The woman who claims Tiger Woods is the father of her 9-year-old son says Tiger knows all about the kid … and he has even sent presents for the boy in the past.

As we first reported, Devon James filed a paternity action against Tiger in Florida on Thursday. But a rep for James tells us the filing shouldn’t surprise Tiger — she told him about the kid back in August 2008.

James’ rep tells TMZ after James got pregnant in 2000, she didn’t see Woods again until 2006. The rep says James was scared to tell Woods about the kid at that point because she thought Woods would take her son away from her.

They began seeing each other again from 2006-2008, the rep says, and James told Tiger about her son — and that he was the father — in August 2008. The rep says Tiger didn’t really acknowledge James’ claim — but when they saw each other in September 2008, Tiger brought a golf club, a hat, and a bracelet that Tiger said was “for your son.”

James’ rep says that was the last time James saw Tiger.

Selena Gomez’s ‘Wizards of Waverly Place’ co-stars pick on her.

The 17-year-old actress – who was discovered by Disney in 2004 and plays lead character Alex Russo in the hit show – is close to everyone on the set of the hit show and says they feel like a family.

She explained: “When the cameras are not rolling we are definitely like a family. We’re constantly like picking on each other and talking.

“I think the person I’m closest to would definitely have to be Jennifer Stone, who plays my best friend Harper Finkle on the show.”

However, Selena – who recently ended her romance with Joe Jonas – admitted while shooting upcoming film ‘Ramona and Beezus’, she got on with one co-star particularly well.

She explained: “Josh Duhamel – oh yes, very nice. He’s so cute!

“Working with Josh Duhamel was just amazing. He’s so funny and so sweet, and he just made it very comfortable on set. He plays my uncle actually.”

Despite thinking Josh – who is married to Black Eyed Peas singer Fergie – is “cute”, Selena recently revealed she is happy being single.

The ‘Transformers’ actor – who met the British star when the pair filmed ‘Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps’ – was reportedly keen to prove to his girlfriend’s parents that he is the “real deal” on a recent trip to the 25-year-old actress’s London home.

An insider revealed: “Her parents were worried that Shia was just another Hollywood player who would hurt Carey.
“Shia did his best to prove he’s the real deal.”

In a bid to impress, the 23-year-old star – who previously dated model China Brezner –lavished gifts upon his girlfriend’s parents, giving a Hermes scarf to her mother, Nano, and her father, Stephen, receiving an iPad.

Shakira is addicted to chocolate.

The ‘She Wolf’ hitmaker admits she only realised how strong her cravings for the sugary treat were when she woke up tearful after dreaming of it while dieting to get in shape for a music video.

She said: “I love chocolate. I’m addicted to it. Do you know when I realised that? Shortly before we started shooting the video for ‘She Wolf.’

“I needed a whole month to get back into shape. I danced, worked out and had to stick to a strict diet – only fish, spinach and a specially-prepared dessert with tofu.

For the first time in my life I was dreaming of chocolate and cake and always woke up with tears in my eyes.” However, the Columbian-born beauty made sure she made up for her deprivation as soon as filming the video was complete.

She added to website Tagesspiegel.de: “When we finished shooting the video I went to a cafe in Los Angeles and had five pieces of chocolate cake in one go!”

Megan Fox was her grandma’s favourite grandchild.

The 24-year-old actress – who was recently dropped from the third Transformers film- said that her mother’s mum preferred her to the rest of her family, even though she couldn’t always join in with her games.

She said: “My mother’s mother always favoured me for some reason—out of all her grandchildren. When I was really young, maybe two or three, I used to always ask her to get down on the floor and play My Little Pony or whatever I was into at the time, and as an excuse she would tell me that she had a bone in her knee.

“It took me another three years to figure out that we all have bones in our knees. So I eventually called her out on it, and I remember her being genuinely amused with me.”

Megan, who grew up in Tennessee, recently admitted she loves home life with partner Brian Austin Green and relies on their time together to keep her “sane” away from the pressures of fame.

