Miley Cyrus may go to college in 50 years.

The 17-year-old star is preparing for the end of her Disney TV show ‘Hannah Montana’ but as she wants to continue working in movies and music, can’t see the point in finishing her education yet.

She said: “My sister went to college for two years and then decided she wants to be a musician and now she is a musician.

“I just already know what I want to do and if there is ever a time where I want to go back, I can.

“I learned that from my grandma. She went to college at 67 and graduated at 70 and was a teacher from then. She’s 77 now, so you can go whenever you want.”

Miley recently splashed out on a $3.4 million Los Angeles property that she will move into when she turns 18 in November and can’t wait to have her own space.

She added: “I’ve bought my house and I want to decorate it the way I want and I think I worked really hard to be able to have a place that is purely my environment and exactly the way I envision – kind of like a serene, tranquil place that can just be my space.”

Following the attention her obsession with the cup received, the eccentric singer admitted she was “jealous” of it.

She said: “My teacup is so famous. I yelled at her today I said, ‘You’re stealing my thunder go to bed!’

Mel Gibson: She’s Lying and She Secretly Taped Me

Mel Gibson’s baby mama Oksana Grigorieva was bitter over a custody agreement she signed, and that’s why she made up the story that Mel beat her up … this according to sources connected with the actor.

TMZ broke the story … Oksana’s lawyers went to court last Monday and got a domestic violence restraining order against Mel after telling the judge Mel beat Oksana up last January.

According to sources connected with Mel, on January 6, 2010, Mel and Oksana were arguing at home when Oksana took baby Lucia, ran around the backyard, threw herself on the ground, came back inside the house and began shaking Lucia like a ragdoll. Mel followed and the sources acknowledge there was physical contact, but insist Mel did not punch her and was just trying to protect the baby.

The sources say Oksana began traveling the world with Mel and made no mention to anyone about being the victim of brutality at the hands of M.G.

In May, after the couple split, there was a mediation in which Mel and Oksana got joint legal custody of Lucia – Oksana got primary physical custody and Mel got visitation, which included overnights. The deal was … the arrangement was eventually supposed to turn into 50/50 custody.

On one occasion, while Oksana was touring Russia for her singing career, Mel went to her house to see Lucia. Oksana’s mother was there and told him to stay overnight with the child, which he did. Oksana’s mother even let the bodyguard go for the night. Oksana had no problem with this, sources say.

Sources connected with the couple tell TMZ Oksana regretted agreeing to the mediated custody settlement and wanted to limit or even exclude Mel’s contact with Lucia.

A week ago Friday, Mel’s representatives got a call from Oksana’s lawyer, saying Oksana would not allow Mel to spend time with Lucia on Father’s Day … something to which she had already agreed.

According to sources, at noon on Monday, Oksana’s lawyer called Mel’s rep and said she got a restraining order against him to stay 100 yards from her and couldn’t even see Lucia until a hearing in July.

The next day, Mel’s lawyer went to the judge and got the restraining order modified, allowing him to see Lucia — just like it was agreed before.

During the hearing, it came out that Oksana had secretly taped arguments she had with Mel. The judge ordered the tapes sealed and also ordered Oksana not to talk publicly about the recordings.

And, we’re told, the judge was extremely unhappy with Oksana’s lawyer for not revealing that there had been a mediated custody agreement in place.

The 36-year-old beauty and the rocker – who was dressed in a nautical outfit – chatted and giggled together before Kate hit the dance floor and strutted her stuff to Gary Glitter’s ‘Do You Wanna Touch Me’.

A source told BANG Showbiz: “They were having a great time! Mick was sat next to Kate and they talked for ages. Kate looked absolutely stunning.”

Joe Jackson Wrongful Death Suit Filed

Joe Jackson’s wrongful death lawsuit against Dr. Conrad Murray has been filed in federal court.

According to the records department at the federal court in downtown Los Angeles, the lawsuit has officially been filed.

As TMZ first reported, Joe is suing Conrad Murray for unspecified damages in connection with the death of Michael Jackson.

