Law enforcement sources say cops actually joked when they got the call early this morning that it was Charlie’s car, never really believing lightning would strike twice. One law enforcement source calls the most recent incident “suspicious.”

We’re told detectives are going back to Charlie’s neighborhood later today, to see if surveillance tape at the guard shack shows the car leaving the property.   The guard shack exit is the only way out, but for some reason there was no video of the first heist.

The culprits in the first theft were never caught.

Kristen Stewart thinks she needs a “face transplant” to look happier when she meets fans.

The ‘Twilight Saga’ actress – who admits she finds fame difficult and is often criticised for looking sullen in public – tries hard to “smile” and look happy when she’s approached by strangers, but can never relax fully.

She said: “I totally am more comfortable now. I try not to have that thing that people have which is like a celebrity skin and I think that’s maybe where I run into problems.

“I have had so many people say, ‘Why don’t you just play the part? Just like, go smile, talk about whatever they want you to talk about.’ It’s like, ‘I do, I really try to do that.’ I guess I should get a face transplant or something… But it’s gotten weird. I’ve like, relinquished control.”

Despite trying hard to relax, the 20-year-old star doesn’t plan to alter her persona for others.

She explained to US TV show ‘Access Hollywood’: “People are much better at doing this than I am and that’s fine and I’m getting better and whatever, but I’m not gonna try to force myself to do anything.”

Since her rise to fame as Bella Swan in the vampire franchise, Kristen has kept relatively quiet about her personal life, including rumours she is dating her co-star Robert Pattinson.

The ‘Runaways’ actress deliberately avoids social networking websites like twitter, which are often updated with reports on her whereabouts.

She added: “I’m not a huge fan. I just wouldn’t have one.

“I’m gonna start walking around with a squirt gun. And just be like, ‘No, it’s cool.’ I’m not trying, I mean, just to… like squirt their phones… Yeah, twitter’s kind of crazy.”