Jesse James tells TMZ he’s moving to Austin at the end of July … partly so his children can continue their relationship with Sandra Bullock.

Jesse spoke with Harvey Levin this morning and said he already has a house in Austin, but needs to finish up a History Channel special with the network. Part of the special shows Jesse’s time on a kibbutz in Israel.

Jesse says the “first and foremost” reason for moving is because his children love Sandra and want that relationship to continue.

Jesse says he will continue working at West Coast Choppers part-time in the OC, but he will work full-time in Austin.

As for any future relationship with Sandra, Jesse says, “Whatever happens, happens.”

And Jesse tells Harvey he plans on opening a Cisco Burger in Austin — good news for Texas.

Sources connected with the family tell TMZ the gang will be at Michael’s birthplace — Gary, Indiana — where they will observe the day.

We’re told Katherine is set on Gary because she feels it is a “family point of connection” — and it’s just too crazy in L.A.

Our sources say Katherine, Prince, Paris, and Blanket will keep things private with relatives and friends in Gary.

A huge Broadway theater group is suing the executors of Michael Jackson’s estate … claiming the estate is blocking them from making an MJ Broadway musical.

Nederlander Presentations claims it entered into a contract in 2008 for the rights to create and produce a musical stage play based upon MJ’s most famous songs, including hits from “Thriller” and “Off the Wall.” Among the songs — “Beat It,” “Billie Jean” and “Wanna Be Startin’ Somethin.’”

According to the suit, filed in L.A. County Superior Court and obtained by TMZ, Nederlander claims the estate won’t provide the rights to use the songs for the play.

Nederlander has already filed a creditor’s claim but so far they’ve gotten nothing.

The suit names co-executors John Branca and John McClain as defendants.

Howard Weitzman, attorney for the MJ estate, tells TMZ, “The contract provides for certain approvals by Michael on a number of important elements. Unfortunately, Michael is not available to participate in the process, and therefore I don’t think the contract is enforceable. The lawsuit has no merit.”

The singer says Nick’s proposal gave her the ideas to create Lollipop Bling, her new “sweet” fragrance.

She said: “The inspiration for Lollipop Bling was Nick’s marriage proposal to me. He first surprised me with a ring-pop – romantic, fun and young-at-heart – like me!”

Mariah is releasing Lollipop Bang through Elizabeth Arden in conjunction with Topps Candy Company next month.

The singer was recently described by Nick as the “diva of all divas”.

The rapper-and-presenter said his superstar spouse lives up to her demanding reputation but that’s one of the things he loves about her.

Some guys who own a building are pissed off that it was featured on “The Millionaire Matchmaker” … they say because the show is “trashy.” As for the host, they say she’s “crude and sexist.”

The owners of the Venice, CA building claim in the lawsuit filed in L.A. County Superior Court and obtained by TMZ … the prior owner made a deal with the show in 2007 to shoot the exterior, to make it look like the action on the show was happening there.

The plaintiffs say they bought the building in 2008, painted it, and were shocked to see their fresh facade on Seasons 2 and 3.

The new owners say they don’t want their building associated with “a trashy show.”

The ‘4.3.2.1’ actress is trying to vary her diet after spending a lengthy period of time eating nothing but the healthy Japanese food – which consists of cooked vinegared rice topped with other ingredients, such as fish or other seafood – but admits she is finding it difficult.

She said: “I’ve been attempting to eat healthily lately.

The judge in the Jesse James child custody battle just rejected Jesse’s claim … ex-wife Janine Lindemulder should be denied visitation because of her alleged drug problems.

Jesse’s lawyer submitted a letter from Janine’s current husband who claims she’s still using drugs.

Problem was … Janine showed up with a second letter from her hubby, stating she is not using drugs.

So the judge rejected Jesse’s claim and also turned thumbs down on what we’re told was Janine’s attempt to have Jesse cited for contempt.