Emma Roberts always dreamed of being in Pop Tarts commercial.

The ‘4.3.2.1’ actress has starred in a string of Hollywood movies, but admits she had much lower ambitions when she was younger, setting her sights on promoting the popular breakfast treat.

She explained: “You know what my dream was? I wanted to be in a Pop Tart commercial.

“When I was a kid those Pop Tart commercials were the coolest.”

Despite having achieved success in a host of hit films, 19-year-old Emma – who is the niece of fellow ‘Valentine’s Day’ star Julia Roberts – still thinks her face “blends in with the crowd”.

She said: “Younger kids recognise me, but I kind of blend in with the crowd.

“When I did ‘Wild Child’, there were ads in London on the side of buses. I was crossing the street and they drive on the other side to the States, so I’m looking the wrong way and step onto the road. My friend grabs me and pulls me back.

Prosecutors Mulling Over Erin Andrews Case

The U.S. Attorney is now deciding whether to charge the man who threatened Erin Andrews with violent emails with making criminal threats.

TMZ broke the story … a man in Newport News, Virginia sent a series of threatening/violent emails last March to “The Dan Patrick Show“, directed at the ESPN star.  Among them:

- I hope she gets shot in the face.  I would love to see if she can dance away from a hail of gunfire.  That would really make my day.”

- I’m one in a million.  She’ll never see me coming.

- Somebody should shoot her in the face.

Sources tell us the FBI went to the suspect’s house and spoke with his dad, who explained his son — who is in his 30’s — had serious health and mental issues.  Sources tell us the suspect had a stroke earlier in his life.

We’re told the FBI forwarded the case to the U.S. Attorney 2 weeks ago for review, but so far no decision has been made.

One source close to the investigation tells us … given the man’s mental status, it’s “doubtful” criminal charges will be filed.

The FBI and U.S. Attorney’s Office had no comment.

Mel Gibson’s Baby Mama: He Beat Me Bad

Oksana Grigorieva — the mother of Mel Gibson’s eighth child — claims the actor “beat her up badly” in January … this according to sources familiar with the case.

TMZ broke the story … Oksana went to court on Monday and got a domestic violence restraining order against Gibson, requiring him to stay clear of her.

Sources connected with Gibson tell TMZ Oksana’s claim is bogus, and they point to the fact that Oksana stayed with Mel after the alleged incident.

But sources connected with Oksana say after the alleged beating, Mel promised to get help and she still loved him … but only stayed with him a short period of time before ending the relationship.

We’re told Oksana fears for the safety of her daughter, and that is why she would not let Mel spend time with the baby on Father’s Day. Sources say she thinks her baby is at risk if she spends time alone with Mel, although the sources would not elaborate on specifics.

As we first reported, sources tell us Oksana claims after January, Mel continued threatening her.  We’re told Oksana believes Mel is so violent, her life is in danger.

Sources connected with Mel tell TMZ Oksana is making it up and money is at the root the allegations.

Zack Morris’ Marriage Comes to Screeching Halt

Mark-Paul Gosselaar — the guy who played Zack Morris on “Saved by the Bell” — has officially filed for divorce from his wife of 13 years, Lisa Ann Russell.

According to documents filed in L.A. County Superior Court, and obtained by TMZ, 36-year-old Gosselaar filed for dissolution of marriage on June 18.

Mark and Lisa have two children together.

Chris Brown to Perform at Unofficial MJ Memorial

Chris Brown is scheduled to make a surprise performance at the mysterious unauthorized Michael Jackson memorial in Beverly Hills tomorrow … TMZ has learned.

According to multiple sources, Brown — who is not billed to appear — will perform at least one song … it’s unclear if it’s an original or if he’ll cover an MJ classic.

As we first reported, the unauthorized “Forever Michael” memorial — scheduled to go down at the Beverly Hilton – was never approved by the Jackson estate … yet for some strange reason, Katherine Jackson has given promoters her blessing.

Also set to perform — one of Joe Jackson’s business partners … and you can guess who probably made that deal.