Bottom line — Janine gets to visit periodically with Sunny, and the existing order stands.

The socialite and her siblings Kourtney and Khloe have joined forces to pen ‘Kardashian Konfidential’, which will offer dating tips, a guide to flirting and shopping suggestions, based on the trio’s own experiences.

A source said: “It’s going to be an advice book with lots of pictures.”

The tome – which is due for release on November 23 – will also include never-seen-before family pictures, cards and letters, as well as some of the sisters’ old diary entries.

A spokesperson for publishers St. Martin’s Press revealed: “The book will be full of fun facts about their childhood, their beauty and style secrets, the wisdom they learned from their beloved father and the street smarts they got from their mother that sustain them in life and in business.”

Katie Price has signed a £600,000 deal to televise her upcoming wedding.

The glamour model – who is also known as Jordan – will have her marriage blessing with cage-fighter Alex Reid recorded for a TV show entitled ‘Kate and Alex: For Better For Worse’, which will air on ITV2.

The three-part series will feature the couple’s preparations, blessing and honeymoon.

The pair originally tied the knot in Las Vegas in February and at the time Katie was adamant she would not profit from the union, like she did from her failed marriage to Peter Andre.

The 32-year-old brunette said about her forthcoming wedding: “I can’t wait to celebrate our love for each other again.”

Alex, 34, added: “Katie and I are looking forward to spending our special day with our family and close friends.”

Sources tell TMZ Lindsay Lohan is off the hook with the L.A. County Probation Department for the whole SCRAM thing earlier this month … because her pee was clean.

You’ll recall after the MTV Movie Awards on June 6 the SCRAM people got a positive reading for alcohol on Lindsay’s SCRAM bracelet.

But here’s the thing. Lindsay’s lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley tells TMZ Lindsay went to the Probation Department at around 10 AM the next day and her urine tested negative for alcohol.

Sources connected with the Probation Department tell us … the test results are good enough for them and as far as they are concerned Lindsay is in full compliance with her probation.

And we’re told it’s increasingly looking like Lindsay will be in full compliance with her alcohol ed classes by the next court hearing — July 6.

The Probation Report is especially important … it’s like a bible for the judge.

Sources tell TMZ … Jesse James believes the mother of his youngest daughter is unstable and he’s refusing to allow the girl to spend time alone with her mom, in spite of a court order to the contrary.

We’ve learned Jesse’s lawyer is going to court Friday morning, armed with evidence that his ex-wife Janine Lindemulder is a hard-core drug addict and cannot be trusted with unmonitored visitation.

The judge in the custody battle issued an order last week, allowing Janine to have unmonitored visitation. We’re told Janine was supposed to see Sunny yesterday but Jesse refused to hand over the 6-year-old girl because he felt she would be at risk.

We’re told Janine will be in court for the showdown.

The 20-year-old actress – who portrays brainbox witch Hermione Grainger in the wizarding franchise – hosted a dinner at her British home to mark the final week of shooting last movies ‘Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Parts I and II’, but guests are remaining tight-lipped on the secrets they revealed as they reminisced.

James Phelps – who plays Fred Weasley in the movies – told People magazine: “The last week of filming Emma had a dinner at her place, and we spoke about the best moments of filming, our secret crushes on set – all kinds of random questions.

“But all the answers to these questions will stay in that room!”

Although the cast are sad to be saying goodbye to the franchise, they are left with a permanent reminder of the series with the Wizarding World of Harry Potter theme park opening at Universal Studios, Orlando, Florida.

Tom Felton, who plays Draco Malfoy, joked about the park: “If I ever get a bit homesick, I have somewhere to come now. It’s incredible.”

Daniel Radcliffe – who plays the titular boy wizard – and Emma recently spoke of their sadness at the ending of the series.

Speaking before they finished filming, Daniel said: “I will be devastated when it’s over. There is nothing I watch without it triggering a series of memories. Everything about the films is so linked to my life. At the same time, it is exciting. It is the end.”