Michael Jackson Coffee Table Book — A Steal

The first shipment of Katherine Jackson’s coffee table book about  Michael Jackson isn’t exactly flying off the shelves in Gary, Indiana.  In fact the books never even made it to the shelves, because they were stolen.

A rep from the publisher, Vintage Pop, tells TMZ they Fedex’d seven boxes of “Never Can Say Goodbye” to the home of a Jackson family friend in Gary  … and they were supposed to end for sale at the new MJ monument.  But someone absolutely, positively wanted them so badly, they stole them right off the front steps of the house where they were left.

We’re told a police report was filed with the Gary PD.

Robert Pattinson thinks Kristen Stewart is a “real woman”.

The ‘Twilight Saga’ actor – who stars as vampire Edward Cullen opposite his rumoured girlfriend, who plays Bella Swan in the movie franchise – enjoys seeing how much the 20-year-old screen beauty has changed since filming began and claims they are so close, they no longer need to communicate verbally.

He said: “What I especially like about her is that she’s like me, not dizzy from fans and press attention. She stays true to herself and very smart for her age. With each movie she matured.

“During the filming of ‘Eclipse’, I realised that she matured a lot and become a real woman. And, of course, it’s a lot easier to work with person I worked before.

“We understand each other without the words. I can tell Kristen about all my problems. But honestly I don’t have to… because she’s in same position as I am.”

The 24-year-old star also said he is “grateful” for the support Kristen gives him both on and off set.

He explained to Russia’s Grazia magazine: “Kristen really cares about me. I’m very grateful for this. She’s the most honest and genuine person I’ve ever met. She always listens and gives good advice regardless of her own interests.”

Despite his feelings for Kristen, Robert doesn’t believe in eternal love.

He added: “The idea seems strange to me. It’s so boring to spend your whole life with the same person.”

Cops Respond to Verbal Attack at Kardashian House

TMZ has learned cops rolled out to the Calabasas home of Kourtney Kardashian and her baby daddy Scott Disick earlier today … after Scott launched into a nasty verbal tirade against his next door neighbor.

We’re told officers arrived to the scene after somebody called police and reported a “dispute with a neighbor” that was going down in front of the Kardashian home.

We’re told no arrests were made and no one was cited.

As for what triggered the verbal spat — it appears it began over a parking dispute … but it turned nasty when Scott turned to the woman and screamed, “You’re disgusting … I would kill myself If I looked like you …. you whale.”

Katherine Jackson to Joe: Don’t Drag Me Into This!

Joe Jackson has no business dragging his wife into the wrongful death lawsuit he’s filing against Dr. Conrad Murray … this according to her lawyer.

TMZ broke the story … Brian Oxman is filing the wrongful death suit in federal court today.  Oxman has named Katherine and Michael Jackson’s 3 kids as “nominal plaintiff.”

It’s bizarre to name anyone as a “nominal plaintiff” in such a case.   As far as we can tell  — plaintiffs in wrongful death cases never bring in others as “nominal plaintiffs.”

That said, Katherine’s lawyer, Adam Streisand, tells TMZ, “Mrs. Jackson has no interest in Conrad Murray other than seeing that justice is done in the criminal courts.”

Streisand adds, “She certainly would never tap Brian Oxman for the job of filing any kind of lawsuit for her or the kids.”

Dwyane Wade — Officially Divorced

Dwyane Wade is finally a single man — TMZ has learned a Chicago judge has ruled that his troubled 8-year marriage to high school sweetheart Siohvaughn Wade is officially over.

But the drama ain’t over yet — because the two still have to work out several key issues including custody of the couple’s two children and the division of marital assets.

As for today’s developments, Wade tells us, “I’m very relieved that the judge granted my divorce today … this has been a long process and I hope we can all move forward.”

Wade adds, “The most important thing to me right now is the next phase when the judge will decide on custody of our kids. That is the big event in my life that I am focused on.”

Dr. Conrad Murray Saves A Life on MJ Anniversary

How’s this for irony?  TMZ has learned Dr. Conrad Murray may have saved another life … almost one year to the day after Michael Jackson died.

Sources tell us, yesterday Dr. Murray received a call from a Las Vegas patient who was complaining of chest pains.  Dr. Murray told the man it sounded like he was having a heart attack and he needed to call 911.  The patient resisted, but Dr. Murray persisted and the man eventually made the call.

The patient was taken to the emergency room at Desert Springs Hospital in Las Vegas, where doctors confirmed it was indeed a heart attack.  The docs placed a stent in the man’s heart.

Today, Dr. Murray visited his patient at the hospital. He reviewed the angiogram film.  The patient is doing well.

Before going there the doc had a private moment at St. Joseph Husband of Mary Catholic Church in Vegas. Murray also went to Barnes and Noble bookstore this AM.  And he got a frappuccino at Starbucks.

Remember, a few months back it was Dr. Murray to the rescue on an airplane after a passenger fell ill.

Joe Jackson Sues Murray’s Clinics, Claims Cover-Up

Joe Jackson is not only going after Dr. Conrad Murray in the wrongful death lawsuit, he’s suing the two clinics where Murray worked, claiming they are also responsible for Michael Jackson’s death.

The lawsuit names Acres Home Heart & Vascular Associates — Murray’s Houston clinic, and GCA Holdings (aka Global), Murray’s Las Vegas clinic.

According to the suit obtained by TMZ, “Defendants conduct of attempting to conceal the multi-state supply of drugs and the use of their facilities in Texas and Nevada to obtain medications was an extreme departure from the standard of care.”

TMZ broke the story … two women from Dr. Murray’s Houston clinic went to Murray’s storage facility the morning Jackson died and retrieved various boxes, this according to the manager of the storage facility.

One of the women, LaQuanda Price, told TMZ she went to retrieve a bio-hazardous box, filled with needles.   She did not explain why she would take such a box back to her office, but claims Dr. Conrad Murray did not direct her to go to the storage facility.

LaQuanda’s sister, LaQuisha Middleton, told us a different story.  That she went to the storage facility with her sister to retrieve a chair.

The suit also alleges the clinics negligently trained Dr. Murray, specifically in the administration of Propofol.

Oksana Alleges Violence Against Mel Gibson

TMZ has learned it was Oksana Grigorieva who got a domestic violence restraining order against Mel Gibson, and not vice versa … and she claims the actor was violent toward her.

We’ve learned Oksana’s lawyers went to the family law court in downtown L.A. last Monday for an emergency hearing, and t”old the judge that Mel allegedly got physical with her — two sources say Oksana claimed Mel was extremely violent.”

Sources tell TMZ the judge issued a restraining order prohibiting Mel from having any contact with Oksana. We’re told the next day, Mel’s lawyers went back to court and got the order modified so Mel could see their daughter.

We’re told Mel also got a restraining order against Oksana, but only with respect to prohibiting her from releasing certain information.

A source connected with Mel Gibson scoffed at Oksana’s allegations, claiming the alleged incidents occurred this past January and she traveled with him afterwards — all over the world.  As the source put it, “In these cases, when somebody cries wolf, the judge is mandated to assume there’s a wolf, until a full hearing can be held.”

A source connected with Oksana confirms the alleged violent incidents occurred in January, but added, “There were other acts after January that were not physical but still constituted domestic violence.”

Brian Oxman tells TMZ he is filing a wrongful death lawsuit today against Dr. Conrad Murray for unspecified damages in connection with the death of Michael Jackson.

The lawsuit does not name AEG, though Oxman has alleged the company that produced “This Is It” was at least partly responsible for Jackson’s death.

According to the suit, “Mr. Jackson believes there are other parties responsible for Michael Jackson’s death but has not yet gathered sufficient information regarding their potential liability or responsibility.”  The suit says the complaint will be amended when sufficient info is gathered.

TMZ obtained a copy of the complaint, which will be filed in federal court this morning. In the complaint, Joe alleges Dr. Murray withheld vital information from the doctors and EMTs who were trying to save Jackson’s life — information that he had administered Propofol.

The complaint — much like the intent to sue document TMZ first broke — states that Murray tried to “clean-up the scene” before EMTs arrived.

The complaint alleges Dr. Murray felt he could change his story — from Jackson had no drug problem, to Jackson was addicted to Propofol — because he kept no medical records, as required by California law.

The complaint alleges Joe Jackson has suffered more than $75,000 in damages, the minimum amount required to get jurisdiction in federal court. The case was filed in federal — not California court — because Dr. Murray’s residence is outside the state.

The 24-year-old singer believes the demands of motherhood affect an artist’s creativity in a negative way and at the moment all she wants to do is focus on her music career.

She said in an interview with Rolling Stone magazine: “I’m terrified of babies. I think, creatively, as a woman, you change once you give birth. I’m totally not ready for that.”

The eccentric singer also spoke about the love she still has for an ex-boyfriend, who she refers to only as a heavy metal drummer called Luke.

Gaga credits him with helping her become the pop megastar she is today.

She explained: “I wouldn’t have been as successful without him. I’ve never really loved anyone like I loved him. Or like I love him. That relationship really shaped me. It made me into a fighter.

“But I don’t want to talk about him… he’s too precious to talk about.”

Although she has been in love before, the ‘Alejandro’ singer doesn’t think she understands the complexities of the heart.

She said: “But, you know, I don’t really know much about love. I suppose if I knew everything about love, I wouldn’t be good at making music, would I?”

A stripper claims she was working at Sam’s Hofbrau in downtown L.A. the night before Michael Jackson died and saw Dr. Conrad Murray in the strip club, drinking … something Dr. Murray has flatly denied.

The stripper, who is shopping her story, claims Dr. Murray was at the club before midnight on June 24, 2009. She says after Jackson died … management told employees not to speak to anyone about it because “they didn’t want to be involved.”

The stripper says Dr. Murray was at the club several times in May and June. Sam’s Hofbrau is a couple of miles from Staples Center, where Michael Jackson had been rehearsing for his London concert that same evening.

Dr. Murray’s rep has previously said the doc was not at the club the night before Jackson died, adding that Dr. Murray does not drink.

Joe Jackson’s lawyer, Brian Oxman, has sent Dr. Murray a notice of intent to sue for wrongful death. In those docs, obtained by TMZ, Oxman claims Dr. Murray was at the club, drinking, just hours before MJ’s death.

Robert Pattinson feels guilty ‘Twilight’ fans camped out for days to see him at the Los Angeles premiere of ‘The Twilight Saga: Eclipse’.

The 24-year-old actor – who plays vampire Edward Cullen in the movie series – didn’t know how to react when he heard people had been sleeping outside as early as last Saturday (19.06.10) to catch a glimpse of him last night (24.06.10).

Speaking at the premiere, which was held at the Nokia Theatre, Robert said: “They’ve been camping out. Some of them have been camping out since Saturday, apparently.

“I spiral into this oblivion of guilt whenever they say that because I don’t know what to do. All I can do is sign.”

The British star admitted he wouldn’t be out late to enjoy the fun of the premiere as he had to work today (25.06.10).

He revealed: “I have to work tomorrow (Friday). I have got a 5am start on a film – ‘Water For Elephants’.”

Discussing the impending end of the movie franchise – only the two-part ‘Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn’ is left in the series – Robert said: “I like all the people that I work with and I guess I’m going to miss all the crowds as well.”

Robert was not the only major cast member to tread the special black carpet for the event.

Kristen Stewart – who plays Edward’s human girlfriend Bella Swan – wore a white dress by Elie Saab, while Taylor Lautner cut a dashing figure in a black suit and tie.

Kristen joked she wasn’t enjoying the glitzy event because of the size of her high heels.

She said: “I’m ready to go inside, but only because my feet hurt.”

Ashley Greene, Christian Serratos and Nikki Reed were among the other stars in attendance.
